        원발성 대장림프종의 대장내시경 경험 3예

        Primary colonic lymphoma is a rare disease and open surgical biopsy is usually necessary for hietological confirmation. Despite the submucosal location of the tumors, histological confirmation is frequently made by endoscopic multiple punch biopsies. Recently, three patients were admitted to the hospital with right lower guadrant abdominal pain, mass and abnormalities in the right colon and cecum on the barium enema. We performed colonoscopy and found smooth surfaced polypoid mass with occasional shallow ulcerations without lobulation, so suspected lymphoma endoscopically but failed to confirm histologieal diagnosis by usual punch biopsy. Thereafter, all three cases were undergone to laparntomies, and two were confirmed to be non-Hodgkins lymphoma and the other was Hodgkins disease. Here, we present those three cases of endoscopically found colonic lymphoma with review of literatures.

        갑상선세침흡인검사에 의한 갑상선 조직 및 말초혈액의 시토킨 발현과 말초혈액 단핵구의 인터페론 감마 생성에 관한 연구

        Cytokine production was studied in thyroid fine needle aspirates and peripheral blood and the production of interferon-gamma by peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) culture in response to interleukin-2(IL-2) stimulation was also studied from patients with hyperthyroidism, non toxic goiter, thyroid nodule. The expression of glycer aldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase(GAPDH), interleukin-1beta(IL-1beta), IL-2, interleukin-8(IL-8), platelet- derived growth factor-A(PDGF-A) and interferon-gamma(IFN-gamma) chain was assessed by RT-PCR(reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction) in fine needle aspirates of thyroid and peripheral blood mononuclear cell : the samples were obtained from 7 patients with hyperthyroidism, 6 patients with non toxic goiter, 7 patients with thyroid nodule. A dose of IL-2(25 U/ml) was utilized to induce IFN-gamma production by PBMC from all patients. The results were as follows: 1) In case of cytokine expression of fine-needle aspirates, GAPDH and IL-1beta, IL-8 were expressed highly but IFN-gamma, IL-2 were not expressed in hyperthyroidism and non-toxic goiter, thyroid nodule. PDGF-A was expressed in hyperthyroidism and thyroid nodule but not in non toxic goiter. 2) In case of cytokine expression of PBMC, GAPDH, IL-1beta were expressed in hyperthyroidism and non toxic goiter, thyroid nodule and highly expressed after IL-2 stimulation than before. But PDGF-A was more expressed in non toxic goiter and thyroid nodule than hyperthyroidism. Also, IFN-gamma was less expressed in thyroid nodule than hyperthyroidism and non toxic goiter. 3) The incremental increase in IFN-gamma value in supernatants of PBMC culture was significantly higher in patients with non toxic goiter than that in PBMC from hyperthyroidism and thyroid nodule(p$lt;0.05). Therefore it seems that the cytokine production was found in hyperthyroidism and non toxic goiter and thyroid nodule. There were variability in their distribution each other, in general, higher expressed in hyperthyroidism than non toxic goiter. And RT-PCR Method that employed should be sufficiently sensitive to permit the analysis of cytokine gene expression in fine needle aspiration biopsies from patients with thyroid disease(J Kor Soc Endocrinol 10: 13-25, 1995)

        AR 코팅된 DFB 레이저에서 격자 위상의 영향

        본 연구에서는 1.55um의 파장을 갖는 DFB 레이저에서 굴절률 격자와 이득 격자가 동시에 존재할 때, 오른쪽 거울 면에 반사가 일어나지 않도록 유전막 코팅을 하여 𝜌<sub>r</sub>=0 이 되도록 하였다. 𝛿L>0인 경우일 때, 발진 모드에 대하여, 발진 주파수와 발진 이득의 특성을 해석했다. 좌측 거울면의 격자 위상이 𝜋에서부터 𝜋/2 계속 감소할 때, 각 모드의 그래프 선들이 좌측으로 조금씩 이동한다. 발진 모드의 문턱 이득이 가장 낮은 경우는 𝜅L=10인 경우이고, 이때 모드 선별성은 상대적으로 낮다. 모드 선별성이 우수한 경우는 𝜅L=0.5에서부터 𝜅L=6 정도까지이고, 이 경우 주파수 안정성이 우수하다. 두 개의 벽개면을 갖는 경우와 비교하면, 한 개의 무반사면을 갖는 경우, 발진 모드의 문턱 이득이 증가하지만 모드 선별성은 2배 정도 더 우수해 진다. In this paper, when a refractive index grating and a gain grating were simultaneously present in a DFB laser having a wavelength of 1.55 ㎛, a dielectric film coating was applied so that reflection did not occur on the right mirror surface, so that 𝜌<sub>r</sub>=0. In case of 𝛿L>0, the characteristics of the oscillation frequency and oscillation gain were analyzed. When the grating phase of the left mirror surface continues to decrease from 𝜋, the graph lines of each mode gradually shift to the left. In case of 𝜅L=10, the threshold gain of the oscillation mode is the lowest. In this case, the mode selectivity is relatively low. From 𝜅L=0.5 to 𝜅L=6, the mode selectivity and the frequency stability are excellent. In the case of DFB lasers with an anti-reflection coated mirror, the threshold gain of the oscillation mode increases but the mode selectivity is about twice as excellent, compared with DFB lasers of having two cleaved facets.

        중소규모 상업용 빌딩 가격 형성 요인에 관한 연구- 울산광역시를 중심으로 -

        The office building market developed mainly in Seoul region, but the small and middle sized commercial building market developed in every region of Korea. However, as with office buildings, studies regarding small and middle sized commercial buildings are mainly focused in Seoul, and there are lack of studies regarding small and middle sized commercial buildings in other areas of Korea. The purpose of this study is to improve the understanding of the small and medium-sized building market in Ulsan and to analyze it’s price determinants. Data are 447 cases of actual transactions from 2009 to 2017 in Ulsan. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. Macroeconomic characteristics first showed that as interest rates went up, prices went down, and the higher the land price index fluctuation rate, the higher the price. Regional characteristics show that buildings located in southern part of the city are more expensive than those in other areas. The land area and the usage area have a significant effect on the price. Regarding characteristics of buildings, total floor area, age, excess buliding coverage, and unutilized rate of buliding volumn to lot were shown to affect price. In terms of commercial characteristics,the report showed that buildings located within major commercial districts were more expensive than those located outside the commercial districts. Finally, in terms of transaction characteristics, the price was shown to be high if the seller was a corporation. 본 연구는 울산광역시 중소규모 상업용 빌딩 매매가격 형성요인은 무엇인지 분석함을 목적으로 한다. 분석을위하여 울산지역 중소규모 상업용 빌딩의 매매가 이루어진 국토교통부 실거래 자료를 바탕으로 울산광역시 4개구에서 건물1동이 전체 거래되고 상업ㆍ업무용 또는 혼합용으로 사용되는 건물에 대하여 2009년부터 2017년까지 거래가 이루어진 3층 이상 9층 이하 중소규모 상업용 빌딩 447건이다. 가격에 영향을 주는 요인으로 지역특성, 토지특성, 건물특성, 상권특성, 입지특성, 거래특성으로 구분하고 각각의 세부 변수들을 추가하여 헤도닉가격모형(Hedonic Price Model)의 다중회귀분석 방법을 통하여 실증분석을실시하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 거시경제 특성에서는 금리가 오를수록 가격은 하락하며, 토지가격지수 변동률이높을수록 가격은 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역특성에서 남구에 위치한 빌딩은 다른 지역의 빌딩에 비해 가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 토지특성에서 토지면적과 용도지역은 가격에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 건물특성에서 연면적, 경과연수, 초과건폐율, 미활용용적률은 가격에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 상권특성에서주요 상권 내에 위치한 빌딩은 상권 밖에 위치한 빌딩보다 가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 거래특성에서 매도자가 법인인 경우에는 가격이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        섬진강 하구역에서 영양염의 하구내 거동과 플럭스

        In order to estimate the nutrient flux of the Seomjin River into the coastal waters of South Sea, and to understand the estuarine reactions during mixing between river water and seawater, we collected surface water along the salinity gradient in the Seomjin River estuary from Mar. 1999 to Apr. 2001. We found that nitrate and silicate were delivered by fluvial input, while phosphate was, supplied from disposed wastes in the Gwangyang Bay. Mean annual flux of dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN), phosphate and silicate into the Gwangyang Bay was estimated 10.9 molesㆍsec$^{-1}$(4,820 tonnesㆍyr$^{-1}$), 0.07 molesㆍsec$^{-1}$(68 tonnesㆍyr$^{-1}$), 13.3 molesㆍsec$^{-1}$(11,747 tonnesㆍy$^{-1}$), respectively. An evident removal of phosphate, silicate and ammonium at the mid-salinity zone during the dry season was attributed to the active uptake of phytoplankton, and consequently nutrient flux into the Gwangyang Bay was low. Whereas, during the flood season in summer, conservative or additional distribution of the nutrients was observed in the estuary. As a rsult nutrient flux into the Gwangyang Bay was maintained high. High concentrations of chlorophyll a and the active removal of nutrient during the dry season at the mid-salinity zone suggest that nutrient distribution in the Seomjin River estuary was mainly controlled by biological processes and nutrient fluxes into the Gwangyang Bay might be significantly modified of by the primary production.
