LDA와 Word2Vec을 이용한 실감영상기술 특허 분석

Purpose This paper aims to present technological implications in realistic image technologies, widely considered as one of the future growth engines. Technological development trends of three leading countries, including South Korea, the United States, and China, were presented. Methods A patent analysis methodology using an LDA expansion model incorporating Word2Vec has been utilized. Based on realistic imaging technology patents from 2000 to 2021, the characteristics of technology trends in Korea, the United States, and China were compared and analyzed. Results Overall, core technologies of realistic imaging include synthesis, service infra, and rendering. In addition, distinct technological development patterns by country were identified. While display technology played a crucial role in Korea, service infrastructure and game technology were essential in the United States. National policy and application were identified as key factors in China. Conclusion This study showed the characteristics of technology development in realistic imaging of leading countries. The analysis results can be used as a guideline for R&D planning of realistic image technology.
남극 북빅토리아랜드 스틱스 빙하코어에 기록된 해염기원 나트륨과 생물기원 황 화합물 플럭스 변화의 메커니즘 규명

극지의 빙하코어는 과거의 기후와 대기환경 변화에 대한 정보를 간직하고 있어서 ‘냉동타임캡슐’이라고 일컫는다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라의 남극 장보고과학기지가 위치한 북빅토리아랜드(Northern Victoria Land)의 스틱스 빙하(Styx Glacier)에서 시추한 2개의 천부빙하코어(각 코어의 길이는 11.3미터와 8.8미터)에서 과거 23년 동안 해염(sea salt)의 주성분인 sea-salt sodium (ss-Na+)과 해양생물 기원의 dimethylsulfide (DMS)가 산화되어 생성되는 황 화합물인 methanesulfonate (MS-)의 플럭스 변화에 영향을 준 대기환경학적 메커니즘을 규명하고자 하였다. ss-Na+의 농도는 남극해의 로스해 부근에서 발생하는 대기 순환 패턴인 Pacific-South American mode 2 (PSA2)와 강한 상관성(r = 0.61, p ≤ 0.01, n = 23)을 보였다. 이는 PSA2가 강화될수록 로스해에서 스틱스 빙하로 더 많은 양의 해염 에어로졸이 수송되었다는 것을 의미한다. 한편, MS-의 농도는 로스해 폴리냐(Ross Sea polynya; RSP)의 chlorophyll-a 농도와 강한 상관성(r = 0.62, p ≤ 0.05, n = 10)을 보였다. 이는 RSP에서의 DMS 배출량 변화가 스틱스 빙하코어의 MS- 농도 변화에 영향을 주었다는 것을 나타낸다. 결과적으로 스틱스 빙하코어에 기록된 ss-Na+와 MS-의 플럭스 변화는 PSA2와 RSP 일차생산량의 과거 변화를 복원하기 위한 프록시로 활용될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다.
기술사업화 초기 단계에서 빅데이터 활용이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구 - 개발성과의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

With the growing uncertainty in the economy and the advancement of science and technology, it is difficult to hire employment in existing companies. What emerges as a new alternative is to create a new company that creates startups. Business start-ups are instrumental in creating new jobs, creating new values, creating new values for the economy, and fostering future economic entities. Following this backdrop, the importance of start-up is stressed. The problem is that the success rate of startups is not high. As of 2015, the average survival rate of Korean startups after two years was 47.5%. It is said that close to half of the company is closed within two years of the new company. In this way, since the failure rate of the start-up companies is particularly high, lowering the failure rate at the initial start-up is the most important part of the start-up. The main failure factor of a Korean start-up company is the lack of business preparation, which means that it is failing to start a new business with the role of new product, market research and technology trend analysis, and strategic marketing. I was worried that this failure factor could be applied as a breakthrough in overcoming the “Death Valley” of start-up through the use of big data. The purpose of Big Data analysis is focused on product improvement, consumer analysis, and forecast trends. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of big data utilization on business performance through development performance and ultimately to identify what efforts should be made to utilize big data effectively. The results of the hypothesis test are summarized as follows. First, product and service improvement activities using Big Data have a positive effect on development performance in the early stage of technology commercialization. Second, marketing activities using Big Data have a positive effect on business performance in the early stages of technology commercialization. Third, the use of big data in the early stage of technology commercialization should proceed through development achievement in order to have a significant effect on business performance. This study is meaningful as the first attempt to verify the factors affecting business performance at the early stage of commercialization of technology through the use of big data, Therefore, this study is expected to contribute to the activation of big data use and the start - up success rate at the early stage of technology commercialization. Recently, the central and local governments have been carrying out many big data related projects. It is expected that this research will be used to establish policies and business strategies related to support of big data - based technology commercialization for early.

4차 산업혁명의 핵심 동인으로서 Software(이하 SW)의 중요성이 더욱 커짐에 따라, 정부는 국가 경쟁력 강화를 위해 SW R&D 투자를 늘리고 SW 관련 정책을 지속적으로 수립하고 있다. 하지만 SW 연구개발에 대한 정부의 지속적인 투자에 비해, SW 연구개발 투자성과에 대한 체계적 분석은 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) 기법을 이용하여 SW 국가연구개발 사업의 분야별 효율성을 분석하였다. 2008년∼2018년까지 정보통신산업진흥원(NIPA)에서 수행된 1,463개 과제정보를 토대로 효율성을 정태적/동태적 관점에서 측정하였다. 정태적 관점의 규모효율성 측정을 통해 비효율성 원인을 규모와 기술문제로 분석하였다. DEA/Window 모형을 이용한 동태적 효율성 분석 결과를 제시하고 효율성-안정성 매트릭스를 이용해 분야별 대응 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 SW 국가연구개발사업 전체를 대상으로 효율성 분석을 수행했다는 점에 의의가 있으며, 정태적/동태적 효율성 분석결과는 향후 SW 국가연구개발사업 기획 시 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. As software(SW) has been considered as a key driver of the fourth industrial revolution, significant R&D investment has been made by Korean government. Despite the attention and support by the government, systematic analysis on the SW R&D efficiency has not been fully addressed. In this study, the efficiency of SW national research and development projects was analyzed using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) techniques. Efficiency was measured from both static and dynamic perspectives based on 1,463 projects conducted by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency(NIPA) from 2008 to 2018. The static efficiency analysis identified the causes of inefficiency as scale and technology problems. As a result of dynamic efficiency analysis, we present a sector-specific response model using an efficiency-stability matrix. This study is meaningful in that efficiency analysis was conducted on the entire SW national R&D project, and static/dynamic efficiency analysis results are expected to be used as a guideline for planning SW national R&D project.
