Superconducting quantum phenomena are getting attention from the field of metrology area. Following its first successful application of Josephson effect to voltage standard, piconewton force standard was suggested as a candidate for the next application of superconducting quantum effects in metrology. It is predicted that a micron-sized superconducting Nb ring in a strong magnetic field gradient generates a quantized force of the order of sub-piconewtons. In this work, we studied the design and fabrication of Nb superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) on an ultra-thin silicon cantilever. The Nb SQUID and electrodes were structured on a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer by dc magnetron sputtering and lift-off lithography. Using the resulting SOI wafer, we fabricated V-shaped and parallel-beam cantilevers, each with a $30-{\mu}m$-wide paddle; the length, width, and thickness of each cantilever arm were typically $440{\mu}m,\;4.5{\mu}m$, and $0.34{\mu}m$, respectively. However, the cantilevers underwent bending, a technical difficulty commonly encountered during the fabrication of electrical circuits on ultra-soft mechanical substrates. In order to circumvent this difficulty, we controlled the Ar pressure during Nb sputtering to minimize the intrinsic stress in the Nb film and studied the effect of residual stress on the resultant device.
수상인명구조원 교육 서비스품질이 고객만족 및 조직이미지에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and organizational image in life-guard training program. The participants were selected by convenience sampling method. They were composed of 415 adults who had been participating in life-guard training program. All data of completed questions are encoded and the data was analyzed by Spss Windows 18.0. The conclusion of this research was as follows. Empathy, reliability, responsiveness, tangibility and assurance of service quality factors had an effect on customer satisfaction. And empathy, reliability, tangibility and assurance of service quality had an effect on organizational image. Lastly, customer satisfaction had an effect on organizational image.
수상인명구조 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향, 몰입경험 및 자아성취감에 관계된 요인

본 연구는 수상인명구조원 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향, 몰입경험 및 자아성취감에 관계된 요인을 파악 하기 위해 시도하였다. 첫째, 수상인명구조원 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향 중 과제관여는 인지몰입과 행동몰입에 자아관여는 인지몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 수상인명구조원 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향의 하위변인인 과제관여 는 자아성취감의 자아실현, 능력발휘, 능력개발에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 자아관여는 자아실현에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 수상인명구조원 교육 참여 대학생들의 몰입경험의 하위변인인 인지몰입과 행위몰입은 자아성취감의 자아실현, 능력발 휘, 능력개발에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 수상인명구조원 교육 참여 대학생들의 목표지향은 몰입경험과 자아성취감에는 직접적인 관계, 몰입경험을 매개로 자아성취감에 간접적인 인과적 관계가 있다. 이러한 결과들로 보아 수상인명구조원 교육을 주관하는 단체에서는 프로그램 개발을 통하여 자발적으로 교육에 참 여하는 교육생들에게 양질의 체계적인 실무 훈련 교육을 통해 인명구조에 대한 자신감 및 교육의 효과를 얻을 것으 로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of goal orientation, flow experience and self-accomplishment among students who received lifeguard education. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, had an impact on cognitive flow and behavioral flow, and ego -involvement affected cognitive flow. Second, the task-involvement of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which was one of the sub-variables of goal orientation, exercised an influence on their self-realization, display of ability and development of ability, which were the task-involvement of self-accomplishment. Besides, ego-involvement impacted on self-realization. Third, the cognitive flow and behavioral flow of the college students receiving lifeguard education, which were the sub-variables of flow experience, exerted an influence on self-realization, display of ability and development of display, which were the sub-variables of self-accomplishment. Fourth, the goal orientation of the college students receiving lifeguard education had a firsthand relationship to flow experience and self-accomplishment, and that had a secondhand causal relationship to self-accomplishment through flow experience as well.
중ㆍ고등학교 유도지도자의 지도행동유형이 지도효율성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to seek appropriate and ideal roles of judo coaches among other sports and provide fundamental materials to standardize effective teaching behaviors while sports directors teach players by analyzing the teaching behavior patterns of coaches who teach judo at middle and high schools and examining the influences of the teaching patterns on the effectiveness of guidance. The results of this study were as followings: Based on the results of the analysis on the relations between the patterns of teaching behaviors and teaching effectiveness, correlations were observed in all variables except positive rewards, autocratic behaviors, and functional improvement. Among the patterns of judo coaches' teaching behaviors, it was observed that positive rewards, autocratic behaviors, and social support had significant influences on teaching satisfaction in the teaching effectiveness. In the patterns of judo coaches' teaching behaviors, positive rewards and social support had significant influences on functional improvement in teaching effectiveness.
60 Hz 자기장이 예쁜꼬마선충의 생식에 미치는 영향 연구

60 Hz 자기장에서 예쁜꼬마선충(C. elegans)의 발생 및 생식에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 자기장 노출 조건은 $0{\sim}500\;{\mu}T$이며, 실험 온도는 선충의 일반적 배양 온도 범위($2 1.2{\pm}0.6^{\circ}C$)에서 일정하게 유지하였으며, 노출은 선충의 배양 기간 동안 지속되었다. C. elegas 야생형 N2 및 스트레스에 민감한 hsf-1와 crt-1 등의 돌연변이체들에서 실험에 사용한 노출 조건에 따른 생식력의 차이는 없었다. 여러 세대에 걸쳐 자기장에 노출한 경우에도 자기장에 의한 생식력의 변화는 없었다. 결론적으로, C. elegans는 크기가 매우 작으므로(길이 약 1 mm) 유도전류가 적게 발생하여, 자기장($-500\;{\mu}T$)에 의한 영향이 없는 것으로 사려된다.
