        노란달걀버섯 균주의 여러 환경 조건에 따른 균사 생장 특성

        The edible ectomycorrhizal mushroom Amanita javanica is a valuable species protected by forest law in Korea. However, basic characterization data on its use as an important forest resource has been limited. This study was performed to determine mycelia growth characteristics of the domestically isolated Amanita javanica strain NIFoS 1267 on potato dextrose agar media under diverse culture conditions. Physical factors temperature, pH, and light, as well as chemical factors salts, heavy metals, and pesticides were examined for their effects on the growth of the mushroom strain. The mycelia of A. javanica strain exhibited optimal growth when cultured in dark at 30oC in media with a pH of 5–6. Normal levels of growth were observed in media containing up to 2% saline. At a heavy metal ion content of 50 ppm, mycelial growth was not affected by arsenic ion but was affected by cadmium and lead ions. In the tests performed with two pesticides used in Korean forests, the growth of the mushroom strain was not affected by the presence of abamectin, but was inhibited in media containing acetamiprid, emamectin benzoate, or thiacloprid. These results are expected to facilitate artificial cultivation of A. javanica as a new commercial product.

        Effects of Mirror Therapy Using a Tablet PC on Central Facial Paresis in Stroke Patients

        Objective To investigate the effects of mirror therapy using a tablet PC for post-stroke central facial paresis.Methods A prospective, randomized controlled study was performed. Twenty-one post-stroke patients were enrolled. All patients performed 15 minutes of orofacial exercise twice daily for 14 days. The mirror group (n=10) underwent mirror therapy using a tablet PC while exercising, whereas the control group (n=11) did not. All patients were evaluated using the Regional House–Brackmann Grading Scale (R-HBGS), and the length between the corner of the mouth and the ipsilateral earlobe during rest and smiling before and after therapy were measured bilaterally. We calculated facial movement by subtracting the smile length from resting length. Differences and ratios between bilateral sides of facial movement were evaluated as the final outcome measure.Results Baseline characteristics were similar for the two groups. There were no differences in the scores for the basal Modified Barthel Index, the Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, R-HBGS, and bilateral differences and ratios of facial movements. The R-HBGS as well as the bilateral differences and ratios of facial movement showed significant improvement after therapy in both groups. The degree of improvement of facial movement was significantly larger in the mirror group than in the control group.Conclusion Mirror therapy using a tablet PC might be an effective tool for treating central facial paresis after stroke.

        대기압 유전체배리어 방전으로 표면처리된 TiO<sub>2</sub> 분말의 광분해 특성

        In order to reuse the photocatalyst and enhance the photolysis efficiency, we have used atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge (APDBD) to clean and activate $TiO_2$ powder. The photocatalytic activity of the $TiO_2$ powder before and after APDBD treatment was evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue (MB) in aqueous solution. The apparent reaction rate constant of photolysis of the first sample of reused $TiO_2$ cleaned by APDBD improved to a level up to 0.32h-1 higher than the 30 % value of the initial $TiO_2$ powder. As the number of photolysis reactions and APDBD cleanings increased, the apparent rate constants gradually decreased; however, the fourth photolysis reaction still showed a value that was greater than 10% of the initial value. In addition, APDBD treatment enhanced the process by which $TiO_2$ effectively adsorbed MB at every photolysis stage.

      • 공공 위키와 저작인격권 : 성명표시권을 중심으로

        위키는 웹 브라우저에서 간단한 마크 업 언어를 이용해 공동 문서를 작성할 수 있고, 사용자들이 내용을 추가할 수 있는 웹 플랫폼이다. 최근에 공동저작의 플랫폼으로서 위키의 사용이 증가하고 있으나, 그에 따른 저작권에 대한 법제는 미미한 상태이다. 특히 위키의 공동저작의 철학과 매체적인 특성으로 인해 저작인격권에 대하여 여러 가지 이슈가 발생할 수 있다. 공공 위키에서 사용하는 저작권에 대한 사항은 위키마다 다르겠지만, 대부분의 거대 공공 위키들은 크리에이티브 커먼즈 라이선스를 사용한 약관을 이용한다. 크리에이티브 커먼즈 라이선스는 저작자에게 다양한 형태의 라이선스를 선택 가능하게 하여, 엄격한 저작권법 하에서도 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 좋은 수단으로 작동하고 있다. 그러나 저작권법, 그 중에서도 저작인격권에 관련하여 우리 법제가 수용하는 데에는 문제가 있다. 저작인격권 상 첨예하게 대치할 수 있는 이슈가 성명표시권에 대한 포기의 문제이다. 대륙법계를 따르는 우리법제 상으로는 여러 해석론을 보더라도 성명표시에 대한 포기는 불가능한데, 이는 위키에 저작을 기부하려는 저자들의 의사를 수용하지 못한다. 또한, 위키의 약관만으로 대표저작자인 법인이나 단체가 저작자가 될 수 있는가의 문제도 있다. 업무상 저작물에 대해서 법인이나 단체를 저작자로 할 수 있는 우리 법제 하에서 위키의 저작물이 법인, 단체를 저작자로 하는 것이 가능한지에 대해 여러 가지 해석이 나올 수 있는 상태이다. 이러한 문제들을 살펴볼 때, 디지털 매체의 다양한 변화에 대응할 수 있도록 저작권법을 세밀하게 정비하여, 크리에이티브 커먼즈 라이선스와 같은 다양한 계약들이 다양한 형태의 매체에 대응할 수 있도록 하는 것을 제안한다. Wiki is a platform which allows users to creates a joint document and to add contents using asimple markup language in a web browser. Recently, the use of wikis has increased as a platformfor co-authoring, but the subsequent legislation on copyright is a small state. A variety of issuescan occur for moral rights due to the wiki philosophy of co-author and the nature of the media.Copyright matters on the public wiki are various, but most public wiki use a Creative Commonslicense(CCL) as the terms and conditions. CCL allows the authors to select the various types oflicenses so that provide a good flexible means under the strict copyright laws. However, it isproblematic that Korean copyright legislation accept the CCL. in terms of moral right. The waiver ofattribution is one of a thorny issue on moral right. Under the Korean legislation which follow thecontinental legal system, it is not possible to forsware attribution in spite of the various opinions.Accordingly, Korean copyright law does not accept the intention of the authors which donate theirworks to the public.In addition, there is another issue that the representatives which are corporations ororganizations can be the authors with the terms and conditions of the wiki. Several interpretationswhether it is possible for the corporation or the organization to be an author may come out underour law that the corporation can be an author only for works made for hire.When we look at these issues, it is suggested to organize Korean copyright law finely so thatvarious types of contracts such as CCL adapt to a variety of media.
