        교차시험 검사를 위한 혈액은행 자동화 장비 ORTHO VISION의 평가

        BackgroundAutomated systems are used widely for pre-transfusion tests in blood banks, in an attempt to reduce effort and human error. We evaluated the clinical performance of an automated blood bank system, ORTHO VISION (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Switzerland), for blood cross-matching. MethodsSaline cross-matching was performed for 93 tests using 56 samples. Coombs cross-matching was performed for 400 tests using 166 samples. Saline cross-matching was compared for the automated ORTHO VISION and manual tube methods. Coombs cross-matching was compared for the automated ORTHO VISION and manual column agglutination technique (CAT) methods. The evaluation of 32 antibody-positive samples using the automated ORTHO VISION and manual CAT methods was compared by performing 97 cross-matching tests. Additionally, the ORTHO VISION efficiency and carryover were evaluated. ResultsThe concordance rate of the saline cross-matching results between the manual method and automated ORTHO VISION was 100%. The concordance rate of coombs cross-matching results between manual CAT and automated ORTHO VISION was 97.9%. The concordance rate of cross-matching for antibody positive samples between manual CAT and the automated ORTHO VISION was 97.9%. Coombs cross-matching was efficient using ORTHO VISION, whereas saline cross-matching was efficient using the tube manual method. ConclusionsORTHO VISION showed reliable results for cross-matching and was more efficient than manual CAT for coombs cross-matching. Thus, ORTHO VISION can be used for pre-transfusion tests in blood banks. 배경수혈 전 검사에서 자동화장비의 사용은 혈액은행에서의 업무량과 인적 오류를 줄이기 위해 점차 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수혈 전 검사 중 교차시험 검사에서 혈액은행 자동화장비 ORTHO VISION (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Switzerland)의 임상적 수행능력을 평가하고자 하였다. 방법실온식염수법 교차시험은 혈액은행에 검사가 의뢰된 56개 검체에서 93건의 교차시험을 수행하였고 항글로불린법 교차시험은 혈액은행에 검사가 의뢰된 166개 검체에서 400건의 교차시험을 수행하였다. 실온식염수법은 시험관 수기법과 ORTHO VISION을 비교 평가하였고, 항글로불린법 교차시험은 미세원주응집법을 이용한 수기법과 ORTHO VISION을 비교하였다. 혈액은행에 보관 중이던 양성검체 및 검사 기간 중 양성으로 나온 검체를 합하여 32개를 대상으로 97건의 교차시험을 시행하였다. 미세원주응집법을 이용한 수기법과 ORTHO VISION을 비교하였다. 추가적으로 검사 소요시간 비교와 carryover 항목을 평가하였다. 결과실온식염수법의 경우 ORTHO VISION과 시험관수기법을 통한 검사결과가 100% 일치하였다. 항글로불린법의 경우에는 ORTHO VISION과 미세원주응집법을 이용한 수기법의 일치율은 97.9%였다. 항체양성검체에 대한 ORTHO VISION과 미세원주응집법을 이용한 수기법의 일치율은 97.9%였다. 교차시험에서 실온식염수법의 경우 시험관 수기법이 더 효율적인 것으로 나타났으며, 항글로불린법의 경우는 ORTHO VISION이 미세원주응집법을 이용한 수기법보다 더 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 결론ORTHO VISION은 교차시험 검사에서 신뢰할만한 결과를 보였으며 항글로불린법 교차시험에서는 미세원주응집법을 이용한 수기법보다 더 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 혈액은행에서의 교차시험 검사에서 임상적으로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        日中漢語動詞の対応関係について

        In this study, 2-character Sino-Japanese verb, [Sino-Japanese+suru], was investigated by corresponding Chinese. Two methodologies were involved for illumination. From meaning, synonym and near-synonym were used to explain. Meaning of near-synonym may deviate generally. When there are no well-matched homologous words, variant characters can be alternative as expected. Most of synonym has corresponding homologous Sino-Japanese word followed by suffix. Even some elegant spirit may come with homographs. In the aspect of grammar, locational part of speech for Sino-Japanese in bilingual sentences was investigated. Even though Chinese characters have no transformers, they can function as noun, verb, or noun and verb based on locations in a sentence. Chinese word that can function as noun and verb or only verb can be presented by [Sino- Japanese+suru] where Sino-Japanese is same to the Chinese character. While Sino-Japanese is noun, it corresponds to homologous character. When Chinese word is noun, [Sino- Japanese+suru] have 3 forms as below. 1)[Sino-Japanese+suru] indicates [verb+Sino- Japanese character], where [suru] functions like [zuo] (progressive tense) commonly. Other similar verb character are [fa], [chuan], and [zheng] etc. 2)Japanese [Sino- Japanese+suru] corresponds to near-synonym. 3)[Sino-Japanese+suru] corresponds to [sentence of expressio

        평화통일에 대한 이념정립

        In 1945, in order to accept the surrender of Japanese troops, the Korean peninsula was divided at the 38th parallel, the Russians taking the Surrender to the north of the line and the United States to the south. The choice of the 38th parallel had no logical, geographical or Social basis; it was an arbitrary boundary originating in the Pentagon, which viewed it as purely temporary for military purpose only. With the begining of the cold war, this division became permanent. All the atlempts by an Americans and Korean People to negotiate and end to the division and establish a democratic and united Korea failed. With the outbreak of the Korean War, all the Koreans hoped to unification of the Korean peninsula into the one democratic, independent and free nation by the determined forces of the United Nations. But the United States' ambiguous and contradictory policy toward Korea caused the capital chances to vanish away like smoke. For instance, the Truman administration rejected General MacArthur's proposals which consisted of a naval blockade of the Chinese coast; air bombardment of China's industrial complex, communication network, supply depots, and troop assembly points; reinforcement of his forces with Chinese Nationalist troops; and "diversionary action possibly leading to counter-invasion" by Chiang against the mainland as they were considered too risky. Finally, the Korean War, beginning with Acheson's Statement of the "defensive perimeter", ironically ended with Acheson's the "new concept of a limited war." Ever since the Armistice was signed on July 27, 1953, the tragedy of the divided Korean peninsula has been an ever-lasting trouble to Koreans for over 30 years. As long as the Condition of "one nation, two states" exists in Korea, the ROK must treat the problem of unification as its chief concern in domestic and foreign policy. Korea historically has been a country of strategic, importance to its neighboring states. Throughout the centuries, Japan and China have vied for influence and control over the Peninsula, which was served as the land bridge between them. Korea's strategic importance has greatly increased in this century, particularly as a result of the Soviet Union's growing role in Asia. Therefore, the unification of Korea Would be greatly affected by the conflicting interest of the four Super-Powers surrounding the Peninsula. But none of these Powers want the unification of Korea substantially. They really want to status quo by the balance of power. In this regard, the unification policy of the ROK which aims at the democratic, free and nationalistic welfare state not by force but by peaceful means, should be pursued in conformity with the international political environments. The peaceful unification must be considered as an attachment to the reduction of tensions by a superiority of power. In short, maintaining the "balance of terror" means that we should keep the terrible military power sufficiently which is possible to devastate adversaries to the extent that no one could be survived. The current international polixical phenomena imply that "One Korean Nation, One Korean State" is a distant dream. Therefore, the ROK must pursue step-by-step approach toward greater security, gradual reintegration, and eventual unification by an enhancement of the self-defensive posture.

        다중 카메라와 절대 공간 좌표를 활용한 이동 로봇의 강인한 실내 위치 인식 시스템 연구

        ICT 기술의 발달로 로봇의 실내 활용이 증가하고 있다. 현재 이용되거나 향후 이용 범위가 증가할 수 있는 운반, 청소, 안내 로봇 등의 연구가 고도화 될 것이다. 실내 공간에서 이동 로봇 활용을 원활히 하기 위해 자기 위치 인식 문제는 가장 먼저 해결되어야 하는 중요한 연구이다. 추가적으로 이동 로봇의 위치가 인위적으로 이동되거나 예기치 못한 충돌로 인해 기존의 경로에서 이탈하였을 경우 등에서도 이동 로봇이 이런 상황을 인지하고 판단하여 목적지로 정확히 이동할 수 있는 강인한 시스템이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이동 로봇의 자기 위치 관련 여러 문제들을 해결하고자 실내에 설치되어 있는 다수의 CCTV 등 외부 영상 및 이를 절대 공간 좌표 변환한 정보와 더불어 이동 로봇의 엔코더 정보 등을 융합하여 강인한 위치 인식 시스템을 구현하였다. 추가로 이동 로봇 시스템에 경로 주행 알고리즘인 벡터 필드 히스토그램 기법을 적용하였고 실제 실험 수행 후 연구 결과를 확인하였다. With the development of ICT technology, the indoor utilization of robots is increasing. Research on transportation, cleaning, guidance robots, etc., that can be used now or increase the scope of future use will be advanced. To facilitate the use of mobile robots in indoor spaces, the problem of self-location recognition is an important research area to be addressed. If an unexpected collision occurs during the motion of a mobile robot, the position of the mobile robot deviates from the initially planned navigation path. In this case, the mobile robot needs a robust controller that enables the mobile robot to accurately navigate toward the goal. This research tries to address the issues related to self-location of the mobile robot. A robust position recognition system was implemented; the system estimates the position of the mobile robot using a combination of encoder information of the mobile robot and the absolute space coordinate transformation information obtained from external video sources such as a large number of CCTVs installed in the room. Furthermore, vector field histogram method of the pass traveling algorithm of the mobile robot system was applied, and the results of the research were confirmed after conducting experiments.
