        At first, We analyzed the joint stiffness for the TRUCK FRAME ASS'Y of our company and made a experiment for each JOINT part and FRAME ASS'Y. Next, we examined the validity of experimental result by comparing with F.E. MODEL. And we identified the reliability of this analyzing method by suing this F.E. MODEL and joint stiffness matrix and obtaining the reasonable result physically.

        센서 네트워크의 에너지 및 거리 추정 기반 분산 클러스터 헤드 선정과 이주 방법

        In sensor networks, sensor nodes have limited computational capacity, power and memory. Thus energy efficiency is one of the most important requirements. How to extend the lifetime of wireless sensor networks has been widely discussed in recent years. However, one of the most effective approaches to cope with power conservation, network scalability, and load balancing is clustering technique. The function of a cluster head is to collect and route messages of all the nodes within its cluster. Cluster heads must be changed periodically for low energy consumption and load distribution. In this paper, we propose an energy-aware cluster head selection algorithm and Distance Estimation-based distributed Clustering Algorithm (DECA) in wireless sensor networks, which exchanges cluster heads for less energy consumption by distance estimation. Our simulation result shows that DECA can improve the system lifetime of sensor networks up to three times compared to the conventional scheme. 센서 네트워크에서 센서 노드는 제한된 계산 능력, 제한된 양의 에너지, 제한된 기억 능력을 지닌다. 이에 따라 센서 네트워크 설계 시 가장 중요하게 고려할 사항은 에너지 효율성이다. 어떻게 무선 센서 네트워크의 수명을 연장시킬 것인가는 최근 널리 논의되고 있는 사항인데, 에너지 소모, 규모 가변성 및 부하의 분배 측면에서 가장 효율적인 접근 방법 중 하나는 클러스터링 기법이다. 이 기법에서는 클러스터 헤드라 불리는 데이터를 모아 목적지로 보내는 역할의 노드를 주기적으로 변경할 필요가 있는데, 그 이유는 저에너지 소모 및 부하의 분배를 위해서이다. 이 논문에서는 에너지에 기반한 클러스터 헤드 선정 기법과 에너지 소모를 줄이는 위치 예상에 기반한 클러스터 이주 기법을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 네트워크의 수명 측면에서 기존 기법에 비해 약 3배 가량 개선됨을 보였다.

        This study was designed to observe the variation of nucleic acid contents in some organs of female rats after feeding different diet with or without V-E enriched. Nucleic acids in the cell nuclei and whole tissue of liver, pancreas and uterus were measured. The adult female albino rats weighing 225-275g from a pure strain were used as the experimental animals. They were divided into five groups; fasting groups, high carbohydrate diet feeding groups, high protein diet feeding groups and vitamin E-enriched to those diets feeding groups, in which each group was subdivided according to the durations of feeding. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The DNA contents in the organs of the rats fed with the high carbohydrate diet were decreased, especially in the uterus as compared with the control rats. The DNA contents in the cell nuclei and the whole tissue of the pancreas and the uterus were increased as enriched vitamin E to the diet though the DNA contents in the uterus were less than those of control group. 2. The high protein diet enhanced the contents of DNA in the whole tissue of the pancreas. The contents, however, in the cell nuclei as well as the whole tissue of the uterus fed with the high protein diet were decreased on the 30th day. In the cell nuclei of the liver, DNA contents were remarkably decreased on the 10th day, but having gradual increment, they became similar to those of the control group on the 30th day. 3. By feeding the vitamin E-enriched high protein diet, the DNA contents in the cell nuclei of the pancreas were decreased on the 30th day, although they were increased on the 10th and 20th day, respectively. The uterus showed decrease of the DNA contents in the cell nuclei as well as the whole tissue from the 20th day, and the liver showed graduall decrease in the cell nuclei from the 10th day. 4. Starvation enhanced the turnover of the RNA in each organ. The RNA contents in the cell nuclei of pancreas and in the uterus were remarkably decreased during starvation. 5. The RNA contents in the whole tissue of the liver and in the whole tissue and the cell nuclei of the pancreas were significantly increased in the high carbohydrate diet groups. The RNA contents in the cell nuclei and the whole tissue of the liver were more deceased by feeding the vitamin E-enriched high carbohydrate diet than by feeding the high carbohydrate diet. On the other hand, the RNA contents in the pancreas were increased by feeding vitamin E. 6. In the liver and pancreas of the high protein diet groups, the RNA in the cell nuclei were decreased, while the RNA in the whole tissue were increased, and the RNA in the whole tissue of the uterus were also increased. Enriching vitamin E to the diet, RNA contents of each organ were decreased in accordance with the progress of feeding period, and the RNA in the pancreas were more increased compared with those of the high protein diet group(without vitamin E). 7. The above results indicated that vitamin E catalized the nucleic acid metabolism, and that the surplus supply was increased in the turnover rate of RNA. and therefore the degradation of the DNA was due to turnover of the RNA.

      • 安城地方에 適合한 結球白葉F1 育成 : 一般組合能力檢定 General Combining Ability Test

        1) 우리나라에 導入된 3개結球白葉品種의 自殖3∼5세대의 資料間의 單交雜의 13組合과 標準品種(F₁)을 1978年 8月5日에 비닐폿트 育苗次 피종 露地에 區當20株式定植하여 同年 11月17日에 收獲 하였다. 2) 完全無病한 5개單交配組合과 標準品種의 6個區를 根部와 一切의 外葉을 切除後 區當 20個體식 計量하고 各區에서 無作爲的으로 2株식 結球의 縱斷面을 天然色與?으로 撮影하였다. 3) 5個單交配組合은 1組合을 除外하고는 標準品種보다 平均結球重이 優秀하며 특히B, N, 12는 球型이 뛰어나서 交配組合의 檢索을 完結할수 있었다. 4) 安城地方에 適合한 結球白葉F₁育成 매는 다음과 같은 將次의 試驗이 必要하게 될것이다. ① 自家不和合性遺傳子의 固定을 위한 自殖, 兄妹 및 相互交雜 ② 自家不和合性 遺傳子分析 ③ 自家不和合系統의 增殖을 위한 僞稔의 檢索 ④ 優秀한 單交雜과 複交雜을 위한 自殖系統의 育成 ⑤ 隔 암圃에서의 單植區와 混植區設定에 의한 試驗採種 ⑥ 自殖系統의 早速한 育成을 위한 僞受精方法의 導入 1. 13 single crosses of inbred lines under s3 to S5 generations with three introduced varieties of head type chinese cabbage were sowen at polyethylene film plts on 5th of August in 1987. Also, one of F1 commercial variety was added as check variety. The nursery were transplanted and harvested those 20 plants in a plot, on 17th of November. 2. 20 heads of free of deseases in 6 plots out of 14 single crosses and check variety were weighed after taken out the roots and outer-leaves and were taken color photoes the longitudinal section of the heads. 3. Since average head weight of the single crosses were exceeded over that of check variety except ono of gingle crosses and B. N. 12 showed excellent head type, no any more this kind test might be necessary furthermore. 4. In order to create F1 hybrids of chinese cabbage eligible for Anseung area, the following studies shall be necessary from the next year. 1) to increase numbers of inbreeding, sib-crosses and mutual crosses so as to fix the self-incompatible genes. 2) to analyze the types of inheritance in incompatible genes 3) to check the pseudo-fertility for the sake of multiplication of self-incomparible lines. 4) to create many new inbred lines feasible for single cross and double crosses. 5) to undertake an intermediate seed production trials for single inbred and mixed plantings at isolation plots. 6) to try the introduction of pseudogamy way to breeding programe for the sake of acceleration creation of inbred lines as possible as we can.

      • Preparation of β-cyclodextrin decorated magnetic multiwall carbon nanotubes for methyl orange removal

        β-Cyclodextrin decorated magnetic multiwall carbon nanotubes (MMWNT-βCD) were prepared with facile route, which showed highly effective adsorption for methyl orange as representative dyes from wastewater. Poly(glycidyl methacrylate) (PGMA) was covalently grafted onto the magnetic nanoparticles (MNP) surfaces by the RAFT polymerization using glycidyl methacrylate which contains epoxy groups as a monomer. The PGMA grafted MNP and multiwall carbon nanotubes were functionalized with β-cyclodextrin to afford MMWNT-βCD by ring-opening epoxy reaction of mono-6-deoxy-6-hexanediamine-β-cyclodextrin. The obtained MMWNT-βCD were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TGA, SEM, TEM and vibrating sample magnetometry analyses. These interesting MMWNT-βCD nanoadsorbents showed remarkably adsorption capacity compared with magnetic multiwall carbon nanotubes in the removal of methyl orange from aqueous solution.

      • 머시너블 세라믹스의 마이크로 홀 가공특성에 관한 연구

        Ceramics are very difficult-to-cut materials because of its high strength and hardness. Their machining mechanism is characterized by cracking and brittle fracture. In this paper, to give good machinebility to the ceramics, BN powders are added to Si₃N₄ by volume of 20, 25 and 30%. And the machiniability of the produced ceramics are tested using micro drilling system. Through required experimental works, it is shown that the micro drilling machinability is varied along with the volumetric percentage of BN powders. Also, it is verified that the obtained results can be used to develop new machinable ceramics of good material properties and machinability.
