        신뢰성 향상을 위한 듀얼 안티퓨즈 OTP 메모리 채택 D-PUF 회로

        A typical SRAM-based PUF is used in random number generation and key exchange process. The generated out puts should be preserved, but the values are changed owing to the external environment. This paper presents a new D-PUF logic employing a dual anti-fuse OTP memory to the SRAM-based PUF. The proposed PUF can enhance the reliability of the logic since it can preserve the output values. First, we construct the OTP memory using an anti-fuse. After power up, a SRAM generates the random values owing to the mismatch of cross coupled inverter pair. The generated random values are programed in the proposed anti-fuse ROM. The values that were programed in the ROM at once will not be changed and returned. Thus, the outputs of the proposed D-PUF are not affected by the environment variable such as the operation voltage and temperature variation, etc. Consequently, the reliability of the proposed PUF will be enhanced owing to the proposed dual anti-fuse ROM. Therefore, the proposed D-PUF can be stably operated, in particular, without the powerful ECC in the external environment that are changed. 기존 SRAM 기반 PUF (physical unclonable function)는 난수 생성 및 키교환에 사용된다. SRAM에서 생성된 출력값은 일정하게 유지되어야 하나, 외부 환경에 의해 변화하는 문제가 발생된다. 본 논문은 듀얼 안티퓨즈 OTP (one time programmable) 메모리를 SRAM 기반 PUF에 채택한 새로운 구조의 D-PUF (deterministic PUF) 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 PUF 회로는 SRAM에서 한 번 생성된 출력값을 일정하게 계속 유지시켜 PUF 회로의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 우선, 높은 보안 수준을 갖는 안티퓨즈를 이용하여 OTP 메모리를 구성하였다. SRAM은 크로스 커플 인버터쌍의 미스매치를 이용하여 전원이 들어온 후 초기값을 임의로 생성하고 이를 출력한다. 마스킹된 출력값은 안티퓨즈 OTP ROM(read-only memory)에 난수값으로 프로그램된다. 한번 프로그램된 ROM 값은 되돌려지지도 변화하지도 않는다. 따라서, 제안된 D-PUF 회로는 SRAM의 출력값을 OTP 메모리에 저장시켜 한 번 결정된 PUF 출력값을 계속 유지시킨다. 제안된 D-PUF의 출력은 동작 전압 및 온도 변화 등과 같은 외부 환경 변수에 영향을 받지 않아 신뢰성이 향상된다. 따라서, 제안된 D-PUF는 강력한 오류 정정 코드없이 사용하더라도 안정적인 동작을 수행할 수 있다.

        유산소운동 수준에 따른 중추신경계의 활동변화

        PURPOSE: To primarily examine any changes in perceptive & cognitive function following maximal exercise & 3-step sub-maximal exercise that were equally set in total volume of exercise, and to secondarily examine the degree of difference in exercise in presence of changes in cognitive function. METHODS: The study recruited 6 male university student subjects. Exercise intensity increased with a 20% increment of maximum oxygen intake amount (V?O2max): 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%. In addition, exercise time at each intensity was set with equal exercise intensity x time (min.) by considering the 100 %V?O2max intensity of reaching total exhaustion. RESULTS: There was a trend of increasing P300 amplitude after exercise. There were main effects for time and deduction area: F (1,5)=29.52, p <0.05, F (2,10)=18.8 p <0.01. Specifically for deduction area, meaningful differences were found in Fz & Cz with a significant difference either between Fz&Cz (p <0.05) between Fz & Pz (p <0.01). For exercise intensity, a significant difference (p <0.05) was found between 60% and 100% of V?O2max. In the P300 latency period, it showed differences of F(3,15)=2.78 (p <0.10) in the main effect of exercise intensity. For exercise intensity, meaningful differences were found between 40% and 60% of V?O2max (p <0.05) and between 40% and 80% of VO2max (p <0.01). In the P300 latency period of 40% of V?O2max condition, there was a trend of shortening when considering the comparison between 60% and 80% of V ?O2max exercise conditions. CONCLUSIONS: In the sensory & stimulation processing of promoting response selection for external stimulation, no differences were found between the pre- & post-exercise and exercise intensity regarding the speed of perception & cognitive functions.

        성인남성의 고강도 운동 후 회복시간의 차이가 중추신경계에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of differences in recovering time on the central nervous system after adult males"high-intensity physical exercises. The participants of this study was 20 male adults who have not participated regular exercises for 2 years. In order to fulfill the purpose of the study, this study used P300 component of ERPs and N2 component that became to affect influences to the information treating process such as brain"s perception, recognition, and inference. Through the research analysis, this study reached the following conclusions : First, as the result of this research, RPE and HR of adult males rose to the total exhaustion during sports accomplishment, and HR, blood lactate, temperature were raised significantly compared to pre-exercising, and then reached to the recovery stage while being lowered gradually. Second, Though P300 amplitude was lowered significantly right before exercising compared to pre-exercising, it was recovered to pre-exercising stage as time went by. Like this, functional decreases of the information treating process are caused as much as adults do high-intensity exercises that reach to the total exhaustion or time becomes longer right after sports accomplishment. However, HR, blood lactate, and temperature become to be recovered to the pre-exercising state with the passage of time. Therefore, it is considered that the differences of recovery time after doing high-intensity exercises affect influences to the central nervous system.

        주가수준미달에 의한 상장폐지에 대한 소고

          Article 75 Paragraph 1 Subparagraph 10 of the Stock Market Listing Regulation provides case where the closing price of the common stocks of a listed corporation ("Corporation")is lower that 20 percent of par value for at least 30 consecutive days (it shall be based on the trading days of the stocks concerned.) with a certain exemption. Based on this regulatory scheme, this paper is focusing on the interrelationship between the management and minority shareholdersin terms of the fiduciary duty of the management such as directors in the reasonable effort to maintain the status of the listing of the Corporation, which will materially affect the interest of the minority shareholder in terms of liquidity of the stocks, etc. It is because the majority shareholders will possibly misuse, or abuse this provision for the purpose of the intended delisting in order to avoid the complicated regulation and the unnecessary intervention of the minority shareholders in connection with the operation of the Corporation.<BR>  Further, it is to take anoverall review of the general criteria, procedure, of the delisting in connection with the involuntary delisting caused by the decline of the stock prices, and the legal characteristics of the delisting decision, etc.<BR>  Another issue is the fiduciary duty of the management of the Corporation to take a reasonable action to maintain the listing status. In this context, the possible option for the Corporation in order to avoid the delisting will be capital decrease, the acquisition of the stocks by the Corporation. If the management of the Corporation fails to take reasonableactions, it is to be closely reviewed, in the practical aspect, if the minority shareholders may sue against the management for such breach of the fiduciary duty.<BR>  Last, in the process of the delisting caused by the decline of the stock price, more continuing attention should be paid to the protection of the minority of shareholders, especially against the possible abuse of this delisting provision by the majority shareholders.

        수질연속자동측정기의 상대정확도 적합성 및 유효성 연구

        As a step to improve relative accuracy test for continuous water monitoring equipment (CWMS) and to respond to consolidated effluent limitation guideline for the effluents discharged to surface water and municipal sewage treatment plant, this study proposes scientifically proven and reasonable methods for relative accuracy test. The current relative accuracy test of the performance standards for CWMS does not accurately reflect accuracy of the equipment especially tested by water samples containing low contents of target analytes. This study focuses on accuracy test and proposes new accuracy test methods considering minimum detectable level (MDL) and effluent characteristics through the comparison of standards of MCERTs, JIS and ISO. MCERTs suggested 10% of standard reference methods as performance standard when the measured reading value is above 0.5 mg/L. Otherwise it applies ± 0.05 mg/L. Therefore, this study sets up suitable percent (%) area of standard reference methods over item specific standard and decides special value considering percent of main test method (corresponding suitable area) error as suitable standard of error. This study presents improvement suggestion 20% of current standard, 10% of UK and Japan and 15% of standard considering domestic conditions as percent (%) of main test method and suggests suitability and effectiveness of the results of the performance standards.
