Two-dimensional (2D) nano patterns including a two-dimensional Bravais lattice were fabricated by laser interference lithography using a two step exposure process. After the first exposure, the substrate itself was rotated by a certain angle, $90^{\circ}$ for a square or rectangular lattice, $75^{\circ}$ for an oblique lattice, and $60^{\circ}$ for a hexagonal lattice, and the $90^{\circ}$ and laser incident angle changed for rectangular and the $45^{\circ}$ and laser incident angle changed for a centered rectangular; we then carried out a second exposure process to form 2D bravais lattices. The band structure of five different 2D nano patterns was simulated by a beam propagation program. The presence of the band-gap effect was shown in an oblique and hexagonal structure. The oblique latticed ZnO nano-photonic crystal array had a pseudo-bandgap at a frequency of 0.337-0.375, 0.575-0.596 and 0.858-0.870. The hexagonal latticed ZnO nano-crystallite array had a pseudo-bandgap at a frequency of 0.335-0.384 and 0.585-0.645. The ZnO nano structure with an oblique and hexagonal structure was grown through the patterned opening window area by a hydrothermal method. The morphology of 2D nano patterns and ZnO nano structures were investigated by atomic force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The diameter of the opening window was approximately 250 nm. The height and width of ZnO nano-photonic crystals were 380 nm and 250 nm, respectively.

Gastric tuberculosis accounts for approximately 2% of all cases of gastrointestinal tuberculosis. Diagnosis of gastric tuberculosis is challenging because it can present with various clinical, endoscopic, and radiologic features. Tuberculosis manifesting as a gastric subepithelial tumor is exceedingly rare; only several dozen cases have been reported. A 30-year-old male visited emergency room of our hospital with hematemesis and melena. Abdominal CT revealed a 2.5 cm mass in the gastric antrum, and endoscopy revealed a subepithelial mass with a visible vessel at its center on gastric antrum. Primary gastric tuberculosis was diagnosed by surgical wedge resection. We report a rare case of gastric tuberculosis mimicking a subepithelial tumor with acute gastric ulcer bleeding. 스케이터와 스프린터 패턴운동 후 동적균형과 유연성의 변화

Purpose. This study was to investigate the change of dynamic balance and flexibility for normal group, using skater and sprinter exercise program of PNF pattern. Method. In this study it was participated twenty-one subjects. Experimental group worked skater and sprinter pattern exercise with Thera-band or without Thera-band each 40 times. Evaluation of dynamic balance and flexibility(using the Functional Reach Test and Fingertrip To Floor Test) were carried out before and after the exercise. Result. In dynamic balance it was observed to significant change except first measure and flexibility was observed to all measures significantly(p<.05). Conclusion. Skater and Sprinter pattern exercise is effective to improve for dynamic balance and flexibility. However, the experimental group is small sample size of normal adult. therefore, It should be carefully considered in generalizing the results to disabled person.
내시경 절제술 적응증이 되는 조기 위암에서 림프절 전이 예측을 위한 전산화단층촬영술의 유용성

목적: 본 연구는 내시경 절제술의 적응증에 해당하는 조기 위암의 림프절 병기 설정에서 복부 전산화단층촬영술의 유용성을 평가하고, 정확도에 영향을 주는 인자에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2009년 3월부터 2016년 3월까지 수술 전 복부 전산화단층촬영술을 시행하고 위 절제술 및 림프절 곽청술을 시행 받은 환자들 중 내시경 절제술의 적응증에 조기 위암을 가진 268명의 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. 결과: 내시경 절제술의 적응증에 해당하는 조기 위암의 전산화단층촬영술 림프절 병기의 정확도는 86.1% (235/268명)였다. 전산화단층촬영술에서 림프절 전이가 의심되는 환자들에서 수술 후 병리 결과 림프절 전이가 없었다. 림프절 전이는 확대적응증에 해당하는 조기 위암을 가진 7명의 환자에서 확인되었으며, 이들 모두 전산화단층촬영술에서 림프절 비대는 없었다. 궤양 및 궤양반흔이 전산화단층촬영술 위양성과 관련이 있었다(odds ratio 3.56; 95% confidence interval 1.56-8.15). 결론: 내시경 절제술 적응증에 해당하는 조기 위암의 림프절 병기 평가로 복부 전산화단층촬영술의 신뢰도는 제한적이었다. Background/Aims: This study evaluated the value of abdominal computed tomography (CT) in preoperative N staging of early gastric cancers (EGCs) within standard and expanded indications of endoscopic resection (ER) and investigated the factors affecting accuracy. Methods: Between March 2009 and March 2016, a total of 268 patients with EGC within the standard and expanded indications of ER underwent preoperative abdominal CT and surgical gastrectomy with lymph node (LN) dissection. Preoperative N staging of CT was compared with the pathologic result. Results: The accuracy of N staging for EGCs within the standard and expanded indications was 86.1% (235/268). There was no LN metastasis in patients with cN1 in CT staging. LN metastasis was found in 7 patients with EGCs that met the expanded ER indication and cN0 in CT staging. According to the univariate analysis, ulcers, including scars, were associated with the false positive of lymph node metastasis in abdominal CT (odds ratio 3.56; 95% confidence interval 1.56-8.15). Conclusions: The present study suggests that the value of abdominal CT is limited for nodal staging of EGCs that meet the ER indication. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2017;70:21-26)

This study is explore the photoelectric conversion change of dye-sensitized solar cells with surface treatment of the conductive substrate. gases of FTO surface treatment were $N_2$, and $O_2$. Treatment conditions of surface were gas flux from 25 sccm to 50 sccm and RF power were from 25 W to 50 W. Treatment time and pressure were fixed 5 min and 100 mtoor. The best sheet resistance and surface roughness were obtained by $O_2$ 50 sccm and 50 W and that result were 7.643 ${\Omega}/cm^2$ and 17.113 nm, respectively. The best efficiency result was obtained by $O_2$ 50 sccm and 50 W and that result of Voc, Jsc, FF and efficiency were 7.03 V, 14.88 $mA/cm^2$, 63.75% and 6.67%, respectively.

단일모드 광섬유를 이용한 수소센서의 특성을 이론 및 실험으로 분석하였다. 검출 소재로 팔라듐(Pd:palladium) 필름을 이용하였고 광섬유와 Pd 사이의 접착력을 강화하기 위해 니켈(Ni) 필름을 사용하였다. 제작된 센서의 반응감도와 반응시간은 팔라듐 박막의 두께에 크게 의존하였다. 단일모드 광섬유 끝단에 접착층으로 5 nm 두께의 Ni 박막과 감응막으로 10 nm 두께의 Pd가 코팅된 센서는 0.6 dB의 반사도의 변화와 $3{\sim}5$초의 반응시간을 보였다. The characteristics of the single mode fiber hydrogen sensor have been investigated theoretically and experimentally. Palladium is adopted as a material for the transducer and a thin Ni film is used for the adhesion between the fiber end and the Pd film. It is shown that sensitivity and response time strongly depend on the thickness of Pd film. The single mode fiber sensor coated with 5 nm thick Ni adhesion layer and 10 nm thick Pd transducer layer showed 0.6 dB change of reflectivity and $3{\sim}5$ sec of response time as it absorbed 4% hydrogen gas.

Duodenal perforation is a complication of endoscopic mucosal resection. Liver abscess secondary to iatrogenic perforation is extremely rare. A 43-year-old female visited the hospital to remove a sub-epithelial tumor on the duodenal bulb. After endoscopic mucosal resection with band ligation, duodenal perforation occurred. Endoscopic closure was performed successfully using a clipping device to manage duodenal perforation. After 4 weeks, the patient visited our outpatient clinic due to abdominal pain and fever. Abdominal computed tomography showed liver abscess that involved segment three. Liver abscess was resolved with a 10-week antibiotic treatment. To the best of our knowledge, no case of liver abscess secondary to duodenal perforation by endoscopic resection was reported to date in Korea. Here, we report a case of liver abscess caused by a duodenal perforation after endoscopic mucosal resection. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2018;71:286-289)

목적: 본 연구는 인 라인 스케이트를 타다가 발생한 다양한 형태의 손상에 대해 기 술하고 그 원인과 예 방 방법을 찾고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 인 라인 스케이트를 타던 중 수상 후 본원 및 인근 병원에 내원하여 치료를 받은 환자 57예를 조사하였다 이 중 남자 37명 , 여 자20명이었으며 평균 연령 은 9세 9개월 (범위 , 6$\~$40세)이었다 수상 부위 및 인 라인 스케이트를 즐겨 타던 장소, 수상 당시 보호 장비의 착용 여부, 그리고 수상 기전 등을 조사하였다. 결과: 수상 형 태로는 골절 50예 슬관절 연골판 파열 1예 , 슬관절 내측 측부 인대 손상 2예 , 좌상 및 염 좌 4예였으며 골절의 부위로는 원위부 요-척골 골절 33예(66$\%$) , 주관절부 골절 5예(10$\%$) , 상완골 간부 골절 3예(6$\%$) 등으로 나타났다. 수상 당시의 장소는 복잡한 아파트 단지 22예 (39$\%$) , 좁은 골목길 19예 (33$\%$) , 공원 16예 (28$\%$)였다 보호장비 착용 여부로는 단 5예에서만 부분적으로 보호장비를 착용하였으며 슬관절 보호대만을 착용한 경우 2예, 슬관절 및 주관절 보호대 1예, 슬관절 , 주관절 및 완관절 보호대 2예였고, 헬멧을 착용한 경우는 없었다 결론: 인 라인 스케이트를 타다가 발생하는 손상을 줄이 기 위해서 는 적절한 보호장비의 착용 및 안전한 장소의 선택이 필요하며 , 인 라인 스케이트를 타는 방법에 대 하여 동호회 등을 통한 지속적 이고 효과적 인 교육이 중요하다고 사료되었다 Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe causes and injury mechanisms during inline skating and to find preventive measures .Materials and Methods: We have carefully selected 57 patients who have been treated in our hospital and nearby hospital. There are 37 males and 20 females, and mean age is 9 years 9 months (range,6-40 years old) . We have meticulously investigated their injured sites, their favorite location for inline skating , their use of protective means while they were on the wheels and their injury mechanisms . Results: Injury consisted of 50 fractures,1 meniscal tear,2 medial collateral ligament rupture and 4 contusion or sprain. Fracture sites varied as follows : 33(66$\%$) cases in distal radius and ulna,5(10$\%$) in elbow. 3(6$\%$) in diaphysis of humerus, etc Location at the time of injury varied as follows : 22 cases(39$\%$) in their apartment complex, 19 cases in (33$\%$) narrow streets, and 16 cases(28$\%$) in parks Only five patients admitted that any means of protection were used.2 cases only had knee pad on , 1 case put on elbow pad in addition, and 2 cases put on wrist guard as well. However none of the patients had helmet on Conclusion: We would strongly like to stress the importance of using sufficient protections and of choosing area where it is safe to ride, in order to reduce the risk of accidents. In addition, continuous and effective prior education from inline skate circles may be in order before riding the inline skate.
폴리스티렌 나노 비드를 이용한 플라즈모닉 나노 구조체의 광학 특성

We proposed and demonstrated the double layered metallic nano-hole structure using polystyrene beads process to enhance the sensitivity of surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The double layered SPR structures are calculated using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method for the width, thickness, and period of the metallic nano-hole structures. The thickness of the metal film and the metallic nano-hole is 30 and 20 nm in the 214 nm wide nano-hole size, respectively. The double layered SPR structures are fabricated with monolayer polystyrene beads of 420 nm wide. The sensitivities of the conventional SPR sensor and the double layered SPR sensor are obtained to 42.2 and 52.1 degree/RIU, respectively.
