암브록솔과 세티리진의 Cytochrome P450 저해 활성 평가

In the present study we evaluated drug-drug interaction potential of ambroxol and cetirizine mediated by inhi-bition of CYP isoforms including CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, CYP2E1 and CYP3A4 using pooled human liver microsomes (HLMs). As measured by liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass pec- trometry, cetirizine and ambroxol inhibited significantly CYP2E1 but the maximal inhibition was approximately 36% at 10 µM cetirizine and 28% at 3 µM ambroxol. In addition, CYP2D6 activity was decreased to approximately 83% of ontrol activity in pooled HLM incubated with 3 µM ambroxol. Activities of CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2B6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, and CYP3A4 were not significantly inhibited by cetirizine and ambroxol. Considering their maximal plasma concentration in human (Cmax of cetirizine is approximately 0.67 µM and Cmax of ambroxol is 0.044 µM), these two drugs have very low pos- sibility in drug-drug interaction by CYP inhibition in clinical situations.

2-[(4-Cyanophenyl)amino]-3-chloro-1, 4-naphthalenedione (NQ-Y15) was asssayed for its genotoxic potential by using Salmonella typhimurium reversion assay and in vitro chromosome aberration test on Chinese hamster lung cells. In the Ames test, NQ-Y 15 induced his+ revertants of Salmonella typhimurium TA 98 and TA1537, reaching levels twice the negative control values. But, NQ-Y15 induced only his^(+) revertants of Salmonella typhimurium TA1537 more than twice the control values under the condition with metabolic activation system. In the cytogenetic test on chinese hamster lung cells, NQ-Y15 showed significant chromosomal aberrations, but the incidence was significantly reduced in the presence of metabolic activation.

박재성은 통영 출신의 극작가로 일본 동경 유학의 습작기를 거쳐 광복 후 향토 계몽운동에 참여하였다. 광복 직후, 그는 통영의 향토 연극 운동을 펼쳐나가며 8편의 희곡을 남겼으며 교직에 몸담으면서 경남학생극 운동을 기틀을 닦는 초석을 마련했다. 박재성의 희곡 만추극적 특성으로 첫째, 극 구성 체계에서 드러난 이상적 가정의 허구성을 엿볼 수 있다. 둘째, 가정을 지키기 위한 인물들의 노력과 개인의욕망이 뚜렷하게 제시되어 있다. 이 극의 한계는 일제 수탈이라는 거대한 갈등의 원인이 드러나지 않을뿐만 아니라 농촌의 현실을 부르주아적 관점으로 왜곡해서 바라보았다는 점이다. 앞으로 박재성의 일본동경 유학생활이 구체적으로 드러나는 자료와 공연작 텍스트 발굴이 뒤따라야 할 것이다. 본 연구를 통해 박재성의 삶과 희곡 연구에 대한 기초적 밑자리가 마련되길 바란다. Park Jae-sung is a playwright from Tongyeong and participated in the local enlightenment movement after liberation after studying in Tokyo, Japan. Immediately after liberation, he carried out Tongyeong's local theater movement, leaving eight plays, and joining the teaching profession, laying the foundation for the Gyeongnam Student Drama Movement. With the dramatic characteristics of Park Jae-sung's play "Manchu", first, the fictionality of an ideal family revealed in the plot system can be seen. Second, the efforts of the characters and individual desires to protect the family are clearly presented. The limitation of this play is that not only the cause of the great conflict called Japanese exploitation was not revealed, but also the reality of the rural area was distorted from a bourgeois point of view. In the future, the discovery of materials and performance texts that reveal Park Jae-sung's study abroad in Tokyo, Japan, will have to follow. I hope that this study will provide a basic basis for the study of Park Jae-sung's life and plays.

북한의 고전소설 『임진록』 의 서사적 변개 양상과 의미 –윤세평의 『임진록』(민주청년사, 1955)을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was, Yoon Se-pyeong’s 『Imjinrok』 as the subject of study, to investigate the implications and the meaning of strategic acceptance aspects according to the distinct characteristics of literature in North Korea. 『Imjinrok』(Democratic Youth History, 1955) contains the patriotic ideology of the heroic characters and the spirit of the protecting homeland, which is regarded as a war of victory, ignoring the collapsing situation because of the defenseless state of Joseon in the early years of war. In other words, this book is a youth enlightenment book to instill national pride and patriotic spirit in North Korean youth during the post-war recovery period. First, by removing the description of the intellectuals who were bureaucrats of the Joseon Dynasty and listing the description of the holy war about invaders, they contained the rituals of criticism of the kings and other officials. Second, Yoon Se-pyeong’s characters in 『Imjinrok』 show patriotic spirits that transcended class in reality in order to protect their country only in the great vortex of the war. Third, it is developing contents to record the tradition of Pyongyang centered transmission. In the future, it is necessary to have a deep understanding of Yoon Se-Pyeong’s activities in North Korea and ancient literature. In addition, discussions on classical literature, criticism, children’s literature and film criticism should be continued. 본 연구는 윤세평의 『임진록』(민주청년사, 1955)을 연구 대상으로 하여북한 문학내적 특수성에 따른 전략적 수용양상과 그 의미를 파악하고자 했다. 그의 『임진록』 (민주청년사, 1955)은 전쟁 초기 조선이 무방비로 무너져내린 경황을 무시하고 오로지 승리의 전쟁으로 간주하며, 영웅적 인물들의애국사상과 조국수호의 정신이 담겨있다. 곧, 이 책은 전후복구시기 북한의청소년 세대에게 민족적 자긍심과 애국적인 정신을 심어주기 위한 청소년계몽서의 기능을 했다. 첫째, 조선 조정의 관료인 지략가들의 서사를 없애고 왜에 대한 거룩한항전의 서사를 나열함으로써 조선 왕을 비롯한 관료들에 대한 비판 의식을담았다. 둘째, 윤세평의 『임진록』 의 등장 인물들은 전쟁이라는 거대한 소용돌이 속에서 오로지 조국을 지켜내기 위해서 계급 신분을 초월한 애국적행위를 보였다. 셋째, 평양 중심의 전승을 기록하기 위한 내용 전개를 펼치고 있다. 앞으로 윤세평의 재북시기 활동과 고전문학에 대한 이해와 깊이 있는 접근이 필요하다. 더불어 고전문학 주해서, 비평 등에 대한 다양한 논의와아동문학, 영화평에 대한 논의도 이어지길 바란다.

UV-A 조사에 의한 Phenothiazines의 돌연변이원성 비교 연구

The mutagenic activity of four phenothiazine derivatives such as chlorpromazine, perphenazine, trifluoperazine and thioridazine in conjunction with UV-A irradiation or not based on the Ames plate incorporation test in the presence and absence of liver microsomal enzyme(S9 fraction). None of these compounds and their photo-excited were detected as mutagen in the Salmonella microsome assay with TA 98 and TA 100.
