        한국 성인의 초가공식품 섭취에 영향을 미치는 사회인구학적 요인 및 건강행태 요인과 식사의 질과의 상관성 : 제 6~7기 (2013-2018) 국민건강영양조사를 바탕으로

        This study aimed to investigate correlations between socio-demographic and health behavioral factors affecting consumption of ultra-processed foods and quality of diet in Korean adults. Data from 17,924 adults aged 19 years or older were obtained during the sixth and seventh (2013-2018) period of the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey and employed in the present study. Foods consumed by subjects were investigated using the 24-hour recall method and classified from NOVA 1 to NOVA 4 according to the processing stage. For statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis and general linear analysis were performed. Age(P<0.001), marital status(P=0.005), smoking status (P<0.001), and education level(P<0.001) showed significant correlations with the consumption of ultra-processed food (NOVA 4). In addition, factors such as sex, residence, age, obesity status, educational level, income level, marital status, alcohol status, and smoking status showed differences in the quality of diet according to the consumption of ultra-processed foods. Therefore, it is necessary to reorganize processed food guidelines so that a balanced diet can be achieved by selecting the right food and reducing the intake of processed food according to individual socio-demographic factors and health behavior factors. 본 연구는 한국 성인의 초가공식품 섭취와 식생활의 질에 영향을 미치는 사회인구학적 요인과 건강행태요인의 상관관계를 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 국민건강영양조사 6, 7차(2013~2018) 기간에 만 19세 이상 성인 17,924명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 피험자가 섭취한 식품은 24시간 회상법으로 조사하였으며, 가공단계에 따라 NOVA 1에서 NOVA 4로 분류하였다. 통계적 분석을 위해 다중회귀분석을 통해 초가공식품 섭취와 사회인구학적, 행동적 건강요인 간의 관계를 파악하였다. 한국의 건강한 식생활지수(KHEI)를 사회인구학적 요인과 행동건강요인에 따라 결정하기 위해 일반선형분석을 실시하였다. 초가공식품(NOVA 4)의 에너지비와 사회인구학적 및 건강행태요인 특성, 연령, 결혼 여부, 흡연 여부, 학력은 유의하였다. 또한 성별, 거주지, 연령, 비만 여부, 학력, 소득 수준, 결혼 여부, 음주 여부, 흡연 여부 등의 요인은 초가공식품 섭취에 따라 식이의 질이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 각 사회인구학적 요인과 건강행태요인에 따라 올바른 식품을 선택하고 가공식품의 섭취를 줄임으로써 균형 잡힌 식단이 이루어질 수 있도록 가공식품 가이드라인을 개편할 필요가 있다고 생각된다. .

      • Octopus-Inspired Adhesive Patches for Bio-signal Monitoring

        Wearable devices should be attached to our bodies so that biological signals can be measured sensitively and quickly. Traditional acrylic-based adhesive patch leaves damage and residue on the skin surface and reduces adhesion in underwater environments. To overcome these problems, many researchers have developed bio-inspired adhesive patches to mimetic gecko feet and mushroom-shaped tips. However, without leaving chemical contaminants on the surface, the development of adhesive patches that can be repeatedly attached in wet and dry environments is still necessary. In this study, we report highly adaptable and biocompatible adhesive patches in various environments with microstructure inspired by the infundibulum of octopi suction cup. An octopi suction cup-inspired patches are fabricated by a simple molding process and controlling the meniscus of liquid precursors using capillarity force. We performed the adhesion using force gauge and showed adhesion in Dry and Wet environments.

        The purpose of this study was to analysis on the clothing practice of fire fighter's protective clothing and 119 rescue clothing surveys of user's opinion and experiment on the physical properties of material. Firefighter's protective clothing should be required more flame-resistance, water-resistance, air permeability and reflectivity, 119 rescue clothing should be required more water-resistance, toughness and air permeability . Firefighter's protective clothing should be improved color, size, clothing weight, washability and clothing comfort.

        신도시 주거지역 토지이용패턴 형성과정에 관한 연구: 일산신도시 사례분석

        A residential area, which can account for the highest area ratio of a city, can have a great effect on the formation process of land use patterns. For instance, single-family complexes among residential areas are formed over a certain period of time. The special feature of the land use pattern in a single-family area is the excessive mixture of commercial use, which may cause negative external effects including deterioration of the residential environment and a decline in hosing prices. This study presents positive data as a remedy measure for the single-family complexes by examining the status quo of the mixture of commercial use and the formation process of the land use pattern in Ilsan New Town. The indices and the figures of land use pattern are analysed by the types of single-family area classified by the distance from the subway stations. The study results indicate the following facts. First, the formation of single-family complexes can be divided into the initial, the rapid growth and completion phases. Secondly, the curve of the growth ratio of single-family complexes assumes an ?S? form. The C/R ratios based on the types of single-family complexes are 2.9, 1.3, 0.9 respectively. Thirdly, the commercial uses mixed in single-family complexes include restaurants, retailers, offices in ratio order. Fourth, the change in land use ratio is characterized by the decline in the numbers of retailers and the increase in the restaurants. Finally, the formation process of land use patterns can be classified into the commercial use-dominant type and the residential use-dominant type. 한 도시에서 가장 비중이 큰 주거지역은 도시토지이용패턴의 형성에 가장 큰 영향을 미친다. 주거지역 중에서도 단독주택단지의 토지이용변화패턴은 일정기간에 걸쳐 형성되며, 상업용도가 과도하게 혼합되는 경향이 있다. 상업용도의 과도한 혼합은 주거환경 악화, 재산가치의 하락 등 부의 외부효과를 발생시킨다. 본 연구는 일산 신도시 단독주택지의 상업용도 혼입과 그 토지이용패턴에 관한 실증적 분석자료를 근거로 개선방안을 마련하기 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 일산의 단독주택단지를 역세권형·준역세권형·주거지형으로 유형화하여 분석지표와 토지이용패턴도를 통해 실증 분석한 결과 밝혀진 사실은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 토지이용형성율을 그래프로 나타낸 토지이용형성곡선은 S커브 형태를 갖으며, 기울기의 변화에 따라 초기, 급성장기 및 완료기로 단계화될 수 있다. 둘째, 점포 주택(C)과 전용주택(R)의 비율인 C/R은 역세권형·준역세권형·주거지형이 각각 2.9, 1.34, 0.9로, 단지유형에 따라 큰 차이를 보인다. 셋째, 상업용도구성비는 일산 전체를 기준으로 음식위락(19.6%), 판매(8.9%), 업무(8.2%)의 순이다. 넷째, 상업용도의 과다공급 및 할인점 등 대형 유통업체의 입점에 따라 판매의 감소와 음식위락 및 주거의 증가하는 침입·계승현상이 발생한다. 마지막으로, 토지이용패턴 형성과정은 C/R〉1인 상업용도 우세형과 C/R〈1주거용도 우세형 2가지로 유형화된다.

        비만 성인의 성별·연령군에 따른 총 에너지 섭취 대비 식품군·음식군 에너지 섭취비율: 2013–2018년 국민건강영양조사 자료를 활용하여

        Purpose: To provide the primary data on dietary guidelines for the management of obesity, we analyzed the intake rate of food groups and dish groups according to obesity and age. Data were obtained from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANSE, 2013–2018). Methods: This study analyzed the data of 21,184 adults aged 19-64 years, obtained from the KNHANSE 2013–2018. The 24-hour recall was performed and the food groups were classified into six representative food groups (grains, meat·fish·eggs·legumes, vegetables, fruits, milk and dairy, and oil and sugar), and ‘alcohol’ and ‘others’. The dish groups were classified into a total of twenty-four types. Results: The normal group included 9,004 subjects (42.5%), while the obese group had 12,180 subjects (57.5%). The food groups showing significant differences according to obesity were grains (p < 0.001), meat/fish/egg/legumes (p < 0.001), and vegetables (p < 0.001); similar results were obtained in both male and female. Comparing the intake rate of food groups and dish groups targeting only the obese group according to age, the food groups showing significance between the obese group and the normal group were grains (p < 0.001) and vegetables (p < 0.001), with significantly increased intake in both genders. Considering the dish groups, significant increases were determined for stews (p < 0.001), seasoned vegetables (p < 0.001), and kimchi (p < 0.001) in male, and for rice (p < 0.001), seasoned vegetables (p < 0.001), kimchi (p < 0.001), and rice cakes (p < 0.001) in female. Conclusion: The results of this study determined that the intake ratio of food and dish groups differs by age in obese adults. We believe that our results can be used as primary data for forming dietary guidelines for obese adults in the future.

        국내 30-40 대 장년의 식이 나트륨·칼륨 비 및 음식군 에너지 섭취 비율과 비만과의 관련성 : 제 6~7기 (2013-2018) 국민건강영양조사를 바탕으로

        비만은 에너지 섭취 과잉이 주 원인이나, 최근에는 영양소의 불균형, 특히 높은 나트륨·낮은 칼륨 섭취도 비만의 원인으로 보고되고 있어 균형적인 나트륨-칼륨 섭취를 위한 식사지침이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국민건강영양조사자료를 활용하여 Na/K 섭취비와 비만과의 관련성을 분석하고 비만여부에 따른 음식군의 섭취량을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상자는 국민건강영양조사 제 6~7기(2013-2018) 의 30-49세 중 영양조사자료에 결측치가 있는 자를 제외하여 7,523명으로 하였다. 비만의 기준은 BMI ≥25 kg/m2 와 허리둘레기준 남성 ≥90cm, 여성≥85cm으로 하였다. Na/K 섭취비는 24 시간 회상법자료를 활용하였으며, 한국영양학회에서 제공하는 음식군 분류체계에 따라 총 24개의 음식군으로 분류하였다. 통계분석은 Na/K 섭취비와 비만과의 관련성 분석을 위해 Na/K 섭취비는 3 분위하였으며, Generalized Linear Model(GLM) 과 로지스틱 회귀분석을 활용하였다. 모든 유의수준은 0.05 미만으로 하였다. Na/K 섭취비와 비만과의 관련성 분석 결과, BMI 기준에서 T1 보다 T3 가 1.273배(CI: 1.125-1.440, P<0.001), 허리둘레 기준에서 T3가 1.244배 (CI: 1.089-1.422, P=0.005) 로 나타났다. 또한 Na/K 섭취비가 1 이상인 자 중 비만여부에 따라 총 에너지섭취 대비 음식군 섭취비율을 분석한 결과 비만군에서 섭취비율이 높은 음식군은 음료·주류·차류, 면·만두류, 국·탕류, 튀김류 및 김치류로 나타났다 (P<0.005). 본 연구결과 Na/K 섭취비가 높을수록 비만의 위험도가 높고, 특히 Na/K 섭취비가 높은 비만인의 경우 음료·주류·차류, 면·만두류, 국·탕류, 튀김류 및 김치류로 섭취하는 에너지섭취비율이 높은 것으로 나타났다 (P<0.005). 이를 통해 단순히 적절한 에너지 섭취를 위한 영양교육 외에도 적절한 Na/K 섭취비를 위한 식생활 실천 지침 등이 제시되어야 할 것이다. Nutrient imbalance, exceptionally high sodium, and low potassium intake have been reported to cause obesity. Thus, this study analyzed the relationship between the Na/K intake ratio and obesity. The subjects of this study were 7,523 persons aged 30-49 from the 6th~7th period (2013-2018) of the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Obesity was defined as BMI ≥25 kg/m2 and waist circumference ≥ 90cm for men and ≥85cm for women. The Na/K intake ratio was based on 24-hour recall data. A total of 24 food groups were classified according to a classification system provided by the Korean Nutrition Society. To analyze the relationship between the Na/K intake ratio and obesity, Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and logistic regression analysis were used. As a result of the analysis of the relationship between Na/K intake ratio and obesity, T3 was 1.273 times (CI: 1.125-1.440, P<0.001) T1 in BMI criteria, and T3 was 1.244 times in waist circumference (CI: 1.089-1.422, P=0.005). Also, among those with a Na/K intake ratio of 1 or higher, food intake to total energy intake was analyzed according to obesity. The food group with the highest intake ratio in the obese group was beverages, alcoholic beverages, tea, noodles, dumplings, soups, fried foods, and kimchi (P<0.005). Therefore, it is necessary to present the contents of an appropriate Na/K intake ratio and energy intake control during weight control education for obese people.

        Due to the recent increase of underground space and the gradual growth of population inflow to the underground space as well as the time spending in the basements, there is a need to establish an alternative to change the possible negative psychological elements about the underground space to a positive one beyond the previous underground space development which emphasized the acquisition of facility-oriented area. The interest and demand for creating a green area in the underground space is increasing as a considerable number of the population acknowledge the subject underground space as agreeable and lively. Thus, the Ministry of Environment has produced "A Guideline for Ecologic Landscape of Underground Space(2009)" to regulate the required items in creating an ecologic landscape in the underground space within the city for the preservation of natural environment and improvement of ecologic health of the city according to the Clause 43 of the Natural Environment Preservation Law to proactively attract green area of underground space within the city. However, the ways for systematic and practical management of the creation is insufficient. Consequently, this research attempted to understand the current status of ecologic landscape of underground space, analyze its features and issues to create ways to vitalize the green area in underground space which can provide a stable and agreeable area to the people along with the purification of indoor air quality of Seoul city, whose underground space is expected to increase continuously in the future, to manage the ecologic landscape of the underground space systematically.
