역류성식도염 유발 흰쥐에 대한 이진탕가미방(二陳湯加味方)의 효과

Purpose : The object of this study was to observe the suppressive effects of Yijintang-gamibang (YJGMB), Yijintang with Atractylodis Rhizoma, Massa Medicata Fermentata, Hordei Fructus Germiniatus, and Coptidis Rhizoma. YJGMB has been traditionally used in Korean medicine for treating various digestive diseases. We tested it on the rat reflux esophagitis (RE) induced by pylorus and forestomach ligation in rats as compared with omeprazole, a well-known proton pump inhibitor. Method : Three different dosages of YJGMB 200, 100 and 50mg/kg, were orally pretreated once a day for 28 days before pylorus and forestomach ligation. Seven groups, each of 8 rats per group were used in the study. Six hours after pylorus and forestomach ligation, changes of the stomach and esophagus lesion areas, gastric volumes, acid and pepsin outputs, invasive lesion percentages, fundic mucosa and total thicknesses were measured as histomorphometry. The results were compared with omeprazole, antioxidant and proton pump inhibitor, and 30 and 10mg/kg treated groups in which the effects on RE were already confirmed. Results : As results of pylorus and forestomach ligation, marked increases of esophageal and gastric mucosa lesion areas, gastric volumes, acid outputs, pepsin outputs were observed with histopathological changes of RE, such as hemorrhages, ulcerative lesions and edematous changes on the fundic mucosa. However, these pylorus and forestomach ligation-induced RE were dose-dependently inhibited by treatment of 200, 100 and 50mg/kg of YJGMB. YJGMB 200mg/kg showed similar protective effects as compared with 30mg/kg of omeprazole in the present study, and more favorable effects were observed in 50mg/kg of YJGMB treated rats as compared with omeprazole 10mg/kg in the present study. Conclusion : The results obtained in this study suggest that YJGMB has favorable protective effects on the RE induced by pylorus and forestomach ligation. Therefore, it is expected that YJGMB will also show favorable effects on RE corresponding well to the suggestion of traditional Korean medicine. However, more detailed mechanism studies should be conducted in future with the screening of the biological active chemical compounds in herbs.

현대 건설 산업의 경쟁적인 사업 환경으로 인해 건설기업의 도산 가능성은 더욱 높아졌다. 이에 따라 성장위주의 경영에서 가치 중시 또는 수익 중심의 질적인 경영 환경으로의 전환이 요구된다. 현재 건설기업의 자본 조달은 대부분 금융기관을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 기업 규모의 성장에 따라 증권시장을 통한 자금조달의 형식을 갖추고 있지만, 기업 공개를 통한 정당한 수익성 배분이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 특히 건설기업들은 기업 투명성에 대한 의식의 결여로 투자자들의 신뢰를 잃었고, 그로 인해 다시 주식시장을 통한 자금 조달에 실효성을 갖지 못하는 악순환이 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설기업의 경영실태 파악을 위해 주식가격과 기업의 재무적 요인간의 상관성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 상장건설기업의 주식가격과 기업경영성과 사이의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 증권시장을 통한 기업 필요자본 조달의 필요성에 대하여 언급하고자 하였다. The bankruptcy possibility of construction firms have been higher by the environment of current construction industry. Thus, converting management environment for growth into that for value or profit is required. Nowadays, funds of construction firms is almost provided by financial institutions. As the firms' size grow, they have a form of fund provision through the securities market; however, fair distribution for returns is not practiced by opening company. Especially, construction firms lost trust of Investor by lack of awareness to firm clearness, and then a vicious cycle of no effectiveness in fund provision through securities market is continued again. On this study correlation between stock quotations and primary financial factors of firms in order to grasp actual management condition in construction firms was analyzed. By this, the correlation between stock quotations and the result of firm management was provided. Also, necessity of firm's capital provision was explained, thus ways to ensure firm clearness was searched.
승강압형 DC - DC 콘버어터에 있어서 제어회로의 보상에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 스위칭 레귤레이터의 한 형태인 승강압형 DC-DC 콘버어터에 있어서 전달함수의 우반면에 존재하는 영점이 안정성에 대하여 미치는 영향을 고찰하였고, 출력전류의 변화에 대한 안정범위를 궤한이득을 통하여 구하였다. 이 결과로부터, 우반면에 영점이 존재하기 때문에 안정성이 저하됨을 알 수 있었다. 궤한제어회로에 극 보상을 하였고, 이경우 유효한 안정성의 범위를 이득대역폭적과 관련지어 구하였으며 실험을 통하여 이를 입증하였다. This paper investigated the effect of the zero on the right-half-plane on stability in the buck-boost DC-DC converter which is one type of the switching regulator, and the stability region in connection with the output current was shown by evaluating the feed-back gain. From the result it is shown that the stability decreases by the existence of the zero on the right-half-plane. We carried out a compensation by a pole in the feedback circuit and obtained the available stability region in relation to the gain band-width product. These results proved to be the validity by experiment.
간헐포기 소화 슬러지의 고분자 응집제에 의한 개량과 입도 분포 변화에 관한 연구

Synthetic organic polyelectrolytes can be used to condition sludges to enhance their dewaterability. Intermittent aerobic digestion is an useful digestion technology and has many advantages like neutral pH, low installation cost and easiness to operation. The objectives of this study were to investigate the dewaterability of intemittent aerobic digestion sludge and to find the relationship between dewaterability and particle size distribution change under the conditioning of intermittent aerobic digestion sludge by cationic polyelectrolyte. Digested sludge from intermittent aerobic digestion was used and cationic polyacrylamide polymer was added as a conditioner. CST(capillary suction time), TTF(time-to-filtration) were tested as a dewaterability index and the number of particle distribution was analyzed using particle size analyzer. The results indicate that cationic polyelectrolytes is useful to enhance dewaterability of intermittent aerobic digestion sludge. Mean particle diameter was increased as polymer dosage increased and its value was reached up to 100 mm on the condition of optimal cationic polymer dosage. CST and TTF are well correlated with mean particle diameter when the weighting order is 1.7. By the optimal conditioning with cationic polymer, particles in the filtrate are also reduced significantly and this means that conditioning is helpful to main stream by reducing SS loading from return flow.
대구 한의대 비만클리닉 내원 환자의 족삼리 자침에 대한 효과

Objectives: The purposes of this study are to evaluate the effect of Acupuncture at ST36 on Obesity Clinic Patients in DaeGu Haany University. Methods: 18 obesity clinic patients at 2010 were received acupuncture at ST36 additionally. We measured change of Body Weight(BW), Body Mass Index(BMI), Body Fat Mass(BFM), Abdominal Fat Rate(AFR) and compared in obesity clinic patients at 2009 by t-test. Result: The changes in BW, BMI, BFM, AFR at 18 obesity clinic patients at 2010 were significant. Compared with 2009, there were a little more loss at BW, BMI, BFM but not significant. Conclusions: The BW, BMI, BFM and APR in patients were decreased significantly when they treated through obesity clinic in DaeGu Haany University with acupunctured at ST36. It resulted that the effect of oriental medical treatment in obesity was positive. This study is the effect of treatment in obesity by several medical methods include acupuncture at ST36. so the study of the effects of treatment in obesity by each medical methods were necessary,
