        전국병원감염감시체계 중환자실 부문 결과 보고: 2008년 7월부터 2009년 6월까지 1년간의 결과와 3년간 전국 중환자실 병원감염발생률의 분석

        Background: In this report, we present the annual data of the intensive care unit (ICU) module of the Korean Nosocomial Infections Surveillance System (KONIS) from July 2008 through June 2009. Methods: We performed a prospective surveillance of nosocomial urinary tract infections (UTI), bloodstream infections (BSI), and pneumonia (PNEU) at 101 ICUs in 57 hospitals using KONIS. Nosocomial infection (NI) rates were calculated as the numbers of infections per 1,000 patient-days or device-days. Results: We identified 3,287 NIs during the study period: 1,787 UTIs (1,772 cases were urinary catheter-associated),917 BSIs (797 were central line-associated), and 583 PNEUs (335 were ventilator-associated). The rate of urinary catheter-associated UTIs was 4.80 cases per 1,000 device-days (95% confidence interval, 4.58-5.03) and urinary catheter utilization ratio was 0.85 (0.849-0.851). Although the urinary catheter utilization ratios were lower in the hospitals with 400-699 beds than in the hospitals with 700-899 beds and more than 900 beds, the rates of urinary catheter-associated UTIs were higher in hospitals with 400-699 beds than in the larger ones. The rate of central line-associated BSIs was 3.27 (3.05-3.51) and the utilization ratio was 0.56 (0.559-0.561). The rate of ventilator-associated PNEUs was 1.86 (1.67-2.07) and the utilization ratio was 0.41 (0.409-0.411). The rate of ventilator-associated PNEUs was lower in July 2008-June 2009 than in July 2007-June 2008 and July 2006-December 2006. Conclusion: It appears that the KONIS influences the reduction in the rate of device-associated infections, especially ventilator-associated PNEU; therefore, ongoing targeted surveillance and infection control strategies are needed to control device-associated infections.

        한국 교원정책연구의 지적구조 탐색 - 저자서지결합 분석을 중심으로 -

        이 연구는 한국 교원정책연구와 관련된 주요 저자들 사이의 인용관계로 인해 나타나는 ‘지적구조’를 분석하는 학문적 작업이다. ‘지적구조’의 의미는 학문을 하는 과정에서 형성된 어떤 학문 분야의 주요 개념, 세부주제영역, 연구방법, 학파 등 계량서지학 분야에서 사용하는 지적구조로서 한국학술지인용색인(KCI) 등재(후보) 학술지에 2002년~ 2014년 7월까지 게재된 교원정책 관련 연구논문을 대상으로 저자서지결합 분석을 수행하여 한국 교원정책연구 분야에서 활발하게 활동하고 있는 주요 연구자 48명과 11개 군집, 교원정책연구의 9개 하위주제영역을 확인하였다. 또한, 교원정책연구 분야의 신진연구자, 다른 연구자들과 폭넓게 연계된 연구자, 자신의 군집에서 영향력 있는 연구자, 교원정책연구의 핵심 주제영역이면서 교원정책연구 전반에 걸쳐 폭넓게 연계된 하위주제영역을 조사하였다. 이와 관련해 교원정책 전문 연구자 육성과 지속적인 연구활동을 위한 학문적․정책적 지원이 필요하고, 지금까지 연구되지않았던 영역과 주제에 대해서도 연구활동이 수행되어야 하며, 학문적 문제의식을 공유하고함께 연구를 해나가는 결속력 있는 학문공동체가 형성, 구축될 필요가 있음을 제언하였다. It aimed to analyze the 'intellectual structure' which appears due to the citation relation among major authors related to Korea teacher policy researches. As the 'intellectual structure' is the same concept in the bibliometrics, it means the main concept, subordinate subject, research method, and schools of some disciplines formed in the course of the studies. Researches were collected and analyzed by Author Bibliographic Coupling Analysis through the Korea Citation Index(KCI) DB as the teacher policy related research papers published in KCI registration academic journal from 2002 to 2014. It determined 48 major researchers who are actively participating in teacher policy research field, 11 groups and 9 subordinate subject areas as a result. Also, it investigated junior researchers in teacher policy research, the researchers who had broad network with others and who took influential network among their own group, and the subordinate subject as the core subject and had broad network with other subject of teacher policy research. The conclusions and suggestions are necessary to train teacher policy professional researcher, support academically and politically for their continuous research, conduct research activities on the area that has not been researched so far, and share academic problem awareness and form a cohesive scientific community that proceed research together in order to get the growth and development of teacher policy research.

        한국 교원정책연구의 최근 주제동향 분석

        이 연구는 1995~2013년의 박사학위논문과 ‘교육정치학연구’・‘교육행정학연구’・‘한국교원교육연구’・‘한국교육’에 게재된 교원정책연구의 주제동향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 ‘교원정책’의 개념 정의, 교원정책의 영역 분류・재구성을 통하여 설정한 준거로 논문 출처별・연도별・영역별 동향, 연구주제의 시간적 변화, 세부영역별 주제를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, ‘교원정책’ 연구는 그다지 활발하지 못하며, 정책분석보다 정책평가 논문이 많았고, 쟁점으로 진행된 문제들에 연구가 편중되는 경향이었다. 이와 관련해 교원정책 분야의 지적 구조 분석을 포함하여 학문적 정체성을 확립하려는 연구 노력이 필요하며, 정책분석연구를 더욱 활발히 하여 한국 교원정책의 현실 적합성 증진 등 학문과 정책에 실효성 있는 영향을 미칠 수 있도록 하고, 교원정책의 전 영역에 걸친 다양한 주제에 관한 연구의 활성화가 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to explore the research trends related to the teacher policy in the doctoral dissertations and 4 academic journals from 1995 to 2013. To achieve this, this study defined the concept of the teacher policy and reconstructed the teacher policy's area and classification. Making these point more in detail, this study explored the trends of research source, chronology, and teacher policy area, the change of research subject with time, and the research subject of teacher policy subarea, which are based on the standard of analysis outlined. As a result of research, the studies of the teacher policy so far may not be active, (there are much more thesis for the policy evaluation than one for the policy analysis), and was tend to be lean too much towards the problems more politicized socially. Some policy suggestions are as following: First, the effort to establish scientific identity is needed for the teacher policy. Second, the research of policy analysis are being pushed actively, so actually it could be linked to one of government. Third, the various research for the whole area of the teacher policy is needed.

        간세포 독성과 에탄올 대사에서 추출 조건에 따른 다슬기 추출물의 효과

        Although Semisulcospira libertina is generally regarded as a supplement for the alleviation of alcohol hangover, little is known about its effects on cell metabolism. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the constituents of the extracts prepared using different extraction methods and to compare their biochemical properties. The amino acid contents were found to be much higher in acidic and enzymatic hydrolysates than hot water extracts from S. libertina. DPPH radical scavenging activities in acidic and enzymatic hydrolysates were higher than those of hot water extracts. Three types of S. libertina hydrolysate was added to HepG2 cells damaged by acetaminophen (AAP), after which the survival rate of HepG2 cell were measured. In addition, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activities in the culture media were evaluated. The survival rates of HepG2 cells were 77.0±4.3% and 81.5±1.3% at 3 h and 5h enzymatic hydrolysates, respectively. These cell survival rates were higher compared to those of the negative control group (67.8±4.3%) treated only with acetaminophen. Cellular toxicities induced by treatment with AAP were also significantly alleviated in response to treatment with the extracts of S. libertina. In addition, the activities of 2 key enzymes that metabolize ethanol, alcohol dehydrogenase and aldehyde dehydrogenase, were upregulated by 4.7- and 2.7-fold respectively in response to treatment with a 3 h enzymatic hydrolysate of S. libertina. Taken together, these results provide biochemical evidence of the method by which S. libertina exerts its biological functions, including the alleviation of alcohol hangover and the protection of liver cells against toxic insults.

        알코올성 지방간 유발 마우스에서 다슬기 유래 가수분해물의 간 보호 효과

        Alcoholic steatosis is a fundamental metabolic disorder and may precede the onset of more severe forms of alco-holic liver disease. In this study, we isolated enzymatichydrolysate from Semisulcospira libertine by alcalase hydrolysis and investigated the protective effect of Semisulcospira libertine hydrolysate on liver injury induced by alcohol in the mouse model of chronic and binge ethanol feeding (NIAAA). In an in vitro study, the hydrolysate protects HepG2 cells from ethanol toxicity. Liver damage was assessed by histopathological examination, as well as by quantitating activities of serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). After the administration of S. libertina hydrolysate, fat accumulation and infiltration of inflammatory cells in liver tissues were significantly decreased in the NIAAA mouse model. The elevated levels of serum AST, ALT, and ALP activities, along with the lipid contents of a damaged liver, were recovered in experimental mice administrated with S. libertina hydrolysate, suggesting its role in blood enzyme activation and lipid content restoration within damaged liver tissues. Moreover, treatment with S. libertine hydrolysate reduced the expression rate of cyclooxygenase (COX-2), interleukin (IL)-1β, and IL-6, which accelerate inflammation and induces tissue damage. All data showed that S. libertine hydrolysate has a preventive role against alcohol-induced liver damages by improving the activities of blood enzymes and modulating the expression of inflammation factor, suggesting S. libertine hydrolysate could be a commercially potential material for the restoration of hepatotoxicity.
