제이피아이헬스케어(주)에 대한 사례연구

본 연구는 제이피아이헬스케어(주)의 기업역사에 대해 창업자인 김삼조 회장의 경영 시기(1980~2002)와 2세 경영자인 김진원 사장의 경영 시기(2002~2019) 중에서 회사의성과에 중요한 영향을 미친 사건들을 연대기별로 선정하여 경영자의 관점에서 서술하였다. 특히 김진원 사장의 경영 시기 동안 진행되었던 주요 사건들에 대해 실제 의사결정을했던 경영자가 직접 그 배경과 의사결정 이유, 그리고 그에 따른 성과에 대해 직접 설명한 논문은 매우 드문 만큼 이번 연구의 가치가 높다고 판단하였다. 또한, 이번 연구에서는 김진원 사장이 기업성과에 중대한 영향을 미치는 주요 요소로서 자원기반관점 이론을바탕으로 경영자의 자질, 기업 내부와 연관된 사람과 조직, 그리고 기업 외부와 연관된시장전략들과 관련한 주요 사건들을 선정하여 서술하였다. 그러므로, 이번 연구를 통해 실제 중소기업을 성공적으로 경영했던 경영자가 그 기업의 역사 중 주요 사건들에 대해 타인들은 알 수 없는 의사결정 과정을 직접 서술함으로써다른 중소기업 경영자들에게 실무적인 시사점을 전달하고자 하였다. 특히 2세 경영자가창업자의 사후에 어려워진 기업의 위기상황을 잘 극복하여 결국 수출중심의 강한 중소기업으로 회사를 성장시켜 나갔던 주요 과정들에 관한 서술은 유사한 상황에 있는 중소기업경영자들이나 가업을 물려받을 2세 경영자들에게 많은 시사점을 제시할 수 있을 것으로판단하였다. This study examines the history of JPI Healthcare during the period of leadership by the founder, Mr. Sam-Jo Kim (1980~2002), and by his successor, Mr. Jin-Won Kim (2002~2019). Mr. Jin-Won Kim carefully selected some key events that impacted the business performance of JPI Healthcare during his leadership period, annotating them with his own narratives about the internal reason and background behind his business decisions. Since primary self-study of a business leader is exceptionally rare, this study should be considered valuable. Additionally, Mr. Jin-Won Kim, a capable business leader himself, chose and described some important events related to three valuables that impact business performance: competency of executive, organizational culture and human capital, and effectiveness of market strategy based on Resource-based view theory. Therefore, this study will aid business leaders in SME(Small-Medium Enterprise) who are seeking appropriate solutions to overcome difficult business situations or strategies to develop their companies into strongly globalized SMEs. Furthermore, there are many practical implications available for future business leaders who are planning to succeed enterprises.

배관실험을 통한 국부감육 배관의 손상거동 평가

To understand failure behavior of pipe thinned by flow accelerated corrosion, in this study, the pipe failure tests were performed on 102mm-Sch.80 carbon steel pipe with various local wall thinning shapes, and the failure mode, load carrying capacity, and deformability were investigated. The tests were conducted under loading conditions of 4-points bending and internal pressure. The experimental results showed that the failure mode of thinned pipe depended on magnitude of internal pressure and thinning length as well as loading direction and thinning depth and angle. The variation in load carrying capacity and deformability of thinned pipe with thinning length was determined by stress type appled to the thinning area and circumferential thinning angle. Also, the effect of internal pressure on failure behavior was dependent on failure mode of thinned pipe, and it promoted crack occurrence and mitigated local buckling at thinned area.

X-ray Structure and Electrochemical Properties of Ferrocene-Substituted Metalloporphyrins

Transition metal complexes of novel mono- and di-ferrocene-substituted porphyrins have been synthesized and characterized by structural and electrochemical methods. The X-ray structures of Mn(FPTTP)Cl and Mn(DFTTP)Cl showed the distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry with syn configuration of chloride and ferrocenyl substituents. The electrochemistry of ferrocene-substituted porphyrins and their metal complexes has been determined to elucidate the ${\pi}-conjugation$ effect of the porphyrin ring. The ferrocenyl group of H2FPTTP underwent a reversible one-electron transfer process at 0.30 V, indicating the good electron donating effect of the phorphyrin ring to the ferrocene substituent. The redox potential of the ferrocenyl subunit and porphyrin ring was affected by the central metal ions of the metalloporphyrins, that is, Zn(II) and Ni(II) made the oxidation of ferrocene much easier and Mn(III) made it harder. The ferrocene subunits of H2DFTTP interacted electrochemically with each other with peak splitting of 0.21 V. The strength of the electrochemical interactions between the two ferrocenyl substituents can be controlled by central metal ions of metalloporphyrins.

Objectives : this study is to see if there is a significance in thermal differences of acupoints in diagnosis and treatment period of facial paralysis and to substantiate the validity of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for it. Methods : 1. By using DITI, thermal differences of acupoints on the face and the upper limbs of 13 Bell's palsy patients were measured around 3 days after an attack of the disease. These 13 patients, whose treatment progress was monitored up to 6 months after attack, were among the inpatients and outpatients of oriental internal medicine of National Medical Center from July 1 to August 31. 2. The patients were divided into 1month, 2-3months, 4months, 6months groups according to the occasion of improvement and thermal averages of each treatment period measured. Results : When it takes within 1 month for the condition of facial paralysis to change for the better, DITI image shows the temperature of the affected face parts and arms is higher than that of the non-affected parts. However, when it takes more than 4 months, the temperature of the affected face parts and arms on DITI image is lower than that of the non-affected parts. Conclusions : Hereby, prognosis of the disease and necessary time for the treatment can be presumed through DITI screening after an occurrence of facial paralysis. Also, condition of the disease is reflected by thermal differences of acupoints for Bell's palsy treatment that are in accordance with the theory of meridian on the face. This supports the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for this disease.

족부 설상골에 발생한 거대세포종 - 증례보고 1례 -

골의 거대세포종은 원발성 골 종양의 5-10%를 차지한다. 주로 20-40세 사이의 연령에서 많으며 90% 이상이 장골에 발생하지만 아주 드물게 수부나 족부 같은 편평골이나 단골에도 발생한다. 주요 증상은 동통이며 종종 병적 골절이나 심지어 연부 조직의 침범이 동반될 수있다. 방사선학적으로 골간단에 음영이 감소된 균질의 골 용해 소견이 보이며 주위에 반응성골 형성은 없다. 치료는 골 종양의 병기에 따라 차이가 있으며 재발율을 줄이고 침범 부위의 기능을 보존할 수 있는 수술적 치료가 필요하다. 비진행성 병기는 소파술후 골이식이나 골시멘트 충전을 할 수 있고 진행성 병기는 광범위 절제술후 관절 고정술이나 종양 대치물로 사지 구제술을 시행한다. 전이, 국소재발을 주기적으로 관찰해야 한다. 저자들은 족부의 외측 설상골에 발생한 거대 세포종을 경험하였기에 보고하고자 한다. The incidence of giant cell tumors represents only 5% to 10% of all bone tumors. Occurrence on the small bones of the hand and foot are very rare. They typically present with pain and sometimes a pathologic fracture or even soft tissue extension. The radiographic appearance is highly characteristic. An eccentric osteolytic lesion is seen, producing cortical thinning and expansion, and possessing a delicate trabecular pattern. In tarsal bones, poorly or well-defined osteolytic lesions of variable size are encountered. Surgical treatment remains the preferred therapy. Marginal or wide en bloc resection has had far better results in term of local recurrence. Several authors have suggested extended curettage and cement as an alternative to en bloc resection. Follow-up is necessary to monitor for both local recurrence and the infrequent pulmonary metastases.

As society ages, the seriousness of Parkinson's disease in the elderly increases. This study was performed in order to evaluate the effect of Korean medical treatments on Parkinson's symptoms. An elderly patient was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by clinical symptoms, which were resting tremor, pill-rolling tremor and mild bradykinesia. We treated her disease with Korean medical treatment, including herbal medicine and acupuncture therapy and excluding western medication. For the herbal medicine, Insamyangyeong-tang (人參養榮湯), Bobi-tang (補脾湯), Dokhwaljihwang-tang (獨活地黃湯) and Sipimijihwang-tang (十二味地黃湯) were primarily used. In result, the clinical symptoms, measured by unified Parkinson's disease rating scale (UPDRS) and modified Hoehn and Yahr stage (H-Y stage), of Parkinson's disease in this patient had improved after the Korean medical treatment. This study suggests that Korean medical treatments can be applicable to improve symptoms in patients with Parkinson's disease.
