중학교 초임 체육교사의 멘토링 실천 과정과 교육적 함의

본 연구는 중학교 초임 체육교사 멘토링 실천 과정의 경험과 그 자체에 의미를 부여하고 그 안에서 발견되는 변화와 상관성 등을 탐구해보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 실천 과정에서 일어나는 경험들의 상황과 맥락을 반영하여 보다 깊이 있는 자료를 바탕으로 현상과 정황에 대한 중요한 속성을 심층적으로 탐구하고, 실천 과정의 교육적 의미를 탐색해보고자 한다. 본 연구는 사례연구 방법을 사용하였고 면담, 관찰, 문서들을 통해 자료로 수집하였다. 수집된 자료의 내용을 사례 및 연구 참여자 별로 분류한 것을 바탕으로 소주제, 중주제, 대주제로 범주를 확대시켜 범주에 따른 특성과 관계를 귀납적으로 분석하였다. 연구 참여자들인 멘티들은 멘토링을 통해서 직면, 목표, 경험, 변화라는 4가지 차원에서 그 실천 과정을 경험하였다. 이를 통해 공감형성, 길라잡이, 역할모델, 동반성장이라는 교육적 의미로 멘토링의 실천과정을 해석하였다. 멘토링의 실천 과정을 통해 멘티가 멘토와 서로의 진심을 느끼며 관계를 맺어가면서 서로의 목표를 향해 함께 나아가는 과정이 멘토링의 진정한 가치라는 것을 깨닫게 되는 큰 의미를 가진다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to give meaning to the experience of the mentoring process of novice physical education teachers in middle school and to explore the changes and correlations found therein. Accordingly, it is intended to reflect the context and context of the experiences occurring in the process, explore in-depth the crucial attributes of the phenomena and circumstances based on more in-depth data, and explore the educational meaning of the process. Methods: This study used a case study method and collected data through interviews, observations, and documents. After classifying the contents of the collected data by case and study participant, the categories were expanded from sub-topic to mid-topic and large to analyze the characteristics and relationships according to the categories inductively. Results: Through mentoring, the mentees who are participants in the study experienced the process in four dimensions: confrontation, goal, experience, and change. Through this, the mentoring process was interpreted in the educational sense of forming a consensus through the essence of “class”, the cornerstone of guidance, role model, and shared growth. Conclusion: Through the mentoring process, it is of great significance that the mentor and the mentee realize that the actual value of mentoring is the process of moving toward each other"s goals as they form a relationship with each other.

배양된 정상 갑상선세포에서 LECTIN 에 의한 HLA - DR 항원 발현에 관한 연구

N/A Although it has been suggested that HLA-DR Ag expression in thyrocytes by nonspecific immune stimuli such as lectin may play an important pathogenetic role in autoimmune thyroid diseases, its precise mechanism has not been established. The purpose of this study is to investigate a part of the mechanism and features of lectin-induced expression of HLA-DR antigenicity in cultured normal thyrocytes. By an indirect immunofluorescence method using monoclonal anti-HLA-DR Ab, this study was performed to assess the effects of various lectins, as well as the effects of culture duration, cyclosporine, prostaglandin E₂, and gamma-interferon on HLA-DR Ag expression in cultured normal thyrocytes, and also to compare cytoplasmic and surface expression of HLA-DR Ag. The results were summarized as follows: 1) In 5 separate experiments with normal thyrocytes cultured with 10 mg/ml leucoagglutinin, HLA-DR Ag was detected on the 2nd day of culture. The expression rate increased to a maximum on the 7th to 9th day of culture and decreased thereafter. 2) The positivity of HLA-DR Ag expression by T-cell specific mitogenic lectins was 60% in the cultured cells with 2 mg/ml phytohemagglutinin, 60% in those with 10 mg/ml concanavalin A, and 50% in those with 10 mg/ml leucoagglutinin on the 7th day of culture, There were no significant changes of HLA-DR Ag expression in higher concentrations. HLA-DR Ag was expressed in 40% of cultured thyrocytes with 100 mg/ml pokeweed mitogen but HLA- DR Ag expression was not induced by lipopolysaccharide, which is not a T-cell mitogenic lectin. 3) Leucoagglutinin-induced expression of HLA-DR Ag was reduced by cyclosporine which suppresses secretion of lymphokines from T-lymphocyte, but not by prostaglandin E₂, which suppresses HLA-DR Ag expression in macrophages. 4) Gamma-interferon-induced expression of HLA-DR Ag was not reduced by cyclosporine. 5) HLA-DR Ag expression was not induced by hormones such as TSH, insulin and hydrocortisone. 6) In normal thyrocytes cultured with concanavalin A or leucoagglutinin, the HLA-DR Ag expression rates in the cytoplasm and cell surface were nearly similar. These results, that HLA-DR Ag expression was induced by T-cell mitogenic lectin but suppressed by cyclosporine (inhibitor of gamma-interferon synthesis in T-lymphocyte) and that the expression rates in the cytoplasm and cell surface were nearly similar suggest that the T-lymphocyte is involved in lectin-induced expression of I-ILA-DR Ag in cultured normal thyrocytes and that HLA-DR Ag is produced in the cytoplasm of thyrocytes.

This study were predicted the corrosion threshold reached at steel reinforcement in latex modified concrete(LMC) which were applied the agricultural hydraulic concrete structures. Accelerated testing was accomplished to the evaluate the diffusion coefficient of LMC mix, and the time dependent constants of diffusion. Also, the average chloride diffusion coefficient was estimated. From the average chloride ion diffusion coefficient, the time which critical chloride contents at depth of reinforcement steel was estimated. Test results indicated that the corrosion threshold reached at reinforcement in LMC were effected on the mix proportion factor including cement contents, latex content, and water-cement ratio. Especially, the average chloride diffusion coefficient, the corrosion threshold reached at reinforcement in LMC were affected by the all mix proportion factor.

경력 교사의 중학교 초임 체육교사 멘토링 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

이 연구의 목적은 경력 체육교사가 초임 체육교사 멘토링에 멘토로 참여하면서 겪는 경험을 기술하고 그 교육적 의미를 찾는데 있다. 이 연구는 내러티브 연구 방법을 사용하였고 연구 참여자는 유목적 표집 중 결정적 사례 표집법에 의해 선정되었다. 연구 참여자는 초임 체육교사 멘토링에서 멘토로 참여하는 경력 교사 중 우수한 역량을 가지고 있으며 주위에서 좋은 평판을 받고 있는 체육교사이다. 자료는 연구 참여자와의 인터뷰와 멘토링 대화 녹취록과 문서를 중심으로 수집하였다. 초임 체육교사 멘토링에서 멘토의 경험은 다음과 같이 4가지의 교육적 의미로 해석할 수 있었다. 첫째, 두 경력교사는 멘토링을 통해서 멘티에게 ‘선한 영향력’을 주고 싶다는 마음이 멘토링 참가의 동기이자 목표로 작용하였다. 둘째, 멘토의 경험을 통해 멘토와 멘티 간의 ‘조화와 균형 그리고 거리’가 성공적인 멘토링을 위한 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 멘토링은 심리적인 만족감과 자신들의 경험들을 되돌아볼 수 있는 성찰의 시간과 또 다른 도전을 준비할 수 있게 하는 ‘유의미한 경험’으로 귀결되었다. 넷째, 자신이 경험하고 생각했던 멘토링이 아닌 멘토링에 대한 인식을 변화시킨 멘토링을 재조명하는 경험이 되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 멘토링에서 멘토에 대한 포괄적인 이해와 초임 체육교사를 위한 멘토링 방향 설정에 도움이 될 것을 기대해본다. The purpose of this study was to conduct an in-depth exploration of the educational meaning of the process of storying telling and the retelling of novice physical education teachers’ experiences of mentoring under experienced teachers during a mentoring program. This study used a narrative study method, and the participants were selected by the definitive case sampling method among the nomadic sampling. The data were collected mainly on interviews with research participants, transcripts of mentoring conversations, and other documents. The meaning of mentor experience for novice physical education teachers as mentoring was as follows. First, the desire of the two experienced teachers to give the mentee a “good influence” through mentoring served as the motivation and goal of mentoring participation. Second, through the mentor experience, it was found that “harmony, balance, and distance” between the mentor and the mentee was an important factor for successful mentoring. Third, mentoring resulted in a sense of psychological satisfaction, a time of reflection to reflect on their experiences, and a ’significant experience' that enabled them to prepare for another challenge. Fourth, it became an experience to re-examine the mentoring, which changed the perception of mentoring, not mentoring that he experienced and thought. It is expected that these results will help in mentoring to comprehensively understand mentors and to establish mentoring directions for novice physical education teachers.

금형주조법에 의한 TiNi/6061Al 복합재료의 미세조직에 미치는 냉간가공도의 영향

The 2.5 vol% TiNi/6061Al composites were fabricated by permanent mold casting. The microstructures and tensile test for the cold rolled composites with maximum 50% reduction ratio were investigated. In the case of TiNi fiber with 2mm interval in preform, the interface bonding of fabricated composites were good, interface diffusion layer of this composites was made by the mutual diffusion. Transverse section of TiNi fiber was decreased with increasing reduction ratio and longitudinal section of TiNi fiber showed multiple wave phenomenon. And the tensile strength of composites at 38% reduction ratio was the most high. In the case of over 38% reduction ratio, the decrease of the tensile strength was due to TiNi fiber rupture by excess working. The fracture mode was appeared brittle fracture with increasing reduction ratio.

Various materials of artificial bearing surfaces are developed and applied to reduce wear and osteolysis and to improve the survival rate of total hip arthroplasty. The survival rate of artificial joint is affected by mechanical properties and biological response. The wear rate of alternative bearing surfaces as ceramic-on-ceramic, metal-on-metal, highly cross-linked polyethylene decreased significantly compared with conventional polyethylene, but long-term results are still under follow-up and several problems have been unsettled. Particularly acetabular component should be in appropriate position to reduce complications. Each bearing surface should be selected considering age, activity, obesity, underlying disease, and socio-economic state of patients because it has its own pros and cons.

N/A To evaluate the role of hepatobiliary (DISIDA) scan in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction, we studied the clinical characteristics of 9 cases with biliary obstructuon, whose hepatobiliary scans and ultrasonography were not concordant (normal ultrasonography and abnormal hepatobiliary scan). The results were as follows; 1) The main chief complaints (89%) were abdominal pain, especially in RUQ area. The levels of serum bilirubin were elevated in 67% of patients (normal∼5.9 mg/dl) and those of alkaline phosphatase were elevated in 78% of patients (normal∼724 U/L). 2) The final diagnoses were CBD stones (67%), tumor (22%) and 3 cases were associated with C. sinensis. 3) The major obstruction sites were in distal CBD (89%). From the above results we concluded that hepatobiliary scan is a useful diagnostic method of biliary obstruction, especially in distal CBD lesion and early stage, in spite of normal ultrasonography.
