        초등 교사의 사회과 수행평가 실행에 관한 사례 연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide raw data for performance assessment policy defining teachers' execution on performance assessment. For this purpose, we adapted qualitative case study. Method is in-depth interview and participatory observation about teacher' execution of performance assessment. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, teachers' execution on performance assessment isn't formed in connection with their conceptual awareness of performance assessment. Second, in practicing strategies and methods in performance assessment, teachers devised their own assessment methods such as selective presentation, interrogatory method of teaching on the task performance, and task performance homework. Regarding to the relationship between the performance assessment policy and teachers' execution on the performance assessment practice, teachers seemed to have the difficulties in dealing with situations with complicated practical problems. This study suggests that practicality must take precedence in the performance assessment policy. Secondly, internal validity needs to be fulfilled in establishing the performance assessment policy. Finally, institutional support must be achieved to improve teachers' professionalism and autonomy. 본 연구는 사회과 수행평가에 관한 초등 교사의 실행 과정을 밝힘으로써 현실 적합성을 충족하는 정책의 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 문제는 첫째, 초등 교사들은 사회과교육의 측면에서 수행평가의 의미를 개념적으로 어떻게 인식하고 있는가? 둘째, 수행평가를 실행하는 과정에서 사회과 교육과 관련해서 초등 교사들이 구체적으로 사용하는 방법과 전략은 무엇인가? 이며, 이러한 연구 문제를 해결하기 위해 두 명의 초등 교사와의 심층 면담과 수업 관찰을 통한 질적 사례 연구 방법을 채택하였다.연구 결과, 첫째, 사례 교사들은 수행평가에 대응하는 학습관과 발달주의적 평가관을 지니며, 학습과 평가의 관계가 동형적이고 재귀적인 것으로 인식하고 있었으나, 실제 수업에서의 실천은 그들의 인식과는 다른 양상으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실제 사회과 수업에서의 수행평가 실행은 교사의 개념적 인식이, ‘제한적’으로 이루어졌으며, 교사 나름대로의 전략을 가지고 복합적인 교육 현장의 문제에 대응해 나갔다. 즉, 사례 교사들은 현실적인 제약 속에서 수행평가 실행을 위해 수업을 준비계획하는 과정과 평가 전략과 방법을 고안하는 과정 그리고 척도 및 결과 처리 과정에서 그들의 실천적 지식을 형성하며 대응해나가고 있었다. 이와 같이 사회과 수행평가 실행 과정에서 사례 교사들은 교육현장의 복합적인 문제에 대응하며, 여기에 일차적인 관심을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있다.

        생명윤리와 생명윤리교육에 대한 초등학교 교사의 인식 조사

        This study aims to examine primary school teachers' interest and understanding of bioethical issues, and to analyze their perception of bioethics teaching in the primary school education. For this purpose, the questionnaires were constructed. The data were collected from 553 primary teachers in the whole country. Major findings of the studys are as follows. First, most primary school teachers showed high level of interest about bioethical issues, but they had the limited understanding about bioethical issues. Primary teachers showed the highest interest about' respect for human life' and the lowest understanding of 'awareness of current biotechnology' Second, the prior reasons why primary teachers wanted to teach specific bioethical issues in the classes were that 'they were closely related to social phenomena' and 'they were appropriate for enhancing students' awareness of the value of life'. Third, the lack of the teachers' knowledge about bioethics and limited supply of teaching materials were found to be barriers, which prevent them from teaching bioethical issues. The implications of these results are discussed for the improvement of bioethics teaching in primary school education.

        유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 동사무소 통폐합 최적화방안 연구

        In this paper we developed a method for an optimal planning to reorganize Dong offices to enhance the administrative efficiency. First we defined a mathematical model for the optimal planning problem of reorganizing Dong office and developed a genetic algorithm to solve the problem. For the purpose of minimizing standard deviation of population, area and distance among reorganized offices, the constraints such as allocation, distance, area, population, etc. are considered and weights are applied to Dong offices in the downtown and shopping area. The developed algorithm was applied for reorganizing Dong offices in Jongro Gu, Seoul. The results showed that the developed algorithm could be applied for the real world problem. This study may be applied to the optimal decision of reorganization of offices in the similar reorganization or company M&A situations by changing constraints and weights.

        문제 중심의 경제 교수 - 학습 모형 개발에 관한 연구 : 고등학교 경제교육을 중심으로 Centered on Economic education in High school

        The purpose of this study is to analyse the contents and goals of the economic education that has been represented in the 7th Curriculum of Social Studies and to develop the model of teaching-learning that is appropriate for the contents and goals of economic education. As a result of analysing the 7th curriculum of Social Studies, the economic education in High school is centered on the growing the rational decision-making of the economic problems based on the basic principles of economy. And It is primarily concerned with the Korean economic problem standing on the function of society and economic life. So this study presents the necessity of teaching-learning based on problem, selects PBL based on constructivism as a model of teaching-learning based on problem. In addiction, This study presents the possibility of teaching-learning based on problem showing the concrete 'consumption problem' model after searching for the development strategy. Therefore this study will help in real economy education by developing and applying the teaching-learning model that is suitable for social needs and the change between contents and goals in curriculum.

        다문화 멘토링의 운영과정과 활동유형에관한 사례연구 - 강원도 지역 K대학의 다문화 멘토링 프로그램을 중심으로 -

        This is a case study of the mentoring program conducted by students of K university in Gangwon Province in 2012 with children from multicultural families as mentees. The aim of this mentoring program was to search for an effective managing method of multicultural mentoring program. Data related to the 2012 multicultural mentoring business was analyzed, 5 participants of the mentoring program were interviewed to analyze the mentoring managing process and types of mentoring activities. Results showed that in the managing process, especially in the early stages, a lack of applicants and cursory mentor selection process, pre-training contents mostly related to administration, difficulty in matching due to restrictions in distance lead to a start with a problem which was ‘inadequate resources’. In the level of activity there were various problems such as mentees actions of not being punctual and receptive, the distance to the mentoring area being too far which lead to restrictions in activities, in the calculation stage, due to these problems the average hours of mentoring totaled 71.08 which is very little. There were four types in terms of relationships, active types, effort types, passive type and giving up type. Success factors included mentees personality, competence of mentor in terms of multinationals, proximity and convenience of activity, interest and level of cooperation of mentee’s school and family. For the effective execution of multicultural mentoring, increased support for the expanding of capability of mentors, more cooperation and interest from the families and schools of mentees, continuous support and management of mentoring activities were suggested.
