클라우드와 P2P 구조 기반의 MMORPG에서 소영역을 활용하는 관심 구역의 관리 기법

본 논문에서 P2P 네트워킹과 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 통합된 MMORPG를 위한 소영역 기반의 관심 구역 관리 기법이 제시된다. 혼잡한 영역은 여러 소영역으로 분할되며 각각의 소영역을 관리하기 위한 플레이어가 조정자로 설정된다. 제시된 기법은 이런 플레이어의 통신과 컴퓨팅 오버헤드가 적정 범위 내에서 조절되는 부하 균형 메카니즘을 포함하고있다. 또한 각 플레이어의 뷰가 게임 세계에서 이동될 때 뷰와 겹치는 여러 소영역들이 신속하고 연속적으로 전환될 수 있는요건을 만족시키기 위한 메카니즘도 제공하고 있다. 자원이 효율적으로 공급되는 제시된 기법은 플레이어들의 처리 능력을 효과적으로 활용함으로써 클라우드에 있는 서버의 부하 즉 컴퓨팅 능력과 통신량을 감소시킨다. 시뮬레이션 결과 클라우드와 P2P 구조에 기반한 MMORPG는 혼잡 지역 또는 핫스팟에서 플레이어들의 수에 따라 이용가능한 자원도 같이증가됨에 따라 클라이언트 서버 구조에 비하여 서버의 통신 대역폭을 상당부분 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The global challenges associated with a corporation are multifaceted, involving economic, social, and environmental concerns. A firms’ corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives can be explained using various motivational bases and by applying myriad theoretical perspectives. CSR is now considered an integral part of corporate strategy. In general, many scholars define CSR as firms’ efforts to go beyond law requirements by voluntarily engaging in actions that benefit society rather than only the firm. This implies incorporating economic, legal, ethical, and philanthropic responsibilities into corporate decision making. The reporting of CSR activities is becoming more prevalent with a growing interest in CSR and investors, customers, and other stakeholders demanding greater transparency about all the aspects of a firm’s business. As the importance placed by stakeholders on socially responsible behavior has increased, the attitude toward CSR has changed dramatically over the last few decades. A significant body of literature across business research disciplines examines the type of firms that engage in CSR and the way CSR shapes firm decisions and outcomes. However, despite the rising prominence of research on CSR in accounting, there is no current broad review of CSR research published in any of the preeminent accounting journals to the best of our knowledge. This paper reviews the literature on CSR published in 11 top accounting journals and The Korean management review over the last 10 years. This paper is a review of three parts: (1) the relationship between CSR and financial performance and firm value; (2) consequences of CSR; and (3) the role of CSR disclosure. I summarize the literature on accounting focusing on these areas and review the approach of the researchers with regard to specific issues. Within each area, I present suggestions for future research. 최근 들어, 점점 더 복잡해진 경제적, 환경적 그리고 사회적 목표들의 달성을 위해 경영자들에게는 전략적 환경에 대한 깊은 이해와 강력한 실천이 요구된다. 복잡한 환경 문제들의 원활한 관리를 위해서는 경쟁에 노출된 기업들로서는 중요한 전략적 우선순위의 선정이 중요하게 된다. 지난 십 수 년 동안 기업 경영에서 핵심성공요인의 기준은 낮은 원가, 좋은 품질 그리고 빠르고 신뢰할 수 있는 납기 등과 같은 전통적인 경제적 측면의 문제에서 기업의 사회적 책임(corporate social responsibility, 이하 CSR이라 칭함), 기업의 명성 그리고 지속가능한 환경적 성과 등과 같이 보다 세련된 포괄적인 요인들로 이동했다. 이에 기업들은 CSR을 기업 존속과 관련된 문제의 해결책으로 꼽고 많은 투자와 노력을 기울이고 있으며, 학계에서도 많은 관심을 갖고 연구대상으로 삼고 있다. CSR은 많은 연구자들, 조직들 그리고 실무가들에 의해 받아들여져 왔다. 이 논문은 지난 10여년에 걸쳐서 11개의 회계학술지와 경영학회지에 발표된 CSR 논문에 대해서 검토했다. 이 논문은 (1) CSR과 재무성과 및 기업 가치 간의 관계, (2) CSR의 결과, (3) CSR 공시의 역할 등 세 부분으로 나누어 검토하였다. 본 논문에서는 CSR과 관련된 회계논문만을 요약하였으며, 어떻게 회계연구자들이 특정한 이슈와 관련하여 접근했는지에 대해서 설명했다. 그리고 각 부분과 관련해서, 회계에서의 향후 CSR 연구를 위한 몇 가지 제안을 제시했다.

Calcium Aluminate Phosphor Supported $TiO_2$ Nanoparticles

희토류 원소를 기반으로한 알루미늄산 형광체에 담지된 산화티탄은 졸겔방법 으로 제조되었다. 이렇게 제조된 산화티탄 나노입자의 재료물성을 분석하기 위해 XRD, FT-IR, DRS UV-Vis, TEM 측정을 실시하였다. 형광체에 담지된 산화티탄 입자의 소결 전후의 XRD분석결과는 600도 이상의 온도에서 아나타제에서 루틸로 상변화가 일어나지 않았다. 600도 이상의 온도에서 지속적인(장시간) 열처리 후에도 형광체에 담지된 산화티탄이 결정화도가 높은 아나타제로 존재 하는 것은 형광체 지지체와 담지된 산화티탄의 서로 다른 결정입계에 의하여 결정성장과 상변화에 필요한 치밀화가 억제되기 때문으로 판단된다. DRS측정결과 형광체에 담지된 산화티탄은 산화티탄이 없는 형광체에 비하여 보다 긴 장파로 쉬프트한 것은 밴드갭 에너지의 환원을 나타낸다. 이러한 형광체에 담지된 산화티탄의 FT-IR 스펙트럼은 피크의 위치가 더 높은 파수로 이동하였다. 이것은 산화티탄 입자와 지지체 사이의 공유결합이 관계하기 때문 이라 판단된다. TEM 이미지는 형광체 지지체에 다른 입자 크기로 담지되어 있는 산화티탄의 분산, 결정화 및 입자 형상을 나타낸다. Rare earth based calcium aluminate phosphor ($CaAl_2O_4:Eu^{2+}$, $Nd^{3+}$) supported $TiO_2$ nanoparticles are synthesized by using sol-gel method, which are further characterized using powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), diffuse reflectance UV-Visible spectroscopy (DRS UV-Vis) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The XRD pattern of as-prepared and sintered phosphor supported $TiO_2$ does not show the tendency to change the crystal structure from anatase to rutile phase up to $600^{\circ}C$. This indicates that the phosphor support might inhibit the densification and crystallite growth by providing dissimilar boundaries. The diffuse reflectance spectral (DRS) measurements showed shift towards longer wavelength indicating reduction in the band-gap energy as compared to free $TiO_2$. The FT-IR spectra of phosphor supported $TiO_2$ nanoparticles show shift in the peak positions to lower wavelengths. This indicates that the $TiO_2$ nanoparticles are not free, but covalently bonded to the phosphor support. TEM micrographs show presence of crystalline and spherical $TiO_2$ nanoparticles (8 - 15 nm diameter) dispersed uniformly on the surface of phosphor.

Purpose : This study is to investigate the trends of study of cold hypersensitivity in Korean traditional medicine and to direct for future research. Methods : We searched for papers which had used cold hypersensitivity in korean journals. Results : 25 papers were found. 10 papers were associated with characteristics of cold hypersensitivity. 8 papers were associated with case study. 5 papers were associated with diagnosis. 2 papers were associated with research for treatment effect. Conclusion : Studies have been conducted on cold hypersensitivity in various fields. But evidence is not enough, so more research will be needed.
