        [기술경영]과학기술적 성과 관점에서 정부 R&D사업 효율성 분석에 관한 연구

        정부는 기술혁신을 통한 경제성장을 견인하기 위하여 R&D 투자를 지속적으로 증가시키고 있다. 따라서, 정부 연구개발 집약도는 매우 큰 폭으로 증가되고 있으나 절대규모에 있어서는 선진국에 비해 여전히 적은 재원을 보유하고 있다. 또한, 연구개발 정책방향이 기술추격형에서 기술선도형으로 전환되고 있어, 공공 R&D 재원의 효율적 활용에 대한 관심도 매우 증가하고 있다. 이에, R&D 효율성을 측정하고, 효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위한 다각적인 시도가 행해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 NTIS(국가과학기술지식정보서비스)의 과학기술 투자 및 성과 데이타를 활용, 자료포락분석(DEA)을 이용하여 논문, 특허 등 과학기술적 성과관점에서 정부 순수R&D사업의 효율성을 측정하였다. 더 나아가서, 효율성에 영향을 미치는 배분특성을 규명해 보고자 통계적 유의성 확보가 어려운 데이터 문제들을 보완할 수 있는 비모수 분석 방법인 Mann-Whitney 검정을 활용하였다. The Korean government continuously increases the R&D investment in order to pursue an economic growth through technological innovation. Hence, the intensity of governmental R&D has increased rapidly. However, the whole amount of the R&D investment is still small compared to developed countries. And the type of R&D policies is more and more changing from the catch-up model to the technology-driven model. Therefore, there is a growing interest in the efficiency of public R&D investment. Hence, many studies on the efficiency of R&D investment have been researched. This study estimated the efficiency of governmental R&D programs considering the technological outcomes, e.g. theses, patents and so on, using DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) with data of S&T investment and outcomes from NTIS(National S&D Information Service). In addition, we used the Mann-Whitney Test to investigate the characteristics of governmental R&D investment.

      • Parus속의 종간 생태적 지위의 비교 분석

        This study had tried to materialize the foraging place and foraging behavior of birds in Parus and to clarify the feature of the foraging niche and the season that each species of Parus bird prefers, by investigating the species in Parus inhabiting the deciduous broadleaved forest(9ha) of the Gwanumsa area in Mt.Halla three times a month through the January 1992 to December 1992. The number of species in Parus found at the study site was 3. Among them, 1) Parus varius recorded 390 individuals (48 individuals in spring, 88 in summer, 171 in autumn, 83 in winter), 2) Parus mqjor recorded 382 individuals (90 individuals in spring,150 in summer, 49 in autumn, 93 in winter), 3) Parus ater recorded 162 individuals(35 individuals in spring, 49 in summer, 36 in autumn, 42 in winter). This study expressed the forest environment that the birds make use of by means of various indicators and has ascertained how each species of Parus prefers the forest factors which were classified the foraging sites, the types of tree, the height strata and the crown positions. Each species in Parus allowed overlapping of foraging niche which they like best of all the forest facors, but separating of foragung niche which they like second er third best. Summer, a season abundant on food, was allowed overlapping of foraging niches in the species of Parus. However, winter, short of food was allowed separating of foraging niches. It is believed that these factors are the method the competition of species has been decreased.

        실험적 뇌경색에서 Xanthine Oxidase 활성도 변화에 관한 연구

        To observe the activity of the xanthine oxidase in cerebral ischemia, an ischemic model was made using a transorbital occlusion of the middle cerebral artery(MCA) in cats. Xanthine oxidase activity was measured by means of high performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection of uric acid. The results were as follows : 1) The infarction in the territory of the left middle cerebral artery(MCA) was identified with intracardiac perfusion of a 2% triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) solution after transorbital occusion. 2) There was no significant difference between the control and ischemia groups in the total xanthine oxidase activity. 3) In the control group, 38.2% of the total xanthine oxidase was in the oxygen-dependent superoxide-producing oxidase group (Type 0). It had been increased with time in ischemia, despite the total xanthine oxidase activity remaining the same ; particularly at 12 hours (p<0.05) and 24 hours (p<0.01) after occlusion of the left MCA. 4) In the healthy side, the activity of type 0 and its ratio to the total xanthine oxidase activity has not been increased. 5) IN the ischemic side, the conversion of type D xanthine oxidase to the type 0 xanthine oxidase was demonstrated and its rate had been increased with the passage of time.

      • 패류중 중금속함량에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 패류중 중금속함량 측정을 위한 분석효율이 높고 간편한 분해법을 찾아내어 그 방법에 의끓 유종중인 패류중 중금속함량을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 시료를 분해시키는 Microwave와 습식, 건식회법을 비교한 결과 변형습식회화르가 가장 적합하였다. 변형습식회차딘는 려린0,3+C104+H2SOf의 혼찰산을 쪼 · j 1 (v/v)의 비율로 혼합하여 사용하였 을 때 회수을 Pb린틴. Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2, Zn 92.8%를 나타내었근 분해시간은 2~2.5시간 소요되었다. 유통중인 패류중 중금속함량 」최소~최대(평균), mgAgl 은 Pb 0.028~o.528(0.153), Cd 0.OO7~1,832(0.587), Cu 0.360~37.375(4.6691, Zn 6.317~233.2iO(38.881), Hg 0.001 ~O.151(0.012)mg/ltg으로 나타났다. 또한 유통중인 5종의 패류중 중금속평균항량이 생산지 하재지역에서 구입한 패류에 비해 모든 중금속언써 약간 높은 함량을 보였으나 오염된 수준이 아닌 자연함유량수준이었다. This study was conducted to improve the digestion method for the determination of heavy metals in shellfishes and to estimate the contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes by their digestion method. This digestion method was compared microwave with wet and dry ash digestion for shellfish samples, obtained results showed that the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion was convenient and easy to use. For the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion, The mixed acid of HNO₃+HClO₄+H₂SO₄(25:5:1, v/v) was used. Under this condition, Recoveries were Pb 94.3, Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2 and Zn 92.8% and digestion time was ∼2.5 hours. The contents of heavy metal [minimum∼maximum (mean), mg/kg in commercial shellfishes were as follows ; Pb:0.028∼0.528(0.153), Cd:0.007∼1.832(0.587), Cu:0.360∼37.375(4.669), Zn:6.317∼233.250(38.881), Hg:0.001∼0.151(0.013). The contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes of five species were slightly greater than those of shellfishes purchased at Hajae. There was no great difference between the contents of heavy metal of Hajae and those of shellfishes purchased at Whole market.
