        휴대전화를 이용한 소녀들의 수다문화

        본 연구는 휴대전화 서비스의 주 고객충인 10대 소녀들의 휴대전화를 이용한 커뮤니케이션의 특징에는 어떠한 것들이 있는지 살펴보는 것에서 출발한다. 특히 소녀들의 커뮤니케이션의 대부분은 ‘비공식적인 상황에서 사교적인 내용으로 이루어지는 일상적인 말하기 양식’인 ‘수다’라고 불리는 일상적 대화들이다. 이러한 소녀들의 ‘수다’가 새로운 개인 복합 미디어인 휴대전화와 접목되어 새로운 행태와 특징들을 만들어내고 있다. 따라서 10대 소녀들의 휴대전화를 통한 수다문화의 특징과 그 의미를 살펴보는 것을 연구문제로 삼았다. 이를 위해 부산에 거주하고 있는 여자 중학생 10명과 여자 고등학생 10명을 대상으로 심층 집단 면접을 실시하고, 그들이 주고받는 문자메시지 내용을 분석했다. 10대 소녀들의 휴대전화 사용 행태를 바탕으로 한 수다문화의 특징을 살펴본 결과, 10대 소녀들은 휴대전화를 이용하여 누군가와 끊임없이 접촉하기를 원하고 있으며, 수업시간에 몰래 휴대전화를 이용해 학교 선생님에 대한 험담을 함으로써 권위에 대한 소극적 저항을 하고 있었다. 그리고 문자메시지의 다양한 표현은 감정의 적절한 표현과 전달을 가능하게 하여 관계를 강화시키는 역할을 하고, 그들만의 언어를 만들어내 서로 사용하고 있었다. 이와 같은 특징들은 결국 새로운 또래문화를 만들어 그들끼리 공유하다가 기성세대에게 전파시키기도 하지만, 결국은 그들만의 또 다른 문화를 만들어 공유하는 배타성을 가지고 있었다. A mobile phone, theses days, comes as a necessity in our daily life more than just a communication tool. A variety of new cultural developments are rapidly emerging out of the mobile phone culture, targeting mainly the teenage. Then, This study begins the analysis by reviewing the mobile phone communication type of the teenage girls who get a large portion of the mobile phone service Most of their communication, especially, can be seen as "chat" which takes place as daily private conversation in informal environment. And the heat of the meeting of this "chat culture of teenage girls" with mobile phone, a new complex medium, is forging new features of "charting culture." So in this study, the features of their charting culture are looked into. To this end, in-depth group interview was conducted among the 10 Middle School students and 10 High School students in the area of Busan, all of whom are girls. They also were asked to keep record of their use of mobile phone for four days, and their correspondence of messages analyzed. Then the findings are as follows. They exchanged letter messaging through their mobile phone wherever whenever they wanted. Looking into the characteristics of their chatting on their phone revealed that teenage girls wanted to have constant contact with someone through chatting. Even some girls demonstrated passive resistance to their teacher's authority by sneaky backbiting conversation about their teacher through their cellar phone while they were taking classes. And their use of emotion mode feathers and special letters helped them express their emotion properly, and they create and use their own language together. Teen girl's charting using mobile phone contributes to strengthening their relationship and leads to another kind of teenage culture. Even though they spread their culture into older generation, they tend to share the enjoyment of the exclusiveness of their own culture by differentiating their own culture from that of older generation.

        각종(各種) 근관확대기구(根管擴大器具)에 의(依)한 근관형성(根管形成) 후(後) 근단부(根端部) 근관면(根管面)의 형태(形態)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

        The purpose of this study is to compare the shape of the apical regions of root canals after instrumentation by various enlarging instruments. 120 extracted, single-rooted human teeth were seperated into 4 experimental groups. Each group provided 30 teeth for experimental use. Group 1 root canals instrumented by the hand-operated Reamer. Group 2 root canals instrumented by the hand-operated H-file. Group 3 root canals instrumented by the hand-operated K-file. Group 4 root canals instrumented by the automated Giromatic file. The results were as follows: 1. The degree of the roundness of the apical regions of root canal walls: 1) Hand-operated instruments were superior to the automated Giromatic file. 2) The Reamer was the most effective instrument among hand-operated instruments 3) There was little difference between the H-file and the K-file. 2. The degree of the smoothness of the apical regions of root canal walls: 1) Root canal walls instrumented by the hand-operated Reamer, H-file and, K-file were generally smooth, and there was little difference among them. 2) Root canal walls instrumented by the automated Giromatic file showed many irregular canal walls. 3. The existance of organic debris in the apical regions of root canals: All organic debris is not removed from root canals, and there was little difference between hand-operated instruments and the automated Giromatic instrument in removing organic debris.

        만5세 소프트웨어 수업에 나타난 교육적 의미 탐색

        본 연구의 목적은 만5세 유아들에게 컴퓨팅 사고력 중심 소프트웨어 수업을 실행하고, 수업에 참여한 유아와 수업을 실행한 교사에게 각각 어떠한 교육적 의미가 있는지 분석하여 바람직한 유아기 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 시사점을 밝혀보기 위함이었다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 유치원 두 곳에서, 만5세 유아 50명을 대상으로 총 10개의 수업을 진행하고 수집된 자료를 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 소프트웨어 수업에서 유아에게 나타난 교육적 의미는 선행 경험에서 문제를 발견하기, 스토리로 시뮬레이션 과정에 다가가기, 소프트웨어 기기를 통해 흥미와 성취감 느끼기였으며, 교사에게 나타난 교육적 의미는 절차적 사고과정을 지원하는 발문하기, 사고과정을 구체적 경험으로 이끌기, 집단 활동과 개별 활동 사이에서 적절하게 오고가기였다. 연구를 통해 발견된 교육적 의미는 바람직한 유아기 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 다양한 시사점을 주었으며, 향후에는 컴퓨팅 사고력 중심 유아 소프트웨어 교육의 효과성 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to conduct computational thinking-based software education for a 5-year-old, and to analyze educational meanings. For the study, a total of 10 activities were applied for 50 children at two kindergartens located in Seoul and the collected data were analyzed qualitatively. As a result of the study, the educational meaning that founded to young children in software classes was finding problems in prior experiences, approaching the simulation process with stories, and feeling of interest and achievement through software devices. The educational meanings that founded to the teacher were to ask questions to support the procedural thinking process, to lead the thought process to concrete experiences, and to move between group activities and individual activities appropriately. In the future, research on the effectiveness of computational thinking-based software education should be conducted.

        NOC 인터커넥트를 활용한 메모리 반도체 병렬 테스트 효율성 개선

        Generally, since memory chips should be tested all, considering its volume, the reduction in test time for detecting faults plays an important role in reducing the overall production cost. The parallel testing of chips in one ATE is a competitive solution to solve it. In this paper, NOC is proposed as test interface architecture between DUTs and ATE. Because NOC can be extended freely, there is no limit on the number of DUTs tested at the same time. Thus, more memory can be tested with the same bandwidth of ATE. Furthermore, the proposed NOC-based parallel test method can increase the efficiency of channel usage by packet type data transmission.

        Die spacer의 두께에 따른 복합레진 inlay의 치은 변연부 미세누출 및 접착양태에 관한 연구

        AbstractThis experiment was performed to observe the adhesion pattern and microleakage in the gingival margin according to variation in the resin cement thickness which results from thickness of Die spacer, which is considered to effect the adaptability of the composite resin inlays. Clearfil CR inlays were fabricated on stone models with CR Sep applicated once and Nice fit twice, 4 times, and 6 times each. After 2nd curing within the CRC-100 oven, CR inlays were cemented with CR inlay cement. Dye (2% methylene blue) penetration and adhesion pattern were evaluated after sectioning of gingival margin into 3 pieces.The results were as follows ; 1. The thickness of resin cement showed unevenchanging pattern with that of die spacer, namely, it was increased until 4 times' application of Nice-Fit but was decreased with 6 times' application of that. 2. The degree of dye penetration wasn't affected by cement thickness within a limited value. 3. Most of dye penetration was shown through the interface between cement and enamel rather than the interface between cement and CR inlay. This shows that the affinity of resin cement for CR inlay was superior to the adhesive strength with tooth structure. 4. No gap was found at the interface between enamel and cement but some showed separa- tion between dentin and cement. It is concidered that the contraction force of cement was less than the bond strength with the enamel. 5. Lots of voids were found in the CR inlay and resin cement. There was a pooling tendency of bonding agent and cement in the axiogingival line angle portion. 6. In some specimens, cracks were shown in enamel margin. From this it could be conside- red that cavity preparation and surface treatment weakened the tooth structure.

        기수갈고둥 (Clithon retropictus) 의 Arginine kinase 유전자를 이용한 분자계통학적 연구

        Clithon retropictus is a small gastropod belonging to the Neritidae, and inhabits gravel areas in brackish waters. It has been designated as an endangered species as class II, because of its habitat conditions and reckless development of coastlines. In September 2021, C. retropictus registered in NCBI has only 80 nucleotides, 52 proteins, and 74 genes. In this context, we sequenced the C. retropictus cDNA library using the Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform. Arginine Kinase (AK) sequence was obtained by using BLAST program. To investigate the molecular phylogenetic analysis of C. retropictus, a dendrogram was generated using AK gene as a marker. Based on the phylogenetic tree, it is classified into three classes (Cephalopods, Gastropods, and Bivalvia). In addition, analysis of AK 2D structure using 38 species shows that no striking similarity was found. In conclusion, AK gene of C. retropictus consisted of 1,053 bp (351 amino acids) and could be utilized for molecular phylogenetic classification.
