        표준간극비를 이용한 콘크리트 표면차수벽형 석괴댐 축조재료의 다짐 관리

        In this study, construction modulus, void ratio and settlement characteristics of 38 CFRD in domestic and foreign countries were investigated from monitoring data. The effect of field dry density and void ratio to dam body was analyzed. The standard void ratio of CFRD that can be easily used by dam designers and field engineers was proposed from the monitoring data. It was confirmed that we can get the degree of compaction needed for reasonable compaction of dam body by calculating the field dry density from inverse operation of the standard void ratio. It was thought that the void ratio of CFRD depends on shape coefficient and in case of a high shape coefficient, the void ratio was high with its void ratio 0.17 -0.38.

        삼기지황탕가단삼(蔘?地黃湯加丹蔘), 대황(大黃), 홍화(紅花)가 Streptozotocin으로 유발된 생쥐의 당뇨병성(糖尿病性) 신증(腎症)에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to investigate the preventive effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Rhei Rhizoma and Carthami Flos combined with Samgijiwhang-Tang(SJTSRC) on streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic nephropathy. Rats were divided into a control group of rats with STZ-induced diabetic nephropathy, a sample group of those given SJTSRC, and a normal group. In the experiment diabetic nephropathy was induced by giving STZ(60mg/kg) to rats via the peritoneum, and effects were assessed with measures of serum creatinine, serum BUN, secretion content of albumin and glucose content of urine, malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH) content in cortex of kidney. When STZ was injected into sample rat, the value of creatinine and BUN increased validly and STZ did damage to the kidney. When applying SJTSRC to sample rats, the value of serum creatinine decreased validly but the value of serum BUN decreased invalidity. It was confirmed that SJTSRC had an effect on recovery after kidney damage and secretion content of albumin increasedafter administration of SJTSRC but there was no change in glucose content of urine compared with the control group. The decrease of secretion of albumin after injection of STZ was taken to mean progressive diabetic nephropathy, and that reversal of that trend after SJTSRC administration showed that kidney function had improved, not through decreasing blood sugar, but through other factors. Results suggest that diabetic nephropathy was induced by STZ, and SJTSRC was effective in restricting the extent of damage to the kidney and halting the progression of diabetic nephropathy with improvement in levels of serum creatinine and albumin secretion. More study is needed, particularity pertaining to anti-oxidative effects in the kidney cortex.

        6H-SiC 위에 형성한 에피택시 AIN 박막 구조에 대한 전기적 특성의 평가온도 의존성

        Epitaxial aluminum nitride films on 6H-SiC (0001) were fabricated using reactive RF magnetron sputtering and post-deposition rapid thermal annealing. The electrical properties of AIN films depending on film thickness and measurement temperature have been observed. Full width at half maximum of AIN (0002) was $0.1204^{\circ}$ (about 430 arcsec) X-ray rocking curve results. The equivalent oxide thickness (EOT) of AIN film was estimated as about 10 nm and the leakage current density was within the order of $10^{-8} 4/cm^2$. The dielectric constant of AIN film estimated from the accumulation region of C-V curve measured at $300^{\circ}C$ was 8.3. The dynamic dielectric constant was obtained as 5.1 from J vs. 1/T plots at the temperature ranging from R.T. to $300^{\circ}C$ From above, estimation temperature dependance of the electrical properties of Al/AIN/SiC MIS devices was affirmed and useful data compilation for the reliabilities of SiC MIS is expected.

        학문분야간의 코뮤니케이션 유형

        This study attempts to verify the hypothesis that the interdisciplinary communication patterns may be different according to each disciplines. To put it concretely, it is intended to analyze and compare the subject distribution, the format, the age, the origin and the language of the documents of other disciplines cited in the journal articles according to each disciplines. To test the hypothesis philosophy, sociology and physics as the sample for the three disciplines, that is, humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences are sellected, and the documents cited in the journal articles published in 1966, 1971. 1976, 1981 and 1986 by the Korean Philosophical Association, the Korean Sociological Association and the Korean Physical Society are collected. And then the subject distribution, the format, the age, the origin, the language, and their use rate of the documents of other disciplines cited in the journal articles are investigated, analyzed and compared according to each disciplines. Some findings and conclusions made in the study are as follows. 1. The subject distribution of documents of other disciplines cited and its distribution ratio are different according to each disciplines, that is, humanities high, natural sciences low and social sciences medium. 2. The format and the use rate of documents of other disciplines cited are different according to each disciplines. In the three disciplines book and journal are more used than any format of documents in interdisciplinary communication while in case of the humanities and social sciences book is more used than journal, and in case of the natural sciences journal is more used than book in that communication. 3. The age and the use rate of the cited documents of other disciplines are different according to each disciplines. In case of the social sciences and natural sciences the documents of its last 20 years of publication are cited concentrately, and in case of the humanities the literature age is unconcerned. 4. The origin and the language of the cited documents of other disciplines, and its use rate are different according to each disciplines. In the humanities and natural sciences the documents published in foreign country are cited concentrately, and in the social sciences the home publication documents are more cited than the foreign. The documents of other disciplines in English language are most cited among the documents in any foreign languages in interdisciplinary communication. Putting the three disciplines in order of the use rate of the documents in English language, the natural sciences is high, the humanities medium, and the social sciences low. In the social sciences the use rate of the documents of other disciplines in Korean language is high while in the humanities and natural sciences slight.

        차세대 WDM 광 인터넷 백본망에서 차등화된 광 QoS 서비스 제공 프레임워크 연구

        Over for the past 10 years, the increase in geometric progression for the internet traffic, has allowed the IP protocol framework to be the most important network technology. In addition, the internet service is being developed as a service mode differentiated, aiming to support the new-mode real-time multimedia services such as internet phone, video conference, cyber reality, and internet game, focusing on offering a latest service. These days, aiming to solve the need for broad bandwidth along with guaranteeing QoS, the WDM technology of offering multiple gigabit wavelengths is emerging as the core technology of next-generation optical internet backbone network. In the next-generation optical internet backbone network based on WDM, the QoS framework is one of fore subjects aiming to offer a service of guaranteeing QoS This study analyzes the requirements of performance related to QoS framework in IP Subnet and in WDM optical backbone network, and suggests optical QoS service framework differentiated. in order to guarantee end-to-end QoS through the next-generation optical internet backbone network, using GMPLS control protocol. 지난 10년간 인터넷 트래픽의 기하급수적인 증가는 IP 프로토콜 프레임워크를 가장 중요한 네트워크 기술로 만들었다. 더욱이, 인터넷 서비스는 최선형 서비스 제공 위주에서 인터넷 폰, 비디오 컨퍼런스, 가상 현실, 인터넷 게임과 같은 새로운 형태의 실시간 멀티미디어 서비스들을 QoS보장과 함께 지원하기 위해서 차등화된 서비스 형태로 발전하고 있다. 최근, QoS 보장과 함께 광 대역폭의 요구 해결을 위해 다중 기가비트 파장을 제공하는 WDM 기술이 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망의 중심 기술로 부상하고 있다. WDM 기반의 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망에서 QoS 프레임워크는 QoS 보장형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 핵심 과제 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 IP 서브망과 WDM 광 백본망에서 QoS 프레임워크와 관련된 성능 요구사항을 분석하고, GMPLS 제어 프로토콜을 이용하여 차세대 광 인터넷 백본망을 통해 종단간 QoS를 보장하기 위한 차등화된 광 QoS 서비스 프레임워크를 제안한다.

        고학력 청년층의 미취업 원인과 정책적 대응방안: 일자리 탐색이론을 중심으로

        최근까지 정부의 많은 정책적 노력에도 불구하고 미취업 청년층의 문제는 해결하여야 할 중요한 과제로 남아 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 고학력 청년층 미취업의 원인을 분석하고 개선을 위한 정책방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 노동 수요와 공급의 측면에서 분석하던 기존의 연구와는 달리 본 연구는 구인과 구직의 일자리 탐색과정에 초점을 맞추었다는 점에서 차별성이 있다. 구체적으로 미취업 시 소득과 일자리의 제안확률의 변화가 청년층 노동시장에 미치는 효과에 대하여 이론적 모형을 소개하고 실증적 분석을 실시한 결과, 미취업 시 소득이 낮아지거나 일자리 제안확률이 높아질 경우 모두 평균 미취업기간을 단축시킬 것으로 예상되었다. 그러나 정책대상의 구체성과 정책의 효과성(target efficiency) 측면에 비추어 볼 때 미취업 청년층에 대한 노동수요를 유인하는 정책을 통하여 일자리 기회를 확대하고 이를 취업으로 연결시키는 고용지원서비스의 기능을 강화하는 방향으로 정책의 역량을 모아 나가는 것이 바람직한 것으로 판단된다. Despite continuous efforts of the government, youth joblessness in Korea has remained as a top policy priority. At this end, the study focuses on the causes of youth labor market problems and tries to seek for policy directions. While the previous research attempted to explain youth joblessness based on the labor demand and supply, this study follows a job search model which emphasizes a job matching process. A theoretical model and empirical results predict that a mean duration of unemployment could decrease if an implicit income of unemployment declines or a rate of job offer rises. From policy point of view, it is advisable to raise incentives for labor demand and to strengthen employment services because a policy to lower an implicit income of unemployment may not secure policy target efficiency.

        LED 리드프레임 패키징용 Cu/STS/Cu 클래드 메탈의 기계 및 열전도 특성의 온도 안정성 연구

        We have investigated thermal stability of the mechanical and thermal conductive properties of Cu/STS/Cu 3 layered clad metal lead frame material for a LED device package at different temperatures ranging from RT to $200^{\circ}C$. The fabricated Cu/STS/Cu clad metal has a good thermal stability for the mechanical tensile strength and thermal conductivity of the over 50 $Kg/mm^2$ to the $150^{\circ}C$ and 270 $W/m{\cdot}K$ to the $200^{\circ}C$, respectively. This clad metal lead frame material at a high temperature of $150^{\circ}C$ shows a reinforced mechanical tensile strength by 1.5 times to conventional pure copper lead frame materials and also a comparable thermal conductivity to typical copper alloy lead frame materials.

      • DRNS용 SRTFR 변환기 설계에 관한 연구

        Residue Number System is used for the purpose of increasing the speed of processing in the many application parts of Image Processing, Computer Graphic, Neural Computing, Digital Signal Processing etc, since it has the characteristic of parallelism and no carry propagation at each moduli. DRNS has the twice RNS Conversion, it is used to decreases the size of the operator in RNS. But it has a week point on the Second Residue to First Residue Conversion time. So, in this paper SRTFR(Second Residue to First Residue) Converter using MRC(Mixed Radix Conversion) is designed to decrease the size of RTB(Residue to Binary) Converter. Since the proposed SRTFR Converter using MRC(Mixed Rdix Convertion) has a pipeline processing. Also, modular operation is applied to at each partitioned SAM(Subtraction and Addition) and MA(Multiplication and addition). In the following study, the more effective design on MA is needed.
