국산규조토여과조제가 Cake Filtration 의 특성에 미치는 영향

국산규조토여과조제를 사용하여 cake filtration에서 filter cake의 공극률과 국소여과비저항이 filter cake에 가해지는 압력에 따라 변화하는 특성을 filter cell에서 실험적으로 고찰하였다. 실험에 사용된 시료는 탄산칼슘, Talc(I) 및 Talc(II) 슬러리와 규조토여과조제였으며 여과조제는 body feeding및 precoating하여 사용하였다. 실험결과 압력이 증가함에 따라 filter cake의 공극률은 감소하였고 국소여과비저항은 증가하였다. 여과조제를 첨가하면 filter cake의 공극률이 증가되어 국소여과비저항을 줄일 수 있다. Variations of porosity and specific local filtration resistance in cake filtration were studied in a filter cell. Samples used were slurries of CaCO₃, Talc(I) and Talc(II) and diatomite filter aids, which were used by body feeding and precoating. From the experimental result, the porosity of filter cake decreased and the specific local filtration resistance increased with increasing pressure. The addition of filteraids increased the porosity of filter cake and it resulted in decreasing the specific local filtration resistance.
나머지 부호 위상차가 일으키는 시스템 성능변화를 줄이는 직접수열 부호분할 다중접속 부호 획득 방법

이 논문에서는 먼저 직접수열 부호분할 다중접속방식의 부호 획득 성능에 나머지 부호 위상차가 미치는 영향을 알아본다. 칩 주기로 정규화된 부호 위상차가 진행 단계 크기 안에 있을 때, 잡음이 없다면 두 연속적인 정합 여파기 출력의 합은 나머지 부호 위상차에 관계없이 일정한 값을 가진다. 이러한 사실을 바탕으로 새로운 부호 획득 방법을 제안하고 그 성능을 살펴본다. 제안한 부호 획득 방식을 분석하고, 모의실험으로 제안한 방법이 나머지 부호 위상차의 변화에 강인하고 이제까지의 방법보다 성능이 좋다는 것을 보였다. In this paper, we first investigate the effect of residual code phase offset on the DS/CDMA code acquisition scheme. When the code phase offset normalized to the chip duration is within the advancing step size, the sum of two successive matched filter outputs has a constant value regardless of the residual code phase offset if noise is absent. Based on this observation, we propose a new code acquisition scheme, and investigate the performance of the scheme. The Proposed code acquisition scheme is analyzed, and numerical results are given to show that the proposed scheme is more robust to the variation of the residual code phase offset and has better performance than the conventional scheme.

본 연구에서는 복합재료로 구성된 구조물로서 박스거더와 같이 임의의 각도로 연결된 절판을 유한대판법으로 해석하였다. 각 적층판의 강성으로부터 적분에 의하여 판두께 방향의 전체 강성을 구하고 최소 포텐샬 에너지 이론으로부터 구한 평형방정식에 대입하여 전체 강성매트릭스를 구하였다. 슬래브나 박스거더의 변위 함수는 횡 방향의 Hermite 다항식과 종 방향의 조화함수의 결합으로 가정하였다. 종 방향 조화함수는 단부의 경계조건을 만족시키는 함수를 사용하였다. 해석시간의 단축 및 모델링이 쉽다는 장점을 가진 유한대판법은 복합적층 재료로 구성된 박스거더와 같은 절판해석의 경우에도 매우 정확한 해를 얻을 수 있다. In this paper the analysis of laminate composite folded plates with arbitrary angle connection like box girder is studied by finite strip method Total stiffness of laminated plate is obtained by integration of the stiffness in each layer or lamina through laminate thickness and total stiffness in each layer or lamina through laminate thickness and total tiffness matrix is obtained by substitutionto equilibrium equation derived from the minimum total potential energy theorem. The assumed displacement functions for a finite strip method in plate or box girder analysis are combinations of one-way polynomial functions in the transverse direction and harmonic functions in the span-wise direction. Finite strip method with the merits of the simplification in modeling and the reduction of analytical time is accurate in the analysis of laminate composite folded plates shaped like box firders.

Mediastinal inflammatory pseudotumor is a rare benign disease with its capability for local invasion and rapid growth. We present a case of middle-mediastinal inflammatory pseudotumor and report its contrast-enhanced chest computed tomography, 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography and pathologic findings.

Operating Cost Estimation, one of the major parts of the chemical plant design works, is investigated using ASPEN PLNS Costing system installed in S.N.U. The key-procedure of the Cost Estimation System(CES) is to estimate the purchased costs and consumption rates in the basic process flowsheet. Cyclohexane producing process, by the hydrogenation of Benzene, is applied as an example model. The result of operation, having the capacity of 140,000 T/Y product, is obtained with six cost items ; raw material cost, utility cost, labor cost, supplies cost, General expenses, and depreciation. The executive summary is as follows ; 1) Initial cost per unit : a) $ 0.22/ℓb at operation rate of 100% b) $ 0.24/ℓb at operation rate of 75% 2) plant schedule a) project start July, 1984. b) Mechanical completion Jan. 1986. c) Commercial production May, 1986. 3) Market price calculation $ 0.30/ℓb FOB price

In recent years, single layer latticed domes have attracted many designers and researchers’s attention all over the world, because single layer latticed domes as space structure are of great advantage in not only mechanical rationality but also function, fabrication, construction and economic aspect. Yamada developed the shape factor S which represents the shape of spherical latticed dome from a structural perspective as well as a geometric perspective. According to a prior study, the structural behavior and the buckling characteristics of the latticed dome were mostly noticeable when the shape factor of latticed dome was in the range of 1.5 to 5. That is, S, in the range of 1.5 to 5, are able to estimate not only overall buckling, but also member buckling and nodal buckling. In this study, we developed shape models using various size of members with the fixed rise-span ratio. One particular characteristic of the latticed dome is that it is not only light in weight but also high in strength. But the aiming at the use of light-weight materials and at the minimized section of members may result in buckling to cause an unstable state of the overall structure when the external force reaches a limitation. Especially, the structural strength is disadvantageous to the snow loads than the earthquake loads because of light-weight, and is greatly affected by the conditions of loading. This paper is to develop the structural stability according to the shapes and load conditions for single-layer latticed spherical dome with 300m span.
