        온라인 상품평이 구매의사결정에 미치는 영향 -긍정적/부정적 상품평의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Positive/Negative Online Reviews in decision making of purchasing the product or service. Particularly i wished to confirm the role of Online Reviews in online shopping process. To identify these research questions, the secondary data or past studies were collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain the relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 6 Hypotheses(sub hypotheses 5) were established, there was executed the survey of 294 online shopping users. Using the collected data, previous performances to confirm the construct validity and internal consistency by EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis); i.e. factor analysis by SPSS, reliability by cronbach`s a, and regression models, One-way ANOVA, Chow Tests, Testing by Parallelism was tested by SPSS. As the result of test that make the relations of used variables clear, i can get the conclusion as followings; First, perceived reliability in Online Reviews has the effects positively to Product Information Reliability, Product Expectations and Purchasing Intention directly or indirectly. Second, it was significantly tested the effect on Product Information Reliability, Product Expectations in Purchasing Intention. Third, Positive/Negative Online Reviews has the moderating effects in shopping behavior process significantly.

        외국인 상사의 의사소통 유형과 능력이 부하직원의 자기효능감, 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 외국인 상사와 한국인 부하직원간의 관계에서 외국인 상사의 의사소통 유형과 능력이 한국인 부하직원의 자기효능감, 직무몰입 그리고 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향관계를 밝히고자 하는 연구이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 이론적 연구와 설문조사를 통해 113명의 한국인 부하직원으로부터 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS 12.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과 부하직원의 자기효능감과 직무몰입은 외국인 상사의 의사소통 유형간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었고, 그리고 부하직원의 직무스트레스는 외국인 상사의 의사소통 유형간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 외국인 상사의 의사소통 능력은 한국인 부하직원의 자기효능감에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있으며, 직무몰입에 대해서도 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 직무스트레스에 대해서는 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 외국인 상사와 한국인 부하직원으로 구성된 기업에게 있어 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 시사점을 제안하였으며, 연구 수행 및 연구결과 해석상의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. In this study, we wished to examine the relationships between foreign supervisor’s communication style, ability and employees’ self-efficacy, job involvement, job stress perspectively. For this purpose, we collected data from 113 Korean employees of engaged in the global company, 6 hypotheses assumed that the influential relationships between these constructs. ANOVA and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis was performed, from the empirical results show that the communication style significantly influenced job stress of Korean employees, and foreign supervisor’s communication ability has significant impact on increasing the self-efficacy and job involvement, decreasing the job stress of Korean employees. From these results, we reaffirmed that Korean employees’ self-efficacy, job involvement, job stress were affected by supervisor’s communication style and ability. When the foreign supervisor’s dominance of communication style is high, the Korean employees’s job stress is increased and when the foreign supervisor’s communication ability is high, the Korean employee’s self-efficacy and job involvement came to increase, and decrease in the job stress. It showed that self-efficacy and job involvement of employees increased and reduced job stress had a positive affect at the workplace. So, the foreign supervisors should improve to positively communicate had a direct improvement on how the business delivery and exchange ideas.

        구성원 신뢰, 소속감, 성과기대가 팀 협력의지에 미치는 영향

        In this study, we wished to examine structurally the relationships between team collaboration intention and members trust, sense of belonging, performance expectation. For this purpose, we collected data from 161 participants experiences collaborative behavior using survey by questionnaires, to confirm the influential relationships between these constructs due to relative literature reviews such as Knowledge Sharing and Team Collaboration. PLS modelling techniques to verify the hypotheses was performed. Empirical results show that members s trust, sense of belonging, performance expectation significantly influenced the team collaboration intention except of 3 hypotheses(members trust and similarity, familiarity and sense of belonging, sense of belonging and members trust). From these results, we reaffirmed that higher attributes such as the members s trust, sense of belonging, performance expectation, opportunistic behavior, similarity, familiarity, usefulness influence team collaboration intention.

        모의 GIS 내부에 유전체 파티클 존재시 부분방전 진전에 따른 방사전자파의 특성

        본 논문에서는 모의 GIS 내부에 유전체 파티클 들을 놓아둠으로서 전하의 축적과 전계의 집중이 용이하도록 하여 부분방전을 모의하였다. 이때 부분방전 발생과 진전에 따른 방사전자파를 스펙트럼 분석기와 $EMI{\cdot}EMC$ 측정용 안테나$(30\~2000(MHz))$를 사용하여 측정$\cdot$분석하였다. 모의 GIS내부에 유전체 파티클 존재에 따른 부력방전의 검출과 방진전전 과정의 판단을 위한 절연진단의 방법으로서 본 논문에서 제안한 측정 주파수의 대역의 분리와 데이터 측정과 분석법을 이용하면 부분방전의 검출과 방전과정의 판단이 가능함을 확인하였다. In this paper partial discharge were simulated by insulation particle which could be easy accumulated charge and concentrated electric field in the model GIS. In this times this paper measured and analyzed the radiated electromagnetic waves by using spectrum analyzer and antenna$(30\~2000(MHz))$ for measurement of$ EMI{\cdot}EMC$ in accordance with occurrence and propagation of partial discharge. This paper suggested the other method of detecting and estimating of partial discharge for insulation diagnosis of GIS being insulation particle by measurement and analysis of radiated electromagnetic waves. From results of this study, it was confirmed that if the suggested method should be used for the diagnosis of insulation in the model GIS being insulation particle, detecting partial discharge and estimating discharge propagation will be possible.

        Few-shot Learning을 이용한 격점상세도 분류 시스템 구현

        A digital twin is a technology that creates a virtual world identical to the real world. Problems in the real world can be identified through various simulations, so it is a trend to be applied in various industries. In order to apply the digital twin, it is necessary to analyze the drawings in which the structure of the real world to be made identical is designed. Although the technology for analyzing drawings is being studied, it is difficult to apply them because the rules or standards for drawing drawings are different for each author. Therefore, in this paper, we implement a system that analyzes and classifies the vertex detail, one of the drawings, using artificial intelligence. Through this, we intend to confirm the possibility of analyzing and classifying drawings through artificial intelligence and introduce future research directions.

        지각된 공정성과 구성원 특성이 구성원의 학습참여에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 팀 구성원간 지각된 공정성과 구성원의 개별적인 특성이 팀구성원간 학습참여에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 기존 여러 선행연구들에서는 구성원간 공정성 지각과 구성원 개인 특성인 자기효능 등이 협력행동에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 보여준 바 있으며, 구성원간 협력을 강화하는 주요 요인으로 구성원 상호간에 형성된 신뢰와 만족의 중요성을 제시하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서도 협력학습을 살펴본 교육학 분야와 협력적 참여행동을 살펴본 경영학 분야의 여러 선행연구 검토를 통해 5가지 구성개념간 영향력 관계를 가정하였으며, 이들 간의 관계를 설명하기 위한 총 13개의 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설의 검증을 위해 협력학습에 참여한 경험이 있는 95명으로부터 자료를 수집, PLS 모델링 기법을 이용하여 설정한 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 지각된 공정성은 구성원 신뢰와 수업만족에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 확인하였으며, 이러한 과정에 있어 구성원 특성인 자기효능이 유의적인 조절변수로서의 역할을 수행하고 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 구성원 신뢰와 수업만족 모두 학습참여에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 팀 구성원간 학습참여를 촉진하는데 있어 공정성 지각이 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있음을 확인하였으며, 구성원 특성중 자기효능이 공정성과 구성원 신뢰 및 수업만족의 영향력을 조절하고 있다는 점을 확인하였다는 의미를 지닌다. In this study, we wished to examine structurally the relationships between team learning participation of student and perceived justice, self-efficacy in information sharing, colleague trust, class satisfaction. For this purpose, we collected data from 95 participants experiences collaborative learning class, 13 hypotheses assumed that the influential relationships between these constructs. PLS modelling techniques to verify the hypothesis was performed, from the empirical result show that the perceived justice significantly influenced the colleague trust and class satisfaction, was confirmed moderating effect of self-efficacy was also found to be significant. And colleague trust and class satisfaction both significant impact on participation in learning was also found to be significant. From these results, we reaffirmed that higher perceived justice and self-efficacy both cause to raise the extent of colleague trust as well as class satisfaction. To raise the team learning participation, colleague trust and class satisfaction formed in advance were important and played the major role in collaborative learning behavior of participants.

      • $Ar/N_2 및 Kr/N_2$혼합가스의 교류절연파괴 특성

        In this paper, the ac breakdown characteristics of pure Ar, Kr and $N_2$ gas with gas pressure range of 58.8-137.3[kPa] under uniform and non-uniform fields were investigated, and the measured values were compared with those In Ar/$N_2$ and Kr/$N_2$ gas mixtures with pressure varying. Summarizing the experimental results, the breakdown voltages of Pure $N_2$gas, under uniform and non-uniform fields, were increased about 4.8 and 1.1 times than those of pure Ar gas, and about 4.4 and 1.2 times than those of pure Kr gas, and the ac breakdown voltage increased with the pressure increasing. The breakdown voltages of Ar/$N_2$ gas mixtures were decreased with decreasing the mixture ratio of Pure $N_2$ gas. In case of Ar(85%)/$N_2$ (15%) and Ar(70%)/$N_2$ (30%) gas mixtures comparing to the pure Ar gas, the breakdown voltages under uniform field were increased about 1.8 and 2.2 times, and under non-uniform field were increased about 1.1 and 1.3 times at the pressure of 101.3[kPa]. Also, in case of Kr(85%)/$N_2$ (15%) and Kr(70%)/$N_2$ (30%) gas mixtures comparing to the pure Kr gas, the breakdown voltages under uniform field were increased about 1.7 and 2.0 times, and under non-uniform field were increased about 1.0 and 1.2 times. Corona inception voltage of Kr(70%)/$N_2$(30%) gas mixtures under non-uniform fields were increased about 1.28 times than those of Ar(70%)/$N_2$ (30%) gas mixtures. In case of practical incandescent lamps, luminous and lifetime of Kr(70%)/$N_2$ (30%) gas mixtures were increased about 1.15 and 1.21 times than those of Ar(70%)/$N_2$ (30%) gas mixtures.

      • 온도 및 압력 변화에 따른 제조공기(I-Air)의 절연파괴특성

        본 연구는 제조공기(I-Air)의 온도(T)의 변화(+10[℃]~-30[℃])에 따른 절연특성을 연구하였다. 절연특성은 GIS모의 챔버 주임 압력(P)과 비례하는 특성을 보였으나 T가 저하되면서 그 절연특성이 감소하는 경향을 보이지 않고 오히려 증가하는 구간이 존재 하였다. 그리고 챔버내 P의 크기가 클수록 T저하에 대한 P감소율이 더 컸으나, 절연파괴전압(Va)감소폭은 이와는 달리 4[atm]에서 가장 큰 변화를 보였다.

      • 연소화염이 플래시오버 특성에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, reduction characteristics of the ac flashover voltage in the horizontal air gap of sphere-sphere and needle-needle electrode system were investigated when the combustion flame was present near the high-voltage electrodes. The reduction characteristics of ac flashover voltage were discussed with the thermal ionization process, the relative air density and the deflection phenomena in the shape of flames that changed by the corona wind and coulomb‘s force. As the results of an experimental, it was found that the reduction of flashover voltages in sphere-sphere system, in comparison with the no-flame case, are 79.9[%] for k=0, 82.9[%] for k=0.5, 87.5[%] for k=1.0, 85.0[%] for h=0[cm], 40.8[%] for h=5[cm] and 28.2[%] for h=9[cm] when ac voltage is applied.
