        치아표백후의 법랑질에 대한 심미성 수복재의 결합강도 변화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bleaching technique on the shear bond strength of esthetic restorative materials to bovine enamel. The bleaching agent was used 35% H_2O_2(Hi-Lite, Shofu, U.S.A.). Experimental groups were divided into two divisions as group A and B. Experimental A groups for the effect of number of bleaching were as follows ; Group Al : no bleaching Group A2 : bleaching 1 time ( for 5 minutes ) Group A3 : bleaching 3 times ( each for 5 minutes ) Group A4 : bleaching 6 times ( each for 5 minutes ) Group A5 : bleaching 9 times ( each for 5 minutes ) Experimental B groups for the effect of storage period in artificial saliva were as follows ; Group Bl : not stored in artificial saliva after bleaching Group B2 : stored in artificial saliva for 1 day after bleaching Group B3 : stored in artificial saliva for 1 week after bleaching Group B4 : stored in artificial saliva for 2 week after bleaching Group B5 : stored in artificial saliva for 4 week after bleaching Composite resin and glass ionomer cement were bonded to all specimens, and the shear bond strength between enamel and restorative material were measured in Instron Universal Testing Machine(Instron, 4467, U.S.A.). Additionally, the bleached enamel specimens were examed after etching with 37.4% H_3PO_4 for 1 min under SEM(S-2300, Hitachi Co., Japan) to observe the effect of bleaching procedure on enamel surface morphology. The result were as follows ; 1. In SEM findings, bleached bovine enamel was found to be superficially rough. 2. In bleached bovine enamel, the effect of acid etching was reduced with the increase of number of bleaching. 3. The mean shear bond strength of composite resin and glass ionomer cement to bleached enamel surface tended to be lower than those to non-bleached enamel surface. 4. With the increase of number of bleaching, the shear bond strength of composite resin and glass ionomer cement to bleached enamel were progressively decreased. 5. Increasing the storage period in artificial saliva after bleaching, the shear bond strength of composite resin and glass ionomer cement to bleached enamel were progressively increased. 6. The mean shear bond strength of glass ionomer cement to bleached bovine enamel tended to be clearly lower than that of composite resin.

        기혼자가 인식하는 30-40대 미혼 여성의 이미지 - 미혼 여성에 대한 고정관념을 중심으로 -

        In this work, we investigated the images of (unmarried) single women as seen from the viewpoint of married men and women. In-depth interviews were conducted with twenty-seven (married) men and women of ages from twenties to sixties. By carrying out a content-analysis on the interview results, we could extract three different thematic types of images on single women, which are (1) single women seeking some outlet of their passion instead of forming a family, (2) single women who are enjoying a life of unbound liberty, unlike married men and women, and (3) single women who have distinct personalities from married men and women. Each of these three thematic types could be further classified into narrower themes of specific images. From the first theme of single women who are looking for some outlet of their passion instead of forming a family, one could extract two specific image types in which the single women choose their work as the main outlet of their passion, or else they choose self-development. From the second theme of single women who are leading a life of unbound liberty, four different specific types were found, which are single women with sexual freedom, single women enjoying liberty from the bondage of a family, single women who can freely choose men to go out with, single women who have privileges to enjoy consumption and leisure life only for themselves. From the third theme of single women who have distinct personalities from married men and women, four different types of images were found, that are single women who want to avoid the hard reality of marriage life, single women who are selfish and self-assertive and leading a life that is self-centered or one that is centered around communities of only singles, single women who have secret feelings of emptiness and loneliness, and finally single women who can not find satisfaction in their life style. The images of married men and women on (unmarried) single women are based on the perception that 'those single women are different from us because they are not married'. That is, married men and women look upon the life of single women from the perspective of marriage life that they are experiencing. 본 연구에서는 기혼자의 싱글여성에 대한 이미지를 조사하기 위하여 20대에서 60대의 기혼 남녀 27명을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 심층 면접 자료를 내용 분석한 결과, 가정 대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구를 찾는 싱글 여성, 기혼자가 누리지 못하는 자유가 있는 싱글 여성, 기혼자들과 다른 성격 특성의 싱글 여성 이라는 3개의 대주제를 찾게 되었다. 가정대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구를 찾는 싱글 여성이라는 주제에서는 가정 대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구-일, 가정 대신 열정을 쏟아 부을 수 있는 돌파구-자기계발이라는 2개의 소주제가, 기혼자가 누리지 못하는 자유가 있는 싱글 여성이라는 주제에서는 성에 있어서 자유롭다, 가족으로부터의 자유가 있다, 이성과의 자유로운 만남이 있다, 자신만을 위한 소비와 여가생활에서 자유롭다 라는 4개의 소주제로 분류되었다. 기혼자들과 다른 성격 특성의 싱글 여성이라는 주제에서는 결혼의 힘든 현실을 회피하려고 한다, 자신과 싱글 중심 세계에서 살면서 이기적이고 자기주장이 강하다, 드러내놓고 싶지 않은 마음속의 공허함, 외로움이 있다, 삶의 만족감을 찾지 못한다 등의 4개의 소주제로 분류되었다. 기혼자들의 싱글 여성에 대한 인식은 결혼이 매우 중요한 기준이 되고 있으며 결혼을 경험한 ‘나와 다르다’는 인식에서 출발하고 있다. 즉 기혼자들은 자신이 경험한 결혼의 세계에서 싱글 여성들의 삶을 바라보고 있다.

        이 글의 의도는 힌두 신화의 주요 특성과 주제들을 개괄적으로 소개하는 데 있다. 따라서 이 글은 특정한 논점을 갖는 논문은 아니다. 힌두신화의 특성을 개괄하고 이어 다양한 힌두 신화에서 공통적으로 나타나는 몇 가지 주요 주제들을 간단한 신화 분석과 함께 다룰 것이다. 이 과정에서 필자가 힌두 신화와 관련하여 기존에 발표한 글들의 일부 내용이 사용되었음을 미리 밝혀 둔다. 힌두 신화가 어려운 힌두 사상을 이야기 형태로 쉽게 풀어 대중들에게 전달하는 역할을 해 왔다는 점에서 이러한 작 업이 인도인들의 사상과 문화를 이해할 수 있는 기회가 될 것으로 기대한다.

      • " Wit " in Alexander Pope's An Essay on Criticism

        'Wit,' originally meaning `the mind,' means many things, most of which were accepted in the eighteenth century England. The word, on the one hand, could mean the faculty of thinking and reasoning in general, or brilliant talent, skill or ingenuity. On the other hand, in the seventeenth century, 'wit' included the proper associations of thoughts or expressions intended to surprise or delight by their unexpected blending. But in an age when the utilitarian and scientific trend of thought had grown to influence upon the literary men and other intellectuals, 'wit' in the sense above described came under attack from philosophers or those who were opposed to literary activities. In their view, 'wit' could cause the blindness of the mind and the corruption of the heart, focusing on a love of quaintness and paradox, of novelty rather than truth. So the literary men or literary world using the 'wit' as their main tool for literary production were thought to be offensive to the wise and good. To meet this charge, certain writers, among whom Alexander Pope took the lead, began to defend themselves and 'true wit' as well. When Pope wrote his Essay on Criticism, there was more need for a defense of wit and literature in general. In this situation, he attempted to redefine the conception of 'wit,' especially 'true wit' to be the essence of the poetry. To him, the term 'wit' means the inspiration of genius, the mental agility, and above all, the balanced combination of firy imagination and sound judgement. By placing this definition to 'wit,' he seemed to succeed in defending poetry or literature, which was urgent for literary men in his age.

        기혼자의 ‘결혼’ 인식에 대한 질적 연구 - ‘싱글’과 대비한 ‘결혼’ 인식 -

        In this work, we investigated the perceptions of marriage among married people through in-depth interviews with twenty-two married men and women. The results of our analysis on the in-depth interviews are as follows. 1. Married men and women are well aware of the fact that, in a marriage life, one must sacrifice something in order to get anything. That is, even though they have yearning for their lost days of single life and they miss those days, on the other hand, they think that, through marriage, they feel more stable with a sense of belonging to the family, and they are no longer feeling lonely. 2. Married people consider that marriage is something you really have to experience yourself before one knows what it is like to be married. That is, they consider that, while, being single is just like tasting only a little bit of the flavor of life, marriage is like tasting the true meaning of life. The true meanings of life that married people are trying to find are “the strength they get from their family and children”, “the journey of finding one’s true self through overcoming hardships of life”, “the joy and comfort of living together as a family”, and finally “the broader life experience and higher quality of life”. 본 연구에서는 기혼자 22명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통하여 기혼자의 ‘결혼’에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 심층 면접 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 기혼자들은 결혼을 통해 얻는 것이 있으면 잃는 것이 있다는 양면을 잘 인식하고 있었다. 즉 결혼을 하면서 잃어버린 자신의 세계에 대한 동경이 있고, 자유로웠던 싱글 시기를 그리워하고 아쉬워하지만, 반면에 결혼을 통해 안정감과 소속감을 얻게 되었고 외롭지 않다고 한다. 2. 기혼자들은 결혼은 경험하지 않으면 모르는 세계라고 인식한다. 싱글은 인생의 간만 보는 것이라면 결혼은 인생의 맛을 보는 것이라고 인식한다. 기혼자들이 결혼의 삶에서 찾아나가는 ‘맛’은 ‘가족과 자식의 힘’, ‘인생 고비 뒤의 나를 찾아가는 길’, ‘함께 하는 삶의 즐거움과 편안함’, ‘넓어지는 삶의 폭, 높아지는 삶의 질’이다.
