        담도계 회충미입증의 X-선 진단

        Many complications result from the migration of Ascaris lumbricoides into the biliary tree, most commonly bile duct. The findings on intravenous cholangiograph and adjunctive tomograph are diagnostic. The worm is seen as a longitudinal tubular translucent filling defect in the common bile duct or intrahepatic duct. We have seen 17 patients who had a postive worm density on intravenous cholangiograph and tomography, and we have extracted 1 to 22 Ascaris lumbricoides from the biliary tree of 13 patients by surgical maneuver. In the remaining 4 patients antihelminthic medication has been given, with subsequent disappearance of the worm density from the biliary tree and improvment of the clinical symptoms and signs.

        Despite of a few attempt for reform of the judical system, it is failed in Korea. Therefore this study deals with what the most effective execution system for reform of the judical system is. It was mainly failure cause that negative or reverse the attitute of legal circles of as the persons directly concerned with reform of the judical system. This study is focusing on the people's convenience about direction of reform of the judical system, and the main body of that should be the People(General Citizens)of as a the master.In execution organization for reform of the judical system, the persons directly concerned with reform of the judical system should be excluded. Therefore reform plan of the judical system will be made by the Expert Committee that has know-how concerned reform of the judical system. On the other hand, the consideration and decision about reform plan of the judical system should be leaved on organization composed by the representives of people(general citizens). And legal basis concerned with reform of the judical system should be act of parliament and belonging organization of president directly.In successful reform of the judical system, the most important thing is self-sacrifice attitude escaped from egoism of each occupation area.

      • 反作用板 方法에 依한 人體重心高 測定

        The location of the center of gravity of human body at rest, and in motion, has been the subject of much interest over the years and is of considerable significance in many analyse of sports techniques. Many methods have been devised to estimate the position of the center of gravity of human body. Possibly the simplest method used to find the center of gravity of living human subject is that which involves the use of a so-called Reaction Board Method. The purpose of this study was intended to estimate the position of the center of gravity of human body and to find the relationships between physique factors and height of the center of gravity. 55 woman's college students were tested by the Reaction Board Method to estimate the position of the center of gravity. Physique factors (Standing Height: (H.), Weight(W.), Chest Girth(C.G), Sitting Height(S.H)) were checked. Coefficient of correlation of the factors was calculated according to the method of K. Pearson's calculation of coefficient of correlation. As the results of analyzing the data, the conclutions were made as follows. ⅰ) The mean(M.) of the physique factor was 162.84±4.89 cm(H.), 54.49±6.70 Kg(W.), 82.04±4.79 cm(C.G), and 87.05±3.31 cm(S.H). ⅱ) The mean of the Height of the Center of Gravity was 89.68±3.65 cm, the ratio of H.C.G to Height was 55.07%, and the range was 53.52∼57.35%. ⅲ) Higher correlation was found between H. and C.G(r=,78), H. and S.H(r=,80), H. and H.C.G(r=,89), W. and C.G.(r=,76), S.H and H.G.C(r=,78) ⅳ) Moderate correlation was found between H. and W.(r=,64), W. and S.H.(r=,64), W. and H.C.G(r=,67), C.G. and H.C.G(r=,60)

        Diazotized Chitin에 고정된 $\beta$-glucosidase의 생물 반응기에서의 동특성

        Diazotized chitin (CHITN) was synthesized reacting with NaN3 and HCl to alkaline hydrolyzed chitin for the support of immobilized enzyme. Immobilized $\beta$-glucosidase on diazotized chitin(CHITN-Gase) was produced reacting with glutaraldehyds as bifunctional reagent. CHITN-Gase activities were determined reacting with p-nitrophenol-$\beta$-D-glucopyranoside in plug flow reactor as a reference. Optimum temperature, optimum pH, reaction constant and deactivation rate were determined with variation of flow rate and H/D. The particle size of immobilized enzyme in the best was, 35 mesh (CHITN35-Gase). The optimum conditions of immobilized enzyme were $70^{\circ}C$ in temperature and 5.0 in pH. Diameter and flow rate of plug flow reactor in the best was 8.5mm in diameter and 0.8ml/min in flow rate. Reaction constant was mainly influenced by electrostatic force. The best glucose hydrolizing activities of CHITN3 5-Gase was 3.34$\times$10-5 M/1. while that of native-$\beta$-glucosidase was 2.44$\times$10-5 M/1.

      • 부인과 악성종양 환자에서 화학요법에 의한 호중구감소증에 대한 rhG-CSF의 임상효과

        This study is undertaken to evaluate the clinical effects of recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(rhG-CSF) in 10 patients with ovarian cancer who received two courses of PAC chemotherapy. In the first course of chemotherapy as a control, all patients were treated with PAC chemotherapy alone and during the second course as a treatment course, rhG-CSF was given at a dose of 2㎍/㎏/day subcutaneously for 7 days 24 hours after completion of chemotherapy. The rhG-CSF significantly increased the nadir count of leukocyte and absolute neutrophil and decreased the number of days per patients on which the absolute neutrophil count was 1000/㎣ or less. The mean recovery time required for neutrophil to greater than 1500/㎣ after nadir was significantly decreased in the treatment course as compared with the control course. One patient experienced mild side effects of rhG-CSF, such as malaise and recovered without treatment. These results demonstrated that the use of rhG-CSF as an adjunct to chemotherapy with ovarian cancer patients was effective and safe to treat chemotherapy induced neutropenia and to accelerate the recovery from these complications.
