        온라인 프로젝트 학습이 정보 활용 능력 신장에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

        인터넷·게임·스마트폰생활 습관과 모랄머신 선호도 요인 분석

        Technological advancements such as artificial intelligence, robots, and big data are revolutionizing the entire society. In this paper, we analyzed preliminary teachers' daily internet/gaming/smartphone habit and the difference between preference factors in gender and diagnosis group in the situation of ethical dilemma in driverless cars. The result shows most of the male students are in high risk group of daily internet/gaming usage, and male students tend to be more immersed in games compared to female students, which negatively affects their daily lives. Students who have at least one of the daily internet/gaming/smartphone habits are more likely to be classified as high-risk group in all three of daily internet/gaming/smartphone habit. Fortunately, the students perceived themselves addicted and wanted change their habits. An analysis by a moral machine of these students tells that there is no significant difference in preference between male and female students and among diagnosis groups. However, specifically in the ethical dilemma of driverless cars, all the groups of male, female, normal, high-risk showed they have priority in pedestrians over drivers, a large number of people over small, and people who obey traffic rules over who do not. The tendency was pronounced in female group and high-risk students prioritized people who are older and in lower social status. 인공지능, 로봇, 빅데이터 등의 기술발전으로 사회 전분야에 대변혁을 일으키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 예비교사들의 인터넷/게임/스마트폰생활 습관 정도를 파악하고, 무인자동차의 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서 남녀별, 진단군별 선호도 요인의 차이를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 남학생 대부분은 인터넷/게임생활습관의 고위험군이며, 남학생이 여학생에 비해 게임에 더 몰두하고 내성이 생겨 일상생활에 지장을 받고 있었다. 인터넷/게임/스마트폰생활 습관중 하나라도 고위험군 학생들은 인터넷/게임/스마트폰생활 습관 3가지 모두 고위험군일 가능성이 높았으나, 스스로 인터넷/게임/스마트폰 중독이라고 자각하고 있었으며 사용습관을 바꾸기를 원했다. 이들의 모랄 머신 평가결과, 남녀별, 진단군별 선호도 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았지만, 무인자동차의 윤리적 딜레마 상황에서 선택의 선호도는 남녀, 일반군/고위험군 모두 사람우선, 보행자우선, 소수보다는 다수를, 교통규칙을 잘 지키는 사람을 중시하였다. 남학생보다는 여학생이 이를 더 중요하게 생각하였으며, 일반군보다 고위험군 학생들이 사회적 지위가 낮은사람, 젊은이보다 노인을 우선시 하는 경향을 보였다.

        한옥은 자연의 산물이다. 이 땅에 사람이 살아가기 시작하면서 자연은 집의 가장 좋은 주제이자 재료가 되어 있다. 일반적으로 예전에는 집을 짓는데 있어 첫 번째의 원칙은 주변에서 구할 수 있는 것들의 적극적인 활용이다. 멀리서 이동해 올 필요가 없으니 효율적인 답이 되는 것이고, 익히 보아오고 접해 왔기에 그를 다루는 방법 또한 두터운 노하우가 쌓여 있기 때문이다. 그래서 돌이 많은 곳에서는 돌로, 흙이 많은곳에서는 흙으로, 나무가 많은 곳에서는 나무가 집구성의 주인공 역할을 한다.

        혈청 아밀로이드 P (SAP)의 정상 참고치 탐색을 위한 문헌 고찰

        Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the reference value of biomarker serum amyloid p (SAP) to diagnose blood stasis objectively. Methods : Pubmed-Medline, Cochrane library, EMBASE were searched using the key words 'SAP' and 'serum amyloid p' in June 2018. Original articles of human adults that published in English, studies that recruited from the clinical research settings or well defined population based cohorts were only included. Results : A total of 12 studies were selected to extract the reference value of SAP. It was between 8.5 ng/mL (0.0085 mg/L) to 57.5 mg/L. Although the disease varied, most of them showed elevated SAP levels in the disease group (1.1-1.5 times). Conclusions : This study is meaningful in that it summarizes the results of previous researches of SAP, which has the potential to be diagnostic index of blood stasis.

      • 한국인 머리뼈 밑면 높이 연구 - 조선후기인골(17-18세기)과 6.25전사자를 중심으로 -

        머리뼈 밑면의 높이는 영양상태와 건강조건에 크게 영향을 받는다. 귀밑점-으뜸점(Porion-basion)의 길이로 알려진 머리뼈 밑면의 높이는 캘리퍼(coordinate caliper)나 머리깊이(subtraction)를 계산하는 방법 등으로 쉽게 측정된다. 이 연구에서는 조선후기(17-18세기)와 6.25전쟁을 수행한 한국인의 영양상태와 건강상태를 알고자 하였다. 이를 위해 6.25전사자와 조선후기(17-18세기) 인골을 자료로 머리뼈 밑면높이의 변화정도를 살펴보고 변화에 영향을 끼친 요인이 무엇인지를 밝히고자 한다. 17-18세기 조선시대 회곽묘에서 출토된 인골모음과 6.25전사자 유해모음을 자료로 하였으며 비교는 미국에서 시기를 달리한 테리 인골모음과 법의학 인골모음을 사용하였다. 한국 인골모음의 경우 백인들과 비슷하거나 약간 낮으나 흑인보다는 건강상태가 좋은 것으로 관찰되는데 이는 민간계층가정에서 어린아이 성장에 필요한 영양을 효과적으로 공급하는 민간 재래적 방법 때문인 것으로 가늠된다. 그러나 조선 후기시대후기 인골의 영양상태는 일제하에서 성장한 6.25전사자와 별로 차이가 없다. Skull base height increases significantly with better nutrition and health conditions. With coordinate caliper or by subtraction, skull base height is easily measured. To examine nutrition and health condition of MIA(missing in action) during the Korean War and people who lived during the 17-18 centry of the Late Chosun. This study is focused on the change of skull base height through time as seen in comparing 83 MIA cranium and 12 17-18 centry cranium of Korea with 219 modern American middle class adult cranium(Terry Collection and forensic skeleton). To sum up, nutritional condition of MIA is not significantly changed, as seen in comparing with nutritional condition of 17-18 century people.

        T-Scan system을 이용한 측두하악 장애 환자의 교합 분석에 관한 연구

        Fifteen dental college students of Chosun University without the abnormal occlusion, the history and symptom of temporomandibular dysfunction(TMD), and who had all permanent teeth except third molar and the fifteen moderate group and the fifteen severe group classified according to Helkimo's dysfunction index among patients on the basis of the symptom of TMD were selected. The occlusal contact, occlusal force and occlusal interference in eccentric movement was studied and analyzed using T-Scan system. The result were as follows : 1. The TLR centering around midsagittal axis was located at $1.42{\pm}0.82mm$ in control group, $3.36{\pm}1.45mm$ in severe group, and as TMD was heavier, occlusal contact was located at the farther point from midsagittal axis. 2. The PLR from the first contact to the fifth contact centering around midsagittal axis was located at $1.73{\pm}1.78mm$ in control group, $3.36{\pm}1.41mm$ in moderate group, and $5.39{\pm}4.32mm$ in severe group, and as TMD was heavier, occlusal contact was located at the farther point from midsgittal axis. 3. The TFB, PFB, RFB and LFB of occlusal contact centering around incisal axis had no significant difference statistically among control group, moderate group, and severe group, and it was located at first molar. 4.The LF and RF was smaller in TMD group than in control group. 5. The LR moment of occlusal force centering around midsagittal axis was located at $178.51{\pm}139.81N.mm$ in control group, $466.25{\pm}296.47N.mm$ in moderate group, and $749.18{\pm}588.18N.mm$ in severe group. And as TMD was heavier, it was located at the farther point from midsagittal axis. 6. The RL and LL of occlusal force centering around incisal axis had not-significance statistically among control group, moderate group, and severe group, and it was at the first molar. 7. The number of occlusal interference of the eccentric movement was increased in the patients of TMD.

      • 다목적실용위성3호 전력 시뮬레이션을 위한 임무 시나리오 생성 방안 연구

        지구관측용 저궤도위성은 태양구간에서 태양전지판을 이용하여 전력을 생성하여 위성 배터리에 충전하며, 식 구간에서는 충전된 베터리 에너지를 이용하여 위성 운영 및 임무를 수행한다. 충전된 베터리 에너지는 임무 수행과 위성 운영에 필요한 에너지로 사용하게 된다. 특히, 임무 운영 시 많은 양의 에너지를 사용하게 되므로 지상국은 임무 수행에 따라 사용되는 에너지가 전력 사용 가능 범위 내에서 운영되는지 확인해야 한다. 전력사용량을 확인하기 위해서는 임무수행 내용에 맞게 임무시나리오(Mission Profile)를 생성하야 하는데, 정확한 전력사용량을 확인하기 위해서는 임무 수행 내용을 잘 모사할 수 있는 임무시나리오(Mission Profile)를 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 정의된 임무 시나리오 양식에 맞게 실제 임무 수행 내용을 유사하게 모사하기 위한 방안을 정리하였으며, 실제 임무 수행 내용을 바탕으로 생성된 임무 시나리오를 생성하여 실제 임무 수행 결과와 비교함으로써 생성된 임무 시나리오가 실제와 유사하게 잘 모사되었는지 확인한 결과를 정리하였다. 비교결과 본 논문에서 제시하는 임무시나리오 생성방법의 적절성을 확인하였으며, 실제 임무운영에 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단되었다.

        MMO 촉매 하에서 N<sub>2</sub>O 분해에 대한 메탄 SCR 반응 및 CO 생성 효과의 비교 연구

        Nitrous oxide ($N_2O$), known as one of the major greenhouse gases, is an important component of the earth's atmosphere, and gives rise to precursor of acid rain and photochemical smog. For the removal of $N_2O$ and other nitrogen oxides, the SCR reaction system with various reductants is widely used. This study is based on the results of experimental and theoretical examinations on the catalytic decomposition of sole nitrous oxide ($N_2O$) and selective catalytic reduction of $N_2O$ with $CH_4$ in the presence of oxygen using mixed metal oxide catalysts obtained from hydrolatcite-type precursors. When $CH_4$ is fed together with a reductant, it affects positively on the $N_2O$ decomposition activity. At an optimum ratio of $CH_4$ to $O_2$ mole ratio, the $N_2O$ conversion activity is enhanced on the SCR reaction with partial oxidation of methane. $N_2O$는 주요 온실가스 성분의 하나로서 광화학 스모그의 유발, 산성비의 전구체 등 온실효과에 상당한 기여를 하고 있는 물질이다. 이러한 $N_2O$ 및 질소산화물을 제거하기 위하여 환원제를 이용한 Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) 반응 공정이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Hydrotalcite 형태의 전구체로부터 Mixed Metal Oxide 촉매를 제조하고 그를 사용하여 $N_2O$ 분해를 위한 메탄 SCR 반응 및 CO의 생성효과를 비교 연구하였다. 실험결과 $CH_4$ 환원제의 첨가는 $N_2O$의 분해 반응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 최적화된 $O_2/CH_4$ 비율의 조건에서 메탄의 부분산화에 의한 SCR 반응이 가장 높은 효율을 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

        플립러닝을 활용한 의료윤리학 교육에 대한 한의대생의 인식과 경험

        Objectives : Recently, the interest on medical education in flipped learning has been growing. Competency-based curriculum is also required through changes in teaching methods within the Korean medicine education. In this study, flipped learning method was applied to 'medical ethics' class to examine the perception and experience of flipped learning from the Korean medical student's perspectives. Methods : The study was conducted on 15 preparatory course freshmen students who took the 'medical ethics' course, in the second semester of the year 2017 at 'A' University. The study was proceded in two steps; 1) fill-in the questionnaire twice (before and after the class), and 2) in-depth interview with semi-structured questionnaire. The $1^{st}$ questionnaire in the first step was consisted of 'Experience on flipped learning before the class', 'Which section of the flipped learning class do participants have expectation', 'Interest and expectation on flipped learning'. In the $2^{nd}$ questionnare, the participants were asked 'Which section of the flipped learning section that the learning effect was maximized', 'Association between 'flipped learning' method and 'Medical ethics' course' with 5-point Likert scale and frequency. Results : The results showed that flipped learning method works very effectively in the 'medical ethics' course (63.6%). After the flipped learning class, the participants showed positive change in a attitude of the class (72.7%). However, this teaching method might be inappropriate for participants who had difficulties in pre-learning or a passive attitude and lecture-centered instruction (LCI) classes. Conclusions : Though applying flipped learning method to the 'Medical Ethics' was effective, to make pre-learning better, the instructors should prepare countermeasures for passive participants, help interact well among the participants, and plan a lesson thoroughly for changing LCI classes to student-centerd instruction(SCI).

        국내 한방 패치 특허 현황에 대한 분석연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to present trends and contents of herbal Korean Medicine patches by analyzing the herbal patches in Korean patents. Methods : Electronic search for herbal patch patents was conducted in KIPRIS (Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service). Korean patents that were registered by January 1, 2018 were selected in study. Patents that were not using herbal medicine or not related to patch were excluded in this study. The applicant, application date, International Patent Classification (IPC), contents and adhesive site of patches, target diseases, model of experiment and extraction methods were analyzed. Results : A total of 17 patents were included in this study. In applicant analysis, 61.5% of applicants were corporations. All IPCs in patents were involved in Section A (Human necessities & Agriculture) and 66.7% of IPCs were A61K (Preparations formedical, dental, ortoiletpurposes). In types of patch, 8 patents were hydrogel patches (47.1%), followed by 3 heating patches (17.6%). Skin related symptoms were the most targeted diseases (52.9%), Human was the most used model in experiments. Solvent extraction and hot water extraction were used frequently, and some patents had no limit for extraction were also existed. Conclusions : The study results will be helpful to diversify formulation of herbal medicine, to expand market scale of patent and to develop new application using Korean medicine. In order to establish sufficient data for utilizing patent technologies, more patent studies providing analyzed patent information are needed.
