        O2O Trend and Future: Focused on Difference from each Case

        Getting online market is growing in leaps and bounds, the O2O service market will further expand in the future. O2O services are very similar to open market services and they are one of the most successful Internet business models. Moreover, O2O commerce usually handles not only products, but also services. Nowadays companies tend to pursue O2O marketing because it permits smarter consumption for consumers as well as successful promotion for companies. Korea appears to be well positioned for the spread of O2O and rapid growth is expected in this cutting-edge O2O commerce international market. That is because those main sections of O2O service are the best, which are in-road rate of smart phones and frequency of mobile shopping. Furthermore, we have to focus South Korea and other global cases because it will have a chance to gain experience about O2O market.

        한국형 체육진로교육을 위한 교육과정 방향 탐색

        The educational environment that the systematical sport career education for youth, which reflects the distinctiveness of physical education and sports have not been established in Korea. Lack of goal, content, teaching method and evaluation that are appropriate for Korean youth could not promote the faithfulness and extensibility of sport career education. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore curriculum directions for Korean Youth Sport Career Education. Data collection (in-depth interview) was used to achieve the purpose of this study. It had in-depth interviews with a total of 20 sports-related university graduates, physical education teachers, sport career specialists, and career counselors to understand the needs and recognition of experts in Korean youth sport career education. The findings are as follows. Physical education career experts had various perceptions and demands on the contents, operation, and evaluation of Korean youth sport career education. The contents of the sport career education were required to be composed of the method to find the information of the career and contents that students can design their career by themselves. Also, they demanded the continuity of the operation, strengthening the linkage with local institutions, and the need for professional personnel for the better management of sport career education. As for the evaluation of sport career education, it was able to find that experts have been perceived the importance of 「learning process oriented evaluation」. Based on these findings, exploring curriculum directions of Korean sport career education was discussed. First, there is lack of human resources that can professionally carry out the sport career education in Korea, so it is necessary to develop a professional training course for implementing curriculum of Korean sport career education. Second, the use of facilities according to curriculum of Korean sport career education can be more flexible according to the educational characteristics, and it needs to expand the diversity of the facilities in connection with local organizations. 우리나라 체육 및 스포츠분야의 특수성을 반영한 체육진로교육이 체계적으로 진행될 수 있는 교육환경이 마련되지 못하고 있다. 우리나라 중․고등학교에 적합한 체육진로교육의 목표, 내용, 교수학습방법, 평가의 방향성 부재는체육진로교육의 충실성과 확장성을 담보하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국형 체육진로교육의 교육과정 방향을탐색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 심층면담을 실시하였다. 한국형 체육진로교육에 대한전문가들의 인식과 요구를 파악하기 위해 총 20명의 체육계열 대학교원, 체육교사, 체육진로전문가, 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 심층면담을 2~3회 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 한국형 체육진로교육의 내용, 운영, 그리고 평가에 관해 체육진로교육 관계자들은 다양한 인식과 요구를 하고 있었다. 먼저 체육진로교육의 내용에 대해서는 체육진로와 관련된 자기이해와 체육진로정보를 찾는 방법, 스스로 체육진로를 설계할 수 있는 내용으로구성되어야 한다. 또한 체육진로교육의 운영에 대해서는 운영의 연속성, 지역기관과의 연계 강화, 전문 인력의 필요성을 요구하고 있었다. 체육진로교육의 평가에 대해서는 ‘과정에 대한 평가’를 지향하는 관계자의 인식을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 한국형 체육진로교육을 위한 교육과정 방향에 대해 다음과 같이 논의하였다. 첫째, 현재 우리나라 체육진로교육을 위한 교육과정을 전문적으로 수행할 수 있는 인력이 매우 부족하므로, 체육진로교육 전문 인력 양성과정을 개발할 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 한국형 체육진로교육을 위한 교육과정의 특성에 따라 시설을 달리 할 수 있고 지역기관과 연계하여 시설의 다양성을 확충할 필요성이 있다.

        Analysis of 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP in Various Foodstuffs Using GC-MS

        3-Monochloro-1,2-propanediol (3-MCPD) and 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol (1,3-DCP) are not only produced in the manufacturing process of foodstuffs such as hydrolyzed vegetable proteins and soy sauce but are also formed by heat processing in the presence of fat and low water activity. 3-MCPD exists both in free and ester forms, and the ester form has been also detected in various foods. Free 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP are classified as Group 2B by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. Although there is no data confirming the toxicity of either compound in humans, their toxicity was evidenced in animal experimentation or in vitro. Although few studies have been conducted, free 3-MCPD has been shown to have neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity, and carcinogenicity. In contrast, 1,3-DCP only has mutagenic activity. The purpose of this study was to analyze 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP in various foods using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP were analyzed using phenyl boronic acid derivatization and the liquid–liquid extraction method, respectively. The analytical method for 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP was validated in terms of linearity, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation, accuracy and precision. Consequently, the LODs of 3-MCPD and 1,3-DCP in various matrices were identified to be in the ranges of 4.18~10.56 ng/g and 1.06~3.15 ng/g, respectively.

        Analysis of the Maturity Selection on Ship Finance: A Behavioral Finance Perspective

        The purpose of this study was to analyze decision-making regarding ship finance term selection from the behavioral finance perspective., and to confirm if the causes and backgrounds of decision-making related to the term selection of ship finance are explicitly explained by behavioral finance theories. Additionally, through a case study, this study infers if decisions are irrational. Narrative and questionnaire responses on the selection of the ship finance period were obtained and analyzed from the behavioral finance perspective. Some shipping companies incur additional losses by choosing inappropriate ship-financing terms. This study applied behavioral finance theories, such as the certainty effect, availability heuristic, and loss aversion, to clearly explain the causes and background of such decision-making. Based on the results, it was found that behavioral finance theories impact ship financing decisions and errors related to behavioral finance can result in irrational decisions. Ship finance managers must be vigilant in preventing behavioral finance errors that can affect the decision-making term of ship finance.

        중소기업 초기경력자의 직무만족과 지각된 과잉자격의 관계에서 직무재창조와 조직몰입의 순차적 이중매개효과

        This study aimed to explore the sequential dual mediation effects of job crafting and organizational engagement in the relationship between perceived overqualification and job satisfaction among early-career employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study focused on regular office workers in SMEs with less than three years of experience, according to Hwang Young-hoon's definition. The sample consisted of 1,587 individuals identified from the MicroMill Brain Research Panel, and after excluding unreliable responses and outliers, 308 valid responses were analyzed. The analysis used SPSS 18.0 and Hayes' (2013) SPSS PROCESS macro model 6. Key findings indicate that perceived overqualification negatively affects job satisfaction for early-career employees in SMEs. Enhancing job satisfaction could involve clarifying job qualifications. Moreover, job crafting and organizational engagement among these employees mitigate the direct negative impact of perceived overqualification on job satisfaction. Activities promoting both job crafting and organizational engagement are likely to mitigate job satisfaction decline. Finally, sequential mediation of job crafting and organizational engagement amplifies the indirect effects, suggesting that activities enhancing both factors could effectively elevate job satisfaction. 이 연구는 중소기업 초기경력자의 지각된 과잉자격과 직무만족의 관계에서 직무재창조, 조직몰입의 이중매개효과를 구명하는데 목적이 있었다. 연구의 목표 모집단은 국내 중소기업 초기경력자 중 정규직 사무근로자로 하였으며, 황영훈(2017)의 의견에 따라 초기경력자는 노동시장에 진입한 전체 경력 3년 미만으로, 「영리법인 기업체 행정통계」(통계청, 2014)의 중소기업 분류기준에 따라 상시 근로자수 300명 미만을 기준으로 하였다. 표본은 마이크로밀 엠브레인 리서치 패널 중 컴퓨터프로그램을 활용한 Random Sampling 후 근로자 300인 미만, 노동시장 진입경력 3년 미만, 정규직, 사무직 여부가 확인된 1,587명으로 하였으며, 322부를 회수하여 불성실 응답과 이상치를 제거한 308부를 분석하였다. 분석은 SPSS 18.0과 Hayes(2013)의 SPSS PROCESS macro model 6을 활용하였다. 연구를 통해 얻은 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중소기업 초기경력자는 지각된 과잉자격은 직무만족에 부정적 영향을 준다. 따라서 직무에 요구되는 자격을 명확하게 제시하는 것은 직무만족을 높일 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 중소기업 초기경력자의 직무재창조와 조직몰입은 지각된 과잉자격이 직무만족에 주는 직접적 영향을 줄인다. 따라서 직무재창조와 조직몰입을 높이는 활동은 직무만족의 감소를 줄일 것이다. 셋째, 직무재창조와 조직몰입을 순차적으로 매개하였을 때 간접효과가 증가했다. 따라서 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 직무재창조와 조직몰입을 함께 고취시키는 활동이 효과적일 것이다.

        고체 전해질 층의 어닐링 온도가 고분자 멤리스터의 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향

        The effect of the annealing temperature of the poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)(P(VDF-TrFE)) solid electrolyte layer on the electrical properties of the P(VDF-TrFE)-based memristor was analyzed. In morphological analyses, the P(VDF-rFE) thin film with 200℃ annealing temperature (200P(VDF-TrFE)) was shown to have surface roughness ≈5 times larger and thickness ≈20% smaller than that with 100℃ annealing temperature (100P(VDF-TrFE)). Compared to the 100P(VDF-TrFE) memristor (M100), the set voltage of the 200P(VDF-TrFE) memristor (M200) decreased by ≈50% and the magnitude of its reset voltage increased by ≈30%. Moreover, M200 was found to have better memory retention characteristics than M100. These differences were attributed to relatively strong local electric fields inside M200 compared to M100. This study suggests the importance of the annealing temperature in polymer memristors. Poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)(P(VDF-TrFE)) 고체 전해질 층의 어닐링 온도가 고분자 멤리스터의 전기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 형태적 분석에서 100℃ 어닐링 온도를 갖는 P(VDF-TrFE) (100P(VDF-TrFE)) 박막 대비 200℃ 어닐링 온도를 갖는 P(VDF-TrFE) (200P(VDF-TrFE)) 박막의 표면 거칠기가 약 5 배 크고 두께는 약 20% 작은 것으로 나타났다. 100P(VDF-TrFE)를 갖는 멤리스터 (M100) 대비 200P(VDF-TrFE) 멤리스터 (M200)의 set voltage는 약 50 % 감소하였고, resetvoltage의 크기는 약 30 % 증가하였다. 또한, M200이 M100보다 더 나은 메모리 유지 특성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 차이는 M100 대비 M200 내부의 강한 국소 전기장 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 고분자 멤리스터의 어닐링 온도의 중요성을 제시함에 의의가 있다.
