뷰티산업 미디어마케팅 전문가 양성교육 적용사례 연구: 지역·산업맞춤형 일자리 창출 지원사업 중심으로

This study aims to improve the local employment environment and secure excellent talent by developing an education program that reflects regional characteristics and enhances satisfaction, based on the results of the ‘2023 Beauty Industry Media Marketing Expert Training’ project conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. The necessity of the training was found to be 100%, and the validity of the education program was confirmed. The satisfaction survey conducted after the application of the program indicated very high satisfaction levels regarding the instructors’ expertise, the education program, and the lecture content, with the highest satisfaction reported in the understanding and practical training of social platform-based media marketing. Through this project, excellent professionals in beauty industry media marketing have been trained in the region, and the development of an education program reflecting the beauty industry and media marketing has resulted in a very high satisfaction rate, achieving a 100% success rate in employment and entrepreneurship. Future research is needed to verify the sustainability of the educational effects by continuously updating the education program and analyzing employment retention rates and job satisfaction.

‘장(場)이론’의 관점에서 본 현대 건축의 장소성 구축에 대한 연구 : 프랭크 게리(F. Gehry)의 작품을 중심으로

본 연구는 장이론에서 나타나는 이론적인 특징들을 바탕으로, 현대 건축에서 재현되고 있는 물질과 장이 지니고 있는 운동의 결과가 장소성 구축에 어떠한 영향을 주고 있는지를 서술한다. 그리고 이러한 구축의 과정을 통해서 얻어진 이론적 결과를 바탕으로 장이론이 현대건축에서 장소성을 구축함에 있어 하나의 방법론으로 가능성을 지니고 있음을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해서 장이론에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해서 도출된 상호침투, 중첩, 영역의 특징을 서술하고, 이러한 특징들을 장소성 구축을 위한 도구로 적용하기 위하여, 각각 ‘변환’, ‘융합’, ‘퍼짐’ 등으로 치환한다. 마지막으로 이러한 틀(frame)을 바탕으로 F. Gehry의 작품을 선택하여, 장이론이 건축에서 장소성을 구축하는데 있어 해석적인 방법으로 적용 가능함을 제시한다.

The focus of this paper is the criminal assessment of religiously moti vated circumcision in Germany. A circumcision could be justified based u pon an effective consent given by the person concerned. In the case of a religious circumcision on a boy without a medical indication however, t his consent by the person concerned could not be justified according a t o judgement of district court Köln(LG Köln). Therefore surgeon or urolog ist who performs the circumcision is punishable according to the German Criminal Code. Thereafter a new Act justifying the circumcision is legislat ed. The current german legal status may help us to solve a similar case.

This study established and verified a hypothesis on the effect of empirical benefit factors on perceived value and expectation, and the effect of perceived value and expectation on choice intention. As a result of the study, empirical benefits (emotional utility, psychological utility, and symbolic utility) have a positive effect on perceived value. Exploring the effect of empirical benefits on expectations, psychological utility, emotional utility, and symbolic utility appeared in order. Money costs were found to have a negative effect on perceived value. It was found that the time cost did not significantly affect the perceived value. Perceived values and expectations were found to have a positive effect on the choice intention.

This study attempted to find out the pursuit benefits of audience of dance performances. This study is based on the in-depth interview methodology. The conclusions were derived as follows. First, dance producers and high-level viewers answered that the work completeness and dancers' artistic skills were the factors. Low-level viewers responded with the ticket price, accessibility to the venue, and understanding of the performance. Second, about the benefits of pursuing dance, dance pro- ducers and high-level viewers replied to self-development and to see the skills of dancers. Third, tick- et price was the decisive factor to see the dance performances regardless of dance producers and Low-level viewers. 본 연구는 무용공연 추구혜택에 대한 제작자와 관객의 인식차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 심층인터 뷰 방법에 의거하여 조사. 분석하였으며 연구 결과 확인된 내용들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용공연에서 중요하 게 생각하는 요인에 대하여 제작자와 고관람자의 경우 작품의 완성도와 무용수의 예술적 기량이라 응답하였으 나 저관람자의 경우 티켓가격, 공연장 접근성, 공연내용의 이해라고 응답하였다. 둘째, 무용공연의 추구혜택에 대한 분석결과 제작자와 고관람자의 경우 자기계발, 유명 무용수의 뛰어난 기량 감상을 위해라고 응답하였고 저관람자의 경우 문화생활을 위해, 즐거움을 통한 스트레스 해소라고 응답하였다. 셋째, 무용을 자주 접하지 않는 이유에 대하여 제작자와 저관람관객에서 공통적으로 티켓가격으로 나타났다.

怪奇の構造の再考という問題を取り上げたのは『雨月物語』と『春雨物語』という両作品の時間・内容的に大きなずれが生じたという背景を前提にしている。そこで『雨月物語』から『春雨物語』への怪奇の構造の変化を捉えることにした。しかし、「目ひとつの神」では怪奇の構造の崩れというのはみられるが、人間に対しての秋成の捉え方さえも変えさせたのである。また、本作品では今まで秋成の構造分析の一つの枠組という中国白話小説の影をみることができなかった。それに関してのさまざまな理由があった。約三十年という期間と国学者としての秋成の意識の変化は、中国白話小説に関心を持たせなくなった。そのため「目ひとつの神」の怪奇は消失していったのであった。このような影響で崩れていく怪奇は、『春雨物語』の各編にほとんどみえなくなったのである。ここで秋成の怪奇の構造はとらえる意味はなくなったかのようにみえた。しかし、そこに「目ひとつの神」の怪奇の構造を再考する重要な意味があったのである。怪奇の構造の消滅は中国白話小説と怪奇の物語の逸脱をもたらすようになった。もはや『雨月物語』の人間の性情を怪奇の構造からみる視覚はともに失われたのではないかと思われる。つまり、このような流れで秋成の持つ人間に対する眼差しも変わり、ふたたび人間の世界に目をむかわせるようになったと考えられる。結局この構造は怪奇の構造の変化によってからこそ、「目ひとつの神」は成り立つことができたと考えられる。そこで本稿で考察した「目ひとつの神」の怪奇の構造への再考の意義があったといえよう。
