The fad word ``Eu-ri`` has swept across Korea last year. ``Eu-ri`` has been originally used by actor Bo-sung Kim SInce long time ago, but comedian Kuk-ju Lee adapted the fad word at a gag program. Many commercial films are based on the fad word ``Eu-ri`` nowadays. But Bo-sung Kim gets a lot of chances to take a commercial film, although Kuk-ju Lee did an important role on the popularity of the fad word ``Eu-ri``. Besides, Bo-sung Kim doesn``t use the fad word like he has used till now, but borrows Kuk-ju Lee``s style. After focusing on the fact that Lee parodied Kim``s fad word and Kim took many commercial films due to the popularity of the fad word made by Lee, each facts are analyzed from the aspects of each law. From the Copyright Law``s View, copyright cannot be recognized on the fad word ``Eu-ri`` itself. It is required to attain the high extent of creativity to have the valid copyright under the Continental Law system. But fad words, which are too short to contain any value in the usage, barely are recognized to attain copyright. No problem arise from the aspect of demonstration imitation either. Intangible imitation is not acknowledged at Korea. Lee``s parody and Kim``s act on commercial films are also their own demonstration. Besides, the fact that ordinary people might not confuse between Kim and Lee can also be considered, as well as Lee``s creative effort is reflected on the parody. From the Publicity Right``s view. Lee and Kim doesn``t seem to infringe each other``s right. Because not only parody only take a little possession of whole performance but also it IS hard to say that the value is diluted due to repeated exposure. From the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act``s view, Kim``s decision to take commercial films might cause problems. Lee``s parody on the gag program doesn``t consist the competition between Kim. But Kim``s acting similar character with Lee on commercial films might cause unfair competition. Especially, according to the general article which is introduced February 2014, taking commercial film can be categorized as one part of celebrity``s business, and Kim``s taking commercial films can be seem as hijacking a popularity of Lee``s comedy. Taking economic benefit by imitating celebrity``s performance is becoming a serious problem in Korea. Other than Kim``s episode, radio advertisement which imitates fad word was pointed out to infringe celebrity``s right. Adopting the logic which is similar to overtaking right can be also considered as a good method to protect celbrity``s right about their performance.

Pellicle is defined as a thin transparent film stretched over an aluminum (Al) frame that is glued on one side of a photomask. As semiconductor devices are pursuing higher levels of integration and higher resolution patterns, the cleaning of the Al flame surface is becoming a critical step because the contaminants on the Al flame can cause lithography exposure defects on the wafers. In order to remove these contaminants from the Al frame, a highly concentrated nitric acid ($HNO_3$) solution is used. However, it is difficult to fully remove them, which results in an increase in the Al surface roughness. In this paper, the pellicle frame cleaning is investigated using various cleaning solutions. When the mixture of sulfuric acid ($H_2SO_4$), hydrofluoric acid (HF), hydrogen peroxide ($H_2O_2$), and deionized water with ultrasonic is used, a high cleaning efficiency is achieved without $HNO_3$. Thus, this cleaning process is suitable for Al frame cleaning and it can also reduce the use of chemicals.

A 2-month-old male Jeju native black calf with respiratory distress was died and requested to the Veterinary Pathology Laboratory of Jeju National University for diagnosis. Grossly, lungs were focally attached to the pleura and heart with fibrin. Purple red sublobar consolidations were distributed in both apical and cardiac lobes of lungs. Histopathologically, diffuse severe bronchointerstitial pneumonia characterized by multifocal necrotizing bronchiolitis, formation of numerous multinucleated syncytial cells in bronchiolar and alveolar lumens, and diffuse alveolar wall thickening were observed in lungs. Eosinophilic intracytoplasmic inclusions were observed in bronchiolar epithelial cells and syncytial cells. According to reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) was detected in the lung of calf. Based on the histopathologic findings and RT-PCR, this calf was diagnosed as BRSV infection. In our best knowledge, this is the first case of BRSV infection in Jeju native black calf.
가우시안 혼합모델과 수학적 형태학 처리를 이용한 터널 내에서의 차량 검출

In this paper, a vehicle detection algorithm with HD CCTV camera images using GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model) algorithm and mathematical morphological processing is proposed. At the first stage, background could be estimated using GMM from CCTV input image signal and then object could be separated from difference image of the input image and background image. At the second stage, candidated object were reformed by using mathematical morphological processing. Finally, vehicle object could be detected using vehicle size informations depend on distance and vehicle type in tunnel. Through real experiments in tunnel, it is shown that the proposed system works well. 본 논문에서는 가우시안 혼합모델과 수학적 형태학 처리를 통하여 터널 내에 설치된 고해상도 CCTV 카메라 영상에 대한 차량 검출 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저, CCTV 카메라로부터 입력되는 영상으로부터 가우시안 혼합모델을 이용하여 배경을 추정하고, 배경영상과 입력영상의 차영상으로부터 객체를 분리한다. 그 다음 단계로 분리된 후보 객체를 수학적 형태학 처리를 통하여 재구성한다. 최종적으로는 터널에서의 차량의 위치에 따른 크기 특징을 분석하여 차량을 검출한다. 터널에서 촬영한 영상을 이용한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안하는 차량 검출방법이 효과적으로 적용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
화염의 색상 및 동적 특성을 이용한 FFmpeg 기반 실시간 화염 검출

본 논문에서는 고화질 IP 카메라로부터 입력되는 영상으로부터 실시간으로 화염을 검출할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 먼저 FFmpeg 라이브러리를 이용하여 비디오 파일을 오픈하는 것처럼 IP 카메라로부터 전송되는 RTSP 스트림을 직접 오픈한다. 두 번째는 입력영상으로부터 혼합 가우시안 모델을 이용하여 배경영상을 추출한다. 그 다음에는 입력 영상과 배경영상간의 차신호로부터 전경영상을 구한다. 분리된 전경영상은 수학적 모폴로지 연산을 거쳐 후보영역으로 간주한다. 후보영역의 색정보와 화염의 동적 특성을 분석하여 최종적으로 화염을 검출한다. 실험 결과를 통하여 제안하는 방법이 화염을 검출하는 데 효과적인 것을 보인다. In this paper, we propose a system which can detect the flame in real time from the high-quality IP camera. First, open directly the RTSP streams transmitted from the IP camera using the library FFmpeg as opening a video file. The second thing is to extract the background images from video signal using Gaussian mixture model. Then the foreground images are obtained through subtracting operation between the input image and the background image. Separated foreground image through a mathematical morphology operation are considered as candidate area. By analysing colour information and dynamic characteristics of the candidate area, flame is determined finally. Through the experiments with input videos from IP camera, the proposed algorithms were useful to detect flames.
블루투스 헤드셋에서의 음질 향상에 관한 연구 - 개인 청각손실 방지측면 고려 -

최근 젊은 층을 중심으로 블루투스 헤드셋 등 착용형 청음기기에 의한 소음성 난청을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 청력 손상을 주로 일으키는 감도가 높은 주파수대에서 개인별 청각 특성과 최대가청한계를 고려하여 소리 크기를 조절함으로써 블루투스 헤드셀에서의 청각 손상을 감소하는 동시에 보다 자연스런 음량 조절이 가능한 방법을 보인다. CSR Bluetooth headset example design board(DEV-PC-1645)에 구현한 실험에서 청력 특성이 좋은 대역에서 기존 방법에 비해 보다 낮은 소리 크기에서 불편없이 인지 가능하였다. 또한 그 결과로써 과도한 대역별 소리 에너지를 줄여 청각 손상도 방지할 수 있었다. Todays, many young people suffer from noise-induced hearing loss by using wearable hearing devices, such as Bluetooth headset. This paper present hearing loss reduction and more natural volumn control algorithms considering individual hearing characteristics and threshold of feeling for Bluetooth headset. Experimental results using CSR Bluetooth headset example design board(DEV-PC-1645) show that individuals maybe able to perceive without the inconvenience at the less sound intensity and the more sensitive frequency bands. As a result, we may prevent hearing loss to reduce excessive sound energy in each frequency bands.
간척지 흙의 암거 설치조건에 따른 제염 특성의 이론적 해석

Cultivation on reclaimed tidal land is often difficult in the problem such as high salinity of soil, bad drainage because of high level of groundwater. Many researches have been made efforts to solve these problems, but effect of improvement is low and practicality is insufficient. In this study, through numerical analysis of the transport properties of salt and water, we suggested underground drainage of the reclaimed land and the desalination promotion methods in the soil. The results of characteristic of desalination and seepage analysis of underdrain show that underdrain is able to increase twice of the underground seepage amount when installing perforated pipe with horizontal filter (width 50cm) more than installing only the perforated pipe. For soil which coefficient of permeability is below $1{\times}10^{-4}cm/s$ that desalination with pond water is not possible, a method to increase the permeability of the soil is necessary. Therefore, it was concluded that application of underdrain using perforated pipe with horizontal filter would be low-cost and practical.
