本硏究는 第2報로써 非定常狀態下에서의 回分蒸留工程의 있어서 Holdup ratio의 효과를 규명하려 한 것이다. 操作時間의 따른 Still pot內의 濃度變化를 蒸留速度로 定義하여 다음과 같은 理論式을 誘導했다. (수식) 試料는 Benzene-Carbontetrachloride와 Methanol-Ethanol 等의 二成分系를 使用했으며 實驗値와 比較검토 結果 上記 理論式과 잘 一致했다. 한편, Reflux ratio가 낮을 때는 Holdup ratio가 증가할수록 분리효과는 증가하였고, Reflux ratio가 높을 경우는 Holdup ratio가 증가할수록 분리효과는 감소했다. 따라서 다른 모든 變數를 일정하게 유지시켰을 때 Holdup ratio의 분리효과는 Reflux ratio의 의존함을 알았다. 또 Holdup ratio의 분리효과가 뚜렷이 나타나지 않았을 때의 Reflux ratio를 Critical Reflux ratio라 하였으며 本 硏究에서 Benzene-Carbontetrachloride의 Critical Reflux ratio는 9였고 Methanol-Ethanol系에서는 2였다. This study is concerned with the separation of binary mixtures in the fractional batch distillation under various conditions of Holdup to charge ratio at constant reflux ratio. The rate of separation is defined as the rate of change in the still composition with respect to the operating time elapsed. Under proper assumption a theoretical equation relating the still composition with the operating time was derived as; (수식) The equation was compared with experimental results obtained with two binary mixtures, i.e., Benzene-CTC(carbontetrachloride) and Methanol-Ethanol, in a Oldershaw-type batch distillation apparatus. Consequently the equation was found to be substantially agreed with the experimental results, especially for the Methanol-Ethanol system. For the benzene-CTC system the equation tended to agree with experimental results. Meanwhile, holdup ratio was found experimently to have two counteracting effects on the separation of binary mixtures. Namely, in a series of experimental works, as the reflux ratio was increased above the critical reflux ratio the effect of increased holdup ratio become increasingly unfavorable to sharpness of separation. At reflux ratio below the critical reflux ratio the effect of increasing holdup ratio was favorable. For the Benzene-CTC system (30 plates) the critical reflux ratio was 9, at the Methanol-Ethanol system was 2.

In this paper, we consider a method for estimating a stripe-type defect and the reconstruction of adefect-free L/S type mask used in lithography. Comparing diffraction patterns of defected and defect-freemasks, we derive equations for the estimation of the location and size of the defect. We construct ananalytical model for this problem and derive closed form equations to determine the location and sizeusing phase retrieval problem solving techniques. Consequently, we develop an algorithm that determinesa defect-free mask pattern. An example shows the validity of the equations
노인의 생활체육 참여에 따른 생활만족도에 관한 연구 청주시 지방자치단체 시설 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to establish the effects of senior citizens’ participation in sports for all on their life satisfaction. This study targeted 234 senior citizens out of 250 senior citizens above 65 who participated in sport for all program at 3 local government facilities in Cheondju, excluding 16 senior citizens. The findings are as follows. First, with respect to the effect on life satisfaction in accordance with demographic variables, in gender, the effect on female appeared high in comparison satisfaction, self-satisfaction and achievement satisfaction; with respect to the effect on life satisfaction in accordance with whether or not both husband and wife are alive, comparative satisfaction, self-satisfaction and achievement satisfaction were high when both husband and wife were alive; with respect to the self-satisfaction in accordance with education level, those with education above college graduation was high; with respect to the expectation satisfaction, those without educational background was high; with respect to comparison satisfaction in accordance with income level, those with the income above 2mil Korean won was higher than those with the income below 500K Korean won; with respect to the comparative satisfaction in accordance with heath, very healthy was higher than moderate; and as a result of self-satisfaction and very healthy, there was no significant difference between groups in remembrance satisfaction. Second, private sports was higher than group sports in accordance the type of sports. Third, with respect to the effect on life satisfaction in accordance with the degree of the participation in sports for all, 6 months to 1 year was higher than less than 3 months in self-satisfaction in the duration of participation; with respect to comparison satisfaction in accordance with the frequence of participation, more than 7 times per week was high; more than 7 times per week was high in achievement satisfaction; with respect to comparison satisfaction depending on the strength of participation, there was no significant difference between groups, yet 1-2 hours was higher than less than 30 minutes. -
린6시그마 방법론을 적용한 하드웨어 플랫폼 공용화 설계 방안

최근 무기체계 시스템이 고성능화됨에 따라 요구사항을 충족시키기 해 싱보드컴퓨터(SBC: Single Board Computer)를 용하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 시스템 설계 조건이 변경될 때 마다 싱보드컴퓨터를 신규 개발해 야 하므로 유사한 설계, 검증 업무에 많은 시간과 인력이 소요되어 개발비 상승의 한 요인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최소한의 수정으로 다양한 시스템에 용할 수 있는 하드웨어 랫폼 공용화 방안을 제안하여 개발비 상승을 최소화하고자 한다. 공용화 연구에는 린6시그마의 DMAIC를 용하으며 제안된 방안이 개발공수 감, 재료비 감, 공통 시험항목 감소 등의 지표항목에서 개선 효과가 있음을 확인하다. Recently, Single Board Computer(SBC) is used to meet requirement of weapon systems having high performance. But the Single Board Computer has to be newly developed whenever the system design condition is changed. Thereby, that is one of the factors of increasing development cost because it takes many times and man-power to conduct similar design and verification process. This paper focuses on common hardware which can be applied to various systems with minor modification to reduce developments cost. DMAIC of Lean 6 sigma is applied for common hardware studying. It was verified that the proposed common hardware makes improvements on man-power reduction, decrease of material cost and common test items.
