Although Arghezi was a writer influenced by Eminescu, such as Adrian Maniu, Ion Barbu etc., he was also an independent writer who was not subordinate to any other currents of the times. His poetry world was considered as “The Poetics of Evil” such as appeared in his poem <Testament>. The ‘Beauty’ originated exactly from the ‘Evil and Ugliness’ named as the actual pain. His early poetry had the motives of transcendentalism (Parnassian) and he published on one hand, some poems based on the Oedipus complex and on the other hand, poems with the motives of the hopeless love. Some published poems after his leaving from the monastery for the literary creation, narrated negatively the cosmogony and described musically the end (eschatology) of the modern world. After his visit to Switzerland, he published poems which contain the romanticism, the relation with normal people, the Messianic genius, the revolutionary socialism and so on. In the serial poems which have the title as <Psalms (Psalmi)>, he narrated the relation between God and the human beings, and observed the both faces of the religious affirmation and the religious negation as the pendulum of clock in motion. The poet Arghezi shows the hostility against the creative actions of the imperfect God, and this is not based on the peculiar romanticist aesthetics, but in the mental and the center of this poet exists the old man's original sin which takes roots in the Christianity like a heritage in the history of the long human civilization. The negation against the cosmogony appeared in Arghezi's poetry, it is the ridicule and the punishment for the imperfection of the universe created by God. 아르게지는 에미네스쿠의 영향을 받은 작가이지만 아드리안 마니우(Adrian Maniu), 이온 바르부(Ion Barbu) 등과 함께 그 시대의 어떤 흐름에도 종속되지 않은 독립적인 특징을 보여준 작가이다. 아르게지의 시는 시 <유언>에서 보이는 것처럼 ‘악의 시학’이라고 간주된다. 현실의 고통이라는 악에서 미가 발생한다는 것이다. 그의 초기 시는 고답파적인 모티브를 갖고 있으며 오이디푸스 콤플렉스를 보여주는 시들을 발표했으며 잃어버린 사랑에 대한 모티브를 가진 시도 발표했다. 창작활동을 위한 수도원 생활을 접고 발표한 시들은 부정적인 우주진화론을 서술하고 현대적인 세상의 종말을 음악적으로 묘사하고 있다. 스위스 체류 후에는 낭만주의적인 시, 보통 사람들과의 관계, 메시아적인 천재, 혁명적인 사회주의관을 보여주는 시들을 발표했다. 아르게지의 <찬미가(Psalmi)>라는 제목이 붙은 연작시들은 신과 시인의 관계를 서술하고 있는데 시인은 신앙과 신앙의 부정이라는 두 양극 사이를 시계추처럼 움직이고 있다. 시인이 불완전한 신의 창조적인 행위에 대해 적대감을 보여주는 것은 단지 독특한 낭만주의적인 미학에만 근거를 두는 것은 아니고 이 시인의 정신적, 존재적인 중앙에는 긴 인간의 문명의 역사에 있어서 유산으로 물려받은 기독교 정신이 뿌리박고 있는 고대의 인간 원죄 의식이 자리 잡고 있다. 투도르 아르게지의 시에서 보이는 우주진화에 대한 부정은 신이 창조한 우주의 불완전성을 처벌하고 조롱하는 것이다.

The ancient culture expresses the axis of our world as the cosmic tree. The cosmic tree also means the tree of life, the world tree, the axis and the tree of knowledge. People believe that the tree has sacred power because of the eternal vitality of death and revival which the tree shows. As the tree appeared in the Bible, the tree was closely connected with the human's fate and, accordingly, the tree became a proper symbol according with every nation. For Romanians, the tree appears in every step of the rite of passage. When a child is born, people plant a tree and then the child is committed to the protection of that tree. The Birth Tree foresees child's fate and has a hand in child's growth. This tree becomes an indication which the child conforms for the future. The Marriage Tree is expressed as a figure of former husband in the symbolic marriage or as a symbolic figure of the bride and bridegroom in the original marriage. The symbol of Romanian marriage is bride's fir and this tree is carried to the wedding being substituted for the bridegroom. Besides, the fir becomes the attester of wedding. This sacred tree is the assurance of oath and the witness of symbolical marriage or judgment. In the funeral rites of unmarried young man, the tree decorated with all sort of things is planted in the graveyard for meaning of a marriage. When people entomb the deceased, they carry out the practices of wedding in which they send first a conductor of bride in company of the fir. This reflects the Romanian folk faith through which the unmarried deceased can not get in the ancestral world. And one of the roles of The Funeral Tree becomes personally a tree of sacrificial offering in the funeral rites being decorated with various kinds of foods or article 고대문화는 이 세계의 중심을 우주목이라고 표현한다. 우주목은 생명의 나무, 세계수, 중심축, 지혜의 나무가 된다. 나무가 보여주는 무한히 반복되는 죽음과 재생의 생명력 때문에 나무는 신성한 힘을 갖고있다고 생각되었다. 성서에서 나무가 등장하듯이 나무는 인간의 운명과 밀접한 관계를 갖고 각 민족에 따라서 고유한 상징성이 부과되었다. 루마니아 사람들에게 있어서 나무는 모든 통과의례에 현존한다. 아이가 출생하면 나무를 심거나 또는 아이는 성스런 나무의 보호에 맡겨진다. 출생의 나무는 아이의 운명을 예견하고 아이의 성장에 관여한다. 나무는 아이가 미래에 본받아야할 모습이 된다. 혼례 나무는 상징적인 혼례에서의 전 남편의 모습과 본래 혼례에서의 신부와 신랑의 상징적인 모습으로 나타난다. 루마니아 혼례의 상징은 신부의 전나무이다. 신랑의 상징적인 대체물로 혼례식까지 운반된다. 또한 전나무는 혼례의 입회 증거인도 된다. 신성한 나무는 장엄한 맹세의 보증이며 상징적인 결혼 또는 판단의 증인이 된다. 미혼의 청년이 사망한 장례의례에서는 묘지에 각가지 물건들로 장식된 나무가 결혼을 상징하기 위해 심어진다. 그리고 망자가 무덤으로 갈 때 혼례를 알리는 신부 안내자를 전나무와 함께 먼저 보내는 혼례 풍습을 실행한다. 이것은 사람은 결혼하지 않고는 조상들의 세계로 들어갈 수 없다는 루마니아의 민속신앙을 반영한다. 그리고 장례나무의 또 하나의 역할은 여러 가지 음식이나 물건들로 장식되어 장례 때 사용되는 장례제물의 나무이다.

This paper reports the results of a study on the perception and reproduction of sound durations. First, the duration discrimination abilities of musician and non-musician subjects were measured. An experiment was then carried out to find the effect of frequency difference on duration discrimination in pairs of pure tones(musical note durations). Finally, three experiments were undertaken to investigate any effect of frequency difference on the performed duration of tones. The major findings were: (i) that musicians show lower discrimination thresholds than non-musicians for short stimuli durations (25-100 msec), (ii) that higher frequencies are perceived as being longer in duration than lower frequencies, and (iii) that when the performed sound should be double or longer than a presented tone, subjects typically perform the sound longer than is appropriate.

It has been recently demonstrated the presence of not only C28-BRs biosysnthesis, but also C27- and C29-BRs biosynthesis in plants, suggesting that BRs biosynthesis are complicatedly connected to produce biologically active BR (s). This prompted us to investigation of metabolism of a C29-BR, 28-homoCS in seedlings of rice from which C29-BRs such as 28-homoTE and 28-homoTY have been identified. In vitro enzyme conversion study using a crude enzyme solution prepared from rice seedlings revealed that 28-homoCS is converted into both CS and 26-nor-28-homoCS, but their reversed reaction did not occur. This indicated that 28-homoCS is biosynthetically converted into more biologically active C28-BR, CS by C-28 demethylation and biodegraded into 26-nor-28-homoCS by C-26 demethylation. Next, bio-conversion of 28-homoCS to 28-homoBL was examined by the same enzyme solution. No 28-homoBL as a metabolite of 28-homoCS was detected, meaning that biosynthetic reaction for 28-homoCS to 28-homoBL is not contained, and main connection of C28-BRs and C29-BRs biosynthesis is between CS and 28-homoCS in the rice seedling. This study is the first demonstrated that C29-BRs and C28-BRs bionsynthetic pathways are connected, and that C29-BRs biosynthetic pathway is an alternative biosynthetic pathway to produce more biologically active C28-BR, CS in plant.

The topoi which appear in the lyrics of Eminescu, the national poet of Romania, are the forest, the island and the moon. The forest is not only an important resource which proves continuance and permanency of Romania but also a very intimate place of all of Romanians. The forest is often personified in Eminescu's poems and it has two significant roles to complete love. On one hand, the forest appears as an ideal woman and, on the other, it acts as a creator of the ideal atmosphere for the time of love, simultaneously a conservator of eternal love. The forest is a suitable place to get accomplished love. Eminescu also emphasized the sense of the forest in his poems. His forest expressed a world which includes all of the universal elements reflected in the lake. Exactly, the forest gives a concrete image to “the whole figure of the universe”. The moon is considered a very special element in the world of Romanticism. In reference to the main subjects of Romanticism as dream and night, the moon provides a fertile art impulse to the romanticists. The moon above the mountains infuses life into the dark and the old forest, and it ignites rivers and streams. The inanimate place is transformed into a scenery overwhelmed with vitality. The moonlight has an effect on the psychological change of the poetical hero (or heroine) and it ignites his (or her) love. Besides, the travel through moon means a transference to the place where completes the primitive unification of a pair of lovers. Euthanasius' island is a place of dead persons in the mythic world. Death is represented as a symbol of the perfect life harmonized with nature. Thus, the island keeps two situations of senses above mentioned. In this situation, human's advance, pains and experiences are discontinued. Eminescu tried to materialize his poetical island as a conservator of the sublime life, being influenced by the universal symbolism of the whole world. 루마니아의 민족시인 에미네스쿠의 서정시에 나타나는 토포이는 숲과 섬 달이다. 숲은 루마니아의 지속성과 항구성을 증명해주는 확실한 자료로 루마니아 사람들과 가장 친밀한 장소이다. 에미네스쿠 시에서 숲은 의인화되어 나타나며 사랑을 이루기 위해 두 가지 의미 있는 역할을 수행한다. 숲은 이상적인 연인으로 나타나고 또 다른 한편으로는 사랑의 시간을 위한 이상적인 분위기의 창조자와 영원한 사랑의 보존자로 작용을 하는 것이다. 숲은 사랑이 이루어질 수 있는 알맞은 장소인 것이다. 에미네스쿠는 또한 숲의 의미를 강조하고 있다. 그 숲은 호수에 투영되는 우주의 모든 요소들을 포함하고 있는 세계를 나타낸다. 숲은 “우주의 합성”으로 구체화되고 있는 것이다.달은 낭만주의 세계의 매우 특별한 요소에 속한다. 낭만주의의 중요한 주제들인 꿈과 밤에 연관하여 달은 낭만주의자들에게 비옥한 예술적 충동을 준다. 산위로 떠오르는 달은 어두운 오랜 숲들에게 생기를 불어 넣어주고 흐르는 강과 냇물을 점화시킨다. 무생명의 장소는 생기가 넘쳐흐르는 풍경으로 변한다. 달빛은 주인공의 심리적인 변화에도 영향을 주어 사랑을 타오르게 만든다. 그리고 달로의 여행은 두 연인의 원초적인 합일 성을 이룩하기 위한 장소로의 이동이다.에우타나지우스의 섬은 신화적인 영역에서는 죽은 자들의 장소이다. 죽음은 자연과 일치하는 완전한 삶을 상징한다. 이 두 가지로 해석되는 상황을 섬은 간직하고 있다. 이 상황에서는 인간의 발달과 고통, 경험이 중단된다. 에미네스쿠는 전 세계 보편적인 상징주의의 영향을 받아 섬을 숭고한 삶의 보존자로써 구체화하고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Korean basketball title sponsorship on brand image and brand awareness of sponsor corporation. For the study objects, with setting as a population spectators of Korean professional basketball league in Seoul, Anyang, and Incheon, survey was conducted targeting 442 of spectators with convenient sampling method and 410(92.8%) sets were used in real analysis with 32 sets excluded, which were judged to contain insincere answers or to be unreliable. For the data processing, SPSS 12.0 version was used with following statistical methods. The results are as follows. First, communication activities, image enhancing activities, and event contributing activities had an positive influence on a brand image. Second, communication activities, image enhancing activities, and event contributing activities had an positive influence on brand awareness. Third, a brand image had an positive influence on brand awareness.
미디어 프레임: HTTP 리디렉션을 통한 병렬 멀티미디어 시스템 구조

As a single video server exposes its limitation in scalability, capability, fault-tolerance, and cost-efficiency, solutions of this limitation emerge. However, these solutions have their own problems that will be discussed in this paper. To solve these problems and exploit various video servers, we designed a parallel multimedia system architecture that supported a content-aware routing to heterogeneous personal computer (PC), operating system (OS), video servers through a HTTP-level redirection. We also developed a prototype, added different video servers into the prototype, and measured its overheads. 한 대의 비디오 서버가 확장성, 용량, 고장 감내(Fault-tolerance), 비용 효율성(Cost-efficiency)에서 한계 들을 드러냄에 따라 해결책 들이 나타났다. 그러나, 이러한 해결책들도 각각의 문제점 들을 지닌다. 우리는 이러한 문제점 들을 해결하고 다양한 비디오 서버 들을 활용하기 위해, HTTP 레벨 리디렉션(Redirection)을 통하여 이질적인 퍼스널 컴퓨터(Personal Computer), 운영 체제(Operating System), 비디오 서버 들로 내용에 따른 라우팅(Routing)을 지원하는 병렬 멀티미디어 시스템 구조를 디자인하였다. 또한 프로토타입을 개발 하였으며 서로 다른 비디오 서버 제품들을 프로토타입에 추가하였고 오버헤드를 측정하였다.
Carnosine and Anserine in Chicken: Distribution, Age-dependency and their Anti-glycation Activity

The imidazole dipeptide carnosine and its methylated anserine analogues are the major histidine containing dipeptides in vertebrate tissue, especially in skeletal muscle, the heart, and the central nervous system. In this study, the carnosine and anserine content in chicken from different parts and of differing ages was determined and their physiological activities were compared. Anserine was more dominant than carnosine in these tissues and both of them significantly decreased with aging in all parts of chicken muscles. Chicken breast muscle showed the highest content of carnosine and anserine than drumstick and wing. Advanced glycated end-product (AGE) formation was inhibited up to 60% by the extract from 20 wk chicken breast and decreased with aging (90 wk). Anti-oxidation activity was also significantly reduced from 61.2% to 52.9% with aging. As results, anti-glycation and anti-oxidation activity of carnosine and anserine extract from chicken muscle increased proportionally to the amount of those peptides in the muscle, while these decreased with the aging process.
거대 층상 신경 섬유종 절제 후 전외측 대퇴부 유리피판술을 이용한 재건

Purpose: Neurofibromas of neuroectodermal origin are commonly found in Von Recklinghausens disease or neurofibormatosis type 1. It is an autosomal dominant disease caused by mutation of the long arm of chromosome 17. It can present from small nodules to disfiguring giant tumor. Plexiform neurofibroma is benign in most cases, but it could be transformed into malignant tumor, which requires surgical excision. To cover the defects after the excision, a number of surgical correction methods are available. This study is to report a surgical correction of disfiguring plexiform neurofibroma using anterolateral thigh free flap for extensive defects after surgical excision of neurofibrona. Methods: Data of five neurofibroma patients with an average age of 39 including medical history, physical examination,computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging were checked. No disease other than neurofibroma were detected. Biopsy on the excised tissues was performed. The follow-up period was 7 to 27 months. Results: The average size of defects after complete excision of neurofibroma was 13 × 10~25 × 15 cm. Defects were covered by anterolateral thigh free flap, while donor sites were covered by local flap, split thickness skin graft and regional flap. Throughout follow-up, there were no complication, relapse, or any abnormalities. Conclusion: Despite various surgical correction methods are applicable to defects after excision on disfiguring plexiform neurofibroma, coverage of massive defects is still challenging in plastic and reconstructive surgeon. We have made five successful cases of surgical correction of disfiguring plexiform neurofibroma using anterolateral thigh free flap.
