탄소강 평활재 및 미소결함재를 사용하여, 미소 정류크랙의 크랙 개폐구거동의 상세한 관찰과 초기결함을 상정한 미소 원공과의 상호 한계크기의 비교 검토를 통하여, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 평활재의 정규크랙은, 피로과정중에 압축잔류응력이 크랙선단의 개구를 억제하는 것에 의하여 정류하게 되고, 그 크기는 평활재의 피로한도를 저하시키지 않은 미소 원공의 한계크기와 거의 일치하여, 두 경우가 역학적으로 거의 등가함을 시사해 주고 있다.

In this study, extremely low cycle fatigue tests were carried out under push-pull loading conditions using graphite cast iron (GCD). In order to clarify the fatigue fracture mechanism of GCD in an extremely low cycle fatigue regime successive observations of internal fatigue damage were performed. The results obtained are as follows. (1) The process of extremely low cycle fatigue can be classified into three stages which are composed of the generation, growth and coalescence of microvoids inside materials. (2) In an extremely low cycle fatigue regime, microvoids originate from debonding of graphite-matrix interface.
마하피닝 처리에 의한 기계구조용 합금강의 피로균열전파 지연효과

Mach peening treatment is one of the various kinds of techniques to improve the fatigue properties. The mach peening process gives high-level work hardening and compressive residual stress near the surface layer, improving the fatigue strength. In addition, this treatment reduces slip bands that initiate the fatigue cracks near the surface. During impingement, a plastic indentation surrounded by a plastic zone is formed. Mach peening treatment characteristic is less energy consumption and is an environmental friendly processing methods that is not accompanied by pollution. It is machining process that can prevent fatigue fracture beforehand in structure using already as well as process of production. The test results showed that fatigue crack propagation delay appeared by drilling type 43%, mach peening type 110%.
Fatigue Properties on the Failure Mode of a Dental Implant in a Simulated Body Environment

This study undertook a fatigue test in a simulated body environment that has reflected the conditions (such as the body fluid conditions, the micro-current of cell membranes, and the chewing force) within a living body. First, the study sought to evaluate the fatigue limit under normal conditions and in a simulated body environment, looking into the governing factors of implant fatigue strength through an observation of the fracture mode. In addition, the crack initiation behavior of a tungsten-carbide-coated abutment screw was examined. The fatigue limit of an implant within the simulated body environment decreased by 19 % compared to the limit noted under normal conditions. Several corrosion pits were observed on the abutment screw after the fatigue test in the simulated body environment. For the model used in this study, the implant fracture was mostly governed by the fatigue failure of the abutment screw; accordingly, the influence by the fixture on the fatigue strength of the implant was noted to be low. For the abutment screw coated with tungsten carbide, several times the normal amount of stress was found to be concentrated on the contact part due to the elastic interaction between the coating material and the base material.
구조용 강재의 부식피로 강도에 미치는 산성안개 및 염화칼슘의 영향

The fatigue strength of SM55C has significantly decreased by 83% compared with atmosphere where distilled exists due to strong erosive action of acid fog. The reason is inferred in a way that strong acid erosive material such as acid fog act and give rise to multi-site crack on the surface. Several fatigue clacks occurred under the acid fog repeat the process of division and unification on the surface and form a long non-propagating crack throughout the circumference of experimented steel. However, in the depth, many parts do not show much trace of unification, and the depth is not as big as the one of normal crack shape. 10% of Cacl2 causes strong erosive reaction to material. Then eventually make the life of fatigue shooter. On the other hand, 20% of Cacl2 beings about oxidized material organic crack closing due to weak erosive reaction.
황련해독탕가감방(黃連解毒湯加減方)으로 치료한 지루성 피부염 치험 3례

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of Hwangryuhaedok-tang gagambang on seborrheic dermatitis. Methods : The clinical study was done on 3 cases of seborrheic dermatitis patients with symptoms of flare, scales, pricking and itching. An author prescribed Hwangryuhaedok-tang gagambang for these patients and checked VAS(Visual Analogue Scale) scores depending on the patient's evaluation. Photographies were taken before and after the treatment. Results : VAS scores of all patients decreased from 10 to 1,2. Judging by photographies, patients noticeably improved in facial skin. As a result of examining VAS scores and photographies, Hwangryuhaedok-tang gagambang was effective on seborrheic dermatitis. Conclusions : From these results, Hwangryuhaedok-tang gagambang may be considered as a basic prescription for seborrheic dermatitis. And an author consider that continuous clinical study will be needed in Korean medical dermatology.
