본 연구에서는 한국관광공사와 문화체육부에서 발간하는 외래관광객실태조사 2차 자료를 이용하여 2000년부터 2010년까지 11년간의 방한 중국관광객들의 관광행동 변화추이를 분석하였다. 정보탐색에 있어서는 과거에 비해 다양한 입수경로를 통해 적극적인 정보탐색을 하고 있으며, ``인터넷``과 ``여행사``, ``친지동료``가 핵심적인 입수경로로 나타났다. 여행형태는 개별관광객과 단체관광객이 6:4를 이루고 있으나 FIT의 비중이 줄어들고 패키지를 이용한 관광객은 늘고 있는 추세이다. 관광활동에서 주요 방문지는 쇼핑과 관련된 장소가 강세이며, 소비 형태에서 화장품과 의류는 지속적으로 증가하고, 지출경비도 큰 폭으로 증가하고 있다. 한국관광에서 가장 인상 깊은 점으로 ``쇼핑하기에 좋다``이며, 관광 시 가장 불편한 점으로 ``언어소통``을 꼽았다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 도출된 정책적 시사점은 향후 중국관광객을 유치하는데 도움이 될 것이다. In this study, we analyzed trends in tourism behavior of Chinese tourists using secondary data on International visitor survey from 2000 to 2010. Chinese tourists use various acquisition methods of travel information than in the past and the key methods are ``Internet``, ``travel agent`` and ``relatives and colleagues``. The proportion of individual tour and full package tour is 6:4. The proportion of individual travelers has been reduced, but on the other hand, the proportion of full package travelers has been increased. Main places visited in Korea are mainly associated with shopping. In addition to, the consumptions of cosmetics and clothes have been growing and the expenditures have also increased significantly. The most positive impression of Korea is ``good for shopping`` and ``language barrier`` is the most inconvenient point encountered in Korea. The implications of this study will help to attract Chinese tourists.

The process conditions for high efficiency industrial crystalline Si solar cells with selective emitter were optimized. In the screen printed solar cells, the sheet resistance must be 50-60V/sq. because of metal contact resistance. But the low sheet resistance causes the increase of the recombination and blue response at the short wavelength.Therefore, the screen printed solar cells with homogeneous emitter have limitations of efficiency, and this means that the selective emitter must be used to improve cell efficiency. This work demonstrates the feasibility of a commercially available selective emitter process, based on screen printing and conventional diffusion process. Now,we improved cell efficiency from 18.29% to18.45% by transition of heavy emitter pattern and shallow emitter doping condition.

In order to find a way to reduce histamine formation when storing salted mackerel at home, a series of experiments were carried to monitor the time-related changes of histamine content, total aerobic bacteria and coliform quality of mackerel marketed in Incheon by the type of storage containers (clean, zipper and vacuum bag) during storage at 4°C, 24°C and -20°C for 10 days. Histamine formation was continuously increased with passing time during storage at 4°C, whereas it was decreased after 3 days during storage at 24°C. The initial value of histamine was maintained during storage at -20°C for 10 days. During storage at 4°C, total aerobic bacteria and coliform showed a tendency to increased rapidly till 3day and then decreased gradually. The formation of histamine was increased in the order of vacuum bag<zipper bag<clean bag during storage at 4°C.
