      • Heidegger 철학에서 가르침의 예술적 의미

        This article deals with the claim that teaching is an art. There exist comparatively few books on teaching as an art. Of course, there are also occasional articles in journals dealing with the art of teaching. These books and articles have made many significant contributions to the understanding of teaching, and to the linkage between teaching and art. But they fall short in that they do not deal with art in a serious and detail fashion. Therefore, the meaning of art is left unclear. In this article, one particular view of art is explored that proposed by Heidegger. Then this meaning of art is sought in the activities of teaching. To grasp what art is, two main consideration can be brought out about a work of art : that it is thing, and that it is made. To creat an art work is to make a reality other than itself-that is, it is to be allegorical and it is to symbolize. Art is to deal with a disclosure of meaning and reality. If meaning(truth) is not apprehended in art. it is empty, incomplete, insignificant. It is clear that for Heidegger art has to do with logos, the harmony and coincidence of being. Art has to do with truth. Teaching, like art, deals with world, truth, beauty, and being, and when it is authentic, it deals with them in the same way as art deals with them. Teaching, like art, is making the way open for the Being of beings to unconceal itself as truth. Teaching is knowledge beyond the given. It is allegorical knowing, knowing of the possibility of situation. Teaching is the ways in which its logos may be brought to our presence. All authentic teaching, like all authentic art, is the letting happen of the advent of truth, as the truth of what is. It must be clear also that teaching is a way of life, a calling to which many people devote their entire lives. The art of teaching means that the playful involvement with tools and products of knowledge need not be subjected to the demands of social necessity. To be art of teaching, we have to be released from the calculative thinking. Taoist philosophy's nonaction(wu wei)teaches us something. Nonaction does not mean doing nothing and keeping silent. Let everything be allowed to do what it naturally does, so that its nature will be satisfied. The art of teaching, like wu wei, lets everything be allowed to do what is naturally does.

        철강산업의 기술판매가격 산정 모형 개발

        Since there are various types of technologies in the steel manufacturing industry, steel manufacturers need to adopt the most suitable technology pricing method contingent on the technology type. Steel manufacturing technologies could be categorized as three groups. First, product and process technologies can enhance sales and contribute revenue increase, DCF method could be recommended. Second, maintenance and quality management technologies are mainly embodied in people, human resource profitability method is more suitable. Third, break-through technologies have great uncertainty in terms of commercialization and commercial success, therefore cost saving method is more reasonable. Finally, a sample case is suggested applying above technology pricing model to a steel manufacturer.

        전기경련치료(ECT)시 뇌파의 비선형 분석 : 단일증례 연구 A Single Case Study

        연구목적 : 비선형 분석을 통해 전기경련 치료(ECT)의 적절성 및 효과를 판정할 수 있는 새로운 변인을 추출해 낼 가능성을 탐색하기 위하여 한 여성 우울증 환자에서 ECT중 기록한 뇌파의 단일증례 분석을 하였다. 방 법 : 1주일 간격을 둔 두 ECT 회기에서 치료전 안정상태, 마취후-경련전상태, 경련상태, 경련후 뇌파억제상태, 치료후 안정상태의 다섯 상태에 따른 뇌파를 디지털 기록한 데이터를 분석하였다. 결 과 : 분석의 결과 1) 뇌파가 10차원 이하 저차원의 결정론적 성질을 가지고있으며 2) 뇌파는 비정상적(non-stationary)이지만 비선형 지수들이 각 상태 뇌파를 안정적으로 구분해 줄 수 있고 3) ECT 회기의 진행에 따라 경련중 뇌파의 결정론적 성질이 증가하며 4) ECT 회기의 진행에 따라 치료전후 안정상태 뇌파의 최대발산지수(PLE) 및 상관차원이 증가한다는 사실을 관찰할 수 있었다. 결 론 : 단일증례에 대한 다양한 비선형 분석의 결과는 ECT의 치료효과를 정량화할 수 있는 변인으로서 PLE, 상관차원 등 비선형 변수들이 사용될 수 있을 가능성을 제시한다. Objectives : In order to search for new parameters for the evaluation of the adequacy of electroconvulsive therapy(ECT), the authors performed a non-linear analysis of electroencephalogram(EEG) recorded during the course of electroconvulsive therapy(ECT) in a single female patient with depression. Methods : Digitized EEG recordings from two ECT sessions spaced one week were analyzed at five different stages ; pretreatment stable, postanesthetic-preictal, ictal, postical suppression and posttreatment stable stages. Results : Our analysis showed that 1) EEG signals had low dimensional(below 10 dimensions) deterministic characteristics 2) although EEG was nonstationary signal, non-linear parameters could reliably differentiate between various stages we examined. 3) the deterministic property of ictal EEG increased according to the progression of sessions and 4) the primary Lyapunov exponent(PLE) and correlation dimension of pre- and post-treatment stable stage EEG increased according to the progression of sessions. Conclusion : In this single case study, results of various non-linear analyses suggested that non-linear variables extracted from EEG recordings during ECT may have utilities as tools for the quantitative evaluation of ECT.

        흰쥐 해마에서 경련에 의해 발현 유도된 MKP-1에 의한 MAPK 활성 조절

        연구목적 : 전기경련 충격(Electroconvulsive shock, ECS) 및 카이닌산(kainic acid)에 의한 경련은 흰쥐 해마에서 mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK)를 활성화시키며, 동시에 MAPK 불활성화 효소인 MAPK phosphatase-1(MKP-1)의 발현을 일으킨다. 이 연구의 목적은 경련에 의해 발현된 MKP-1이 역시 경련에 의해 활성화된 MAPK의 불활성화에 관여하는지를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 방 법 : 흰쥐에 ECS를 가하여 해마에서 MKP-1 발현을 일으킨 뒤 다시 ECS를 가하고, 두 번째 ECS에 의한 MAPK의 일시적 활성화가 MKP-1의 발현상태에 의해 영향받는지를 알아보았다. 또한 흰쥐에 지속적인 MAPK 활성화 및 MKP-1 발현을 일으키는 카이닌산을 투여한 뒤 해마에서 MKP-1의 발현과 MAPK 활성과의 관계를 알아보았다. 결 과 : ECS후 해마에서 타이로신 인산화 면역블롯 및 효소활성으로 측정한 MAPK의 인산화 및 활성은 MKP-1의 발현이 일어나 있는 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 사이에 차이를 보이지 않았다. 카이닌산의 투여에 의해 MAPK 활성화가 일어나는 경우, 뒤이어 MKP-1 발현이 일어나지만, 이렇게 발현된 MKP-1은 MAPK 활성을 충분히 감소시키지 못하였다. 결 론 : MKP-1은 흰쥐 해마에서 ECS 및 카이닌산에 의한 MAPK의 활성화를 차단하는데 큰 역할을 하지 않는다. Objectives : Both electroconvulsive shock(ECS)- and kainic acid-induced seizures activate mitogen-activated protein kinases(MAPKs) in rat hippocampus. They can also induce the expression of MAPK phosphatase-1(MKP-1) in rat hippocampus. MKP-1 is known as a specific MAPK deactivator. This study aimed to elucidate the role of MKP-1 in the deactivation of MAPKs in rat hippocampus. Methods : In order to induce MKP-1 in the hippocampus, ECS was given to the rats. At the time points when MKP-1 was sufficiently induced, the second ECS was given to them and the subsequent phosphorylation or activation of MAPKs were measured in the hippocampus. A second group of rats were injected with kainic acid and the relationship between MKP-1 expression and MAPK phosphorylation was examined in their hippocampi. Results : The expression of MKP-1 did not influence the phosphorylation or activation of MAPKs following ECS in rat hippocampus. Kainic acid-induced expression of MKP-1 did not significantly reduce the phosphorylation of MAPKs. Conclusion : MKP-1 did not play a significant role in the deactivation of MAPKs which were activated by ECS or kainic acid in rat hippocampus.
