        무연괴탄 (無煙塊炭) 을 사용한 용선로의 내벽침식 (內壁浸蝕) 에 미치는 Tuyere angle 의 영향

        無煙塊炭을 燃料로 使用하는 Griffin 型 熱風式熔銑爐에 있어 tuyere角을 5乃至 35度까지 變化시켜 同一한 送風條件下에서 操業하여 爐內壁의 浸蝕狀況, 熔解速度 및 熔湯溫度에 미치는 tuyere angle의 影響을 檢討하였던바 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1) Tuyere angle은 20度가 適合하였다. 2) Tuyere angle이 增加할수록 熔解速度는 느렸다. 3) Tuyere angle이 20度일때 熔湯의 溫度가 가장 높았다. Effects of tuyere angles range in 5°at 35° on melting velocity, tapping temperature and erosion of acidic fire brick had been studied in the Griffin type cupola operation using lump anthracite. The results were as follows: 1) Optimum tuyere angle was 20°. 2) Melting velocity was decreased as tuyere angle increase. 3) Tapping temperature was highest at 20° tuyere angle.

        Metrizamide를 이용한 척수조영술의 임상분석

        Metrizamide lumbar myelography were performed in 150 patients with suspected herniated lumbar disc. The examination is easier to perform than with gas or iophendylate. The advantage of metrizamide over gas or iophendylate are the improved root sleeve visualization and examination of small structure such as root, root pocket and blood vessel. And then this is a higher percentage of diagnostic accuracy than can be obtained with other myelogram. Most of adverse reactions during and after myelography are mild and transitory, and no serious adverse reactions occured. It probably has a lower neurotoxicity than any other water soluble contrast agent.

      • Phenylephrine이 토끼 유두근의 수축력과 활동전압에 미치는 영향

        In order to clarify the receptor types and mechanisms underlying the positive inotropic effect of phenylephrie on the mammalian ventricular myocardium, the action potential, its first derivatives and isometric contraction of the rabbit papillary muscle were recorded using a free transducer and glass capillary microelectronics filled with 3M KCI, and results were analyzed. The results were as follows; l. In normal Tyrode solution, the contractile force was increased with increments of phenylephrine concentration and maximum effect was reached at the stimulation frequency of 1 Hz in 10^-5 M phenylephrine. 2. In 22 mM K^+-Tyrode solution, the maximum rate of rise (Vmax) of action potential, overshoot and the duration oction potential were significantly increased with increments of phenylephrine concentration (10^-6 ~ 10^-4 M). 3. The negative inotropic effect induced by verapamil was reversed by phenylephrine. 4. Phentolamine (3x10^-6 M) shifted the dose response curve for phenylephrine to the right more than propranolol (10^-6 M) did. The above results may be interpreted as follow; The positive inotropic effect of phenylephrine is caused by increase in slow inward current (Ca^2+influx into the myocardial cell), and is mediated through α- and β-adrengergic receptors in the rabbit pailary muscle

        Mossbauer Study of the Co-Ti Doped BaFe12O19 System

        The Co-Ti doped system BaFe12-2xCoxTixO19 (0.0 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) has been investigated by means of X-ray diffractometry, Mossbauer spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometry. The system has a magnetoplumbite-type structure in which the lattice parameter c increases with the Co-Ti content, but the lattice parameter a is nearly constant regardless the Co-Ti content. The coercivity rapidly decreases with increasing x between x = 0.0 and x = 0.2 while the saturation magnetization remains nearly constant. From the Mossbauer spectral analysis, we could reveal that the Co-Ti ions occupy 12k, 4f1 and 2b sites and that no substitutions occur at the 2a and the 4f2 sites. Especially, the Fe3+ ions at the tetrahedral 4f1 sites are mainly replaced by nonmagnetic Ti4+ ions. The Neel temperature, obtained from the vibrating sample magnetometer data, decreases linearly with increasing Co-Ti content. This indicates that the magnetic coupling is weakened.

        놀이문화의 기억과 근대 여가문화의 풍경 : 내앞마을 민속놀이와 여가생활에 대한 기억을 중심으로

        The purpose of this essay is to describe the specific aspects of tradition, history, and economics in folk play and modern leisure in Neap-village. Likewise, the key points of this study are focused on the common concept(exactly, memory or orality) of history, anthropology, linguistics, cultural studies, and folklore. The folk play of Neap-village has not only typical characteristics of korean folk play, but also distinct features to that. The former has ecological and communal meanings, the latter has the deep relation between the folk play and the productive capacity in Neap-village community. Furthermore, this study is to explore the conditions and means of the contact aspects with modern mass media in Neap-villagers. it is a socio-historical idea and cultural phenomenon mixed the meanings and orientations of the past and present, which reflect the history of Korea, such as changes in activities of individuals and family, community, society and nation. Hopefully, this study is a milestone to develop the concrete follow-up research between folk play and modern leisure.

        Arterial Stiffness and Functional Outcome in Acute Ischemic Stroke

        Objective:Arterial stiffness is a common change associated with aging and can be evaluated by measuring pulse wave velocity (PWV) between sites in the arterial tree, with the stiffer artery having the higher PWV. Arterial stiffness is associated with the risk of stroke in the general population and of fatal stroke in hypertensive patients. This study is to clarify whether PWV value predicts functional outcome of acute ischemic stroke. Methods:One hundred patients were enrolled with a diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke and categorized into two groups: large-artery atherosclerosis (LAAS) or small vessel disease (SVD) subtype of Trial of Org 10172 in Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST) classification. Each group was divided into two sub-groups based on the functional outcome of acute ischemic stroke, indicated by modified Rankin Scale (mRS) at discharge. Poor functional outcome group was defined as a mRS ≥ 3 at discharge. Student's t-test or Mann-Whitney U-test were used to compare maximal brachial-ankle PWV (baPWV) values. Results:Twenty-four patients whose state was inadequate to assess baPWV or mRS were excluded. There were 38 patients with good functional outcome (mRS < 3) and 38 patients with poor functional outcome (mRS ≥ 3). The baPWV values were significantly higher in patients with poor outcome (2,070.05 ± 518.37 cm/s) compared with those with good outcome (1,838.63 ± 436.65) (p = 0.039). In patients with SVD subtype, there was a significant difference of baPWV values between groups (2,163.18 ± 412.71 vs. 1,789.80 ± 421.91, p = 0.022), while there was no significant difference of baPWV among patients with LAAS subtype (2,071.76 ± 618.42 vs. 1,878.00 ± 365.35, p = 0.579). Conclusions:Arterial stiffness indicated by baPWV is associated with the functional outcome of acute ischemic stroke. This finding suggests that measurement of baPWV predicts functional outcome in patients with stroke especially those whose TOAST classification was confirmed as SVD subtype.

      • 4개의 조종면을 사용한 단일 로터 방식의 구형비행체 제어에 관한 연구

        단일로터 방식의 구형비행체는 VTOL과 Hovering이 가능하고 굴려서 착륙 및 이동할 수 있으며, 구 형상의 프레임으로 구동부가 보호되기 때문에 실내비행에 최적화된 비행체라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 단일 로터 및 4개의 조종면을 이용한 구형 비행체의 자세제어에 대하여 운동방정식을 유도하였고 새로운 형태의 RPM, Thrust 상관 관계식을 도출하고 이를 실험적으로 검증하였다. 또한 PID 제어기법을 적용하여 SAS(Stability Augmentation System) 기반의 제어기를 구성하였고 Embedded Controller 및 기구부, GCS(Ground Control Station) 등을 모두 설계하고 최종 비행시험을 통하여 안정적인 Hovering이 가능함을 보였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 구형비행체는 건물 내부 탐색, 전선 모니터링 및 실내 항공 촬영 등 다양한 곳에서 응용 가능할 것으로 예상된다. Spherical flight vehicle with a single rotor which can do VTOL and hovering is studied. The vehicle can land or move on the ground by rolling. Even in circumstances such as sudden contact or crash, it hardly breaks due to the outer frame. This study derives the equations of motion for the vehicle whose thrust is controlled by a single rotor and is maneuvered by 4 control surfaces. A Stability Augmentation System is designed and the vehicle is flight tested with an embedded GCS.
