        액 - 액 불균일계에서 상이동촉매의 반응속도론 해석

        Aliquat 336 상이동촉매에 의한 n-butyl acetate의 알칼리 가수분해반응을 액-액 불균일 반응계로 한 반응기구를 준1차반응 모델, 계면반응 모델 및 본체반응 모델로 나타내어 복잡한 액-액 불균일계 반응을 간단히 취급할 수 있었다. 분산교반조를 사용하여 측정한 반응전화율로부터 준1차반응 모델과 계면반응 모델 그리고 평면교반조로부터 본체반응 모델로서 반응기구를 각각 설명할 수 있었으며, 각 모델로부터 구한 반응속도상수는 25℃에서 각각 3.1x10^(-4), 7.3x10^(-4), 6.6㎥/kmol.s이었다. The reaction conversions of n-butyl acetate in the alkaline hydrolysis of n-butyl acetate by Aliquat 336 were measured in a flat agitator and a dispersion agitator. These measured data was used to analyze the complicated reaction mechanism of the liquid-liquid heterogeneous reaction by a phase transfer catalyst with a pseudo-first order reaction model, a interfacial reaction model and a bulk-body reaction model. The pseudo-first order reaction model and the interfacial reaction model could be explained by the experimental data from the dispersion agitator and the bulk-boby reaction model could be explained by those from the flat agitator and the reaction rate constants were 3.1×10^(-4), 7.3×10^(-4), 6.6㎥/kmol.s from these models at 25℃, respectively.

        Bag of Words 기반 음향 상황 인지를 위한 주파수-캡스트럴 특징

        음향 상황 인지(acoustic context awareness)는 다양하게 발생되는 음원들로부터 어떠한 장소인지 또는 어떠한 사건이 발생하는지를 판단하는 기술로 음향 이벤트 검출 또는 인식 보다 한 단계 더 복잡한 문제이다. 기존의 상황인지 기술은 음향 이벤트 검출 또는 인식 기술에 기반하여 현재 상황을 인지하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 하지만 이와 같은 접근 방법은 여러 음원이 동시에 발생하거나 유사한 음원이 발생하는 실제 환경에서 정확한 상황 판단이 어렵다. 특히 버스와 지하철은 승객들에 의한 잡음으로 상황을 인지하기 힘들다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 본 논문에서는 유사한 음향 이벤트가 발생하는 버스와 지하철 상황을 인식할 수 있는 Bag of Words 기반의 상황 인지 알고리즘을 연구하고 코드북 생성을 위한 특징벡터를 제안한다. 제안하는 특징벡터의 효용성은 Support Vector Machine을 이용한 실험을 통해 검증했다. Among acoustic signal analysis tasks, acoustic context awareness is one of the most formidable tasks in terms of complexity since it requires sophisticated understanding of individual acoustic events. In conventional context awareness methods, individual acoustic event detection or recognition is employed to generate a relevant decision on the impending context. However this approach may produce poorly performing decision results in practical situations due to the possibility of events occurring simultaneously or the acoustically similar events that are difficult to distinguish with each other. Particularly, the babble noise acoustic event occurring at a bus or subway environment may create confusion to context awareness task since babbling is similar in any environment. Therefore in this paper, a frequency-cepstral feature vector is proposed to mitigate the confusion problem during the situation awareness task of binary decisions: bus or metro. By employing the Support Vector Machine (SVM) as the classifier, the proposed feature vector scheme is shown to produce better performance than the conventional scheme.

        화학방법에 의한 액 - 액 계면 면적

        교반기를 사용하여 n-butyl acetate의 알카리 가수분해반응의 액-액 불균일계에서 n-butyl acetate의 총괄물질전달속도를 측정하여 실험변수와의 관계를 고찰하고, 화학반응을 수반한 물질전달기구를 경막설에 적용하여 용질에 대한 확산방정식의 근사해로부터 구한 n-butyl acetate의 반응촉진계수의 이론값과 측정값을 비교하여 물질전달계수를 구하였다. 이로부터 분산용액의 액적 면적을 산출할 수 있었다. The rates of overall mass transfer of n-butyl acetate in the alkaline hydrolysis of n-butyl acetate were measured by using a mechanically agitated vessel in order to get the relationship between the mass transfer rates and experimental variables. The interfacial area between liquid-liquid heterogeneous phases could be obtained by comparing the theoretical values of reaction enhancement factor from an approximated solution of a diffusion equation based on the film theory with the experimental data.

        900 MHz 대역을 포함한 WLAN/WiMAX 시스템에 적용 가능한 4중대역 안테나 설계 및 제작

        본 논문에서는 마이크로스트립 급전 구조와 네 개의 분기 선로 그리고 접지면에 슬릿을 갖도록 설계하여 WLAN과 WiMAX 시스템에 적용 가능한 4중 대역 안테나를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 안테나는 18.0 mm(W) × 50.0 mm(L) × 1.0 mm(h)의 유전체 기판 위에 16.0 mm(W1) × 48.0 mm (L8)의 크기로 설계하였으며 18.0 mm(W) × 18.7 mm(L6) 접지면에 2.9 mm(W7) × 4.0mm(L7)의 슬릿을 삽입하여 설계하였다. 제작 및 측정결과로부터 -10dB 기준으로 900 MHz에서는 60.8 MHz (873.0~933.8 MHz), 2.4 GHz 대역에서는 310 MHz (2.33~2.64 GHz), 3.4 GHz 대역에서는 420 MHz (3.39~3.81 GHz) 그리고 5.0 GHz 대역에서는 2,070 MHz (4.62~6.69 GHz) 대역폭을 얻었다. 또한 무반사실의 측정결과로부터 4중대역에서 이득과 방사패턴 특성을 나타내었다. In this paper, we designed a four-band antenna that can be applied to WLAN and WiMAX systems by designing a microstrip feeding structure, four branch lines and a slit on the ground plane. The proposed antenna is designed with a size of 16.0 mm (W1) × 48.0 mm (L8) on a dielectric substrate of 18.0 mm (W) × 50.0 mm (L) × 1.0 mm(h). and a slit of 2.9 mm (W7) × 4.0 mm (L7) is inserted into the ground plane of 18.0 mm (W) × 18.7 mm (L6). Based on -10 dB production and measurement results, it obtained 60.8 MHz (8,730~9,338 MHz), 310 MHz (2.33~2.64 GHz) in the 2.4 GHz band, 420MHz (3.39~3.81 GHz) in the 3.4 GHz band, and 2,070 MHz (4.62~6.69 GHz) in the 5.0 GHz. In addition, the gain and radiation pattern characteristics of the quadrant band are measured from the measurement results anechoic chamber.

        폴리(펜타메틸렌 2,6-나프탈레이트)의 합성과 열적 특성

        Poly(pentamethylene 2,6-naphthalate) (PPN) with a intrinsic viscosity of 0.69 dl/g was synthesized from dimethyl 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylate and 1,5-pentnandiol via a two-step process of transesterification and polycondensation using a high pressure reactor. Manganese acetate tetrahydrate and tetraisopropyl orthotitanate were used as catalysts for transesterification and polycondensation, respectively. Melt-quenched films of the PPN were prepared and annealed under various conditions, and the thermal properties of the annealed films were characterized by using a DSC and synchrotron WAXS. PPN exhibited a very slow crystallization rate. On DSC thermograms, three melting peaks were observed at around $100{\sim}125^{\circ}C$, depending on the annealing conditions. At least more than 6 hours of annealing was needed for the PPN film to be crystallized when it was annealed at a temperature below its melting point, and 3 hours of annealing when annealed at $100^{\circ}C$ which corresponds to the $T_{ml}$. From the results of DSC and WAXS analysis, it is deduced that the continuous increase in crystallinity of PPN with increasing annealing time comes from the increase in the number of crystallites, not from the increase in the crystallite size.

        산삼 약침이 정상 중년여성의 맥파요인에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The aim of this experiment is to know about Effect of pulse-wave factors in Middle Aged Women by Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture. Methods: First 20 Middle Aged women are diagnosed by pulse diagnosis, and then Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture(1 injection 20cc) were injected. 30 minutes later, pulse diagnosis again performed. As a result, method of one-group pretest-posttes design were used for evaluation. Results: T(Total pulse cycle) time statistically significant increased on both left and right chon, kwan, cheok. T4 time statistically significant increased on both left and right chon, kwan, cheok. T4-T1/T indexs except left cheokmaek, Right cheokmaek observation area decreased significantly in four sites. Wm(indicating high pressure retention time) indexs increased significantly in the five sites were observed except right chon maek. Conclusions: Effect of pulse-wave factors in Middle Aged Women by Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture increased T, T4, Wm and decreased T4-T1/T indexs. The results of this experiment, Mountain Cultivated Ginseng Pharmacopuncture induced to increase the Pulse-wave's stability and strength.

      • Glutamate-Induced Serotonin Depletion in Fetal Rat Brainstem Cultures

        흰쥐태 뇌간의 세포를 배양하여 glutamate에 6시간까지 노출시 glutamate의 농도 및 노출 시간에 의존적으로 세포내 5-HT 및 5-HIAA의 함량이 감소하였고, 배양액으로 LDH의 유출이 증가하였다. Tetrodotoxin은 glutamate의 작용을 차단하지 못하였다. NMDA 수용체 통로 봉쇄제인 MK-801에 의해 glutamate의 작용이 효과적으로 차단되었고, non-NMDA 길항제인 CNQX는 효과가 없었으므로, serotonin 신경세포에 대한 glutamate의 작용은 NMDA 수용체의 자극에 의한 것으로 사료된다. Exposure of dissociated cultures from fetal rat brainstem to glutamate for upto 6 h decreased cellular contents of 5-hydroxytryptamine and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. In addition, glutamate induced lactate dehydrogenase leakage. Tetrodotoxin did not block the effects induced by glutamate. MK-801 $(1{\mu}M)$, an N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) channel blocker, but not 6-cyano-2,3-dihydroxy-7-nitro-quinoxazoline $(CNQX;\;3{\mu}M)$, a non-NMDA receptor antagonist, blocked glutamate-induced effects, indicating that these glutamate-induced responses are mediated through NMDA receptors.

        고고도 장기체공무인기 주익 Spar 비선형 구조 해석

        In order to increase endurance flight efficiency of long endurance electric powered UAV, main wing of UAV should have high aspect ratio and low structural weight. Since a spar which consists of thin and slender structure for weight reduction can cause catastrophic failure during the flight, it is important to develop verification method of structural integrity of the spar with the light weight design. In this paper, process of structural analysis using non-linear finite element method was introduced for the verification of structural integrity of the spar. The static strength test of the spar was conducted to identify structural characteristic under the static load. Then, the experimental result of the spar was compared to the analytical result from the non-linear finite element analysis. It was found that the developed process of structural analysis could predict well the non-linear structural behavior of the spar under ultimate load.
