기지국에서 안테나 배열을 쓰면 간섭효과가 줄어들어 공간적으로 선택적인 정보를 보내고 받을 수 있다 이 논문에서는 이동국 근처에서 국소적으로 산란된 신화의 새로운 모형을 제시하고, 이 모형에서 빔형성기의 가중값을 얻는다. 모의실험결과는 제안한 방법의 성능이 매우 뛰어나고, 따라서 각 퍼짐이 넓고 여러길 전파가 심한 도시 환경에 제안한 방법이 알맞음을 보여준다. Antenna arrays at base-stations can be used to transmit and receive information selectively in space by reducing the interference effects. In this paper, a new model of locally scattered signals in the vicinity of mobiles is proposed, and under this model the weights of the beamformer are obtained. Computer simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme shows an excellent performance and works well even in the urban environment where there exist many multipath propagations with wide angular spread.
복합-메타인지(Multi-Metacognitive)적 문항개발 학습이 학습자에게 미치는 효과

최근, 수학교과의 교수-학습 활동에서 문제해결력 신장에 큰 효과가 있는 학습방법인 Metacognitive(메타인지)적 지도법이 많이 연구되어지고 있다. 이러한 새로운 학습법이 전통적인 강의식 수업형태와의 학업성취도 상의 차이를 밝히기 위하여 Multi-metacognitive(복합-메타인지)적 문항개발 학습법을 새로이 정의하였다. 또한 Multi-metacognitive(복합-메타인지)적인 문항을 그 목적 및 학습활동 방식에 따른 분류를 하고, 각 경우에 따른 학습 효과를 증대시키기 위한 방안을 연구하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에 따른 결과 학습자 주도적 학습법인 Multi-metacognitive적 문항개발 학습이 학습자에게 학습 효과의 증대를 가져 옴을 밝혔다. In recent years the meta-cognitive instruction has been extensively studied which is considerably effective on enhancement of problem solving skills. In this paper, researchers defined ulti-metacognitive question development to reveal differences in terms of students" performance between the fresh approach and traditional forms of teaching. Also this article classified multi-metacognitive questions by their purpose as well as method and states the way to increase effectiveness of learning depending on each cases. Thus, this study will demonstrate multi-metacognitive question development will bring in increasement of learning effect.

The etiology of eosinophilic gastroenteritis is unknown, but the history of allergy in patients and their families is often present. And there are arguments that parasite infestation, collagen disease and malignancy attribute to the cause of eosinophilic gastroenteritis, but their correlation are not confirmed. Their have been some reports all over the world that Eustoma rotundum, 5chistosomiasis and Ancylomastoma are the sources of parasites, But the re- port on Ascaris has not presented yet. Clinical presentation has been correlated with the depth of involvement of the bowel wall. Mucosal disease is more likely to be associated with malabsorption, protein losing enteropathy. Muscle layer disease is associated with obstruction, and subserosal disease is associated with ascites. Here we present this case as an example illustrating that it was not clear that eosinophilic gastroenteritis dis not correlate with ascsris.
종횡비를 고려한 전자기형 진동 에너지 하베스터의 최적설계

In this paper design optimization for three basic types of electromagnetic vibration energy harvesters is performed considering aspect ratio. Output voltage and power of harvester for each type were compared according to aspect ratio. Since all design variables are defined as ratio, the generalized optimal design result is obtained regardless of the size of the harvester. The output voltage and power were calculated using magneto-static FEA (finite element analysis) and numerical integration of the ordinary differential equation to improve computational accuracy and efficiency. Optimization is performed using 9-Level orthogonal array and kriging technique. The generalized results from this paper are expected to serve as a guideline on the design of the electromagnetic vibration energy harvester.
Complicated Pleural Effusion의 진단과 치료

Parapneumonic effusion is pleural effusion that arises in the pleural space, complicated with bacterial pneumonia. This occurs in at least forty percent of bacterial pneumonia. The usual parapneumonic effusion resolves well with antibiotic therapy. However, if bacteria invade the pleural space, a complicated parapneumonic effusion or empyema may result. In addition to appropriate antibiotic therapy, some parapneumonic effusions and empyemas need additional treatment, such as drainage procedures. The necessity of drainage for treatment of parapneumonic effusions depends on the several types or stages of parapneumonic effusion. Empyemas may need additional intervention beyond simple chest tube drainage, including placement of additional drainage tubes under fluoroscopy, video-assisted thoracoscopy with lysis of adhesions, and decortication. Patients with persistent air leaks often require surgical or endoscopic repair procedures. (Korean J Med 2011;81:143-149)
