강재 교량의 노후화에 따른 확률적 보수.보강 주기 추정에 관한 연구

교량구조물의 유지관리비용은 크게 증가하는 추세이며 이에 대한 교량의 점검은 많은 비용뿐만 아니라 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 따라서 사전에 교량의 보수 또는 보강이 필요한 시점을 파악하고 그 주기를 예측하는 것은 비용의 절감뿐만 아니라 교량 구조물에 대한 안전성을 확보하는데 크게 도움이 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 강박스 도로교량에 대한 신뢰성 있는 보수 또는 보강 주기를 추정하기 위하여 노후화에 따른 기존의 성능등급 곡선을 우선적으로 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 보수보강 확률함수를 정의하고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확률적으로 보수보강 주기를 추정하는 독자적인 방법을 정립하여 제시 하였다. 또한 결과에 대한 통계적 분석을 통하여 신뢰성을 검증하였으며 강박스 도로교량에 대한 통계자료에서 얻어진 보수 또는 보강 주기와 그 결과가 유사하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 강재 교량 구조물에 대한 신뢰성 있는 보수 또는 보강 주기를 예측하는데 크게 기여할 것으로 판단된다. The cost for maintenance of bridge structures such as repair or reinforcement is increasing. In addition, the efforts for inspection of bridge structures is becoming more important since the proper repair or reinforcement should be performed to save the maintenance cost and ensure the safety for public infrastructure. Therefore, it is studied on this paper to estimate the repair or reinforcement cycles using probabilistic approach for the steel-box girders of bridge superstructure. In addition, a computer simulation program is uniquely developed based on probabilistic approach to calculate the cycles derived from the function of age of bridge and performance rating curve which were previously studied. In order to ensure the reliability of results and appropriateness of the model, statistical analyses were performed. Also, the results were compared and proved to be similar with ones from previous statistical data related to the repair or reinforcement cycles. The results from this study is expected to be useful for the determination of proper time to repair or reinforce the bridge structure and raise the safetyness of bridge structure in advance.

In recent years, computer and network technology has made it possible to include a system in the area of creativity education. In this study, a teaching method of computer education is introduced. The primary purpose of this study is to plan a teaching method for developing creativity in computer instruction.

A dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) comprised of enthalpy wheel, cooling coil, sensible wheel and supply/exhaust fan is able to decouples ventilation and air-conditioning functions and/or sensible and latent load functions. It removes the entire latent load and a portion of the sensible load inside a conditioning zone using 100% outdoor air ventilation. The remaining sensible load is accommodated by a parallel mechanical cooling system. According to the literature, a DOAS based centralized ventilation system shows good potentials for using in high-rise multi-family houses. The main object of this paper is to develop a simple computer program which can be used in the preliminary design phase of a DOAS applied to high-rise apartment buildings.

Recently, the evaluation of fire resistance performance is necessary to use the ultra high strength concrete on the high-rise building. On this study, the loading and heating test is performed for 200MPa ultra high strength concrete using nylon fiber at General Building Research Corporation of Japan. Several tests are performed for evaluation of fire-resistance performance: Tests for concrete characteristics strength properties, pre-test for fire resistance, loading and heating test followed by ISO-834 heating curve on the real-size specimen. Test for residual strength of the column structure after fire-resistance test will be performed.

The objective of this study is to observe growth pattern of grand rapids(lettuce) according to different experimental conditions for minimizing its growth period such as composition of nutrient, irradiation time of light source and cultivation mode. The culture of water spray type using seeds of grand rapids was performed during growth period of total 50 days. Experimental conditions consist of five compositions of nutrient (PW 0.5 mS/㎝, PW 1.0 mS/㎝, PY 0.5 mS/㎝, PY 1.0 mS/㎝, PW 2.0 mS/㎝) and three irradiation times of light source (12h(on) / 12h(off), 18h(on) / 06h(off), 24h(on) / 00h(off)). Illumination was adjusted to ratio of 7:1:1 of red, blue and white color, respectively. Indoor environmental condition for cultivating grand rapids is as follows: temperature (19-22℃), relative humidity (60-70%) and carbon dioxide (1,000-1,200 ppm). The data were obtained from five iteration tests. The maximum growth level was observed in the experimental condition of 18 hr(on) / 06 hr(off) and PY 1 mS/㎝ for 1st week of cultivation period, 24 hr(on) / 00 hr(off) and PY 1mS/㎝ for 2nd week of cultivation period, and 24 hr(on) / 00hr(off) and PW 1 mS/㎝ for 3rd week of cultivation period, respectively. On the contrary, the minimum growth level was observed in the experimental condition of 18 hr(on) / 06 hr(off) and PW 0.5 mS/cm for 1st week of cultivation period, 12 hr(on) / 12 hr(off) and PW 0.5 mS/㎝ for 2nd week of cultivation period, and 12 hr(on) / 12 hr(off) and PY 0.5 mS/㎝ for 3rd week of cultivation period, respectively. Based on the results obtained from this study, it is concluded that the growth level of grand rapids varied with different irradiation time of light source and composition ratio of nutrient according to cultivation period.
트레드밀 운동이 흰쥐 해마의 치상회에서 신경세포 생성에 미치는 영향

The effect of treadmill exercise on cell proliferation in the dentate gyros of the hippocampus was investigated via BrdU-specific immunohistochemistry. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the three groups: the control group (n = 8), the low-intensity exercise group (n = 8), the moderate-intensity exercise group (n = 8). Animals of the exercise groups were put on running 5 days per week for 4 weeks. The regimen of the low-intensity exercise consisted with running at speed of 3 m/min for the first 5 min, 5 m/min for the next 5 min, then 8 m/min for the last 20 min, while the regimen for the moderate-intensity exercise was made with running at speed of 16 m/min for the first 5 min, 19 in/min for the next 5 min, then 22 m/min for the last 20 min. Single dose of 50 mg/kg 5-bromo-2`-deoxyuridine (BrdU) per day was injected intraperitoneally 1 hr before start of treadmill running during the commencement of the experiment. In the present results, weight gain of the rats in the moderate-intensity exercise group was significantly decreased compared to the control group and mild-intensity exercise group. The new cell formation was increased by the treadmill exercise. In the mild-intensity exercise group, BrdU-positive cells in the hippocampal dentate gyros was higher compared to the control group. In the moderate-exercise group, number of the BrdU-positive cells was increased compared to the control group and mild-intensity exercise group. In the present study, it can be suggested that treadmill exercise may facilitate recovery and regeneration from diseases of brain such as Alzheimer`s disease, Parkinson`s disease and injury such as that resulting from stroke by increase of new cell formation.
