NH₃/SiH₄비의 변화에 따른 비정질 실리콘 질화막의 제조 및 특성

The effects of NH₃/SiH₄, gas ratio on the deposition rate, refractive index, hydrogen contest, and optical bandgap of amorphous silicon nitride (a-SiNx:H) films prepared 6y PECVD method using RF glow discharge decomposition of SiH₄ and NH₃ gas mixtures have been studied. The N/Si ratio, hydrogen content, and optical bandgap were increased as the NH₃/SiH₄ gas ratios were increased. The refractive index, hydrogen content, and optical bandgap of a-SiNx:H film at NH₃/SiH₄ gas ratio of 10 were 1.8, 8.0×10^(21)㎝^(-3), and 4 eV, respectively.

CdSe T.F.T. has been fabricated using RF sputtering. The change of V_G at constant G_DS has been measured for 5 minutes. And trapped charge density(N_S/q) (△V_G/V_(step)) was calculated at about 10^(14)V^(-1)㎝^(-2). It was affected by the purity of the gas during the deposition. The annealing effect was not shown below 400℃. The aging effect of CdSe(MIS) capacitor fabricated by thermal evaporation has been observed. The change of capacitance at constant voltage has been measured for 5 minutes. A little annealing effect was found.

다양한 데이터 트래픽을 갖는 이동 애드혹 네트워크용 라우팅 프로토콜의 성능 분석

MANET(Mobile Ad Hoc Network) is the structure in which a source node communicates with a destination node by establishing a route with neighbor nodes without using the existing wired or wireless network. Therefore, the routing protocol for MANET must correspond well to changes in the channel state of moving nodes, and should have simple operation, high reliability, and no routing loop. In this paper, the simulation was perform by using a traffic model with on/off two states provided by the NS-3 network simulator. Also, the duration of the ON state and the duration of the OFF state used the traffic where inter arrival time of data is irregular by generating random values with constant, exponential distribution, and Pareto distribution. The performance of the DSDV, OLSR, and AODV protocols was compare and analyzed using the generated traffic model.

본 논문은 Griliches/Regev가 제시한 정부 R&D 자금의 프리미엄 추정 모형에 기초하여, 우리나라의 정부 R&D 보조금의 효과를 추정하고자 한다. 2003-2005년의 ‘과학기술연구개발활동조사’의 기업 R&D 투자 데이터와 ‘한국신용평가’(KIS-Value)의 재무 데이터를 연계한 미시 데이터를 기초로 하여, 공공재원을 통해 축적된 연구개발자금이 기업 자체 연구개발자금과 비교했을 때 가지는 프리미엄 또는 할인(discount) 효과를 추정하였다. 분석 결과 전체 표본 대상으로는 정부 보조금의 프리미엄 효과를 뚜렷이 관찰할 수 없었던 반면, 중소기업에서는 정부 보조금이 기업 자체 R&D 자금에 비해 약 4.9%의 프리미엄을 지니는 것으로 추정되었다. 반면, 대기업이나 벤처기업에서는 추정계수의 통계적 유의도가 확보되지 않았다. 이 결과는 대기업이나 벤처기업에 비해 중소기업에서 정부 R&D 자금이 보다 효과적으로 활용될 가능성이 높다는 점을 시사하고 있지만, 분석에 사용된 데이터의 제약을 고려할 때 장기적인 R&D 투자 관련 데이터를 이용한 후속 연구에 의해 검증될 필요가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 열전냉각소자를 열전발전소자로 응용하여 조리기구 폐열을 전력에너지화하여 야외 LED 조명, 휴대용 소형 선풍기, 전자기기 배터리 충전에 활용할 수 있는가를 알아보고자 한것이다. 알루미나 (140×400×3mm) 2장으로 흡열과 발열에 사용하고, 열전소자(40×40×4mm) 2개를 사용하여 열전발전에 대한 보편적인 성능을 실험하였다. 물 가열에 대한 실험 결과, 물의 양에 무관하게 온도차가 75℃ 전후로 발전이 시작되었다. 발생전압은 최고 약 5.18V, 평균 약 3.8V가 나왔고 전류는 최고 약 91.8mA, 평균 약 65.03mA가 나타났다. Li-ion 배터리(3.7V, 800mAH) 충전의 경우 1/3 충전을 이루는데 약 10분 정도가 소요되었다

본 연구에서는 사회적경제 조직 근로자들의 만족도를 결정하는 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도에서 일자리창출 지원사업에 참여하고 있는 예비 사회적기업, 인증 사회적기업, 협동조합, 마을기업, 정보화마을에 종사하는 근로자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하 였으며, 순서형 프로빗 모형을 사용하여 사회적경제 조직에 종사하는 근로자의 만족도를 결정하는 요인을 도출하였다. 분석결과 연령, 근무기간, 현 직장 근무의향 등과 함께 근로조건, 직무, 주위사람과의 관계와 같은 세부적인 만족도가 근로자들의 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 기초로 사회적경제 조직의 문제점들을 근로자의 시각에서 파악할 수 있었으며, 사회적경제 조직의 내실화 및 지속적인 발전을 위해 근로조건 향상, 사업 지원기간 연장, 사회적 기여도가 높은 조직에 대한 인센티브 제공 등을 정책방안으로 제시하였다. This study analyzed the determinants of workers satisfaction of social economic organizations. Specifically, the survey of workers was conducted on prospective social enterprises, certified social enterprises, social cooperatives, village enterprises and information service villages participating in Gyeongnam job creation support project. Using ordered probit model, factors affecting the satisfaction of the workers of the social economic organizations were analyzed. Results show that age, working period, intention to work at current workplace together with satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction of relationship with other workers, satisfaction with their job influence the overall satisfaction of the workers. Based on the results of the analysis, problems of the social economic organizations were grasped on the workers’ perspective. Also, several policy implications such as working condition improvement, extension of project support period, offering incentives to a highly socially contributing organizations were suggested for the qualitative improvement and continuous development of the social economic organizations.

國難期 遺民의 초상: 19세기 후반․20세기 초 亡國․망명 체험과 초상찬의 轉變

This article rereads the works of literature related to portraits of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, focusing on the penetration of the times that threatened and replaced traditional images and descriptive frames. As a result, it has been confirmed that portrait-related literature of this period had been reborn as a conflicting image between tradition and modern boundaries, and the instantity of photography was thought to contribute to the introduction of modernity into portrait literature. Even though the characters and words of the genre of traditional portrait self-praise during this period were maintained, there were interfered in the self-praise of the portrait by the changing culture and customs, the changing aspect of the times like an exile experience, and the uniqueness of the ego, appearance, and spatial representation. This was not a conscious attempt or a deliberate transformation by intellectual writers who were trying to break away from the existing self-praise grammar, but it could be meaningful that the dynamic social image of this time had fueled changes and diversity in the content of self-praise. 본고에서는 기존 이미지 및 서술방식의 프레임을 위협하거나 대체하는 시대상의 침투에 초점을 두고, 19세기 후반~20세기 초반의 초상화, 초상사진과 관련된 문학작품을 재독하였다. 그 결과 이 시기의 초상 관련 문학이 전통과 근대의 경계에서 갈등하는 이미지 및 텍스트로 재탄생되었음을 확인하였고, 사진 촬영의 순간성 역시 초상찬류의 문학에 시대성의 도입을 촉발하는 한 인자가 되었다고 보았다. 이 시기의 초상 자찬들이 전통적 초상 자찬 장르의 성격과 風致를 보유하려 애쓰는 와중에도, 별 수 없이 복식 등의 변화된 문물·풍속이나 망명 체험 같은 격변하는 당대의 시대상, 그리고 이로 인해 변화된 자아상, 외모나 공간 표상의 특이점 등이 초상 자찬 속으로 시시때때 개입하고 간섭해 들어왔다. 이러한 사항들이 종래 초상 자찬의 문법에서 탈피하여 새로운 찬을 지으려는 지식인층 작가들의 의식적인 시도 내지 의도적인 변형이라고 할 수는 없으나, 이 시기의 역동적 사회상이 자찬 내용상의 변화와 다양성을 추동했다는 점에서 결과적인 의미를 부여할 수 있다.
