Nowadays people want to reach their purpose of tour according to the tour types that were influenced by their values. And the tourists’s values are influenced by the tourism environment. So it is necessary to analyze the change of tourism environment and trend that tourists need to realize by the marine tourism. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the change of tourism environment and tourists values and to offer the suggestions to activate marine tourism. The suggestions are as follows. First, the marin eco-tourism that was reflected by the values of the protection of environment and sustainability. Second, the marin healing-tourism that was influenced by the healing trend. Third, the marin culture-tourism that can satisfy not only the senior needs of retro culture but also the new tourists needs.

부산지역 해양관광지 방문동기에 따른 관광활동의 차이와 관광만족도에 미치는 영향관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in demographic characteristics of tourism activities according to the motive of visiting marine tourism area in Busan, and the effects of tourism satisfaction and marine tourism activities on tourism satisfaction from November 20, 2021 to December 2022. Until the 19th, it was conducted for tourists in the Busan regions. The results of this study are as follows: Because of the differences in the motives for visiting marine tourist site according to the demographic characteristics, the physical motives and leisure motives were all adopted, whereas the environmental motives were rejected. Second, the motivation for visiting marine areas will have a significant effect on marine tourism activities. It was found that physical motivation, learning motivation, and leisure motivation had an effect on marine tourism activities, but environmental motivation did not. Third, it was found that physical motivation and leisure motivation had an effect on tourism satisfaction, but environmental motivation and learning motivation did not affect tourism satisfaction. Fourth, marine tourism activities will have a significant effect on tourism satisfaction. -

해양관광현상 기반 해양관광진흥법 체계 구축 방안 탐색

- With the enactment of the Marine Leisure Tourism Promotion Act, this study aims to respond to the expansion of marine tourism by establishing a legal system that can regulate marine tourism phenomena and further suggest legal measures and directions for fostering new industries related to marine tourism. Based on the analysis of the current laws related to marine tourism, the direction and plan for establishing an integrated and systematic marine tourism promotion law system and supplementary contents of individual laws related to marine tourism were derived. It was suggested that it is necessary to establish a relationship between the Framework Act on Tourism, the Framework Act on Maritime Fisheries Development, and the Marine Tourism Promotion Act as the basic direction for the system improvement of the Marine Tourism Promotion Act.

해양관광 활성화를 위한 해양문화관광자원 활용 방안 해양문화축제를 중심으로

Nowadays there are changes of types of tourism for experience tour and marine tour. And marine resources could satisfy the tourists needs for software and contents of tour in the era of qualitative growth. Therefore this study is performed in order to propose the development directions of marine culture festivals for the sustainable tourism. The development directions of marine culture festivals are as follows. First, the development of the marine culture festivals should be considered the environmental and cultural value such as marine traditional culture and history. Second, the marine culture festivals programs should be focused on the educational contents on the basis of marine culture and environment. Third, regional brand strategy for marine cultural festivals is necessary with unique marine culture resources of region.

The purpose of this study is to find out formulation direction of marine tourism studies by analysis of published paper of marine Tourism research. In order to achieve this goals, surveyed against marine tourism research in korea on database of marine tourism society website. In particular, based on website data, key words and research methods were analyzed. At the result, this study showed that marine tourism research field in korea can be divided into six types. In this context this study presents a typology of marine tourism research result to search formulation direction of marine tourism research in future.

해양치유관광 활성화 방안 연구 -해양치유관광객 요구 및 현황분석을 중심으로-

WHO(World Health Organization) defines health as the state of being physically, psychologically, socially, and mentally happy and sound. Accordingly, human health can be improved by being in a psychologically, socially and mentally sound relationship with others. Because of this change in the perspective on health, social changes due to aging, and stress resulting from highly civilized societies, people in modern society have begun to recognize the importance of preventing mental and physical illnesses and begun to pay attention to mental cure. As aging is becoming an important social issue, medical costs needed to address geriatric illnesses are sharply rising and social costs are also rising, which is due to mental and psychological illnesses such as stress, depression, and sociophobia common in the rapidly changing modern society. To address these problems, the government has presented the concept of healing as one of the core government projects. Despite these government efforts, the marine healing tourism, to which many provincial governments have recently paid attention, has not taken shape in its concept and scope. This study provides an understanding of the concept and background of marine healing tourism which is drawing attention in the midst of the changes in tourism industry. This study also intends to provide ways to invigorate marine healing tourism by providing analyses of resources for marine healing tourism, marine healing tourists’ needs, marine healing tourism-related policies and marine healing tour programs. -

남해안 7 STARS 전략

정부는 “여행자중심 지역관광발전전략”을 위하여 2019.12.12. 관계부처합동으로 국가관광전략회의를 개최하였다. 핵심전략 내용은 서울중심의 외국관광객 집중을 지방으로 분산하고자 국내외 교통환경 개선, 출입국개선, 관광 컨텐츠 확충과 높은 서비스제공으로 요약된다. 필자는 지방관광을 활성화하기 위해서는 한국에 입국하는 외국관광객의 주요경로를 서울경로(인천공항 이용)이외에 남해안(부산·목포)경로 개발이 매우 효과적이라는 의견이다. 남해안입국경로 전략은 정부안에는 포함되지 않았다. 남해안은 남중국과 일본을 연결하는 중간지대인데 이 지역에는 약 6억 명의 상주인구와 홍콩 상해 제주 부산 오사카 동경 등 세계적인 도시가 동북아 해안으로 계속 연결 된다. 여러 국가를 경유하는 유럽관광 코스 상품과는 다르게 아시아에는 아직 여러 국가를 경유하는 국제관광코스가 없다. 한국이 남해안 코스를 외국여행객에게 적합하도록 교통연결과 인프라를 잘 정비해서 일본 중국을 연결하는 편리한 교통중심 관광루트를 조성하면 동북아에 국제적 매력코스를 부상시키고, 국내적으로는 남해안과 서울이 남북으로 두개의 외국관광객 이동축이 구축됨으로써, 전국의 지방관광화에 성공하게 된다. 남해안의 정부 주요사업 국제설계공모, 경전선 여행전용열차운행, 목포-제주-상해간 해상교통연결과 외국인 여행객을 위한 안내표지와 정보의 국제표준화 도입이 관건이다. The government strategy is summarized to ‘how to energize local tourism, whereas most foreign tourists visit Seoul and its vicinity’ and puts emphasis on improving transportation and immigrations, expanding tour contents, and providing high quality services. In my opinion, It is suggested that developing Southern coast route(Mokpo and Busan) is very effective along with Seoul route(via Incheon Int’l Airport) to induce more foreign tourists to local tourist spots. In a realistic view, the Southern coast sits between Southern China and Japan, which boasts fairly large population size at 0.6 billion and globally renowned cities including Hongkong, Shanghai, Jeju, Busan, Osaka, and Tokyo locate alongside the coastal line of Northen East Asia. Asia has no international tourist course that has multiple destinations over countries, when compared to that of Europe. South Korea can raise Southern coast as an internationally attractive tourist course by providing convenient transportation among China and Japan by renovating related infrastructure, thus increasing connectivity for tourists. With this, more local tourist spots will meet more tourists from two tourists axis, one based Seoul area and the other Southern coast. This Success heavily relies on 1) holding an international design contest on major government-led projects, 2) operating a tourist-friendly train between Mokpo and Busan, 3) building cooperation for maritime transportation with China and Japan, and 4) introducing an international standardization of signs and information for foreign tourists.

. Leisure activities are basically activities that occur through personal experiences and experiences, and ultimately lead to a happy life. In the past, there were many passive leisure forms for the purpose of psychological relaxation, but now values are being transformed into active and activity-oriented leisure forms. Therefore, marine leisure tourism is becoming one of the representative new growth industries. The economist who emphasized the importance of experience said that the flow of the economy will change from a service economy to an experience economy, and then to a transformation economy. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: First, it was found that the marine leisure experience perceived by yacht participant had significant positive (+) effects on fun. Second, it was found that the marine leisure experience perceived by yacht participant had significant positive (+) effects on Recovery Experience. Third, it was found that the fun perceived by yacht participant had significant positive (+) effects on Psychological Resilience. Finally, it was found that the recovery experience perceived by yacht participant had a significant positive (+) effect on psychological resilience. The results of this study confirmed the importance and value of marine tourism experience and indicated that it can contribute to the development of marine tourism through the positive value of marine leisure activities.
