        철도공간의 인식론적 함의

        The purpose of this paper is to clarify the meaning of space and spatiality of the railway and the railway station. This paper was composed by literature review of the railway space and spatiality. And it analyzed by questionnaire to the Dae-Jeon citizen on the basis of the theory. Railway and railway station was recognized to mobility space in a physical aspect. Also it was recognized to partying, meeting, hometown, army, and memory in emotion aspect. And it was recognized something to eat like eggs and cider in a symbolic aspect. Railway and railway station is the mobility space of three-dimensions in a physical aspect. And it is a reality in four-dimensional space with emotion and symbolism.

        해외진입시장의 지역특성과 제품차별화전략의 상호작용이 환노출에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the effect of the interaction between the firm`s strategy and the local characteristics on the foreign exchange exposure for Korean manufacturing MNEs. Geographic diversification strategy and product differentiation strategy on its own respectively seem not to affect the foreign exchange exposure or to have a positive effect on the foreign exchange exposure when the two strategies are considered. Product differentiation strategy through interacting with local characteristics, however, is shown to affect differently the foreign exchange exposure depending on the location overseas the firm enters. The higher R&D intensity and the higher involvement of entering advanced area, which shows a significant effect on reducing the foreign exchange exposure. On the other hand, in case of the higher R&D intensity and the higher involvement of entering developing area, however, which shows a significant effect on increasing the foreign exchange exposure. The results support the notion that the local characteristics interacting with the firm`s strategy should affect the foreign exchange exposure, which could shed light on the management of the foreign exchange exposure in the process of international expansion.

        鐵道 不動産 空間文化의 一考察

        본 연구의 목적은 철도문화라는 것을 우리 삶에서 어떻게 해석할 수 있는지, 시민들의 철도이용 경험을 관찰하여 그 함의를 규명하는 것이다. 철도는 우리 근대사에 중요한 역사적 산물일 뿐만 아니라, 우리 생활과 불가불리의 중요한 인프라 중 하나이며, 과거에서 현재까지 우리생활을 지탱해 온 하나의 문화범주로서 이해해야 하기 때문이다. 그러나 철도문화의 개념이나 의미가 무엇인지 학술상 논의한 사례가 희소하기 때문에, 지금까지 논의한 유사한 개념을 검토하고, 이용자들의 경험을 관찰하여 철도문화가 무엇인지 설문조사하여 규명하였다. 분석결과 철도문화는 ⅰ) 여행・휴가・풍경의 정감성, ⅱ) 볼거리, 쇼핑 등 다양한 경험을 할 수 있는 이동성의 공간, ⅲ) 사이다・우동・달걀의 상징성, 그리고 ⅳ) 근대화의 출발점이라는 역사성으로 해석할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to identify the meaning of railway space culture in our lives, and how we should interpret its meaning based on the railway and its space experience of citizens. Railway has great importance in modern history and is one of the most essential infrastructures in our lives. This paper aims to interpret railway space culture under the premise that it is a cultural category which has greatly influenced our lives from past to present. Despite its importance, there hasn t been any research conducted on the concept or the meaning of railway space culture so far. Thus this paper aims to compare and study similar domestic and foreign discussions on the concept of railway space culture based on nationwide surveys. Based on such analysis, it was concluded that the interpretation on railway space culture can be summarized in four basic features : closeness, mobility, symbolism, and historicity.

        This research is aims to suggest the sunshades planning by applying eco-elemental deciduous trees. Recently, the importance of sunshades increased because of the construction of curtain walls and glass buildings. Therefore the researcher schemed a sunshade by applying the change of shadows, which follows the amount of the leaf of the deciduous tree and ivy at summer and winter. This scheme has the feature of passive controlling the radiant heat of the sunray being absorbed on the outer skin So it can have the sunshade plan that uses environment-friendly element. By applying natural sunshade, the designer can make the best use of the appearance design of the building.

        요통환자에 있어서 방사통과 영상의학검사 소견상의 연관성 분석

        Objectives : We studied in order to compare the differences between the symptoms of patients and findings of MRI and X-Ray of patients with herniated disc which has been diagnosed often recently. Methods : We randomly selected among the 301 patients with X-Ray and L-spine MRI films who have visited Jaseng Hospital with low-back pain and lumbar and low extremity pain from Jan.1st of 2009 to Jan.28. We used SPSS 13.0 for Windows I in analyzing statistical data of study results and the level of significance were below 0.05. Results and Conclusions : 1. If there were radiating pain, based on MRI findings, the amount of herniation was more severe(P>0.05). 2. If the finding of a X-ray showed narrowing, based on MRI findings, the amount of herniation was more severe(P>0.05). 3. There were no significant differences between the presence of radiating pain and the findings of X-Ray(P>0.05). 4. Among the 301 cases, cases which showed findings beside HIVD were 79. 7 cases of hemanggioma(2.3%), 24 cases of spinal neoplasm(cord cyst, tumor etc)(8%), 7 cases of spondylitis(2.3%), 16 cases of spinal canal stenosis(5,3%) 9 cases of ligamentum flavum thickening(3%) and 16 cases of facet syndrome(5.3%).

        목향 헥산추출물이 대장암세포인 HT-29 세포의 증식에 미치는 영향

        목향(Saussurea lappa)은 항암효과를 비롯하여 다양한 생리활성을 나타내는 것으로 알려지고 있으나 목향이 대장암에 미치는 영향에 대해 자세히 연구된 바가 없다. 본 연구에는 목향 헥산추출물이 인간의 대장에서 유래한 암세포인 HT-29 세포의 증식에 미치는 영향과 그 작용 기전에 대해 연구하였다. 헥산으로 목향을 추출하여 얻은 목향 헥산추출물을 HT-29 세포의 세포 배양액에 0, 1, 3, 5 ㎍/㎖로 첨가하여 세포를 배양하였다. HT-29 세포의 증식은 목향 헥산추출물 처리 농도가 증가할수록 현저히 감소하였다. 인간의 대장에서 유래한 정상 상피세포인 FHC 세포의 증식은 목향 헥산추출물에 의해 변화하지 않았고, 인간의 피부에서 유래한 정상 섬유아세포인 CCD 1108Sk 세포 증식은 목향을 5㎍/㎖ 농도로 72 시간 배양한 경우에만 감소하였다. 목향 헥산 추출물 처리에 의해 HT-29 세포의 세포주기 진행 중 sub G1기에 머무른 세포수가 증가하였고, 세포사멸 세포수가 현저히 증가하였다. 세포사멸의 주요한 조절인자인 Bcl-2 family 단백질 중Bcl-2은 목향 헥산추출물에 의해 변화하지 않았으나 Bax는 유의적으로 증가하였다. Bcl-2 family 단백질과 더불어 세포사멸 조절에 중요한 역할을 하는 caspases의 활성형인 cleaved caspase-8, -9, -7, -3가 목향 헥산추출물에 의해 증가하였다. 또한 목향 헥산 추출물 처리 농도가 증가할수록 cleaved PARP 단백질 수준도 현저히 증가하였다. 이 결과는 목향 헥산추출물이 세포사멸을 유도하여 대장암세포인 HT-29 세포의 증식을 억제함을 나타내며, 목향 헥산추출물에 의해 HT-29 세포의 세포사멸은 Bax 증가와 caspases의 활성 증가에 의한 것임을 나타낸다. 본 연구는 목향을 독성과 부작용이 적은 암예방제나 항암제로 개발할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 그러나 목향을 이용하여 제품 개발을 위해서는 유효 성분 동정 및 동물시험 등의 연구 수행이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. In Asia Saussurea lappa (SL) has been used as a traditional herbal medicine to treat abdominal pain and tenesmus. Recently, in vitro cell culture studies have shown that SL has anti-ulcer, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumor properties. To explore its potential chemopreventive and chemotherapeutic effects in colon cancer, we examined whether the hexane extract of SL (HESL) could inhibit the growth of HT-29 human colon cancer cells, and investigated the mechanisms for this effect. The cells were cultured with various concentrations (0-5 ㎍/㎖) of HESL. The results indicated that HESL markedly decreased the numbers of viable HT-29 cells; whereas at the concentration of 5 ㎍/㎖, HESL slightly decreased the viable cell numbers of CCD 1108Sk human skin normal fibroblasts at 72 hr. HESL substantially increased the numbers of cells in the sub G1 phase, and dose-dependently increased apoptotic cell numbers. Western blot analysis of the total cell lysates revealed that HESL increased Bax protein levels, but did not affect Bcl-2 levels. HESL induced the cleavage of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase and caspases 8, 9, 7, and 3. This study demonstrated that HESL inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis in HT-29 cells, which may be mediated by its ability to increase Bax levels and activate the caspase pathway. These findings may lead to the development of new therapeutic strategies for colon cancer treatment.

        한국산 물벼룩 표준생태독성시험법 확립을 위한 10종 용매대조물질에 대한 독성반응 비교

        Most pesticides are poorly soluble in water and must be dissolved in a solvent carrier before being added to the test medium on aquatic toxicity test. The concentration of solvent is critical to the success of a test. This study were conducted to recommend possible organic solvents which have good solubility for pesticides and low toxicity to Korean native water flea to establish new standard toxicity test methods using Korean native water flea for ecological risk assessment of pesticide. Four Korean freshwater cladocerans, Daphnia obtusa, Daphnia sp., Moina macrocopa and Simocephalus vetulus were exposed to 10 different organic solvents during 48 hours to evaluate their toxic response to solvents. Ethyl acetate was the most toxic to cladocerans tested. Although ethyl ether was the least toxic to cladocerans tested, it may not adequate as possible solvent in aquatic toxicity test due to high volatility and low water solubility. In conclusion, acetone, methanol, ethanol and acetonitrile which has low toxicity as well as good water solubility are recommended as optimal organic solvent to use in aquatic toxicity tests with Korean native cladocerans tested.

        드라베 증후군의 SCN1A 유전자 변이 양상

        Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the SCN1A variants in Korean patients with Dravet syndrome. Methods: We conducted a retrospective study of clinically confirmed thirty-nine patients with Dravet syndrome who visit our hospital from January 2007 to May 2015. We analyzed the SCN1A variants by direct sequencing. We analyzed and classified SCN1A variants according to ACMG/AMP (American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics and the Association for Molecular Pathology) guideline. Results: : A total thirty-nine patients (female 22, male 17) were included. Among them, twenty patients (51.2%) with Dravet syndrome had pathogenic or likely pathogenic SCN1A mutations including fifteen truncating mutations (12 nonsense and 3 splice region mutations), 5 missense mutations. The remained variants in nineteen patients with Dravet syndrome classified into ten variants of unknown significances, and 9 benign variants. In our study, truncation mutations are located whole span of SCN1A protein, while half of missense mutations are located at higher density on pore loop (S5-S6) regions. Conclusion: Unlike previous known study, lower positive rate of SCN1A mutation of Dravet syndrome was revealed in our study. The importance of parental test (trio test) and other additional tests have been emphasized. 목적: 이 연구는 드라베 증후군으로 진단받은 소아 환자들을 대상으로 SCN1A 돌연변이의 특성에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 방법: 2007년 1월부터 2015년 5월까지 임상적으로 드라베 증후군으로 확진된 환자 39명을 대상으로 후향적 연구를 진행하였다. SCN1A 변이는 직접 염기 서열 분석법을 이용하여 분석하였고 ACMG/AMP 가이드라인에 따라 분류하였다. 결과: 39명의 환자가 포함되었으며 여아는 22명, 남아는 17명이었다. 총 20명(51.2%)의 드라베 증후군 환자에서 SCN1A 병적 돌연변이가 발견되었으며 그 중 15명이 결절 돌연변이, 5명이 과오 돌연변이를 가지고 있었다. 나머지 19명의 드라베 증후군 환자들은 10명에서 임상적 의미를 알 수 없는 변이가 관찰되었고 9명에서 양성 소견을 가지고 있었다. 결절 돌연변이는 SCN1A 단백질의 전체 구역에 분포하고 있지만, 과오 돌연변이는 pore loop (S5-S6) regions에 좀 더 높은 비율로 위치하고 있었다. 결론: 기존의 연구와 달리 본 연구에서는 드라베 증후군 환자의 SCN1A 돌연변이의 양성률이 낮게 나왔다. 부모 검사(trio test) 및 추가적인 검사의 중요성이 강조된다.
