장노년층의 정보화교육 유용성과 삶의 만족감 관계 분석

본 연구의 목적은 장노년층의 정보화교육이 그들의 삶의 만족감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 파악하는 것이다. 이와 더불어 이들을 대상으로 실시한 정보화교육이 정보 활용으로 이어져 그들의 삶의 만족감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국의 만50세 이상 227명의 설문 데이터를 AMOS를 활용하여 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 정보화교육은 그 유용성 측면에서 측정하였고, 정보활동은 그 편의성 측면에서 측정하였다. 분석결과 장노년층의 정보화교육은 그들의 삶의 만족감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 장노년층의 정보화교육은 정보활용에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The aim of this study is to analyse the relationships between the usefulness of information literacy education and life satisfaction on the older adults in Korea. How the information literacy education impact on the information activities is an additional research question. To achieve these objectives, data were collected through the 227 respondents of over 50-years-old adults in Korea and analysed using AMOS for the structural equation modeling. In this study, information literacy education was measured by it's usefulness aspects, and information activities were measured by it's convenience aspects. The results showed that the information literacy education influences positively both in life satisfaction and in information activities.

대학생층과 비교를 통한 고령층의 모바일기반 정보행위 분석

본 연구의 목적은 고령층의 모바일기반의 정보행위를 정보활동이 가장 왕성한 계층중의 하나인 대학생과 비교분석을 통하여 파악하고 동시에 이들의 정보격차해소를 위한 기초적인 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위하여 자체 개발한 설문지를 사용하여 대구 경북지역에 거주하는 60세 이상 고령층과 이 지역에 거주하는 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 회수된 설문지중 불성실하게 응답한 경우를 제외한 고령층 375명과 대학생 323명의 데이터를 카이제곱검정과 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 두 집단 모두 경제 상태에 따른 모바일기기 보유여부에는 차이가 없었으며, 이들 두 집단이 모바일기반의 정보행위를 하는 첫 번째 이유는 여가를 위한 것으로 나타났다. 한편 고령층은 모바일기기의 활용교육 확대를 통하여, 대학생층은 무상 혹은 저가 모바일기기의 보급을 통하여 정보활용 애로사항을 해소할 수 있다고 밝혔다. 더불어 다양한 연구결과를 표와 그림과 함께 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to discover the mobile-based information behaviors of the older adults with comparison of the college students and then to provide some fundamental ideas of the bridging digital devide for them. For this aims, data were collected from seniors and college students living in Daegu and Kyung-buk province via a self-designed questionnaire, and the data of 375 seniors and 323 college students were analysed with $x^2$ and t-test using SPSS. It revealed that the economic condition did not influence in the possession of mobile devices, and for leisure was most favorite activity in both groups. However, the college student group suggested the supply of free or low price mobile device; whereas the older adults group suggested the spread of education of mobile device usage would be the most important matter for bridging the digital devide. Various results of the study were presented with tables and figures in this paper.

고령층의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 정보이용행태 분석

본 연구는 우리나라 고령층의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 정보이용행태 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 대구 및 대구근교에 거주하고 있는 60세 이상을 연구대상으로 자체 개발한 설문지를 이용해 데이터를 수집하였다. 설문지는 응답자의 인구통계학적 특성에 관한 문항과 정보기기 사용시간에 관한 질문 8문항, 정보콘텐츠 이용시간에 관한 질문 8문항, 그리고 정보활동 참여시간에 관한 질문 16문항 등으로 이루어졌다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS Ver. 21을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 성별에 따라 정보활동 참여시간에 차이가 나타났으며, 학력 수준이 높을수록 정보기기와 정보콘텐츠의 사용시간이 길었고 정보활동에도 더 많은 시간을 할애하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들의 경제상태에 따른 정보기기 사용시간에도 차이가 나타났다. 하지만 건강상태에 따른 정보이용행태는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the older adults’ information behaviors focused on their demographic characteristics. For this study, data were collected from over 60 years old elderly who live in Daegu and near Daegu city using a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of the demographic information, the device use time, the contents use time, and the information activities time. Collected data were analysed using IBM SPSS Statistical package version 21. The result revealed that (1) there exist the gender differences in their information activities time; (2) there exist the academic career differences in their information device use time, in their information contents use time, and in their information activities time, respectively; (3) there exist economical condition differences in their information device use time. (4) However, their physical conditions haven’t effect on any of their information behaviour in this study.

국내 디지털 도서관 연구 동향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 국내 디지털 도서관 관련된 연구의 동향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 문헌정보학 분야 대표 학술지 4종으로부터 최근 10년(2007년-2016년) 동안 발표된 디지털 도서관 관련 논문 272편을 대상으로 해당 논문의 저자가 직접 부여한 영문키워드 578개를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 NetMiner V.4를 사용하여 연결중심성과 매개중심성을 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는, 첫째, 연구 주제의 양적인 측면에서는 'Academic Library', 'Reference Service', 'Public Library', 'E Resource', 'E Book' 순으로 나타났고, 둘째, 연구 주제의 영향력 측면에서는, 'Academic Library', 'Reference Service', 'Information Behavior', 'E Resource' 등의 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구주제의 확장성 측면에서는, 'Academic Library', 'Metadata', 'Information Behavior', 'E Resource', 'Librarian' 등의 순으로 파악되었다. The aim of this study was to analyze the research trends on the digital libraries in Korea. To achieve this objective, a total of 578 author-assigned English keywords were collected from the 272 major LIS journal articles published in Korea during last ten years-period, i.e., 2007-2016. The collected data were analyzed using NetMiner V.4 to discover their 'degree centrality' and 'betweenness centrality'. As the results, 'Academic Library', 'Reference Service', 'Public Library', 'E Resource', and 'E Book' showed the most frequently conducted research topics, and 'Academic Library', 'Reference Service', 'Information Behavior', and 'E Resource' were the most influencing research topics. Finally, 'Academic Library', 'Metadata', 'Information Behavior', 'E Resource', and 'Librarian' seemed the most widely intervening research topics in this research.

고령층의 정보활동이 삶의 행복감에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 고령층의 정보활동(정보기기 사용수준, 정보검색 시간)이 고령층의 삶의 행복감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것이다. 대구 및 대구근교에 거주하는 60세 이상의 고령층을 대상으로 면대면 설문조사를 실시하여 수집한 371부의 데이터를 IBM SPSS 21.0 통계분석 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 다중회귀분석과 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 컴퓨터와 휴대폰 사용수준은 삶의 행복감에 영향을 미치지 않았지만, TV와 전화기 사용수준은 고령층의 삶의 행복감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무와 관련한 정보검색 시간은 삶의 행복감에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤지만, 금융과 관련된 정보검색 시간은 삶의 행복감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of the information activities (i.e., the ability of digital device use and the time spent of information retrieval) on the feeling of happiness for the elderly people in Korea. For this study, we conducted face-to-face interview with the elderly over 60 years old living in and around Daegu, Korea and analyzed 371 valid data for frequency, multiple regression and t-test using IBM SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that neither the ability of computer nor mobile phone use affect on the feeling of happiness, whereas both the ability of TV and telephone use influence positively (+) on it. In addition, the time spent of the business-related information retrieval influences negatively (-) on the feeling of happiness, but the time spent of the financial-related information retrieval influences positively (+) on it.

실버세대의 정보 활용능력이 삶의 행복감에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 실버세대의 정보 활용능력, 생활 만족도, 그리고 삶의 행복감 간의 인과 관계를 밝히고, 아울러 고령화와 정보화 시대에서 실버세대가 행복한 삶을 영위할 수 있는 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대구·경북지역의 인터넷 정보활동을 하고 있는 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 238개의 유효표본을 분석하였다. 실버세대의 정보 활용능력과 삶의 행복감의 관계 및 생활만족도의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 생활만족도가 정보 활용능력과 삶의 행복감 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에 고려되어야 하는 시사점들에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of information literacy, life satisfaction, and life happiness of the silver generation, and to suggest the direction for their happy life. We conducted a questionnaire survey targeted at the Internet users of over 60 years old adults living in Daegu/Gyongbuk areas. Data were analyzed using 238 valid samples. With the results, it revealed that the silver generations’ life satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between their information literacy and their life happiness. Future studies are also discussed in this paper.

실버세대가 지각하는 삶의 행복감과 만족감이 인터넷 이용의지에 미치는 영향

This study investigated the impact of silver generation’s life happiness and satisfaction on the perceived usefulness and the willingness to use internet, aimed at seniors living in Daegu/Gyongbuk area. The ratio of seniors is increasing rapidly and the ICT(Information and Communication Technology) develops at a great speed. However, senior’s ability to adapt new life surrounded by ICT is not fast enough to catch it"s development speed. Based on this reason, this study focused on which factors affect on the willingness to use internet. The result of this study showed that the happiness and life satisfaction of seniors influenced the perceived usefulness significantly. In addition the perceived usefulness affected on the senior’s willingness to use internet. This result implied that senior"s happiness and life satisfaction plays an important role on their willingness to use internet.

학교도서관업무지원시스템(DLS)의 만족도 분석

이 연구는 교육인적자원부와 한국교육학술정보원(KERIS)에서 학교도서관의 업무를 지원하고, 정보 서비스를 향상시키기 위해서 구축한 학교도서관 정보시스템인 DLS의 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 콘텐츠 품질 만족도, 서비스 품질 만족도, 시스템 품질 만족도라는 3가지 정보시스템 성과 측정 지표를 중심으로 분석하고, DLS를 일선에서 사용하고 있으면서 DLS가 제공하는 기능에 많은 관심을 가진 사서교사들을 대상으로 DLS 콘텐츠, 서비스, 시스템 차원별 만족도와 전체 만족도를 조사하여 DLS의 개선에 필요한 방향을 제시하였다. 연구방법은 45개 문항으로 된 설문지법을 채택하였으며, 자료의 분석은 DLS를 사용해본 경험이 있고, 교육경력이 1년 이상인 초?중?고등학교 사서교사 111명의 유효한 설문지를 대상으로 하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction of DLS(Digital Library System) by applying a model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and systems quality. This study also investigate the relationship among the dimensions of DLS"s success evaluation and user satisfaction, royalty, and compliant. In order to achieve these goals, data were collected from the librarians of the school library media centers in Korea using a questionnaire which contains of 45 questions, and a total of 111 valid responses were analysed with SPSS. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: ① It revealed that the higher the DLS users satisfy bring the higher their royalty, but the lower their complaint. ② Among six dimensions of the content quality, the usefulness, the accuracy, the easy to understand and the reliability showed a significant relationship with the user satisfaction index. ③ Among dimensions of the service quality, the keeping one"s promise at the appointed time, the supplying extra time for request, and the providing an useful substitute seemed to a significant relationship with the user satisfaction index. ④ Among dimensions of the system quality, the information retrieval time, the interface design, the interaction between DLS center advisor and users demonstrated a significant relationship with the user satisfaction index.
