간호대학생의 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인: 분위회귀분석 적용

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the Patient Safety Management Activity (PSMA) of nursing students according to levels of PSMA based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Methods: A descriptive study was used. The participants were 135 nursing students from universities in Korea. Data were collected with self-reported questionnaires through online survey. The questionnaire consisted of PSMA scale and modified version of the TBP-based questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and quantile regression. Results: The average score of PSMA was 4.09±0.44 out of 5 points. In the multiple linear regression, patient safety education, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and intention were significant factors. In the quantile regression, place of clinical practice (in 75%), patient safety education (in 50% and 90%), subjective norm (in 75%), perceived behavioral control (in 50% and 75%) and intention (in 50%) were significant factors. Conclusion: We confirmed the dynamic influences of all factors according to the levels of PSMA. It is proposed that the affecting factors according to the levels of PSMA should be considered in designing effective programs to enhance PSMA among nursing students. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 계획된 행동 이론에 근거하여, 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 실천 수준별로 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위함이다. 방법: 서술적 상관관계 연구로, 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 135명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 자가보고식 설문지를 활용하여 온라인 조사로 이루어졌다. 설문지는 환자안전관리실천 도구와 계획된 행동이론에 근거하여 대상자에게 적합하도록 개발된 측정도구로 구성되었으며, 자료는 다중회귀분석과 분위회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 환자안전관리실천의 평균 점수는 5점 만점에 4.09±0.44 점이었다. 다중회귀분석 시, 환자안전관리 교육, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동 통제력, 행동 의도가 영향요인이었다. 반면, 분위회귀분석 시, 상급종합병원 임상실습(75% 분위), 환자안전관리 교육(50%와 90% 분위), 주관적 규범(75% 분위), 지각된 행동 통제력(50%와 75% 분위), 행동 의도(50% 분위)가 유의한 영향요인이었다. 결론: 간호대학생의 환자안전관리실천 수준별로 영향요인은 각각 다르게 확인되었다. 따라서 간호대학생을 위한 효과적인 환자안전관리실천 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 학생들의 환자안전관리실천 수준별 영향요인을 고려해야 한다.

Recently we emphasize the role of construction work's supervision, which is rasing its head, for the protection of an insolvent construction and the ensurance of quality control in the lesson of the big accident of Sampung Department Store and Chonjuuam center. Government has been carrying out the Responsible Construction System to get rid of an insolvent construction at a construction site since January 1 in 1994. But it is urgent to revise systematically for early fixing of supervision system and related system according to the construction market on August in 1995. In the case of Korea, depending on making a construction we didn't experience a supervision. We must grope the revision of its system and the access to the international level. We have to reflex and revise is operation system which pass current with overseas construction market. We must diminish confusion and an unnecessary friction with over seas companies which take part in domestic construction works. Ultimately, We have improve techniques of domestic supervisor and expert supervision companies. It will contribute to the turning for the advanced system. Accrodingly I will try for early fixing of special supervision system in Korea. For this I analyzed the construction supervision system to solve. We come to the conclusion by analyzing several countries construction system USA, ENGLAND, JAPAN ect.

본 연구에서는 1911년 8월 23일 공포된 제1차 조선교육령 제정 과정을 살펴보았다. 조선교육령은 조선총독부 학무관료들이 식민지 조선의 특수한 사정에 적용되는 교육방침을 밝히고자 제정하였다. 조선총독은 일본 제국교육회의 의견과 조선 총독부 관료들의 의견을 조율하여 조선교육령을 칙령으로 제정하였다. 조선교육령은 크게 강령과 학교의 2장으로 구성되어 있는데, 제정과정에서 특히 강령의 2조와 3조의 내용에 관하여 논란이 많았다. 2조는 교육칙어의 조선적용을 주장하는 일본 교육계의 영향으로 인해 규정된데 반해, 시세와 민도에 적합하게라는 내용의 3조는 2조의 내용과 의미를 견제하기 위해 조선총독부 학무 관료들에 의해 규정되었다. 한편 누구나 일본어 교육을 강조했음에도 불구하고 일본어 교육을 위해 조선어 및 한문교과를 둘 수밖에 없었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 식민지 교육정책을 바라보는 시선을 다양화하고자 하였다. This paper focused on the law making process of the First Chosen Educational Ordinance enacted in the Japanese colonial period. The First Chosen Educational Ordinance was established to clarify educational policy and principles applicable to Chosen. The Ordinance was made as a result of mediation between the officials of the Education Bureau of General Government in Chosen and Imperial Educational Association in Japan. The Ordinance composed of two parts, general principles and schools. There was constant controversy concerning the general principle, especially the second and third provision. The second provisions of the Ordinance was introduced under the influence of Japanese educational society. On the contrary The third provisions of the Ordinance was introduced under the influence of the officials of Japanese colonial government in Chosen, and introduced to check the second provisions so that would not abuse. On the one hand, Though there was great emphasis on adoption Japanese language on as a teaching language, Korean language and Chinese characters was used as a subject and teaching language in other to Japanese language education and to raise school attendance. Through this study, We could find that we need to diversify our view points on the Japanese Colonial education.
