        H∞ 제어 기술을 이용한 유압 시스템 제어

        This study describes a hydraulic fluid property compensator under the various operating conditions. Because hydraulic fluid systems have much more excellent features than other control systems, they are used in many fields. However, the characteristics of hydraulic fluid are changed due to various operating conditions. This phenomenon is called uncertainty. Especially, bulk modulus is considered as the most dominant parameter in this study. In order to overcome the uncertainty ∞ control technique will be used for this study. Designed controller using the ∞ control technique, is adopted for the hydraulic fluid multistage double acting oil pressure cylinder. Repetition operation test gives from 5 to 8 percent errors in moving position.

      • 비선형 구조물의 수치최적화 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        It is frequently confronted with the problems which need to minimize or to maximize the arbitrary function values, satisfying certain limited conditions in engineering design as well as in economics and basic sciences. In order to solve these, first, it is necessary to know quantitatively how the design parameters to determine are related with the confronted problem, and then to make them to minimize and to express the limited condition to a numerical equation. Second, it is necessary to determine the optimized design parameters to satisfy the limited condition utilizing an optimization technique for the analysed problems. It is focused on the development of simple program which can effectively perform the optimization process by inputting minimum data using general personal computer in this study, regardless of that whether object function and the limited condition equation are linear or not.

        This study describes a hydraulic fluid property compensator under the various perating conditions. Especially, bulk modulus is considered as the most dominant parameter in this study Under the wide range of temperature and pressure, bulk modulus is changed. In order to overcome the uncertainty, H_(∞) technique will be used for this study. Spectral factorization, model matching problem and controller parametrization are also applied to achieve the desired robust control action. Designed controller using the H_(∞) technique, is adopted for the hydraulic fluid valve motor system.

        십전대보탕(十全大補湯) 와송(瓦松) 및 십전대보탕가와송(十全大補湯加瓦松)의 항암효과(抗癌效果)와 면역반응(免疫反應)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        In order to research the effects of Shipjundaebotang(SDT) and Orostachys Herba(OH) on anti-tumor and immune response, the author performed this experimental study. Experimental groups are divided into five groups, which are solid extract of Orostachys Herba by water(OHW), solid extract of Orostachys Herba by ethanol(OHE), solid extract of Shipjundaebotang (SDT), solid extract of Shipjundaebotang added by solid extract of Orostachys Herba by water(SDT+OHW) and solid extract of Shipjundaebotang added by solid extract of Orostachys Herba by ethanol (SDT+OHE). In these experimental studies, extension of survival days for anti-tumor effect was observed, and de layed type hypersensitivity and rosette forming cell for cell-mediated immune response, hemagglutinin titers and hemolysin titers for humeral immune response, spleenic natural killer cell activity and carbon clearance (K-index) in vitro were measured with mice. The result were summerized as follows: I. SDT, SDT+OHW and SDT+OHE treated groups were significantly recognized to extend the survival days of tumor bearing mice as compared with the control group. 2. Delayed type hypersensitivity was significantly increased in SDT, SDT+OHW and SDT+OHE treated groups as compared with control group. 3. Hemagglutinin titer was increasred in all sample groups as compared with control group, but not significantly. 4. Hemolysin titers was significantly increased in SDT, SDT+OHW and SDT+OHE treated groups as compared with control group, and SDT+OHE treated group showed the increasing effect with significance as compared with the other sample groups. 5. For the effect of roselle forming cell quantitation, SDT, SDT+OHW and SDT+OHE treated groups showed the increasing effect with significance as compared with control group. 6. Natural killer cell activity was significantly increased in SDT+OHW as compared with comrol group, but the other groups, except OHW and SDT+OHW treated groups, revealed the increasing effect as compared with control group, but the significance was not admitted. 7. For the effect of K-index(Carbon clearance), SDT, SDT+OHW and SDT+OHE treated groups showed the increas ing effect with significance as compared with control group. 8. The study didn't show that Orostachys herba had any significance with survival days, anti-tumor effect and immune re sponse.

      • 유압 모터 시스템에 대한 극점 배치 제어

        Pole Placement Control has been well establish in its theory. However, its practice value is yet to be appreciated in most industries. This paper presents an account in which the control strategy is run on the hydraulic motor. Using the input and output data from actual system, estimation of the model parameters are obtained by a function ARMAX(Autoregressive Moving Average with am exogenous signal) in Matlab and controller synthesis is achieved by a Pole placement control. Estimation system from a ARMAX is defined by third order and application of Pole placement control technique will be provide not only stability but also good performance for motion of hydraulic motor in any operation condition.

      • 감속기에서의 전달 동력에 관한 연구

        There are many types of reduction drives for industrial uses. However, it is essential to use precision reduction drives for accuracy of position controls on robot systems. Among the precision reduction drives, the cycloid reduction drive is well known for its high performances and widely used in precision industrial field. Cycloid reduction drives are mainly used in manipulators in robot system requiring a characteristic of a high precision control. When we design this cycloid reduction drive, there are many factors that must be considered. First, a geometrical analysis of a tooth shape must be drawn from the basic concept. Secondly, load distribution, stress distribution and sliding velocity on a tooth should be calculated exactly. Finally, a computer software to optimize the design of a cycloid tooth needs developing. In this study, many differentkinds of factors concerning the characteristic of a cycloid tooth were researched on the basis of the analysis of load, stress and sliding velocity on a tooth. The computer expert system to design the cycloid reduction drive was developed using a Visual C++ compiler. In conclusion, the most important factors can be obtained easily as the user put the simple input data.

        In this study, vibration system with flexibly mounted dashpot is considered. Furthermore, dashpot mass is considered too. It is found that the system of vibration with flexibly mounted dashpot is stable. The forced vibration due to harmonic excitation is analyzed by applying the frequency resp-once method. The results that dashpot mass is considered are compared with those that dashpot mass is not considered.

        Numerical Optimization is a useful tool for obtaining reasonable solutions to the engineering design problems. In this paper, numerical optimization program for microcomputer was developed using modified feasible direction method. The results obtained by the modified feasible direction method are compared with those by the feasible direction method. Modified method converges rapidly to the optimum value without zigzaging behavior, while feasible direction method has a tendency of zigzaging between constraint boundaries.
