        Gated Recurrent Unit 기법을 활용한 구조 안전성 평가 방법

        Recurrent Neural Network technology that learns past patterns and predicts future patterns using technology for recognizing and classifying objects is being applied to various industries, economies, and languages. And research for practical use is making a lot of progress. However, research on the application of Recurrent Neural Networks evaluating and predicting the safety of mechanical structures is insufficient. for Accurate detection of external load applied to the outside is required to evaluate the safety of mechanical structures. Learning of Recurrent Neural Networks for this requires a large amount of load data. This study applied the Gated Recurrent Unit technique to examine the possibility of load learning and investigated the possibility of applying a stacked Auto Encoder as a way to secure load data. In addition, the usefulness of learning mechanical loads was analyzed with the Gated Recurrent Unit technique, and the basic setting of related functions and parameters was proposed to secure accuracy in the recognition and prediction of loads.

        Integration of Cloud and Big Data Analytics for Future Smart Cities

        Nowadays, cloud computing and big data analytics are at the center of many industries’ concerns to takeadvantage of the potential benefits of building future smart cities. The integration of cloud computing and bigdata analytics is the main reason for massive adoption in many organizations, avoiding the potentialcomplexities of on-premise big data systems. With these two technologies, the manufacturing industry,healthcare system, education, academe, etc. are developing rapidly, and they will offer various benefits toexpand their domains. In this issue, we present a summary of 18 high-quality accepted articles following arigorous review process in the field of cloud computing and big data analytics.

        모바일 단말에서 유해 동영상을 차단하기 위한 단말 상태 기반의 적응적 프레임 추출 및 스트리밍 제어 시스템

        As the user’s access to video streaming services increases, technology for blocking obscene videos in mobile devices is attracting attention. However, the mobile device has a problem as a load is generated in the process of blocking obscene videos due to low processing power. In this paper, we propose a device status-based adaptive frame extraction and streaming control system to block obscene videos in mobile devices. The proposed system extracts frames based on the similarity comparison results between frames and changes in the obscenity of videos. In addition, similarity comparison and frame extraction are controlled according to the device status, and exposure of obscene videos is minimized through mosaic processing. Through the implementation result, it was confirmed that the proposed system improves the response performance to obscenity changes by about 40% through the adaptive frame extraction technology. In addition, it was confirmed that a load is generated in the process of blocking obscene videos by adaptively extracting frames according to the battery condition of the device. 동영상 스트리밍 서비스에 대한 사용자 접근성이 증가함에 따라 모바일 단말에서 유해 동영상을 차단하기 위한 기술이 주목받고 있다. 그러나, 모바일 단말은 낮은 처리 능력으로 인해 유해 동영상 차단 과정에서 부하가 발생하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 단말에서 유해 동영상을 차단하기 위한 단말 상태 기반의 적응적 프레임 추출 및 스트리밍 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 프레임 간의 유사도 비교 결과와 동영상의 유해성 변화를 기반으로 프레임을 추출한다. 또한, 단말 상태에 따라 유사도 비교와 프레임 추출을 제어하고 모자이크 처리를 통해 유해 동영상의 노출을 최소화한다. 구현 결과를 통해 제안하는 시스템이 적응적 프레임 추출 기술을 통해 유해성 변화에 대한 대응 성능을 약 40% 향상시킴을 확인하였다. 또한 단말의 배터리 상황에 따라 프레임을 적응적으로 추출하여 유해 동영상을 차단하는 과정에서 발생하는 부하를 감소시키는 것을 확인하였다.

        The Stroma-Rich Variant Subtype of Castleman’s Disease in the Retroperitoneum: A Case Report

        The stroma-rich variant of the hyaline-vascular type of Castleman’s disease is a rare disease entity that is characterized by the overgrowth of a variety of stromal cells in the widened interfollicular area. We report a case of a 21-year-old woman who was admitted with a retroperitoneal mass that was initially suspected to be a liposarcoma, malignant fibrous histiocytoma or neurogenic tumor, but later confirmed as the stroma-rich variant subtype of Castleman’s disease. Preoperative computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed an arborizing pattern of central calcifications and centrifugal contrast enhancement pattern of the mass. Herein, we discuss the MRI findings of this stroma-rich variant subtype.

        Methoprene이 짚시나방(Lymantria dispar)의 배자 발생에 미치는 영향

        짚시나방(Lymantria dispar)의 배자 발생에 미치는 유약호르몬의 영향을 조사하기 위하여 유약호르몬 유사체인 methoprene을 알에 도포처리(topical treatments)하여 부화율, 부화 유충의 생체량 및 알의 단백질과 탄수화물 함량 변화를 조사하였다. Methoprene 농도별 처리는 부화율에 영향을 미쳐 methoprene 처리군이 대조군(78.5%)에 비해 낮은 부화율을 나타 냈으며 5.0$\mul$ 처리군에서 가장 낮은율(42.5%)을 보여 주었다. 부화 직후 1령 유충의 생체량은 대조군이 0.7525mg으로 가장 높았으며 methoprene 농도 처리 순으로 감소하다가 5.0${\mu}\ell$ 처리군에서 0.6487mg으로 최하치를 나타냈다. 처리군별로는 대조군과 0.5$\mul$ 처리군이, 1.0$\mul$와 2.0$\mul$ 처리군의 생체량이 유사하였다. 배자 발생중 알의 단백질 함량 변화에서 0.5$\mul$ 처리군은 2, 4일째 대조군과 뚜렷한 차이를 나타냈으며, 탄수화물도 대조군에 비해 처리군이 낮은 함량을 유지하였다. We investigated effects of a topical treatment of methoprene(0.5-5.0$\mul$/egg), a juvenLle horm mane analogue, on embryo development in the gypsy moth, Lymantri$\alpha$ dispar. Methoprene lowered egg hatching rate, and also reduced the mean wet weights of hatched 1st instar larvae w with the most effect shown at the highest concentration. The differences in protein(p < 0.01) and carbohydrate(p < 0.05) contents between control and methoprene(5$\mul$/ egg) treatment g groups were observed during embryo development.

        The increase of leisure is the common phenomenon for every level of people in the modern society. However, the age group with this phenomenon appearing remarkably would be the elder people, The problems of the elderly can be summarized as poverty, disease, solitude, and inactivity. Among them, inactivity begins from the social retirement, Nowadays, elderly lead an active life of 10~15 years after their retirement, and each individual and the society should reflect on how they will spend this long period of life seriously, The percentage of the elderly population over B0 was 5.5% in 1950, 7.7% in 1990, 10.7% in 2000, and will be 17.7% in 2021. And the percentage of the elderly population over 55 was only 33% in 1951, but became 3,B% in 19B0, and 6.2% in 1998, And it is estimated to be 7,1% in 2000, and 132% in 2021, Thus, as the problems of the elderly appear increasingly serious, the problems of the leisure for the elderly is rising rapidly. Specifically, the problems are as follows : First, they are facing their weary lives due to the increase of the leisure time. Second, there are not enough awareness, technology, friends, and education about the leisure. Third, the lack of place and facility for the leisure activity and the lack of programs is becoming an obstacle in enlarging the leisure activity of the elderly, Fourth many elder people cannot participate in the leisure activity because of economic and health reason, Last, the low-income elder people with the weakened economic ability is increasing, which is the most important problem above all. This study was necessary because, in planning the policy to let the elder people in the city who spend their lives wearily and boringly in the solitude and estrangement have more motivated and happier lives, the study of the elder people was essential, And the purpose of this study is to encourage the development of the wide-range and specific leisure policy and the leisure activity program when planning the policies to enhance the quality of life for the low-income elder people living in th city, and to emphasize that the leisure activity of the elderly is not a boring time but can be a positive and creative life. Besides, this study was performed to suggest the leisure policy of the national level for the enhancement of the quality of life for the elder people. This study is based on the domestic and foreign literature about the elderly and the national policy reports.

        Cone beam형 전산화 단층영상을 이용한 하악전치부 영양관의 연구

        Purpose : To evaluate location, distribution, diameter, and length of the nutrient canals on mandibular anterior region using a cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Materials and Methods : Mandibular CBCT was performed on 33 adults (18 males and 15 females) with no history of systemic disease, and any other dental surgery history. Location, distribution, diameter, and length of the nutrient canals on mandibular anterior region were radiographically evaluated. A statistical comparison was done by SPSS. Results : In the location and distribution of nutrient canals, they were found in 6.8% at labial portion above root apex, in 93.28% at lingual portion above root apex in 46.2% at labial portion below root apex, and in 53.6% at lingual portion below root apex. Nutrient canals at lingual portion above root apex were most frequently observed between central and lateral incisors, and those at labial and lingual portion below root apex were most frequently observed between central incisors. The mean diameters of nutrient canals were 0.54 mm at labial portion above root apex, 0.61 mm at lingual portion above root apex, 0.66 mm at labial portion below root apex, and 0.76 mm at lingual portion below root apex. The mean lengths of nutrient canals were 2.63 mm at labial portion above root apex, 3.74 mm at lingual portion above root apex, 4.51 mm at labial portion below root apex, and 6.77 mm at lingual portion below root apex. Conclusion : CBCT is useful device to evaluate the anatomical structure of nutrient canals on mandibular anterior region.

        적 사이버 공격 대응을 위한 센서 노드 배치범위 조정 및 처리 방안

        The recent cyber operations group is pushing both wired and wireless network attacks and by default. In particular, vulnerable wireless sensor networks more contacts are due to attacks on security and risk management sensor node for the cyber attacks that are not rising. A wireless sensor network monitoring can be attacked through which we do for wireless sensor nodes can help prevent the damage of the military. Research is needed. To that end, the enemy detection system for guaranteeing both availability and individual cyber attacks must find ways to maximize the efficiency of the sensor. In this study, never efficient placement of sensor nodes against cyber attacks and also to adjust the scope of the enemy has been found and processing algorithms. Sensor nodes can maintain the availability suggest sensor node, which is the operating room. 최근 군 사이버 작전은 유, 무선 네트워크 공격을 기본으로 수행하고 있다. 특히 보안에 취약한 무선 센서 네트워크로 인해 공격 접점이 많아지고 관리되지 않은 센서 노드에 적이 사이버 공격을 할 위험이 높아지고 있다. 공격을 당할 수 있는 무선 센서 네트워크 감시를 어떻게 해야 하며 이를 통해 우리 군의 무선 센서 노드 피해를 막는데 도움을 줄 수 있는가에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 적 사이버 공격을 감지하여 시스템에 대한 가용성을 확보하고 개별 센서의 효율성을 극대화하는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 적 사이버 공격에 대비하여 센서 노드의 효율적인 배치범위를 조정하며 또한 이을 통해 적을 발견하여 처리하는 알고리즘(Software Kill Switch)을 통해 센서 노드가 가용성을 유지할 수 있는 센서 노드 운용방안을 제안한다.

        군 정보보호를 위한 민간협업 정책 추진방향

        최근 군 사이버 위협 증대에 따른 여러 가지 안보문제와 취약점들이 발생하고 있다. 그에 대응하 기 위하여 여러 가지 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 하나로 집중된 국방 정보보호 안보전략의 모델이 없는 가운데 군 정보보호 안보 강화를 위한 정책 방향을 추진하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 민·관·군이 전체적으로 협력하여 대응하는 통합적인 정보보호 안보전략을 정 립하기 위해서 진행하였다. 이를 위해서 군에서의 사이버 안보문제 및 취약점을 분석하고 해외 주요 국의 군 정보보호 안보 강화 전략을 통해서 한국의 우수한 기술력을 가진 민간기업과 국방부의 협업 을 통한 국방정책정립의 모델을 제안하고 국방 정보보호 안보전략의 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. There are several security issues occurring due to recent military cyber threats and vulnerabilities increases. While working on a variety of efforts to respond to cyber attacks, one focused national defense information security protection policy direction for the group to promote enhanced cyber security strategy, because this model is difficult. In this paper, we proceed in order to cope with the resultant overall civil tube group for establishing a comprehensive cyber security and information protection security strategy. Analysis of cyber security issues and vulnerabilities in this group to study the military intelligence and security strategy, policy, protection of major overseas. Korea’s outstanding private enterprises with technology and defense policy established through the collaboration of the Department of Defense and the Defense Information Security Model proposes the direction of the strategy.
