Clinical Implications of Chemokines in Acute and Chronic Hepatitis C Virus Infection

Hepatitis C virus (HCV), a non-cytopathic positive-stranded RNA virus, is one of the most common causes of chronic liver diseases such as chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Upon HCV infection, the majority of patients fail to clear the virus and progress to chronic hepatitis C. Chemokines are small chemotactic cytokines that direct the recruitment of immune cells and coordinate immune responses upon viral infection. Chemokine production during acute HCV infection contributes to the recruitment of immune cells with antiviral effector functions and subsequent viral clearance. In chronic HCV infection, however,continuous production of chemokines due to persistent viral replication might result in incessant recruitment of inflammatory cells to the liver, giving rise to persistence of chronic inflammation and liver injury. In this review, we will summarize the roles of chemokines in acute and chronic settings of HCV infection and the clinical relevance of chemokines in the treatment of hepatitis C.
A study on the management innovation and military application of Yuhan-Kimberly

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution and rising competition, the survival environment of companies has become difficult to predict. Consequently, changes and innovations to gain a competitive edge have become essential for modern society. In this paper, the management innovation techniques and contents were examined through the case of re-engineering of Yuhan Kimberly, exploring the direction of development and the way to apply them nationally. Yuhan-Kimberly implemented people-centered management, such as improving the working environment, operating the lifelong learning system, introducing smart work and family-friendly management; it also strengthened social enterprise activities that had continued since the early days of its establishment, thereby, realizing social enterprise image integration. Consequently, it solidified its status as a social enterprise through the increase in corporate profits, the selection of respected companies, and the commendation of government agencies. Based on the case of Yuhan-Kimberly’s innovation, the government proposed work-life balance and family-friendly management, the transformation of information systems, the improvement of organizational culture, and the promotion of ethical management and social contribution activities. This suggests that the military should aim to achieve its basic goals, restore public trust, and establish its role in the changing security environment.
주관식 문제 채점에서의 구문의미트리 비교 시스템에 대한 연구

질높은 주관식 문제 채점을 위해서는 답변 속에 들어있는 단어간의 구문의미적 관계를 분석하는 구문 의미 분석이 필요하다. 그러나 구문의미 분석의 결과인 구문의미트리는 단어간의 구조적 의미 관계를 내포하고 있어 단어의 나열인 일차원적인 벡터의 유사도 계산을 적용할 수가 없다. 본 연구는 단어의 지식과 함께 단어와 단어간의 구조적 의미 관계를 내포하는 구문의미트리를 비교하는 비교 시스템에 대한 연구를 한다. 본 연구에서는 구문의미트리 비교를 위해 유사성 계산 원칙을 제안하고 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 본 구문의미트리 비교 시스템은 구문의미분석의 결과를 비교할 수 있게 하여 주관식 문제 채점에 도움을 줄 것이고 문서 유사도 영역에도 활용할 수 있을 것이다. To upgrade the subjective question grading, we need the syntactic-semantic analysis to analyze syntatic-semantic relation between words in answering. However, since the syntactic-semantic tree has structural and semantic relation between words, we can not apply the method calculating the similarity between vectors. This paper suggests the comparing system with syntactic-semantic tree which has structural and semantic relation between words. In this thesis, we suggest similarity calculation principles for comparing the trees and verify the principles through experiments. This system will help the subjective question grading by comparing the trees and be utilized in distinguishing similar documents.
스타벅스의 경영혁신사례를 통한 군 조직문화 개선 가능성 모색

Starbucks achieved sales of KRW 1.2 trillion in Korea alone in 2018, and its success in the typical red oceans, coffee shops, is in stark contrast to those of competitors who repeatedly start and close their businesses with excessive competition. In this study, we analyzed the case of Starbucks who tried to innovate such as scientific consumer analysis and store location selection by establishing the unique identity and differentiation from other coffee shops through P.L.A.C.E.S. strategy. In particular, we have presented the direction of the organizational innovation that the military should aim for based on the management innovation process of Starbucks which has overcome the internal and external crises through the SWOT strategy analysis and created Purple Ocean in representative domestic red ocean market. This study, which deals with implications of changing military colleagues through Starbucks organizational culture, changes in the military dynamics based on Starbucks' philosophy of space, and the reward strategy of Starbucks suggests the welfare of soldiers, was intended to contribute to the newly recognized awareness of military values and the establishment of a flexible organizational culture. 스타벅스는 2018년 한해 국내에서만 1조 2천억원 이상의 매출을 달성하며, 대표적인 레드오션인 커피전문점 시장에서 과도한 경쟁으로 창업과 폐업을 반복하는 경쟁사들과는 매우 대조적인 성공사례를 보여주었다. 본 연구에서는 P.L.A.C.E.S. 전략을 통해 자신만의 정체성 및 타 커피전문점과의 차별성을 확립하고 경영현장에 빅데이터 관련 기술들을 접목시켜 과학적인 소비자 분석과 매장 위치선정 등의 혁신을 시도한 스타벅스의 사례를 분석하였다. 특히, SWOT 전략분석을 통해 대내외적인 위기상황을 슬기롭게 극복하고, 대표적인 국내의 Red Ocean 시장에서 Purple Ocean을 창출해낸 스타벅스의 경영혁신과정을 바탕으로 軍이 지향해야 하는 조직혁신의 방향성을 제시하였다. 감성마케팅을 통한 군 조직 활성화, 스타벅스 조직문화를 통한 군 동기제 변화의 시사점, 스타벅스의 공간철학을 바탕으로 한 軍내 동기 생활관의 변화, 그리고 스타벅스의 보상전략이 軍 장병복지에 시사하는 바에 관해 다룬 이번 연구를 통해 軍이 장병가치에 대해 새롭게 인식하고 유연한 조직 문화를 정착시키는 데 기여하고자 하였다.
