        Normalized Rayleigh Likelihood를 활용한 표적신호세기정보 적용 다중표적추적 기술

        This paper presents a multiple target tracking system using Normalized Rayleigh likelihood of amplitude information of target. Although many studies of Radar systems using amplitude information have been studied, they are focused on single target tracking. This paper proposes the multiple target tracking using amplitude information as well as kinematic information from Radar sensor. The amplitude information are applied in generating the association probability of joint probabilistic data association(JPDA) algorithm through the normalized Rayleigh likelihood. It is verified that the proposed system can enhance the track maintenance and tracking accuracy, especially, in the target crossing case.

        희귀질환 약제, 항암제 별도 기금 도입에 대한 약제급여 결정 전문가와 이해관계자 시각

        Background & objective: The Korean government has expanded its benefit coverage to enhance patients' access to orphan drugs and cancer medicines. However, the number of new drugs whose indications were not applied to reimbursement in health insurance was increased. This study aimed to understand the perspectives of experts and various stakeholders on the introduction of a new funding program for cancer treatment and orphan drugs. Methods: We conducted email surveys comprising 19 questions, from September 9 to 26, 2016. We distributed questionnaires to members of the Pharmaceutical Benefit Appraisal Committee and Cancer Assessment Committee. We also conducted a qualitative study through group interviews with stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and some patient groups for diseases. Results: A total of 35 survey respondents recommended the introduction of a funding program for orphan drugs, whereas 66% recommended the launch of funding for anticancer drugs. In addition, most pharmaceutical companies and patient groups recommended the introduction of new funding programs targeting patients with cancer and rare diseases. However, some participants asserted that it would be more appropriate to modify the existing reimbursement scheme than launch new funding. Conclusion: This study concluded that introducing new funding needs a social consensus to relieve financial hardships at the patient level.

      • 졸음운전사고 위험구간 분석을 위한 셀(cell)단위기반 사고DB GIS 방법론 개발

        해 마다 우리나라의 전체 교통사고 발생건수가 감소하고 이에 따른 졸음운전 사고의 발생건수도 줄고 있으나, 여전히 상대적으로 높은 사망률을 보이고 있는 것이 특징이다. 졸음운전 사고 역시 일반적인 교통사고와 마찬가지로 사고다발지점과 같은 특정 지점(Spot) 및 링크(Link)에 집중하였으나, 이 연구에서는 시공간적으로 확대한 구간개념을 도입하여 사고위험구간의 특성을 표현할 수 있다. 또한 고속도로를 포함하고 있는 셀(Cell)을 기준으로 셀 단위의 졸음운전 위험구간 시각화 방안이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 한국도로공사가 제공하고 있는 교통사고 속보자료(2011년~2015년)를 통하여 사고DB를 구축하였다. 공간적 범위는 한국도로공사에서 관리하는 고속도로 35개 노선을 중심으로 분석하였다. 속보자료의 경우 GIS상의 정확한 위치좌표가 아닌 이정거리를 표시하는 방식이기 때문에 정확한 위치를 나타내기 위해서 지오코딩(Geo-coding)을 통하여 xy-좌표를 변환하는 방식을 사용하였다. 지오코딩을 통하여 변환된 사고 좌표들을 셀 단위로 계산하여 졸음운전 GIS(Geographic Information System) 위험구간을 구축하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 교통사고의 지점을 표현하는 사고DB들과 달리 셀 단위를 기반으로 한 사고위험구간으로 표현했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 GIS상 셀 단위의 사고 데이터와 다양한 지표들 간의 관계와 활용방법에 대해 제안하였다.

        초등 영어 교과서 이야기 자료를 활용한 교수 · 학습 모형 개발과 적용 효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of a teaching and learning model using various story materials in 14 authorized elementary English textbooks on students’ English abilities and their affective attitudes towards learning English. For the study, a teaching and learning model was developed and implemented in a third grade class for 12 weeks. The students received lessons utilizing the stories during morning self-study class in school and did web-based self-directed study at home. The effects of the teaching and learning model on the students’s English abilities were investigated through pre and post tests, and those on the students’ affective domains were examined through pre and post questionnaires. In addition, learning journals, interviews, and teaching journals were collected to see the students’ responses to the activities included in the teaching and learning model. The results of the study show that the teaching and learning model using the various story materials in the elementary school textbooks had a positive effect on the students’ listening, speaking and reading abilities and it also increased the students’ interest and confidence in English. In particular, the story materials which were appropriate for the students’ level and the various online and offline activities seem to help the beginning learners of English to overcome anxiety about a new language and enjoy learning English.

      • 장애전담 어린이집 교사의 장애유아의 자기결정에 대한 인식연구

        본 연구는 장애전담 어린이집 교사들이 장애유아의 자기결정에 대한 인식과 자기결정 증진을 위한 교수실제에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 장애전담 어린이집 교사7명을 대상으로 포커스그룹 면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료를 전사 후 질적 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 주제와 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 자기결정에 대한 사전 인식 에선 7명의 교사 중 4명이 들어본 경험이 있다고 하였으며 자기결정을 선택하기, 선호하기, 자기 생각대로 결정하기의 의미로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 장애유아의 자기결정은 장애유아의 의사소통 가능 여부, 장애 정도에 따라 다르다고 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 자기결정 교수는 주로 선택하기를 위주로 실시되었으며 물리적 방법 면에선 몇 가지 제한된 상황 또는 물건을 제시하여 유아가 선택하게 하였고 언어적 방법 면에선 최대한 단순화된 어휘를 사용 하여 유아의 자기결정 경험을 촉진시켰다. 또한, 현장에서의 자기결정 경험 기회와 관련된 어려움의 요소로 수업진행과 집단활동에 대한 부담을 들었다. 넷째, 유아의 자기결정행동 표현에선 유아의 행동에 대한 교사의 민감성에 따라 유아의 자기결정 행동 이해에 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 장애전담 어린이집 교사의 장애유아의 자기결정에 대한 인식 결과를 바탕으로 장애유아의 자기결정 증진을 위한 다양한 제언들을 제공하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the perceptions of teachers in special daycare center on self-determination of young children with disabilities and instructional practice that are related to teaching young children with disabilities to ptomote their self-determination. Seven teachers in special daycare center of young children with disabilities participated in a focus group interview. From the interviews were analyzed qualitatively, four themes emerged as follow. First, as for prior perceptions of self- determination, four out of the seven teachers replied they had heard about it, and self-determination was understood as choice making, preference and making one's own decision. Second, they perceived that the self- determination of young children with disabilities depended on the possibility of their communication and the level of disabilities. Third, choice making was mostly what they taught about self-determination. Regarding the method of this instruction, they asked young children with disabilities whom they taught to choose from among several situations or things that were presented. In terms of the use of language, vocabulary that was simplified as much as possible was used to facilitate the self-determination experience of young children with disabilities. In addition, what difficulties they faced in providing self-determination experience was asked, and they answered that it was burdensome to proceed with this instruction and perform group activities. Fourth, as to expression about the self-determination behaviors of young children with disabilities, their understanding of the young children's self-determination behaviors varied with teacher’s own sensitivity to their behaviors. Given the findings of the study on the perceptions of teachers in special daycare center on self-determination of young children with disabilities. various suggestions were given on how to improve the self-determination of young children with disabilities.

        체계적 문헌고찰을 통한 교원 갈등 유형과 해결방안 탐색

        교육계 갈등은 사회 및 교육현장의 변화와 함께 더 다양하고 복잡해지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 교육현장의 다양한 갈등에 대한 종합적인 이해를 위해 교육계 갈등을 교원 갈등 측면에서 체계적으로 수집·분석하였다. 본 연구는 교원 갈등의 유형을 정의하고 유형별 해결방안을 선행연구를 바탕으로 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰을 연구방법으로 선택하였으며, PRISMA 가이드라인에 따라 총 48편의 문헌을 선정하고 분석하였다. 분석결과, 교원 갈등 유형을 크게 교원 개인 수준의 갈등과 교원 단체 수준의 갈등으로 구분하고 구체적으로 총 여덟 개의 교원 갈등 유형을 정의하였다. 더불어 문헌 분석을 통해 정의한 갈등 유형에 따른 해결방안으로 교원 개인 수준에서 갈등 대응 및 관리 역량 향상을 위한 연수 및 프로그램 제공, 교육현장의 갈등 양상 변화에 따른 갈등관리전략 수립, 교원 단체 수준에서 교직사회 조정과 분쟁을 조정할 수 있는 장치 마련 및 제도 개선, 갈등의 공식적 해결을 위한 갈등 관리 및 중재기구 마련, 교육정책과 관련된 공식적인 의사소통 창구 마련 및 참여 보장, 갈등 관리를 위한 시스템 구축, 교원 갈등 전반에 있어서 갈등 중재 및 해결을 위한 전문인력 양성, 갈등 유형 아카이브 및 매뉴얼 개발의 여덟 가지를 도출하였다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 교원 갈등을 중심으로 다양한 교육계 갈등 유형을 체계적으로 정리하고 종합적인 이해를 제공함과 동시에 교육계 갈등 해결을 위한 전략 및 정책 마련에 기초로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Conflicts in education are becoming more diverse and complex with social and educational change. This study systematically collected and analyzed educational conflicts in terms of teacher conflicts for comprehensive understanding of various conflicts at educational sites. The purpose of this study is to define the types of teacher conflicts and to explore solutions by type based on related research on teacher conflicts. To achieve the purpose of the study, this study adapted systematic literature review as a methodology, and a total of 48 literature were selected and analyzed in accordance with PRISMA guidelines. As a result of the analysis, teacher conflict types were largely divided into teacher-level conflicts and teacher-group levels, and a total of eight specific teacher conflict types were defined. In addition, eight solutions were derived according to defined type of conflict. The solution includes providing training to improve teachers conflict management capabilities, providing conflict management strategies, establishing committee to coordinate conflicts, establishing conflict management organizations, operating official communication channels, establishing a system for conflict management, fostering conflict solution experts, and developing archives and manuals for conflict types. This study will provide a comprehensive understanding of various types of conflicts in the field of education focusing on teacher conflicts, while providing a basis for strategies and policies to solve conflicts in the education.

        외래환자의 약물요법 관련 전문직간 협업에 대한 의사와 약사의 인식

        Interprofessional collaboration (IPC) in a diverse and complex healthcare environment is essential for patientcentered care. We investigated the recognition and status of medical doctors (MD) and pharmacists in Korea on IPC in outpatient pharmacotherapy. A cross-sectional survey with a 21-item questionnaire was conducted on pharmacists and MDs via both online and offline platforms from May 22 to June 5, 2019. The responses about recognition and status were measured using a four-point Likert scale. The questionnaire consisted of baseline characteristics (five items), experiences of IPC (five items), perceptions of IPC (seven items), and plan for the promotion of IPC (four items). The difference in IPC perceptions between pharmacists and MDs was analyzed using the t-test at the statistical significance level of 0.05. A total of 224 (162 pharmacists and 62 MDs) participated in the survey. The satisfaction level on mutual collaboration based on past experiences was around 2.7 points in both groups. Participants were aware of the need for IPC; however, the awareness of pharmacists (3.73) was significantly higher than that of MDs (3.06). The confidence of the counterpart as a collaboration partner was less in MDs than in pharmacists (3.14 and 2.76, respectively, p<0.05). The current collaboration between the pharmacists and MDs was low (2.09 and 2.03, respectively, p>0.05). Respondents suggested several ways to promote IPC, such as specific and practical guidelines and increased opportunities for interaction. Our study was the first study in Korea to investigate the perceptions of two professions (MDs and pharmacists) on IPC. We hope that inter-professional models and strategies that fit our healthcare system will begin to be discussed.

        실습강의 유형에서의 플립드러닝(Flipped learning) 수업방식에 대한 일고찰 ― ≪중급중국어회화≫수업을 중심으로

        In this paper, I investigated how the flipped learning method can be effective, not only as a theoretical lecture type, but also as a practical lecture type, in terms of extension of research and methodological exploration for the effective teaching. In this study, a learning plan for flipped learning method that is applied to the ≪Intermediate Chinese Conversation≫ class, one of the representative Chinese practice classes in the Department of Chinese Language and Literature, was proposed. Now, the flipped learning method has become a teaching method that is familiar to both instructors and students through this pandemic. Therefore, from this point, it is more important than anything else to take a step further and discuss how to maximize the effect of prior learning in Pre-Class and activate student activities In-Class. Based on the learning activities of Pre-Class, In-Class can be conducted in real-time class using zoom as well as classroom class. In the small meeting room which is an independent space of zoom, activities and assignments for each group consisted of a group of two, such as a mini-play, were performed, and the independent small meeting room space was used by the instructor to enhance the learning effect by giving individual customized instruction to the students. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the flipped learning method greatly helped to transform students into active self-directed learners, and overall students’ satisfaction in class was also improved. The role of the instructor in flipped learning classes is the role of a tutor who is fully prepared to help learners at any time. However, as a learner who participates in the flipped learning class, the instructor who plays the role of an auxiliary tutor also has the disadvantage of spending a lot of time and effort in preparing the class. Nevertheless, the reason why instructors who have applied the flipped learning method continue to try it without returning to traditional teaching methods is that each learner naturally immerses in the process of self-directed learning. This is because you can directly witness the feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment for yourself while doing this, and this point has great implications. In other words, it can be seen that the experience of immersion in flipped learning classes is directly related to the learning satisfaction of students. In addition to the flipped learning method, it is expected that more flexible and effective foreign language practice teaching methodologies will be more actively conducted in the future.
