In this paper, breakdown voltage and on-resistance characteristics of the surface doped SOI RESURF LDMOSFET were investigated as a function of surface doping depth. In order to verify the variation of characteristics, two-dimensional device simulation was carried out. Breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is varied from $73 {\~}138V$ while surface doping depth varied from $0.5{\~}2.0{\mu}m$. And on-resistance is decreased from $0.18{\~}0.143{\Omega}/cm^2$ while surface doping depth increased from $0.5 {\~}2.0{\mu}m$. Maximum breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is 138 V at $1.5{\mu}m$ depth of surface doping, yielding $22.1\%$ of improvement of breakdown voltage in comparison with that of the conventional SOI RESURF LDMOSFET with same epi-layer concentration. On-resistance characteristic is also improved about $21.7\%$.
소엽(蘇葉) 추출물이 백서(白鼠)의 뇌허혈에 미치는 효과

Objectives : Folium perillae (FP) can relieve superficial pathogenic factors to dissipate cold and promote the circulation of qi and regulate the function of the stomach and is often used for interior qi-stagnation. We hypothesized that FP could rescue cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods : The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of FP on cerebral ischemia in terms of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP) in rats. Finally, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release was investigated, too. Results : In this study, treatment with FP elevated rCBF and MABP levels in dose-dependent manner. Pre-treatment with indomethacin, an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, inhibited rCBF increase induced by FP effectively. However, FP did not affect stability during cerebral reperfusion. Finally, FP significantly inhibited LD H activity in vitro Conclusions : These results suggest that FP is useful to treat patient with diseases related to cerebral ischemia, because FP can increase rCBF and MABP.

In this paper, we analyzed the breakdown voltage and on-resistance of the multi-RESURF SOI LDMOSFET as a function of epi-layer concentration. P-/n-epi layer thickness and doping concentration of the proposed structure are varied from $2{\sim}5{\mu}m\;and\;1\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3}^{\sim}9\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3}$ to find optimum breakdown voltage and on-resistance of the proposed structure. The maximum breakdown voltage of the proposed structure is $224\;V\;at\;R_{on}=0.2{\Omega}-mon^{2}\;with\;P_{epi}=3\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3},\;N_{epi}=7\{times}10^{15}/cm^{3}\;and\;L_{epi}=10{\mu}m$. Characteristics of the device are verified by two-dimensional process simulator ATHENA and device simulator ATLAS.

지구온난화와 교통 문제가 대두됨에 따라 자전거의 필요성이 증가하여 자전거 이용자에게 편리하고 다양한 정보를 제공하는 서비스가 필요하다. 본 연구는 자전거이동경로의 GPX파일자료를 얻어 자전거 이용자들에게 시각적인 정보를 제공하고, 이동경로확인과 운동량을 분석하는 시스템을 구축하였다.
배의 씨방 및 과피의 알콜 발효 추출물이 피부에 미치는 영향

Objectives: This study was designed to investigate the effects of alcoholic fermentation extract from ovary and rind of pear on human skin. Methods: We investigated the effects of samples on human skin in terms of clinical trial. 32 of healthy volunteers, who lived in mokpo participated in clinical trial. Effects of sample on hygroscopicity and water-holding capacity were investigated. Sebum, moisture, scabrousness and desquamation were also investigated. Facial massages were conducted 8 times in each volunteers. Results: Single treatment group showed elevated levels of hygroscopicity (Normal: 106.4±2.1%, vs Pear: 114.1±6.2) and water-holding capacity (Normal: 87.1±4.4%, vs Pear: 96.2±1.3) on forearm of 16 volunteers respectively. In addition, massage group using sample showed elevated moisture (Control: 3.8±5.8%, vs Sample: 15.2±4.7%) and lowered scabrousness levels (Control: -12.3±4.4%, vs Sample: -22.0±5.2%) significantly. However, the levels of sebum did not affected by sample. Conclusions: These result suggest that alcoholic fermentation extract from ovary and rind of pear has moisturizing effect on human skin.
