근대 속 중국 전통 여성의 삶

從第一次中英戰爭以來中國進入了近代. 近代中國帶來給中國婦女的影響也很大. 婦女們享有了精神上身體上的自由, 卽解除了纏足開始了受到新式敎育. 被稱爲新女性的一部分婦女得到與男性同等的地位. 可是占全體婦女們絶大多數的舊式婦女如前過了辛苦的生活. 抑壓近代裏面生活着的中國舊式婦女們的第一個問題是纏足和文盲. 雖然淸代達到最高潮的纏足風習民國以後漸漸消滅, 但是民國以前出生張大的婦女們和民國以後出生的大多數農村婦女們仍然保持着纏足. 除了纏足以外文盲的狀態亦制約舊式婦女們的生活. 纏足和文盲帶來近代裏面的舊式婦女們的痛苦是很大的. 第二個問題是包辦婚姻帶來的痛苦. 舊式婦女們必須聽從父母的命, ‘嫁給狗則聽從狗,嫁給猪則聽從猪’是她們的命運. 姐們不能主動提起離婚, 所以姐們忍辱地甘受了惡劣的丈夫的專橫. 男人的蓄妾慣行讓妾與本妻的生活成爲地獄. 大多數婦女們爲什麽忍耐這樣地獄似的生活? 這是因爲緊縛她們精神的儒敎理念的緣故. 她們從小的時候常常被訓育了男尊女卑, 三綱五常, 女子無才便是德, 貞節等等的觀念. 隨着時代的變化婦女們的地位逐次提高了. 可是這樣的變化需要了很長時間, 而 新中國的樹立標識着婦女地位上的一個轉節点. 可是新中國樹立以後過了六十年的今天的中國, 男尊女卑, 男兒選好的觀念仍然潛伏在日常生活中. 爲了未來中國的眞的男女平等的實現, 我們需要反思近代中國婦女們的痛苦的生活.

대인관계 외상 경험자를 위한 기능성 게임의 개발 및 효과 검증

본 연구에서는 관계외상을 경험한 대학생들이 게임 캐릭터에게 멘토링을 제공하여 ‘자신의 상황에 대한 대안적 관점을 가지기’를 연습할 수 있는 기능성 게임을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하였다. 관계외상을 경험한 대학생 44명을 ‘기능성게임+이완훈련조건(n=22)’과 ‘가상현실+이완훈련조건(n=22)’에 배정하였다. 처치 전후에 외상과 관련된 인지, 정서, 자기지각 수준을 비교하였으며, 대인지각에서의 변화를 비교하기 위해 얼굴표정에 대한 ‘따뜻함, 지배력, 신뢰감, 접근성’을 평정하였다. 훈련 후 두 집단 모두에서 외상 후 인지 및 정서에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 기능성게임과 이완훈련을 모두 실시한 집단은 행동적 효능감과 미래에 대한 자신감이 더 많이 증가했으며 분노/기쁨 얼굴표정에 대한 접근성이 더 높아졌다. Background: This study aimed to develop a serious game for college students with interpersonal trauma to practice adopting an alternative perspective mentoring a game character with similar experiences. Methods: We recruited 44 college students with high levels of distress after experiencing interpersonal trauma. They were assigned to either the serious game+relaxation training (SG+RX, n=22) or the virtual reality+relaxation training condition (VR+RX, n=22). Cognitive, emotional, and self-efficacy aspects related to trauma were compared in both groups before and after treatment. In addition, interpersonal perceptions of "warmth, dominance, trust, and accessibility" for facial expressions of happiness, anger, and neutrality were compared in both groups before and after treatment. Results: Both groups showed positive changes in relaxation, post-traumatic cognition, and post-traumatic emotion after treatment. The SG+RX group showed greater increases in behavioral competence and confidence in the future and rated accessibility to angry/happy facial expressions higher than the VR+RX group. Conclusions: These findings suggest that an interactive serious game promoting empathy, coping skills, and an alternative perspective effects positive changes for individuals with interpersonal trauma.

Recombinant pre-S2 peptide was purified to apparent homogeneity from E. coli by immunoaffinity chromatography using monoclonal antibody and studied for its binding characteristics with monoclonal antibody and pHSA (polymerized human serum albumin). A simple and sensitive assay method for detecting the activity of pHSA receptor on pre-S2 peptide of hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) has been developed using pre-S2-β-galactosidase fusion protein. The assay can be used for determining pre-S2 or factors neutralizing pHSA receptor activity. The sensitivity of the assay is about 10 to 100 pmol of pre-S2.

한국의 대학도서관 팀제의 문제점과 개선방안

This study was conducted to find out how the team organization works and to suggest better ways of applying the team system to a library organization. In this study, the survey was conducted to examine the characteristics of the university libraries that have adopted the team system, and the problems in operation were analyzed. The findings indicate that staffs at the university libraries had a comparatively negative image of the team system, and that university library has provided insufficient training and less supports for their staffs in the process of adopting the system. This study might be applicable to any strategy which seeks to reduce bureaucracy, empower staff, create a team system culture, and enhance the delivery of high quality services. 본 연구는 최근 우리나라 대학도서관 팀제 조직의 특성을 살펴보고 문제점과 개선방안의 제시를 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 현재 팀제를 도입하여 실시하고 있는 대학도서관의 직원을 대상으로 팀제 도입과정, 팀원의 재량권, 팀장의 리더십, 팀의 자유로운 의사소통과 도서관장의 의지에 대해 고찰해 보았다. 연구결과, 대학도서관 직원들은 팀제에 대해 비교적 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있었으며, 대학도서관은 팀제 도입과정에 있어 직원들에게 충분한 교육과 지원을 제공하지 않았음을 알 수 있었다.

소세키 문학 속의 직업 연구 ― 「자기본위」의 실상과 허상을 중심으로 ―

本論文では「道楽と職業」、そして朝日新聞社に入社してから書かれた小説に登場する人物の職業様相を通して、職業における「自己本位」の実像と虚像について考察してみた。漱石は1911年の演説で「自己本位」に立脚した職業観を持つように力説しているが、本人を含め演説を聞いていた対象は特定階層に属する人たちであった。大衆性を認識せざるをえない新聞小説に登場する彼の小説の中の人物を見ると、大学出の若者が多く登場するが、「自己本位」よりは他人本位の職業を持っている人が圧倒的に多い。そして他人本位の職業を持っている人たちは現実と悪戦苦闘しながら生きている。漱石が「自己本位」の職業だと言った芸術家、科学者、哲学者そして文学者などは演説以前の作品群にしばしば登場するが、彼らは職業において自己本位的な信念をもっておらず他人本位の職業群と同じく家計を維持するために忙しく生きている。一方、経済的に余裕のある高等遊民さえ信念ある行動をせずただ遊んでいる。つまり、「自己本位」の職業や自分が好きなことを選んだ人々は経済力がなくて悪戦苦闘し、経済力と学閥があっても親の財産で無為徒食する人物が描かれているのである。漱石は日本対西洋の関係の中で悩み葛藤したが、「自己本位」という言葉を見つけて強くなったと言っており、特定階層を對象にした演説で自分の主張を強く披露した。よって今まで漱石の職業觀は「自己本位」という言葉で象徴されてきた。しかし小説の中の人物を分析してみた結果、どのケースも職業において「自己本位」を実践できない人物だけ描いていることが分かった。すなわち、「自己本位」は漱石の理想であって、職業において「自己本位」は不可能だということを漱石は認識し、彼の現実認識はここにあったかもしれない。

In order for hot sand bath (Psammotherapy) to develop into Jeju Island's specialized marine healing content, research on the medical healing effect of hot sand bath (Psammotherapy), basic plan establishment, legal and institutional support, administrative and financial support, etc. must be made.

The purpose of our study is to compare the adhesion and biofilm formation abilities of isolates from water discharged from dental unit waterlines (DUWLs). Bacteria were isolated from a total of 15 DUWLs. Twelve isolates were selected for the experiment. To confirm the adhesion ability of the isolates, each isolate was attached to a glass coverslip using a 12-well plate. Plates were incubated at 26oC for 7 days, and the degree of adhesion of each isolate was scored. To verify the biofilm formation ability of each isolate, biofilms were allowed to form on a 96-well polystyrene flat-bottom microtiter plate. The biofilm accumulations of all isolates formed at 26oC for 7 days were identified and compared. A total of 56 strains were isolated from 15 water samples including 12 genera and 31 species. Of the 56 isolates, 12 isolates were selected according to the genus and used in the experiment. Sphingomonas echinoides, Methylobacterium aquaticum , and Cupriavidus pauculus had the highest adhesion ability scores of +3 among 12 isolates. Among these three isolates, the biofilm accumulation of C. pauculus was the highest and that of S. echinoides was the third-most abundant. The lowest biofilm accumulations were identified in Microbacterium testaceum and M. aquaticum. Most isolates with high adhesion ability also exhibited high biofilm formation ability. Analysis of adhesion and biofilm formation of the isolates from DUWLs can provide useful information to understand the mechanism of DUWL biofilm formation and development.
