In Korea, the Basic Act is guaranteed through the "Act on the Guarantee of Convenience Promotion for Disabled Persons, the Elderly, Pregnant Women, etc." and various ordinances. In order to improve this situation, it is necessary to introduce Universal Design (UD). By applying this where it is most needed, access to cultural properties is enhanced to promote multiple rights. Currently, the region with the largest population of the elderly in Korea is Gyeonggi-do, but the region with the highest proportion of the elderly is Jeolla-do. However, the Jeolla-do area is lagging behind in the revision of UD regulations or guidelines. Taking this into consideration and introducing it to each facility will also help to achieve balanced national development. In order to establish and apply effective universal design-related policies, it is necessary to diagnose the aspects of social change that affect our lives. In this study, the need for UD should be expanded as a basis for expanding social activities of socially disadvantaged people in Jeollabuk-do. Its goal is to diagnose the current status of UD and to suggest directions for application of improvements.

According to the topography book 'Shin-jeung DongKook Yeoji Sheungram(新增東國輿地勝覽, 1530, King JungJon 25)', about fifty five ferries were distributed on the shor of the Han River. The ferries were almost established at the place where the trunk road was linked, and was concentrated around the downtown of the county located along the river. Until the commercial water transport was developed, the dentsity of ferry was relatively higher in the upriver district. Regionally, around the capital Hansung, the density of ferry was most high. On the other hand, in the North Han River Valley of low population and road density, it was most low too. In the South Han River Valley, the ferry density of the region of Yangkeun-Choongju was relatively lower in the early Joseon period than in the late period. The ferry is a kind of river shore facility which links the road cut by the river. In Chines charater the terms of ferry is 'do(渡)' or 'chin(津)', but 'chin' was more frequently used generally. Especially the ferry where the government service was dispatched was called 'do'. The ferry took charge of communication among the neighboring towns and villages for a long time. The river itself is a very important traffic network. The phisical conditions of river in Europe or China are suitable to water transportation, them of Korea is otherwise. So, in the early Joseon period when the commerce was not developed relatively, the Han River carried out the political, administrative, military, and deplomatic functions such as the movement route of a tax, envoy, military, tribute, etc. The transport routes and marketplaces of the Han River Valley entered the saturation phase as early as the mid 18th century. River ports and riverine periodic markets played important roles in coordinating long-distance trade over waterways and local trading. Due to such facts as Seoul was located within the estuary zone(感潮區間) and Han River Valley had the most high population density, it was the Han River that made Seoul the capiatal city of Joseon and the commercial center of wide distribution networks.

This study was carried to analyze the demonstrational cultivation process of selenium supplemented P. linteus and G. lucidum from 2005 to 2006 and ifs effect at Hochimin Agricultural Technology College(HATC) in Vietnam, according to the mutual contract between the Yunjung-nongwon, a fanning company in Korea and HATC. As a result of the demonstrational cultivation of selenium supplemented P. linteus and G. lucidum, the external aspect, such as size, thickness and color of the P. linteus and G. lucidum were very much high qualified comparing to the same strain P. linteus and G. lucidum generally cultivated in Korea. The major contribution factors to this high qualified mushroom product could be drawn as followings; keeping growing condition of the mushroom with precise data collection of Vietnam climate and weather, involvement of the various professors of Korea National Agricultural College(KNAC), maintenance of bio-technical security through the strain cultivation on the oak log in Korea, the Yunjung-nongwon manager's endeavor being consulted by the various professors of KNAC even to be a student of the agricultural chief executive officer(CEO) training course in KNAC and the HATC's constant cooperation to the mushroom demonstrational cultivation instead of the orchid which was originally contracted item.
