        목조건축문화재에 있어서 변위 및 손상 유형에 관한 연구

        This study is to derive the types of displacement and damage that occur in wooden architecture cultural assets. Although the wooden architectural cultural assets are being repaired through continuous maintenance, secondary problems frequently occur. This is because the root cause of the problem has yet to be solved. The types of displacement and damage that occur in the wooden architecture cultural asset are classified into three parts: the foundation section, the gagu section, and the roof section. In turn, the three main factors that lead to displacement and damages are the structures’ load impact, the durability deterioration, and the imbalance. Load impact is a phenomenon in which the member is subjected to a load that causes deformation or cracks. Durability decline is a natural phenomenon that reduces the performance of lumber as a result of check shake, termite damage, and decay. The imbalance is a condition in which the lumber is twisted and the force balance is lost, due to either drying shrinkage or displacement of the gagu section.

        BIM을 적용한 목조건축문화재 기록데이터 활용방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of the study is to analyze how to document survey and repair data on wooden architecture culture assets. Documentation was analyzed in comparison to digital developments from the past to the present. Although the accuracy of survey equipment has been improved by digital development, survey drawing has not changed. For example, a 3D Scanner, survey equipment, was introduced but is being used for conversion into 2D data. Data provided by the drawing included in the survey and repair reports were not accumulated. As it stands, it is inaccessible and disorganized. Data generated from the survey, repair, and maintenance has to be consistent. A BIM system was proposed to integrate information on wooden architecture cultural assets.

        목조건축문화재의 변위유형 분석에 관한 연구

        This study analyzes the types of displacement that occur in wooden architecture cultural assets and establishes their causes. The types are classified into three parts; the structure’s load impact, the imbalanced structure, and its durability deterioration. As a result, the factors that cause displacement to the sections are derived as follows. In the foundation section, there is damage from both a poor foundation of the foundation stone and durability deterioration. These result in settlement. In the gagu section, there is a difference in durability which depends on the deterioration rate between old members and new members. There also is torsion caused by drying shrinkage of new members, and an imbalanced load impact of the roof. In the roof section, there are water leaks due to deterioration of roofing tiles, the eaves protrusion, and the difference in slopes between the front side and the rear side of the roof depending on its structure.

        한옥설계과정에서 부재의 데이터베이스(DB) 구축을 통한 BIM 적용 방안에 관한 사례연구

        본 연구는 전주시 한옥마을의 한옥을 대상으로 DB로 구축하여 한옥설계과정에서 BIM을 적용하고자 하였다. 조사내용으로는 BIM을 근간으로 설계를 하기 위한 한옥의 평면양식, 가구형식, 부재의 종류, 부재의 치수 등을 조사하였다. 그리고 이들 조사내용을 토대로 BIM에 적용하기 위하여 한옥을 유형분류하고 사용된 부재의 모듈을 설정하였다. 다음으로 한옥부재의 라이브러리(Library)를 구축하고 이를 BIM기술에 적용하였다. (1) 기존의 CAD설계과정에서 2D방식은 단순히 설계도를 작도하였으나 BIM방식은 입체적인(3D) 설계가 가능하였다. (2) 기존의 2D방식은 평면도, 입면도, 단면도를 각각 작도하여 설계도를 완성하였으나 BIM 방식은 구축된 한옥부 재의 라이브러리(Library)를 이용하여 설계를 입체적으로 진행하므로 도면추출이 용이했다. (3) 기존의 2D 방식은 설계도를 수정할 때 정확도가 떨어지고 수정 시간도 많이 소요되는 반면 BIM 방식은 매개변수의 수정으로 부재의 형상 및 속성정보에 대한 개별적인 수정이 가능하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 볼 때 한옥설계 과정에서 BIM의 적용은 효율적이었다. 그러나 한옥의 다양성이나 지역적 특성을 볼 때 한옥 DB구축 작업이 매우 중요하므로 이에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. This case study aims to apply the BIM(Building Information Modeling) technique in design process of Hanok(Korean Traditional House), that is based on structuring the building materials of Database in Jeon-ju Hanok village’s houses. To carry out this study 25 houses in this village are investigated about housing floor plan, frames of Hanok, type and size of materials. On the basis of this survey, they are classified Hanok and set up a module of materials. In sequence, materials module are build the library of Hanok and apply the BIM technology. The conclusion of this study are as followings; First, the 2D technique in the design process of Hanok is just make a blueprint but 3D technique in BIM can make a stereoscopic design. Second, the completion of 2D is drawing floor plan, elevation and section but BIM system use building library of Hanok materials which is easily extract floor plan, elevation and section. Third, the 2D system is less accuracy and take a time to make changes but BIM system use the parameter system which can modifying each figure of materials and properties. As a result of this study the application of BIM technique is efficient in design process of Hanok. To contemplate diversity of Hanok and character of regional, database construction of Hanok is very important. Therefore the study of building a database of Hanok should be kept and continued.

        서비스 品質이 購買意圖形成에 미치는 影響

        In order to contribute to the formulation and implementation of the efficient service marketing strategy, the improvement of service quality in the financial institution of Korea, this study is aimed at the followings; 1. To define the concept of service quality and systematize the theoretical basis for the method of its measurement. 2. To search for the suggestions of financial service marketing strategy by identifying the association between service quality and intention to purchase. The findings were summarized as follows ; 1. Service quality should be understood from an aspect of disconfirmation paradigm (performance - expectation) as the perceived service quality with the user-based approach. 2. Both service quality and customer satisfaction have an effect on the formation of the purchase intention at a similar level, and service quality and customer satisfaction were showing a high correlation. 3. In analyzing the influence that the purchase intention exercise on service quality factors, all the factors exerted an some effect on them. But the dimension of "tangibles" showed on the highest explanatory power Based on these findings, an several suggestions and made from perspective of the marketing strategy. An accurate understanding of the importance and concept of service quality is needed. Also, it is necessary to establish the accurate objective of service quality and design quality effectively by taking all quality variables into account in order to deliver service effectively. In particular, it is necessary to form the service cluture in the organization and enhance the service mind, and it is an absolute element to educate allow for contact personnel, the real decision-maker of the level of service quality. These are premised on the awareness of top management on interests in service quality and absolute support.

        고분자 발광 소재 Polyfluorene의 방사광 X-선 소각 산란 연구

        Polyfluorene (PF) and its derivatives are promising candidates for the light-emitting polymer (LEP) in a polymer light-emitting diode (PLED). In this study, the structure and the correlation of the PF derivative poly[9,9-di- (2-ethylhexyl)-fluorenyl-2,7-diyl] in solution was investigated using small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS). In toluene, as an organic solvent, the PF derivative had the shape of a disk. The radius of gyration (Rg) and maximum size (Dmax) of the disk were 11.7 nm and 30 nm, respectively. At a solution concentration of over 1 wt% the distance of correlation between disks was approximately 50 nm. We found that in a solution at a higher concentration and a lower temperature, a stronger correlation appeared. 고분자 유기 발광 소자 (Polymer Light Emitting Diode, PLED)의 발광층 제작을 위해, 발광 고분자인 Polyfluorene (PF) 유도체 (poly[9,9-di- (2-ethylhexyl)-fluorenyl-2,7-diyl])를 도입하였고, 액상 X-선 소각 산란법 (Small Angle X-ray Scattering, SAXS)을 이용하여 박막 공정 중 하나인 액상에서 PF 유도체의 구조와 거동을 분석하였다. 유기 용매인 톨루엔 속에서 PF 유도체는 회전 반경 (Rg)이 11.7 nm 이고 최대 크기 (Dmax)가 30 nm 인 찌그러진 원판 형태였으며, 용액의 농도가 1 wt% 이상에서 50 nm 정도의 거리를 유지하는 구조를 형성하며, 농도가 짙어질수록, 온도가 낮아질수록 상호 작용이 커지는 것을 확인하였다.

        The trend in business today is clearly towards relationship marketing. In business services, successful management should lead to a profitable relationship for both buyer and seller. This article puts forward the understanding of service quality, the classification in service quality and the direction on service quality management in business-to-business. An ongoing survey of clients' expectations can play a useful role in the beneficial development and running of client/supplier relationships. A classification that encapsulates there aspects of quality is suggest which can act as the basis for an ongoing review of client/supplier relationships relevant to most business-to-business services. The three elements of the classification scheme are designed as "hard","soft" and "outcome" quality. While the outcomes of any relationship are clearly crucial, managing the process such that the client is satisfied with the service over time has to be the prime responsibility of the seller. One method of enhancing this process satisfaction is to manage the hard and soft quality requirements of the client. Not only can this improve existing relationships, it may help to identify the best type of clients with which to work. A relationship cycle which suggests the likely paths typical relationships may follow. It highlights problem areas and opportunities where attention to the client's needs and to the "hard" and "soft" quality elements, in particular, could help keep the relationship alive. And contact personnel play a essential role in managing a succeseful long-term relationship. It is important that the key point of the management in CP creates service culture to get to service-mind and in the viewpoint of total organization concretes the supporting system for CP.
