      • 생약의 표준화에 관한연구(Ⅳ) : 후박, 창출 및 백출의 표준화에 관한 연구 Studies on the standardization of Magnoliae cortex, Atractylodes rhizoma and Atractylodes rhizoma white

        후박』창출 및 백출은 건위제로서 널리 사용되는생약이고,대한악전 7개정에서 모두 기원식물과 이화학적인 실험항목이 겔정됨으로서 윤통생딱의 품질확보가요청되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는각각 생약의 국내유통품 30여종, 일본약국방품, 중국유통품을 확보하여 꽉인, 함량 및 순도시험을 실시하여 이들 생약을 규격화하고자 하였다. 후박의 함량시험결과 magnelol의 경우 대부분 약전기준인 0-8% 미만이었으며,조선후박인 machilus thunbergii가 아직도 유통됨으로써 약효와 품질에 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 백출의 확인 및 순도시험에서 국내유통품 30종 묘두 적합하였고, 창출의 확인 및 순도시험을 실시한 결과 국내 창출유통품 32종중 11종롸 일본약전품 2종만 창출로 판명되었다. 후박을 함유하는 엑스레제의 경우 처방에 따라 magnolol은 2.t~23.3%, honokiol은 2.6~26-8%코 나타났으턱, 백출함유제제에서는 atractylenolide 111는 46.S~76.3%, atractylon은 12.2~17.2%를 창출함유제제에서는 atractylen III만이 5.7~20.1%를 나타내었다. 춘박, 창출 및 백출의 운통품에 대해서 중금속과 잔류농약둥의 유해물질을 분석한 결고 일부에 잔류농약이 검출되었지만 현 기준께는 적합하였다. 대부분의 생약이 거의 수입되어 국내 유통되므로안전성 및 품질관리 차원에서 꾸준한 연구검토가 이루어져야될 것으로 사료된다. This study was carried out for the standardization and quality control of Magnoliae Cortex, Atractylodes Rhizoma and Atractylodes Rhizoma White. The contents of magnolol in Magnoliae Cortex are not more than 0.,8% criterion established in KP. Machilus thunbergci is still circulated as Magnoliae Cortex instead of Magnolia species. So there has been some problems in efficiency and quality control. The contents of atractylenolide ]f were 0.04―0.45% for Atractylodes Rhizoma White and they were all suitable for identification and purity test. In the case of Atractylodes Rhizoma, only 11 samples were suitable for identification and purity test in 32 species circulated in Korea. This method was used in determination of each component in crude drug preparations containing Magnoliae Cortex, Atractylodes Rhizoma and Atractylodes Rhizoma White. The availability of magnolol in the decoction process was 2.1―23.3%, that of honokiol was 2.6―26.8%. The availability of atractylenolide If in the decoction process was 46.5―76.3% for Atractylodes Rhizoma White and 5.7―20.0% for Atractylodes Rhizoma, that of atractylon was 12.217.2% for Atractylodes Rhizoma White. We also analysed pesticide residue and heavy metal for the circulated crude drug and found that all of them were safe.

        Rhyme of Truce, Training Program for moral psychology in Cyberspace

        Rhyme of Truce is an educational program that helps you develop the ability to cope with cyber violence rightly. we aim to produce educational contents that will last a long time in the memory of specially children. By combining the room escape game and Leap motion / VR, the program reflects the user's motion and action in real time. The Keyboard Worrier comes into contact with the user and causes violence, and the user who is attacked by the monster see several negative messages written in red and hears abuses sound. Users enter the virtual space decorated as the cyber world. They can experience cyber-violence indirectly but vividly, and if language violence, which has been overlooked and recognized only as "letters", is executed offline, it will directly wonder if cyber-violence should also be regarded as a means of violence. Users have the opportunity to cope with violence autonomously. When a user is attacked by an in-game monster, there are two ways to choose from. First, fighting against with a keyboard (which is a symbol of language violence) just like a monster. Second, report the abuser to cyber bureau police. Both methods make them to escape the room, but when they get out of the room and return to the home and read the message through the monitor, users can recognize which action was right for.

      • 소조사면 전량분포의 특성에 관한 고찰

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 소조사면의 선량특성을 측정하며 콜리메이터의 위치에 따른 반음영의 변화와 중심선량의 분포양상을 측정하며 측외측정선량점의 변화에 따른 선량분포의 특성을 측정하여 최근 대두되고 있는 소조사면 방사선치료에 유용한 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 대상 및 방법 : 지멘스의 Primart 선형가속기의 6MV에너지를 이용하였으며 측정은 Farmer chamber와 Pinpoint chamber를 이용하여 심부선량율과 beam profile, 중심출력선량의 변화를 측정하였다. 중심선속의 변화에 따른 에너지의 특성과 반음영의 변화를 외측으로 2cm 간격으로 측정하였다. 측정은 $1{\times}1cm,\;3{\times}3cm,\;5{\times}5cm,\;10{\times}10cm$에서 측정하였으며 결과는 표준조건하의 측정값과 비교, 분석하였다. 결과 : Farmer chamber와 Pinpoint chamber를 이용해 $1{\times}1cm$, 10cm깊이에서 측정한 결과 두 측정기간에 소조사면에서는 $30\%$ 이상의 차이를 보였으며 조사면의 크기가 증가함에 따라 두 측정기간의 차이는 급격히 감소했다. 측외측정점의 변화에 따른 선량분포는 큰 차이가 없었으나 조사야의 크기가 감소함에 따라 $1{\times}1cm$에서는 약 $13\%$의 차이를 보여 조사야 크기에 따른 변화가 큰 것으로 측정되었다. 전체조사면에서 반음영이 차지하는 비율도 조사면이 적어짐에 따라 높게 나타났으며 $1{\times}1cm$의 조사면에서는 약 $50\%$가 반음영이 점유하는 것으로 측정되었다. 결론 : 세기조절방사선 치료를 위해서는 각기 다른 에너지 분포를 갖는 여러 각도에서 다수의 조사면를 필요로 하며 여러 복잡한 인자들이 관여하게 된다. 여러 인자들 중에서도 콜리메이터의 형태 및 위치에 따른 출력선량의 변화 양상을 정확히 측정하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 실험결과에서도 알 수 있듯이 측정깊이와 조사면의 크기 및 측정기의 종류에 따른 측정값의 변화가 매우 크게 나타나므로 양질의 세기조절방사선 치료를 제공하기 위해서는 특히 소조사면의 선량분포에 대한 특성을 정확히 측정하는 것이 매우 중요하다. Purpose : The aim of this study is to investigate the properties of small field size and to measure the penumbra and central axis depth dose varying to the jaw setting and off axis distance for indicate this data to small field sizes radiation therapy. Material and methods : The percentage depth dose, beam profile and central axis output dose was measured by farmer type ion chamber and pinpoint chamber using Primart linac with 6MV energy. Beam quality and penumbra variations according to the central axis shift, from center to every 2cm outside increment, and field size, from $1{\times}1cm$ to $10{\times}10cm$ was investigated and compared with that of the standard geometrical condition's results Results : The differences of measured values between two ion chamber was about $37\%$ at 10cm depth with $1{\times}1cm$ field sizes but as field size increased this differences was diminished gradually. Measured data from various off axis distance with the different asymmetric collimations are not changed significantly but as size decreased the dose variation was increased and at $1{\times}1cm$ field size dose difference among off axis distance was as much as $13\%$, and as shallower the measured depth the central axis dose variations among the OAD was increased, penumbra was not changed noticeably depending on off axis distance but the percentage of penumbra from its initial field sizes was strongly dependant on field sizes and penumbra occupation rates of its own field sizes ranging from $6\%$ at $10{\times}10cm$ to $50\%$ at $1{\times}1cm$ field size. Conclusion : For imrt treatment, there are several numbers of different gentry angles with beams of nonuniform fluences are required and several complex factors involved. Among them the characteristics of beam output varying to the geometrical setting and design of collimators are of important to attaining a good treatment results. As mentioned in results the differences of measured values are changed significantly depends on ion chamber volume, depths and field size. For providing quality radiation treatment, especially at small field size, those factor's should have considering deliberately.

        Mutation in clpxoo4158 Reduces Virulence and Resistance to Oxidative Stress in Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae KACC10859

        Cyclic AMP receptor-like protein (Clp), is known to be a global transcriptional regulator for the expression of virulence factors in Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Xcc). Sequence analysis showed that Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) contains a gene that is strongly homologous to the Xcc clp. In order to determine the role of the Clp homolog in Xoo, a marker exchange mutant of clp_(xoo4158) was generated. Virulence and virulence factors, such as the production of cellulase,xylanase, and extracellular polysaccharides (EPS)and swarming motility were significantly decreased in the clp_(xoo4158) mutant. Moreover, the mutation caused the strain to be more sensitive to hydrogen peroxide and to over-produce siderophores. Complementation of the mutant restored the mutation-related phenotypes. Expression of clp_(xoo4158), assessed by reverse-transcription realtime PCR and clp promoter activity, was significantly reduced in the rpfB, rpfF, rpfC, and rpfG mutants. These results suggest that the clp homolog, clp_(xoo4158), is involved in the control of virulence and resistance against oxidative stress, and that expression of the gene is controlled by RpfC and RpfG through a diffusible signal factor (DSF) signal in Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae KACC10859.
